LEM was very friendly and courteous. We received good advice with a sense of humor. The fact that he's still as fit as a fiddle at 70 deserves our respect! We'd be happy to come back.

A great restaurant with excellent value for money. What was even better than the lovely ambiance was the service! Lem is such an experienced and courteous employee who is not only very prompt but also very attentive. I highly recommend a visit, and I recommend the lunch menu.

We ate a small meal there, the host suggested to mix some small things for the price of a menu. Afterwards it turned out to be more expensive than what he indicated. We asked for extra bread, which was brought after all the food was gone. He laughed that it was no longer necessary but it was on the bill... The food itself was surprising and tasty, the bill afterwards was unfortunately also surprising.

Was in the mood for some Lebanese food in Berlin and this place did not disappoint. We started with the hummus and minced meat. What a great starter! Absolutely delicious. Now for the mains. We had the lamb skewers and lamb shank Did I mention the beer? Well you gotta pair all this with a good Warsteiner. Get the big beer. So worth it. Time to talk about the mains! Both are great. Don’t order one over the other. Order both! Make it shareable! Your tummy will be happy. The lamb skewers come with the roasted potatoes and rice….yes please! Perfectly spiced. The lamb shank is in this zesty lemon cream sauce that is yum! The rice is the same as for the lamb skewers so, again, it’s tasty. Now for the desert!! Small panna cotta and an espresso. Great ending to a fine dinner. Make sure you say hello to Hassan!!

We stumbled upon Palace Restaurant by chance after visiting Charlottenburg Palace and Gardens. What a great find it was! The food was fresh and full of flavour, with generous portions that left us more than satisfied. We ordered two starters and two mains to share among the four of us, and it was more than enough. The highlight of our visit, however, was the outstanding service provided by Hassan. He was incredibly attentive and friendly—a true asset to the restaurant. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area!

It wasn't the first time we've eaten at this restaurant, but we're still thrilled. The food was simply excellent. The service, especially Mr. Lem, was very kind and helpful. He gave us good tips and still fulfilled our wishes. It's always good when not only the place looks good, but the overall quality is noticeable in every area.

My family and I were invited to the Palace and were absolutely thrilled. Not only was the service staff polite and attentive, but the entire ambiance in the restaurant was fantastic. There was enough space at the table without having to sit half on your neighbors' laps. We could have a normal conversation without being bothered by conversations from the next table. The waiter gave us excellent advice on choosing the dishes and also made appropriate recommendations. The food was excellent and there was plenty of it. We spent a good three hours here and felt very comfortable. All in all, it was a successful evening and we will definitely eat here again. Many thanks again to the accommodating staff.

The service in the restaurant was very bad. The waiter yelled at us to take the order and spoke to us very rudely. We waited an hour for the food and it arrived cold and undercooked. The taste was very poor compared to the exorbitant prices, and the water was warm. You ruined my day.

I ate here today for Iftar, the food was fantastic, the Ads soup was very good, the Sambosak too and the main dishes we ordered were all very well seasoned and overall very tasty.

Not worth it at all! Prices are really exaggerated. Service was really bad, even though we made a reservation. We waited a really long time until someone even took our order. Food didn't taste good at all. All in all, I don't recommend it at all!

Not recommended. Everything is overpriced, the food doesn't taste good and the service was very bad and unfriendly. In addition, the prices in the online menu do not match those on site.

We tried lamb skewers, lamb cutlets and stuffed meatballs. The marinade and taste of the meat was good, but 2 of the cutlets were almost not cooked at all. Stuffed meatballs did not appeal to us because very different spices were used. The atmosphere is nice, the sinks are clean, but it would be nice if there was a child cover on one of the toilets.

I was honestly really excited about this restaurant but I had the worst experience ever. The waiters are extremely unprofessional, they yell at the customers and give them so much attitude, the owners were just standing there watching all of this unfold and they did not even offer an apology or anything. The food came 50 minutes late, and even then the customers still get an attitude from the waiters because they are asking what took too long? The waiters actually yell at their customers and talk to them in a very unprofessional and disrespectful way which is very shocking especially coming from an Arabic restaurant where the hospitality should at least be decent, we weren’t expecting to be treated that way especially as we are also Arabs but it was really shocking, the waiters are very horrible and unprofessional, the food takes forever to come, the owners of the restaurant watch as their own staff yell at their paying customers which is honestly disgusting .I really do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Food quality was average - ok. However pricing is above average and doesn’t correspond to the quality. Also our waiter told us wrong pricing for the Meze and we had to argue about that in the end of the dinner

The food was delicious, but the staff and service were simply a disaster. We had reserved a table for the Iftar. My friend was there before the fast breaking time, but we didn't get the menus until 10 minutes after Iftar. Then we wanted to order cocktails - the waiter just didn't come and ignored us. When he finally brought the dishes we had to wait a long time and he forgot the garlic sauce. When I wanted to take my dish with me, he forgot it and just threw my plate away. Instead of getting my food, I had to wait until he brought me something from the kitchen. I paid 50 euros for that - I would have eaten better and paid less in a fast food shop! NEVER AGAIN!

My experience at palace restaurant was so disappointing, what a shame that this is the standard for Arabic Lebanese restaurants in Berlin. I was screamed at by one of the waiters because I simply said the food took too long, he started yelling at me because he said we should’ve ordered all together??? My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I went with three friends, and we had made a reservation weeks in advance, expecting good service. However, the food took 40 minutes to arrive, and when one of my friends politely mentioned the delay, a waiter shockingly yelled at her, which was completely unprofessional. While the food itself was flavorful, the poor service overshadowed the entire meal. I’ve always associated Arab restaurants with exceptional hospitality and top-notch customer service, but this experience fell far below those standards. It’s unfortunate because I was really looking forward to a pleasant evening, but instead, we left feeling disrespected and let down. شكراً.

Leckeres Essen, prima Service, stilvolles Ambiente. Obwohl das Restaurant gut besucht war, konnten wir in Ruhe einen entspannten Abend verbringen. Die Speisen waren hervorragend und dann haben wir noch ein kleines Dessert spendiert bekommen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, es war perfekt.

For a Lebanese restaurant, I would have liked even more Lebanese main dishes. I think there was just one. We had the lunch menu. It consisted of 3 courses. Unfortunately it was still very little. My girlfriend had to order something extra. Plus, everything could have been seasoned a lot more. It's a shame, because I was already so happy.

I'm very excited, I eat everywhere. But it's been a long time since I've eaten anything better than today. We had the schnitzel and chicken skewer menu, as well as lamb chops. The meat was tender and juicy, prepared with love, and very child-friendly. It's worth coming to eat here, we are very enthusiastic.
