I was here today and was really pleasantly surprised by the taste. We were recommended the steak doner, and they also served us a plate so we could fully enjoy the meat.

I recommend EVERYONE to only buy food from the older man, he makes proper, honest portions! (Just got two with cheese, both great) the younger one (35 or so) gave me a rip-off kebab for the second time in three weeks! I told him it was a normal kebab. I gave him €10 and he gave me two back (it costs €7) and I said ok, I'll have double the meat because I didn't want to hear his excuse as to why he was only giving me two back) he looked at me strangely and mumbled "double"... ok. What did I get? HALF a kebab, which I can see quite clearly now because I'm holding two from the older man that don't have double the meat and are almost TWICE the size! The younger one is a total rip-off artist who probably pockets the extra money at the checkout in the evening.

I had a falafel durum. It was really delicious and the ingredients were fresh. The service could be a bit friendlier. The seating inside is quite nice, though there's no air conditioning. Outside is also okay, but it's on the main street. It might be more worthwhile to pick up.

Conclusion: After the reopening, the doner kebab was really good. But now, unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly again. We were there last night. We had one doner kebab and one lahmacum. The bread in the doner kebab was stale. The lahmacum was soggy. The meat was cut too early, which meant it had no flavor or consistency. The garlic sauce basically just tasted of sugar and mayonnaise. It's a real shame; everything was really good when it reopened.

In addition to the kebab, there are also many other dishes – whether vegetarian, with meat, or classics like the Iskender, which is also highly recommended. What also immediately struck me: The shop is very clean, modernly decorated, and family-friendly. You feel welcome, and the staff is friendly and attentive. In terms of quality, the food is far from Lord level. The dürüm is flaky and tough and falls apart when eaten. The veal consists of 80% minced meat and tastes almost artificial. The chicken was cold, so pushing the grill to the spit for less than 1 minute didn't help. Red cabbage is not fresh, but slightly pickled and watery. The garlic "sauce" has a mushy consistency and the taste is far from a garlic sauce. The predecessor was better. That was the first and last time at the Lord of Döner.

Very bad food, rice a mix of basmati and Turkish just disgusting and sauces and salad also very bad. Definitely not recommended if you want good Turkish food.

I was there today and ordered a pide for just under 10 euros. The pide was put into the apparently not preheated oven and was 'done' after about 20 minutes. The bottom of the pide was rock hard and the top was not through, which unfortunately made it inedible.

BAD FRIES. I'm only reviewing the fries!! I ordered 2x fries to take away and the fries were dry and extremely dark fried. I recommend frying again after they have cooled. Never again !!!!

Delicious oven dishes We ordered 10 lahmacun for our visit and were very satisfied. The lahmacun were delicious, perfectly seasoned and fresh from the oven. The salad and lemons on the side rounded the whole thing off well. The master (Usta) was friendly and helpful when I had a query. Gladly again!

Standard, nothing special as it should be for the company, has unfortunately lost quality in my opinion. Bread is homemade = top, meat from the kebab was from the (gastro) GEN metal box which was probably cut off beforehand (at some point) even though 2 skewers were turning. Sauce was absolutely inedible according to our taste - variation garlic was unfortunately just as inedible with bitter rosemary and variation yoghurt. Watery, bitter, no aroma, too sour, not balanced in taste. Unfortunately very disappointed. Unfortunately, in our opinion, it no longer has anything to do with the quality of a few years ago. Huge menu at the expense of quality? Staff very friendly! Outdoor area top for Wiesbaden Biebrich. Interior front clean and tidy. The back looked like it was either not open or only for special guests.

I used to eat there often and it was always delicious. But today, no thanks. I ordered a kebab plate, the employee was completely disinterested and didn't even ask what kind of sauce I wanted. I just did everything and was done. Then expired Ayran was found in the fridge, the employee pointed it out, all they got was a nod and that was it. I can remember much better times in this restaurant.

I ordered a kebab plate with yogurt sauce as shown in the receipt and unfortunately received a dry kebab plate without salad and without sauce!!! Nett nur sehr dreckig,der Boden in der Küche sieht aus als wäre er eine Woche nicht geputzt worden,das muss in der Gastro täglich gemacht werden.Die Kleidung ist total dreckig,wenn man den Herrn hinter der Theke anschaut dann ist man satt wie kann man so dreckig herumlaufen. Das Brot für den Döner kommt aus einem Müllsack und wird erst warm getoastet von frischem Brot keine Spur.Ich denke der Laden sollte mal gründlich geputzt werden und die Leitung sollte einem Gastromon übergeben werden der sein Handwerk versteht das Wichtigste ist was das Auge sieht und das sollte nicht schmutzig sein jedoch der Döner schmeckte aber alles andere war schlecht.

I have gone to this place several times because I have liked it each I was there. However, when I was there the last time everything was good except the chicken. It really tasted weird like it had gone bad. Regardless, the staff is super friendly except for one lady who served my food at Biebrich haput. She seemed to have slammed the chicken soup on the plate 🍽 because the plate had soup splatter around it. Anyway it's an alright place. Not too bad just alright.
