The prices were average, but absolutely reasonable given the quality. This restaurant is a very good choice, especially for dinner.

We had a mixed experience at Byblos. The food was okay — I’d give it 3 stars. Some dishes seemed like they had been reheated rather than freshly prepared, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the hummus was excellent — smooth, flavorful, and clearly fresh. Service was a definite highlight: the staff were warm, attentive, and very welcoming. Overall, a decent stop, but I was expecting more from the food.

After arriving in Berlin, we discovered this great restaurant around the corner. The three of us ordered a fish platter. It was delicious and the portions were generous. The service was excellent, even though there was a wedding in the restaurant. We were able to sit comfortably outside. Everything was relaxed. We'd love to come back.

This restaurant serves amazing lebanese food. I tried vine leaves, lebanese vegetable couscous and arayes with sujok and for desert I tried kunafa with cheese. All was amazing except Kunafa which was ok maybe because I tried the best kunafa in other restaurants. The staff was very welcoming and professional

The coffee is good, the restrooms clean, the food delicious, and there are many vegetarian options, BUT the portion was a bit small. Four thin slices of halloumi with batter, no side dish (apart from three strips of sad iceberg lettuce), and no dressing. Everything fit on a small breakfast plate. There wasn't enough time to reorder. What a shame.

Best Lebanese restaurant in Berlin! We went there twice this week (once for dinner with two people and once for lunch with four), and both times the food was perfect for every taste. Tip: Try the cold meze platter as a starter! Go and enjoy! Waiter Maher = the best man!

Unfortunately, a disappointment – ​​nothing to do with Lebanese cuisine. We were really excited about Byblos because we were in the mood for good Lebanese cuisine – but unfortunately, this was a complete failure. The service was unfriendly and totally inattentive; you felt like you were more of an inconvenience than welcome. The food was also disappointing. The whole thing had absolutely nothing to do with authentic Lebanese cuisine. Poorly presented, lacking in flavor, and definitely not something you'd want to eat again. It was also quite expensive for what you get. It's a shame, but this was definitely our last visit. If you're looking for authentic Lebanese food, this is not the place. Not recommended.

Unfortunately, the staff is very bad in their dealings and there is nothing good about it. Neither the food nor the staff are bad, and they speak to customers with very bad and dirty words, and the treatment is inappropriate. I do not recommend it at all.

This is the best restaurant I've ever experienced. We came here spontaneously. We received a very warm welcome, the food was simply fantastic, especially our 10-year-old daughter, who is very picky eaters, loved it and ate everything. Then the lights dimmed, and a pianist came in and played beautifully. We escaped the stress of everyday life and enjoyed it so much. I would give it 10 stars if I could! Thank you so much for everything and the lovely evening.

We don't understand the reviews the restaurant received. We had an assortment of hot meze and an assortment of cold meze and it really wasn't good.

Subtlety of spicing, portions appropriate for the number of guests, service I’ve only experienced in a 5 star restaurant on other occasions. Byblos is a treasure! Ate here twice while in Berlin. White walls and coffered ceiling with a gentle pink and blue lights create a clean modern interior that let me easily read the menu. Well-spaced tables set with white and bisque cloth, and sharply folded napkins felt elegant from entry. Staff quickly adjusted for large or small groups. Enhanced by the solo pianist on the first occasion. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. I’m a stickler for both waitstaff and kitchen that monitors how quickly I’m eating and doesn’t just bring starters to dessert in one massive buffet. I and my friend were allowed to eat, relish, and marvel at each bite served at the proper temperature. Meal one we shared fish and rice platter for two. We debated over the deliciousness of the spice blend on the shrimp. Marveled at the variety of fish and how each was cooked to moist perfection. My friend is not big on rice but he cleaned every morsel from the platter. Vegetables are crisp and fresh. We even marveled as the cherry tomatoes burst with flavor. Separate desserts and starters. I had the nonalcoholic Coconut Kiss both meals. Not cloyingly sweet but light, and refreshing. Impressively decorated with fresh fully ripe fruit and a beautiful large mint sprig. The beverage enhanced the food mellowing the slight heat when required and enhanced all the flavors. Eating solo, the lamb and rice dish from Mom’s Kitchen listing on the menu was a treasure. I concluded Mom was a genius. Food so good I asked if the chef was married. He’s not but if he’s willing to cook like this for me every day I’d marry him.

Celebrated a friend's birthday and the staff were so nice. The food is fresh and was very tasty. A pianist was also there and played happy birthday for us. We had a lovely day, everyone sang for us and at the end we even got free tea on the house! So far the best restaurant I've ever been to, thanks to all the employees who made this day a wonderful one for my friend. Kind regards

I think the atmosphere was good, but I think the prices were extremely inflated for what they should be. Some of the products seemed more store-bought, so the price seemed extreme. We are also pretty certain we had been grossly overcharged. But overall, the food was pretty good, portions were quite small for the price (again) but the service staff were nice and they seated our group of 8 well. We won't be back but it was an interesting experience.

Food was very authentic and delicious. Unfortunately, the Lillet only tasted like sparkling wine and nothing else and the music was a bit too loud. But all of this is just complaining at a high level.

It’s delicious. It’s the first time I’ve eaten couscous. It’s some kind of pancake with fried rice on top, beans, bell peppers, eggplant, mutton, and yogurt. It’s a more exotic meal. You can try it.

I can definitely recommend the restaurant. The food was very good. I had hummus bil tahine as a starter and lamb mishwiye as my main course. It was very tasty. The service and ambience are also really good.

Nice and upscale restaurant. There is also a terrace outside. Service is very attentive, friendly and fast. There were very good recommendations and the food was great. Everything tasted very good and was beautifully presented. Absolutely recommended. And what really struck me as positive were the toilets: bright, friendly, spacious and absolutely clean. All in all a very nice evening and we will definitely be back.

So let's be honest: When good food, nice waiters and plastic straws come together - what more could you want? The food was really tasty. The waiters? Super nice and with the perfect amount of humor - like a good condiment for dinner. And then… the holy grail: plastic straws! No mushy paper nonsense, no weird organic thing, just real sipping pleasure like before. I almost cried into my drink with joy. Conclusion: 11 out of 10 points. I'll move in here if they let me.

It’s a shame, because everything else was so well done. Hopefully the kitchen steps it up, because the place definitely has potential.

Authentic Lebanese cuisine and staff. This is what a native Lebanese woman says. The staff is super nice and extremely attentive. The two of us shared the warm mezze and a bowl of labneh. Perfect for a small hunger. However, we would have liked there to be an appropriate even amount for a meal for two people. So not three pieces of cheese roll and a piece of wings, but two each, for example. Maybe you can think about customizing it ❤️ I have one comment: the pot with the tea is super hot... take the napkin and it'll work. There is no star deduction for this because it did not contribute at all to diminishing our experience. Thank you very much and see you soon!

Maher served us a selection of dishes which introduced us to the cuisine of Lebanon. Super Tasty & Fresh. As a surprise there were pastries and table fireworks. 10/10 Gladly again.
