Not recommended. Everything was overpriced, the food tasted bad, and the service was very poor and unfriendly. Furthermore, the prices on the online menu didn't match those on site.

Not worth it at all! The prices are completely exorbitant. The service was really bad, even though we had a reservation. We waited a really long time before anyone even took our order. The food was absolutely tasteless. All in all, I wouldn't recommend it at all!

The service at the restaurant was very poor. The waiter shouted at us to take our order and spoke to us very rudely. We waited an hour for the food, and it arrived cold and undercooked. The taste was very poor compared to the exorbitant prices, and the water was warm. They ruined my day.

I ate here for Iftar today and the food was fantastic. The Ads soup was very good, as was the Sambosak, and the main courses we ordered were all very well seasoned and very tasty overall.

A wonderful location to enjoy delicious food.

We tried lamb shish kebab, lamb kotelet and içli köfte. The meat was well marinated and tasted good, but 2 of the kotelet were barely cooked at all. İçli köfte did not appeal to us because it used very different spices. The atmosphere is nice, the sinks are clean, but it would be great if one of the toilets had a child seat.

Food quality was average - ok. However pricing is above average and doesn’t correspond to the quality. Also our waiter told us wrong pricing for the Meze and we had to argue about that in the end of the dinner

Super nice staff, we were there for iftar. And it was really a wonderful evening from the food to the service, ambience and of course the friendliness. I can really only recommend it for special occasions(:

The food was delicious, but the staff and service were simply a disaster. We had reserved a table for the Iftar. My friend was there before the fast breaking time, but we didn't get the menus until 10 minutes after Iftar. Then we wanted to order cocktails - the waiter just didn't come and ignored us. When he finally brought the dishes we had to wait a long time and he forgot the garlic sauce. When I wanted to take my dish with me, he forgot it and just threw my plate away. Instead of getting my food, I had to wait until he brought me something from the kitchen. I paid 50 euros for that - I would have eaten better and paid less in a fast food shop! NEVER AGAIN!

I was honestly really excited about this restaurant but I had the worst experience ever. The waiters are extremely unprofessional, they yell at the customers and give them so much attitude, the owners were just standing there watching all of this unfold and they did not even offer an apology or anything. The food came 50 minutes late, and even then the customers still get an attitude from the waiters because they are asking what took too long? The waiters actually yell at their customers and talk to them in a very unprofessional and disrespectful way which is very shocking especially coming from an Arabic restaurant where the hospitality should at least be decent, we weren’t expecting to be treated that way especially as we are also Arabs but it was really shocking, the waiters are very horrible and unprofessional, the food takes forever to come, the owners of the restaurant watch as their own staff yell at their paying customers which is honestly disgusting .I really do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

My experience at palace restaurant was so disappointing, what a shame that this is the standard for Arabic Lebanese restaurants in Berlin. I was screamed at by one of the waiters because I simply said the food took too long, he started yelling at me because he said we should’ve ordered all together??? My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I went with three friends, and we had made a reservation weeks in advance, expecting good service. However, the food took 40 minutes to arrive, and when one of my friends politely mentioned the delay, a waiter shockingly yelled at her, which was completely unprofessional. While the food itself was flavorful, the poor service overshadowed the entire meal. I’ve always associated Arab restaurants with exceptional hospitality and top-notch customer service, but this experience fell far below those standards. It’s unfortunate because I was really looking forward to a pleasant evening, but instead, we left feeling disrespected and let down. شكراً.

For a Lebanese restaurant, I would have liked even more Lebanese main dishes. I think there was just one. We had the lunch menu. It consisted of 3 courses. Unfortunately it was still very little. My girlfriend had to order something extra. Plus, everything could have been seasoned a lot more. It's a shame, because I was already so happy.

I'm very excited, I eat everywhere. But it's been a long time since I've eaten anything better than today. We had the schnitzel and chicken skewer menu, as well as lamb chops. The meat was tender and juicy, prepared with love, and very child-friendly. It's worth coming to eat here, we are very enthusiastic. The food was ok but the staff was very rude and took a long time. We were given opened water bottles filled with tap water and complained that it annoyed us: “You have to be upset about everything too!” in a rude way. not worth a next visit. Each water bottle looked like this *see picture below. There wasn't enough bread and hummus brought when you asked for more and it was said again: "The main course will still come, be patient." (came half an hour later).

Food was decidedly average. We were both disappointed with our meal. It is expensive for the quality of dishes. I had chicken and red pepper for mains, My daughter had lamb that arrived floating in a cheese gravy. Nice interior decor but lacking in atmosphere.

The restaurant has a beautiful decoration and atmosphere. The service was very fast and professional. The food on the other side massively overpriced and for those prices one should expect tasty and creative dishes with quality ingredients but it was not the case. The food was very basic and not very tasty and that’s a real pity. With such high prices the establishment should have higher standards in food.

We ordered a three-course menu at lunchtime and were absolutely thrilled with the food. The ambience is elegant and fits the CharlottenburgerbSchloss. The staff are very friendly and would like to come back again and again. As a gourmet, it's usually difficult to impress me, but everything is perfect down to the last detail. Greetings Vanessa
