We sat at the back in the beer garden. We really liked the atmosphere. The service was also great and very warm 😊 The food tasted good. But the meat quality could be a little better. I would also like to be able to put together the salad yourself.

Don't understand the negative reviews. Food arrived hot, driver was friendly. Meat very well seasoned and fried to perfection.

The food was cold and not tasty. I waited for more than half an hour for some bread which really annoyed me. We had four salads at the beginning after we ate it because the waiter left the dirty plates there until the end. The prices were very high 4 erkules platter (1 they did wrong) 1 liter Vienna paid 114€

We were regulars here; It was always tasty, well seasoned and the waiter was equally polite. Prices were good. Now the prices are increased and the quality was worse than ever. Unfortunately the service too. Our food was no longer seasoned and almost inedible for the entire table of 6. We had reserved a table inside for today because someone with severe disabilities came with us, but we suddenly couldn't get the table because they were spontaneously only served outside. We were extremely disturbed by wasps. We won't be coming back after today, it's a shame. Ordering didn't taste good either.

A good Greek restaurant with a large beer garden. It is completely opaque and covered with awnings. The waitresses are very friendly. The food was really tasty and large portions. But you can take the rest with you. The prices are completely okay. If you're ever in the area, you should eat at this Greek restaurant. I highly recommend it.

We went to the beer garden for the summer party. Live music until the night, plus good food and a great atmosphere. Unfortunately, the landlord still had company in the room and the restaurant was also open and quite full. Some guests had to wait a little longer for their food. However, drinks always came quickly. As always, the food was very good, but with such a high number of guests, gyros can't always be hot and crispy, which some guests complained about. Conclusion: Great food, a beautiful beer garden and a successful event. Next time the number of guests will have to be limited, then everything will work out.

The food tasted very good and the portion was generous. The service was a bit overloaded. However, the restaurant was also well attended.

Unfortunately it was far too full, so everyone was overwhelmed. We were given a table that was still littered with the remains of the previous ones, and the tablecloth was stained. The bread from the predecessors was simply left for us (that's pretty disgusting). It took a little longer, that was ok, it was announced beforehand. The beer was rather warm (!). Cutlery was delivered with a significant delay. I would have liked to order something else, no chance of placing the order. Other tables waited even longer, some cold food was delivered or people were forgotten. I understand when it's full. But if this means that service is no longer possible, I would like to be sent away because when I sit down, I expect to be served properly and to sit at a clean table. Maybe that was an exception, we don't go there anymore.

Table pre-ordered, as it should be... We were assigned a table and from that moment on we were ignored, as were numerous other guests. A waiter was constantly busy trying to accommodate subsequent guests in the crowded and full restaurant. Other people who had reserved a table were also turned away at the door. The waiters were completely overwhelmed and didn't know which table the food was going to. The guests next to us were served as if they were in a check-in hall. After we and other guests politely asked whether we could order something to drink and whether we could have the menu, we were completely ignored. After the first guests had already left the restaurant and we had no interest in waiting any longer after 40 minutes without any service, we left the restaurant and were served good food and fantastic service in Obernkirchen im Lindenhof. The first and last time for us. Of course, I can't give a review of the food and drinks here, as we never received them. Service looks different.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Restaurant Palast und auch das letzte Mal. Nachdem wir bestellt hatten, kam nach 15 Minuten die Bedienung nochmals an den Tisch und fragte uns, was wir essen möchten, da ist was schiefgelaufen. Dann kam nach endlich nach 40 Minuten das Essen. Das Fleisch war zäh und trocken. Die Soße schmeckte wie aus der Maggitüte. Zum Glück gibt es ja noch das Restaurant Akropolis, die sind aber im wohlverdienten Urlaub. Da schmeckt es super und die Gerichte sind günstiger.

We used the delivery service ........except that the ouzo was missing from the ouzo platter, huge portions that were very tasty....... Tzatziki wouldn't have been bad as a side dish..... .

Very friendly and courteous service. Our dog was immediately offered water. The food was super tasty and had a variety of side dishes, and the portions were more than sufficient. We were completely satisfied and would like to come back.

We were already regulars under the previous owner Peter, the new owner Singh is really making every effort to keep the popular restaurant running: Food very tasty and rich. There was plenty of ouzo and so was the service was also very attentive, almost too fast! Not to forget the great beer garden behind the house! I really don't understand the constant complainers.

I celebrated my birthday in this restaurant. The food was good, the service ok, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired.

Order went smoothly. Picked up and still hot. So....all good. I absolutely cannot understand the unfriendliness that is posted here. We have been guests there for 30 years......NEVER had any problems.

Via Lieferando over 1 1/2 hours, it wasn't a restaurant rush hour, there was no food, otherwise we were satisfied until the last time. But now... liver thin as paper, lamb chops with tendons on the outside. No pleasure to eat. Portions smaller than usual. I actually had 6 potato slices. I don't think that works. Disappointed. Then it's better to go to your competitor on site.

Restaurant is obviously under new management. The food was okay, as always with a Greek restaurant there was a wide selection. The presentation on the plate used to be nicer, but everything tasted good. The price/performance ratio is good, the portion was decent.

The food is very tasty, sometimes a little salty but still within limits. The service is very good, the staff is always very nice, of course sometimes a bit overwhelmed, but that's how it is when there's a lot going on. I don't have a problem sometimes waiting a little longer for a good meal because it's definitely worth the wait 🙂😋.

Für ein Kaffeetrinken mit Kuchen nach einer Tauerfeier wurde für 10 Pers. ein Tisch reserviert. (Anwsend waren allerdings nur 7Personen) Geboten wurden 1 große Thermoskanne (ca.2L) Kaffee,1 Platte ca.20x30cm mit mini Zuckerkuchen Stücke und eine Platte ca.20x30cm mit mini Obst-Käseküchlein. Dafür wurden unglau bliche 200,-€ in Rechnung gesetzt !!! Das entsprach für 2 kleine Tassen Kaffee und ca. 3 Stck.mini Kuchenstücke pro Person 28,57 € !!! Das ist Abzocke pur !!!! Dieses Haus werden wir nie wieder betreten

Excellent food and attentive service. The furnishings are from the previous owner and seem old-fashioned, but functionally not objectionable. The price is absolutely reasonable and the portions are, as is often the case in Greek restaurants, a bit too large. We will eat there again.

Very friendly and courteous service. Cozy atmosphere. Great meals. Especially the arrangement. The salad was completely different than usual and very tasty. It's also great that they came up with an alternative to fries. The baked potato slices are excellent. We have found a new regular restaurant. Thanks. We are already looking forward to the next time 😊😉 ...we are now regulars there...😊 Even after 1.5 years everything is still excellent. Only the interaction has become much more cordial😊🙃

The most outrageous thing that has ever happened to me in 40 years of visiting Greek restaurants is happening right here - the leftovers from the good food are not being packed up for us; but the gruff waiter slams the plastic packaging onto our table. To pack yourself. Incredible! “Palace” in Brsinghausen: never again!

Sehr leckeres Essen, immer wieder gerne

Ich weiß wohl, dass Vegetarier in einem griechischen Restaurant nicht die besten Karten haben, aber ein bisschen mehr Auswahl wäre schon ganz geil. Das vegetarische Essen, das ich hatte, war aber lecker.

waren zu zweit. Essen 1x falsch da Nummer falsch verstanden. Angebot neu zu machen kam nicht, nur die Frage im Gesicht ob man das auch essen würde. Das richtige Essen schwamm nur in Sosse, man konnte nicht erahnen was man da isst. Nachfrage ob man Reste mitnehmen darf wurde Pappschachtel hingestellt. Als ich sagte dass ich keine Sauerei im Restaurant machen möchte und auch keinen Löffel habe wurde nach meiner Gabel gefragt und direkt am Tisch vor mir umgefüllt. Gläser leer und wir wurden gefragt ob wir zahlen wollen. Ich möchte dort nicht mehr hingehen. Sie sind nicht unfreundliche aber man fühlt sich lästig, wenn man noch sitzen bleibt.

Sind immer im Centerparcs und wollten mal ausserhalb essen. Im Internet fanden wir das Steakhaus. Sind total begeistert von allem. Kann ich jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Auberginen waren super lecker, die Portionen sind riesig. Ambiente ist auch sehr schön. Kann nur weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren am Samstag da und da war Weinfest mit live Musik und Tanz es war einfach toll was diese zwei Mannband für eine tolle Stimmung gemacht hat. Wie immer sehr leckeres 😋 Essen. Tolles Team👍🙌 Lustiger Chef 😀😉

Good restaurant. It was tasty and delicious, but it lacks the atmosphere. Maybe a lot of people don’t mind, but it is noticeable. If you want to call it a Greek restaurant a lot has to be done to improve the atmosphere. The food is very good. The waiter is not very friendly.

Fast wie in alten Zeiten, essen war sehr gut, es war ein sehr schöner Abend

Wir haben im Palast am Samstag zu Abend gegessen, ich kann nur sagen Preis/Leistung sehr gut 👍..alle zufrieden und satt geworden ,Preise und Portionen erinnern an Zeiten vor Corona. Macht weiter so..wir kommen 100% wieder.

Sehr leckere Grillplatten, das Fleisch war auf den Punkt. Der Salat könnte frischer sein. Es hat lange gedauert die Rechnung anzufordern. Freundlicher Bedienung. Gerne wieder.

Under new management, but same old tired restaurant. The food was extremely poor, and the place has not been renovated in years. the staff were slow, which was bizarre given how empty the restaurant was. They have been serving the same dreary salad for years, but now with he added bonus of a dirty plate. The bratkartoffeln were greasy, cold and clearly re-heated and lamb filet was butchered by an ammeter. Also they should take it easy on the salt as I feel my blood pressure rising after the visit. the food is moderately priced, and the portions are very large, but that does not mitigate the fact that they need a trained chef. For the new managers, the potential is there, they are just not exploiting it.

Wir sind fast jeden Dienstag da , es schmeckt jedes Mal sehr gut , die Portionen sind groß und der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich .

Das ist war super und gute Portionen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Ambiente passt generell nicht zu einem Griechen.

Eine Servicekraft war sehr unfreundlich. Nicht nur bei der Bestellung sondern auch bei der Bezahlung.

Wir waren mit drei Erwachsenen und einem 1,5Jahre altem Kind dort. Das Essen war nicht schlecht aber auch nicht besonders(Gyros etwas trocken alles etwas wenig gewürzt). Die Bedienung war gestresst und hat uns (ich weiß nicht ob es aufgrund unseres Alters (wir sind um die 30) oder aufgrund des Kindes war) anders behandelt als die anderen Gäste. Die Nachbartische bekamen einen Begrüßungsouzo und wurden nach kurzer Wartezeit zumindest mit Getränken versorgt. Wir warteten lange auf Bedienung (nach Aufnahme der Bestellung ging es dann allerdings recht zügig) und bekamen nichtmal zu den bestellten Ouzotellern einen Ouzo. Die Bedienung wirkte gestresst und war nicht aufmerksam oder freundlich. Wenn man in einem Restaurant das Gefühl hat dass man lieber Zuhause noch ein Bierchen zusammen trinkt anstatt noch gemütlich nach dem Essen in der Gastronomie ist das für mich ein No-Go. Der Gesamteindruck war dass man uns nicht da haben wollte. Den Eindruck hatten wir bereits als wir vor ca. einem Jahr mit unserem Sohn dort waren und ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht hatten.

Wir haben Essen zum mitnehmen bestellt und leider nicht vor Ort kontrolliert. Wir haben zb Schafskäse überbacken mit extra Metaxasosse bestellt und es kam nicht überbacken. Wir haben angerufen weil Metaxasosse und Zaziki gefehlt haben und er sagte das er sofort vorbeikommt und es bringt. Er kam aber nie. Das geht überhaupt nicht. Die Qualität vom Essen war auch wirklich nicht gut. Überbackene Champignons waren glaub ich Dosenware mit dick Käse, für mich nicht genießbar. Also wir bestellen da nie wieder.

Haben heute Essen zum Liefern bestellt. Essen war gut, leider war es 50 Minuten später da, der Salat wurde komplett vergessen. Es wurde zwar nach Anruf nachgeliefert, aber eine kleine Entschädigung wäre angebracht. Hier kann man definitiv dazulernen

Das Essen war für griechisch ohne Abzug superlecker. Auch der Service hat sich gebessert.

Im Sommer gehen wir gerne in den Außenbereich des Palast. Heute war es aber nicht so prall. Tzatziki mit frischem Brot war super. Gyros mit Zwiebeln nicht. Letztes Jahr waren die Zwiebeln noch krosse Ringe. Heute leider nur fettige Stücke. Gyros war auch nicht kross sondern eher laberig. Besitzer wollte uns eine Ersatz Portion bringen aber die hätte ich nicht mehr geschafft. Es wäre auch gut wenn beim Gyros Metaxasauce stehen würde das Champignons in der Sauce sind. Die sind leider für unsere Kinder ein no go.

Der Service war gruselig, da hilft auch entschuldigen nichts... 1,5 Stunden auf das Essen gewartet und eigentlich nur nach mehrmaligem Reklamieren dann überhaupt was bekommen. Geschmeckt hat es gut, aber es war der schlechteste Service ever. Und das Lieferando Geschäft als Ausrede zu nehmen ist schon dürftig. Wenn man es nicht hinbekommt, muss man das halt in der Küche trennen !!

Das Essen wie immer sehr gut, aber: Trotz Vorbestellung warteten wir gestern erst einmal mehr als eine halbe Stunde auf die Speisekarte. Diese kam schließlich nach weiteren 15 Minuten. Bis dahin wurden wir schlichtweg übersehen. Nach Getränken wurden wir ohnehin in dieser Zeit nicht gefragt und nach exakt einer Stunde kamen erst auf Grund unserer Nachfrage die Vorspeisen. Andere Gäste an verschiedenen Tischen welche weit nach uns kamen ( Stammgäste....? ), hatten ihr Essen bevor wir überhaupt die Vorspeisen sahen. Das Essen kam dann ca. nach weiteren 20 Minuten. Ich kann nur davon abraten, hier am Wochenende einzukehren. Personalmässig ist das Restaurant ziemlich unterbesetzt und dadurch völlig überfordert.

Wir haben unseren Tisch für 6 Personen zwei Wochen vorher reserviert. Alles soweit gut. Als wir dann ankamen, wurden wir zu unseren reservierten Tisch begleitet. Der Kellner brachte uns direkt die Menükarte. Nach 30 Minuten Wartezeit haben wir mal nachgefragt, ob denn jemand zu uns kommen würde, denn wir warteten schon 30 Minuten mit zwei Kindern und haben noch nicht mal etwas zu Trinken geschweige Essen bestellt. Der Kellner wirkte abwesend. Es kam immernoch keiner zu uns. Nach 50 Minuten haben wir einfach das Restaurant Palast verlassen. Die anderen Gäste guckten verwundert, aber es war kein Kellner in Sicht. Da gehen wir nicht mehr hin! Absolute Frechheit!

Augenscheinlich werden Stammkunden bevorzugt. Wartezeit selbst bei Rechnungslegung. Qualität normal, Preis dementsprechend. Personal wohl überfordert, insofern keine griechische Atmosphäre.
