After almost 3 hours it arrived, everything was completely squashed and cold, the fries were as if they had been sitting for 4 hours, the sauces were simply inedible. I am always grateful for food, but this was really the worst thing I have ever eaten and it wouldn't have even deserved a star in my eyes.

This was the worst experience my girlfriend and I have ever had in our lives. First, I ordered from Lieferando, and the order didn't go through, even though we thought it had. After that, we waited for 20 minutes at Nordsee—which we didn't know at first and only realized when we read the reviews—until we ordered from Wolt, because we saw a Wolt employee parked at Nordsee with his bike. We waited for over an hour for a guy to bring the food to Nordsee. We asked an employee next to the store if she knew anything about it, as there was a Wolt employee in that store too. We didn't get a response, so we decided to contact Wolt customer service. We gave up hope and thought we'd been scammed. We ran to the train station, and our savior, Ines, called Nordsee. We ran back and saw our Wolt bag. We picked them up, and now I'd like to taste them. The taco was very flat and filled with a very odd filling. My friend had her taco with meat instead of falafel. I blame everything on shops that don't exist visually... and on the city's food.

In the big box for €10.49, 2 tender 4 nuggets and 4 chili cheese nuggets were, in my opinion, too expensive for the amount and the sauce was forgotten. The food was just lukewarm and the outside of the wrap was very sticky and not crispy.

When you order from Lieferando, you charge a delivery fee of €3.49, which is fine with me, but what the hell is a service fee? According to your statement at Lieferando, this fee allows you to offer better service and improve the ordering process. Sorry, it's incredibly embarrassing that customers should pay for an improvement in your job.

Wenn ihr hier bestellt, stellt euch darauf ein über eine Stunde zu warten. Wenn der Hunger dann so richtig groß ist wird die Bestellung ohne Angabe von Gründen etc. Storniert. Wenn man ganz viel Glück hat (wie ich) darf ich anschließend sogar noch meinem Geld nachlaufen weil ich es via PayPal im vorraus bezahlt habe. Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen diesen Laden zu meiden!

Der Laden ist im Nordsee drin!!! Ist nicht ausgeschildert, steht nirgends und auf Lieferando ist auch kein Hinweis. Geht aber lieber nicht hier essen, holt euch lieber Subway. Das Essen ist widerlich, Durchfall und Magenprobleme vorprogrammiert. Nicht so cool im Zug, wie man sich denken kann.

Selbes Verfahren wie bei der Kundin vor mir. Ich habe Essen per Lieferando bestellt, per Apple Pay bezahlt und der Food Tracker sprang nach über einer Stunde auf „Zugestellt“ um. Niemand hat geklingelt, geschweige denn ich hatte mein Essen. Gar nichts. Es wurde aber anscheinend zugestellt -> Siehe Screenshot. Ich hoffe das ich bei Lieferando das Geld nun erstattet bekomme. Hoffentlich nehmen sie euch raus!

Lieferung innerhalb 30 Min und das Essen war richtig lecker!

Meine Bestellung wurde nicht geliefert, ich habe keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Ich konnte das Restaurant nicht erreichen.
