Very good Lebanese food, thoughtful and appealing presentation of the dishes, and friendly, helpful, and competent service. No overt display of religious symbolism.

We enjoyed Byblos again! This time we sat at a large table with many friends. It was a very pleasant evening. The service was unobtrusive, professional, relaxed, and friendly. The food was a pure explosion of flavor with every bite – an absolute must-try, especially for vegetarians. Perfect ingredients and absolute freshness crown Lebanese cuisine here. If you're not familiar with it, you should definitely try it, and the best place to do so is here. There were three in our group who thoroughly enjoyed this first taste. (The cold appetizer platter for two is ideal.) The Lebanese wines aren't exactly a bargain, but they stimulate the palate and match perfectly. The prices are absolutely reasonable, and it's not just food, but also a real experience. We will be happy to return and are already looking forward to the next time.

Two of us were there today and were served by Maher. The service was truly top-notch, eye contact was there when you needed it, and everything was delivered quickly to the table. Fantastic! I have to deduct a small point for the food, which might have earned 5 stars in other restaurants. We had a grill platter for two, and it was truly delicious. The seasoning was good, the food arrived hot at the table, was presented appropriately, and everything was superb, but for the value for money, I would have liked the meat to be cooked a bit better. It was definitely NOT dry, but it could have been more tender. (Positive review!) Dessert, however, was once again par excellence! Homemade lemonade with rose water, TOP! All in all, it was a truly wonderful culinary experience!

The food was fresh, authentic, and full of flavor—from the creamy hummus to the perfectly seasoned shawarma. The portions were generous, and the value for money was excellent. I was particularly impressed by the friendly service and the warm, inviting atmosphere. You immediately feel welcome. We were at Byblos with friends on August 7, 2025. We've never eaten so well! Food, atmosphere, and service were outstanding! Our server, Maher, was simply fantastic! We'd love to come back next time we're in Berlin. All the best to you.

Incredibly delicious Lebanese cuisine!

Fantastic Lebanese cuisine; the dishes were excellent and a true delight for the palate. The Arabic spices provided a sensory experience for the palate. Maher's impeccable service perfectly rounded off the dining experience here. A must-do for anyone visiting Berlin.

After a year, I'm back! Same flavor, excellent service, and everything incredibly divine.

Ambience: Even though the restaurant is next to the road, the ambiance is very pleasant. The live music at the end was too loud for us. It was difficult to have a proper conversation. Food: We had various appetizers and the grilled platter. The food was delicious, and the meat was grilled, which you can clearly taste. The dishes were well-seasoned. The grilled platter was a bit small in terms of meat content for the price. We recommend getting the individual grilled platter per person rather than sharing the one for two people. The meat portion for the two-person platter was 1.5 times that of the regular platter, but the price was more than double. Service: Unfortunately, the bill showed one beer too many. We were a group of 10, but even then, service staff should still be able to keep track of things. We were asked several times by staff whether we really had one less than the number listed. There was no apology for the error. Otherwise, the service was excellent (the waiter who billed us wasn't the person who had served us previously). Accordingly, I'm giving it a 4-star rating.

All the way from California we stumbled upon this place by total random selection because we wanted some Mediterranean food. I’ve never had Lebanese food, I’m Persian and thought our food is the pinnacle of middle eastern food. It seems I was wrong. This restaurant is phenomenal and beats most of the Persian restaurants I’ve been to in the states. The lamb was so good, and the bademjan actually beats the Persian version. Great hospitality, service, atmosphere, everything. If you want middle eastern food, this is the place. I would’ve taken photos but we ate everything without thought of it. Highly recommend.

Can you even give 6* stars...?! Indeed, the food, the service, and the attention - perfect. I give it 6 stars! The restaurant's organization is attentive, prompt, and friendly and accommodating. We were very impressed with the food - more than satisfied, in line with our high expectations: we tried a warm starter plate with two additional side dishes/salads. The taste was simply WOW!! The prices are high, reflecting the quality and service. We are thrilled and would love to come back :) :)

A culinary experience of the highest caliber! The Byblos captivated us from the very beginning – stylish, elegant, and decorated with great attention to detail. The spacious terrace also invites you to linger and creates a particularly relaxed atmosphere. The service was warm, professional, and very attentive from the very first moment – you can tell that true hosts are at work here. The recommendations were spot on, and the food was divine: finely seasoned, beautifully presented, and simply a hit in terms of taste. Every course was a delight! We were also particularly pleasantly surprised by the restrooms – bright, spacious, modern, and absolutely clean. An all-round successful evening in a restaurant that is much more than just a place to eat – it's an experience. We'll definitely be back!

We were a little overwhelmed by the menu, but they gave us excellent advice. All our requests were respected, and you truly gave us a wonderful evening. We celebrated our wedding at the Byblos Restaurant and look back with great satisfaction – it was exactly the right decision. They create a beautiful wedding ambiance and cater to individual requests. The food is delicious, and the staff is competent and friendly. It was an outstanding celebration – some places stay in your heart – we would love to return to relive the emotions of our special day. We wholeheartedly recommend the restaurant.

The food is good, the staff very kind and attentive, but be careful for foreigners, Apple Pay and Visa card do not work, you have to go and withdraw cash before, apparently very common in Berlin or in many restaurants only their National Bank Card is accepted, question of bank charges.

A very nice restaurant with excellent service and delicious dishes. On the recommendation of our waitress, we ordered a mixed appetizer platter for two. Then we ordered two main courses. We should have listened to our waitress, because the two main courses, along with the appetizers, were too much. We had Kibbe bel Laban and Kafta Mishwiye. Both dishes were very, very tasty and, in my opinion, definitely worth the price. I barely managed the kafta and we took the rest of the kibbe with us. It was also very delicious the next day. The service was quick, attentive, and gave us very good advice. The restaurant is definitely worth a visit if you like Lebanese cuisine or just want to try it. We would definitely come back!

We visited here for the first time and had a very good meal, with a cold and a warm mixed starter platter, both of which were made entirely vegetarian at our request. The prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is quite nice, although it can get quite loud when it's busy.

We celebrated our wedding here, and everything was fantastic. The waiters and waitresses were very hospitable, and the price per person was reasonable compared to other restaurants.

Excellent food Friendly service

Friendly service, a nice terrace for outdoor seating, but given the very high prices, we expected better quality food. Garlic paste with almost no garlic, hot appetizers for two sometimes only served one piece of each, but with a mountain of salad on the side (?). Flatbread was rubbery. The flavor was lacking in spices and not very authentic. Lebanese cuisine can do much more. We were very disappointed. The rating was far too high for the quality of the food.

Top-quality food, a bit more expensive than other similar restaurants. However, you're willing to pay a little more because the meat is a different beast compared to other competitors. The service is fast and polite, the atmosphere feels a bit upscale, but the customers and staff are completely relaxed.

Excellent Lebanese restaurant in a quiet Berlin neighbourhood. Staff is very helpful and didn't mind our stay, long time after the official hours. If you need help ask them. Perfect food for hot summers.

The cold mezze was delicious and reasonably priced. The lamb with hummus wasn't quite right. It was a huge portion of hummus with only a few pieces of meat on top. What really annoyed us, however, was that we had ordered the "homemade lemonade" that the waitress recommended without asking. Firstly, only one of the four people liked it, and secondly, it was incredibly expensive, which they hadn't told us beforehand. 8 euros for a glass... That's why we won't be coming back.

The prices were average, but absolutely reasonable given the quality. This restaurant is a very good choice, especially for dinner.

We had a mixed experience at Byblos. The food was okay — I’d give it 3 stars. Some dishes seemed like they had been reheated rather than freshly prepared, which was a bit disappointing. That said, the hummus was excellent — smooth, flavorful, and clearly fresh. Service was a definite highlight: the staff were warm, attentive, and very welcoming. Overall, a decent stop, but I was expecting more from the food.

After arriving in Berlin, we discovered this great restaurant around the corner. The three of us ordered a fish platter. It was delicious and the portions were generous. The service was excellent, even though there was a wedding in the restaurant. We were able to sit comfortably outside. Everything was relaxed. We'd love to come back.

This restaurant serves amazing lebanese food. I tried vine leaves, lebanese vegetable couscous and arayes with sujok and for desert I tried kunafa with cheese. All was amazing except Kunafa which was ok maybe because I tried the best kunafa in other restaurants. The staff was very welcoming and professional

We visited this wonderful Lebanese restaurant today. We received a very friendly welcome right away, and this friendliness continued throughout the evening. The food was simply delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. With the prices, you have to be careful whether you can afford it. We were very satisfied, even though the bill was quite high.

The ambiance is great, the decor very tasteful and inviting. The service is fast, friendly, and attentive. The coffee is good, the restrooms clean, the food delicious, and there are many vegetarian options, BUT the portion was a bit small. Four thin slices of halloumi with batter, no side dish (apart from three strips of sad iceberg lettuce), and no dressing. Everything fit on a small breakfast plate. There wasn't enough time to reorder. What a shame.
