Way too crowded, buffet overflowing with people, Screaming children because you get a table right next to a play area with a ball pit, some staff members are really unfriendly, but the service is still fast, and one of the staff members seems more interested in being on his phone than working.

We've been happily going to this restaurant for years, often with guests. The extensive buffet offers everything you could wish for, and it tastes fantastic every single time. The friendly staff also makes it easy to enjoy your meal and linger. The prices are reasonable for the quality and the wide selection of dishes. Everyone can relax and enjoy their meal here in good company.

A wide variety of dishes were available at the buffet, with everything one could wish for. The option to assemble your own meal from the raw meat and fish counter, along with a selection of sauces, was a new experience for me and a great idea. Unfortunately, it was too crowded for my liking, and the actual ambiance was completely lost. However, the service was very attentive.

The food is very tasty. Unfortunately, the restaurant is too crowded, which bothered me a lot.

We were there today with six people. It was our first time there, as we're currently trying out several buffets. There were three adults and three children. Our colleague paid about €42 for himself, but that included four drinks. The three of us children and two adults paid €111. The price was perfectly reasonable, considering we were there for a full two and a half hours. Unfortunately, it was very cold in the room at first, so my children were shivering and I was also very cold, so I turned on the heating. Our waitress was very friendly; we were somewhat familiar with the place from other restaurants, otherwise we wouldn't have received any information. Our room was the one with the playroom, and there were three tables. I have to say it's great for children; we were among other families with children, so no one felt disturbed. For the first 45 minutes, we were completely alone without any waiters, unsure where to put our plates. After that, the waiters came by frequently, clearing tables and always politely asking if we needed anything else, always thanking us. We had been to other restaurants before, and there was one that surpassed this one. The food was excellent, with only a few minor issues (a few items were too greasy, and the serving dishes weren't all full until about 40 minutes later). The meat and seafood were fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely go back early next year.

Title: Top selection, but very crowded! Asia Fang The buffet is large and the selection is really good, including a fantastic Mongolian grill station. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fair for what's on offer. BUT: The restaurant was completely overcrowded and very loud. Even with a reservation, we had to wait in line, which unfortunately somewhat dampened the positive impression. Conclusion: Great for lovers of buffets and a wide selection, as long as you can handle the heavy crowds.

Important information for all families! Hi, I don't know where to begin. The food is good, nothing wrong with that, but the entire restaurant is blazing hot. You literally sit there sweating at the table to eat, and the worst part is when you go there with children like we did and you're asked to pay €8.80 for a 3-year-old who eats three donuts. That's pretty outrageous. Especially with the statement that the menu online is wrong, and the other statement that children have to pay if they already have teeth. That means my 5-month-old daughter, when she gets teeth in a few months, will also have to pay. That's pretty cheeky.

The lunch buffet is top-notch. A huge selection and really good. Lots of desserts...from bananas to ice cream and even a chocolate fountain. 😋👍 For the price ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+💫

Great buffets, there's something for everyone here!

If you're looking for something different from the usual snack bars/pizzerias/kebab shops in Rhauderfehn, this is the place for you. I've been here many times and have always been impressed. I haven't tried the evening buffet, where the meat (and vegetables) are prepared right for you, because the regular (lunch) buffet has everything I could wish for. As of September 10, 2025: €15.80 for lunch, €24.80 for dinner. Even the older generation of my family is now impressed and has already celebrated birthdays here. I never miss the soup first; it's always good. Tucked away at the end of the hall in front of the kitchen, fresh spring onions and rolls are also available as side dishes. I can also recommend the "homemade" beef and pork dishes. Basically, everything on the non-fried side is recommended. The sushi is also impressive, with a varied selection. Today (updated September 10, 2025) the selection was so good that I'd actually go there just for that. For dessert, the fruit is always excellent, and you can use the chocolate fountain if you like, or have vanilla sauce with it. (Note September 10, 2025: the vanilla sauce is always too runny.) They also have tarts, cakes, ice cream, and tiramisu, which I always order (it would be nice if they would state whether alcohol is included). The service is good, friendly, and attentive. There are several tables, corners, and entire rooms for groups, and directly to the right of the entrance, there's now a ball pit with play towers for children. Highly recommended. They've done a lot of work here and they're taking care of it. Every now and then, you can get leftovers from the buffet for free; you should follow them on Facebook for that. I fully support the measures that have been reported in the newspapers to combat dine-ins and food waste. The plates, both hot and cold, never run out, so you can just try a few... Side note: My downside to the ambiance is that it often gets very crowded and therefore loud.

Whenever I'm nearby, I like to stop by this restaurant. The service, the food, and the opportunity to have fresh ingredients prepared fresh on the grill – fantastic. The selection is large, so everyone can find something to their liking. My highlights are the sushi, followed by a freshly prepared lamb cutlet, and if I can fit in some extra, a few shrimp. I always enjoy coming back.

I've been a fan of this restaurant ever since I moved to Rhauderfehn. You can customize your dishes however you like. At the Mongolian restaurant, the dishes are cooked to perfection.

The cheapest buffet price in the area, but! Drinks aren't included in the buffet price, which is common practice elsewhere these days. Drinks are a similar price. Unfortunately, the meat isn't always cooked to perfection.

Was eating at Fang for the first time. We had booked a lunch table. I have to honestly say it was very tasty. I can recommend the buffet to everyone, the soups were hearty and strong. We have on March 16th. celebrated my mother's 55th birthday in this restaurant - unfortunately it was a disaster. We had deliberately reserved a table in a separate room next to the games room, but the atmosphere was anything but pleasant. The noise level was unbearable. There was a large group next to our table, which in itself was loud. But the worst thing was the rolling table and garbage container in this next room, on which all the used dishes were piled up and plates were loudly cleared away. The constant clattering of cutlery and dishes ruined the whole celebration. A young waiter with a small stomach in particular stood out negatively - he was not only unfriendly, but deliberately cleaned up loudly, so that it almost seemed provocative. The food was ok, the price of 25 euros is reasonable. But such an unpleasant atmosphere makes even good food worthless. A waiter with a southern look was at least friendly, but unfortunately that wasn't enough to save the party. We couldn't hold out until the end, even skipped dessert and left the restaurant early - many of us with headaches from the persistent noise. With a little more effort from the staff, the celebration could have been completely different, but for us it remains an experience that we don't want to repeat.

I had dinner at this restaurant today and I have to say that the food was really delicious. Unfortunately, the entire visit was marred by unbearable noise. Not only was it generally too loud, but the behavior of the waiters was particularly disturbing. Instead of showing a minimum of consideration for the guests, the cutlery was loudly thrown into the sinks - it felt like you were sitting in a commercial kitchen and not in a restaurant where you would want to feel comfortable. I would have liked a lot more attention and respect towards the guests. In a restaurant I not only expect good food, but also a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately that wasn't the case here. Therefore, despite the good food, I cannot recommend the restaurant.

I can only recommend this Asian restaurant. Despite the large crowds at the main dinner time in the evening, there was a huge selection of a wide variety of dishes, including fruit and desserts. A visit is worth it.

It used to be good. But the management increased the number of tables while the buffet remained the same size. You wait in line for your meal for 30 minutes. Half of it is then empty. This is an imposition, an impudence and, above all, just greedy for money. Nothing more needs to be said about it.

A disaster!!!! Saturday March 1st, 2025. Celebrating my birthday with the family, the most beautiful day of the year... I will remember it for a long time!!! Mom, care level 3, no longer so mobile. Table ordered at 5:30 p.m. DISASTER!!! With mom to the buffet....after 15 minutes with mom back to the table.....without food...employed again. Mom provided with food.....food put out for me to prepare....At 6:15 p.m. after 45 minutes I had the second beer, but still nothing to eat!!! I finally had something to eat at 6:25 p.m. Not at all comfortable, it feels like mass processing and at 25 euros per head it's too expensive! I've never had such a bad restaurant for my birthday!!! We won't be going there again!! It used to be better...

Minus points: -If the plate is not eaten empty, there will be a surcharge of 10 euros -If you don't order a drink, I was almost charged a surcharge of 4.20 because the buffet was calculated too "low". Next time I don't want a drink, just a la carte - The knife and fork disappeared very quickly from the plate in the square, in one evening a fork was picked up 9 times and a spoon 6 times. -The Asian one is missing. We used to love going here because that Buffet offers a lot of choice. However, the food was very poor. But the prices have risen sharply. True to the motto mass instead of class. The food was very greasy and the spring roll tasted like rancid fat. The freshly prepared fish was served drowned in fat. Can't be compared with Emden Restaurant Phönix, at least a step better. The prices alone, in Emden around 4 euros more expensive but first of all twice as much choice, especially for children with sweets, chocolate tower, ice cream... all drinks included. Hello, three people went there for dinner at 6:30 p.m. on Christmas Day. The service and the food are worth 5 stars, but the ambience, especially at Christmas, I give it three stars because there were no Christmas decorations. No Christmas tree, none Christmas decorations on the tables. Especially on these holidays, standing in line in front of the buffet is normal and you have to accept it.

After a somewhat more direct approach, we were sincerely apologized several times and we were immediately given a table. The rest of the evening was very accommodating. Great service, a delicious buffet and at a fair price. I suspect that the whole thing was a misunderstanding and was due to the stress of the full house. For this reason 5 stars.
