So.... - Actually, there were very positive reports about you, which is why we wanted to eat at your place. We were with you last night. I have to say it started off badly when we made the reservation. The employee on the phone was extremely unfriendly and annoyed. And that at 12 noon. Point one is the service. The unfriendliness continued there. The employees were very annoyed, unfriendly, and gave stroppy answers. We as customers didn't let it show and still remained friendly. When bringing drinks and food, the employees didn't ask who owned what and just put it on the table without saying anything, beer in front of the children and the fried meat in front of our baby, who of course tried to put it in there. Point two, eat. The food for the children was delicious, french fries, nuggets etc. The Chinese food, which is why we were there, wasn't that great. We all have stomach aches at home now. The noodles were very greasy. There was plenty of choice at the buffet, but the taste was so... But it's also a matter of taste. What really bothered me was that the meat wasn't cooked through, which you were allowed to choose and was specially prepared in the kitchen. 3. The ambience The restaurant itself is nice. Unfortunately the division is a shame, which might not be possible otherwise. Most of the tables are right next to the buffet where you can walk past every customer and every employee and have private conversations that are out of place. The larger tables are very far away from the buffet, where you first have to walk through the restaurant. The tables we sat at were very uneven and things wobbled on them. The baby high chairs did not have seat belts and were not wiped clean. The children's corner was very nicely decorated. There are almost no parking spaces, and every second person parked as if they needed two for a car The price was actually justified, but not for the service delivered... It's a shame... We'd rather go to Papenburg or Emden. We still wish you all the best

A really nice place to relax! Good food, great staff and a nice atmosphere away from traffic. Easily accessible by car and bicycle, plenty of parking spaces available. Just beautiful☺️!
