Osteria memo in Nienburg (Weser)

Extrem langsamer Service und null Transparenz!Wir mussten ewig auf die Karten und die Rechnung warten; kein Kellner war in Sicht. Das Schlimmste: Visa wird nicht akzeptiert, aber man wird von Anfang an nicht darüber informiert (keine Schilder, kein Hinweis vom Personal). Erst beim Bezahlen steht man vor dem Problem. Im Jahr 2026 unakzeptabel!

Enttäuschend. Wir haben Lasagne zum abholen bestellt, was vergessen wurde. Ist natürlich menschlich, kann passieren. Das ist noch nicht das Problem. Der wirkliche Grund dieses Kommentares ist die Lasagne selbst. Es war nur sehr viel Teig, etwas beschamel, sehr viel Soße zum kompensieren und 0,5% Fleisch. Das war etwas frech. Man könnte es eigentlich fleischlose Lasagne nennen. Man hat also 14€ für Lasagneplatten, etwas beschamel, Käse und eine Tomaten-Sahnesoße bezahlt, die nicht mal in Lasagne gehört. Sehr, sehr enttäuschend. Was ist passiert mit dem Laden? Das war früher nicht so. Das entspricht einfach nicht den Erwartungen. Der Service war aber toll.

Ich bin aus 3 Stunden Entfernung gekommen, um hier zu essen. Leute diese Pizzen sind 10/10. Der Chef ist der größte Ehrenmann haha.

Wir waren zufrieden, das Essen war super lecker. Das Ambiente ist recht locker gehalten, die Musik leider zu laut und generell eine recht laute Atmosphäre im Innenraum. Die Bedienung war heute scheinbar schlecht gelaunt, genervte Blicke und selbst ein Danke fürs Trinkgeld war auch nicht drin. Preise eher gehoben, der Parkplatz ziemlich eng.

Die beste Pizza die ich je gegessen habe. So lecker und gutaussehend der Wahnsinn.

Essen ist sehr lecker, viel Auswahl. Draußen auf der Terrasse ist es wunderbar und um einiges leiser als drinnen.

Essen war sehr gut. Der Service ließ leider etwas auf sich warten. Getränke und Essens Bestellung ging schnell , das essen war dann auch schnell da so wie das Getränk. Aber nach dem Essen kam leider niemand mehr am Tisch vorbei um zu fragen ob man noch was trinken wolle oder zahlen wollen. Es war während meines Aufenthalts nicht viel los ( ca. 6 Tische belegt). Zum zahlen sind wir anschließend hinein gegangen an die Theke. Der Service war steht's freundlich, aber leider nicht oft am Tisch anzutreffen... (War 3 mal zum Essen hier, und 3 mal war es das selbe) Das Essen ist zum weiterempfehlen. Mann kann es auch zum Mitnehmen / abholen bestellen.

Ein sehr schönes italienisches Restaurant mit dem typischen Flair Italiens. Die Pizzen sind großartig – mit dünnem, knusprigem Boden und hochwertigem Belag. Auch die Nudelgerichte sind sehr zu empfehlen. Insgesamt ein tolles Restaurant für alle, die authentische italienische Küche lieben.

Das Essen war wirklich lecker – daran gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Leider reicht gutes Essen allein für einen gelungenen Restaurantbesuch für mich nicht aus. Wir hatten einen Tisch für vier Personen reserviert und ausdrücklich um einen etwas ruhigeren Platz gebeten. Dieser Wunsch wurde leider überhaupt nicht berücksichtigt. Stattdessen saßen wir mitten im extrem lauten Restaurantbetrieb. Es war dauerhaft hektisch, eng und unruhig. Ständig mussten sich Gäste und Kellner dicht an unserem Tisch vorbeiquetschen, weil wirklich jeder freie Zentimeter mit Tischen und Stühlen vollgestellt war. Besonders unangenehm empfand ich außerdem den Umgang nach dem Essen. Kaum hatten wir Hauptspeise und Hauptgericht beendet, wurden wir praktisch schon mit dem letzten Bissen im Mund gefragt, ob wir noch Dessert bestellen möchten. Danach kam im Minutentakt jemand vorbei und fragte erneut nach weiteren Bestellungen. Dadurch wurde unser Gespräch permanent unterbrochen und man hatte das Gefühl, möglichst schnell wieder Platz machen zu sollen. Für mich gehört zu einem Restaurantbesuch nicht nur gutes Essen, sondern auch eine angenehme Atmosphäre und die Möglichkeit, entspannt Zeit miteinander zu verbringen. Genau das hat hier leider komplett gefehlt. Aufgrund der Lautstärke, der Enge und der permanenten Hektik würde ich persönlich keinen weiteren Besuch planen.

Voll lecker, Zutaten frisch. Sehr zu empfehlen .

Ich bin heute zum zweiten Mal 80 km gefahren um die leckere Pizza zu essen und es war nicht das letzte Mal! Pizza ist super super lecker, das Personal super freundlich und umsichtig, das Ambiente ist einfach toll ! Als Absacker der selbstgemachte Limoncello ist unschlagbar !

Wir waren hier mit 5 Personen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen hat allen sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Ambiente war Italienisch. Schön das es Euch gibt. Macht weiter so!

Ich bin um die ganze Welt gereist, und die beste Pizza sowie das beste Tiramisu habe ich tatsächlich hier gegessen. Eine unglaubliche Geschmacksexplosion — ich bin begeistert und glücklich!

Echt italienische Pizza: hier, bei Osteria. Eins vorweg: nach Pizza Hawaii hab ich nicht geschaut ;-) Eine Reservierung hatte sich für einen Samstag als gut geplant herausgestellt - es war voll. Könnte am "Gesamtpaket" von Osteria memo liegen. Nette Bedienung, sehr guter Service, tolles Ambiente. Die Pizza - ein Traum von dünnstem Boden!!! Sehr lecker belegt. Üppige Speisekarte mit allem was man sich wünschen kann. Was wir sehr nett empfanden: Man wird zum offiziellen Geschäftsschluss nicht rausgeworfen, oder drum gebeten langsam ans Gehen zu denken - nein es wird geduldig gewartet - so wie damals das Sport Studio auf Wetten, dass ... :-D

Für mich war es sehr laut. Konnte mich mit meiner Freundin gar nicht richtig unterhalten, weil auch wir sehr laut sprechen musste. Sonst hat es uns aber gefallen nd auch das Essen war gut.

Für mich die beste Pizza in Nienburg ! Besonders positiv: hier gibt es neben speziellen Pizzabelägen auch noch normale Pizzen wie Funghi & Co., das ist ja bei einigen Restaurants mittlerweile ganz raus und nicht für jeden ist Steak, Walnuss und Feige ein leckerer Pizzabelag. Hier gibt es sie jedenfalls noch : meine geliebte Prosciutto e Funghi und sie war megalecker! Ein tolles Restaurant - Service sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, den Pizzabäckern zuschauen zu können - auch super! Habe auch schon Nudelgerichte für zuhause mitgenommen, war auch immer sehr gut. Nudeln sind ja immer so eine Sache, bei anderen außerhaus oft matschig, aber hier war alles bestens! Wir kommen wieder - weiter so!

Ohne zu übertreiben, die beste Pizza im Landkreis. Service sehr sehr nett, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

Ich finde es nach wie vor unglaublich, dass es mitten in Niedersachsen eine so grandiose Pizza gibt. Jeder Besuch ist ein Erlebnis. Hierfür lohnt es sich auch, extra anzureisen. Ich habe bisher in Deutschland hinsichtlich des Gesamtgeschmackserlebnisses (Qualität der Zutaten!) keine bessere Pizza gehabt, sodass diese zu meinen persönlichen Benchmarks gehört. Unbedingt würde ich empfehlen, dafür die Pizza nach Hausart (Memo) zu probieren; da passt alles perfekt zusammen! Außerdem schaffen es die Gastgeber, dass man sich in dem schön eingerichteten Laden immer sehr wohl fühlt. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Sehr hohe Qualität.

Also ,eigentlich ist das Essen top . Aber 3 mal! Habe ich etwas bestellt ,ausser Haus,zum abholen.und 3 mal konnte ich,das Essen, nicht verzehren! Und habe das Essen entsorgen müssen .Ich sagt immer ,bitte nur was auf der speise Karte steht,und bitte keine Oliven.und jedesmal waren Oliven im Essen,oder zutaten die nicht auf der speise karte angegeben waren.Ich habe eine Allergie, gegen Oliven.Dies ist bei jeder Bestellung so gewesen. War auch nun die letzte Bestellung.

We visited this location on Tuesday evening; it was very crowded and noisy. The food and service were okay, but we find it incomprehensible that they don't have draft beer; instead, they offer overpriced bottled beer. What a shame!

The food is 100%, the chef and the service are 100%. The only downside: It's very loud there, so you sometimes have to speak up.

Very tasty pizza, good food, very friendly service, and the grappa on the house were excellent. Unfortunately, they no longer serve draft beer, and it's loud and a bit uncomfortable inside. Best in summer on the terrace.

I'm in the field—it was a real pleasure. The food came quickly, was freshly cooked, and piping hot. The restaurant makes all its own sauces, no added flavors, fresh peppermint tea, and a very good espresso. Thank you very much.

We ate there because we read that they had the best pizza in Lower Saxony. There might be better ones, but it was really good.

A very pleasant atmosphere with excellent service and food. There's truly something for everyone. The menu includes appetizers, pizzas, casseroles, pasta dishes, fish and meat dishes... There are also hot, soft, and alcoholic drinks. We sat on the terrace. We started with two antipasti platters, one vegetarian and one with ham and salami. Afterward, everyone chose something from the main menu. We were asked several times if everything was okay. Even the chef came out for a chat. Then we had a nightcap. All in all, a successful experience.😊

We went there for lunch with several people on a Saturday. The pizzeria was well-filled outside on the covered terrace. We got a table there, and it was pleasant to sit outside. The pizza from the wood-fired stone oven with a very thin crust was exceptional and good. The other dishes were also good (overall, 4.5 stars for the food). The service was okay. One negative we noticed were the heavily worn menus, some of which were also a bit dirty. This was unexpected for a restaurant with such high ratings. The owner should improve this. Unfortunately, the drinks (Coke, Bitter Lemon) were not cold. The beer was served only in very simple drinking glasses, rather than beer glasses, which is inappropriate for a restaurant of this kind. In our opinion, there is still room for improvement regarding the negative points mentioned.

Super nice atmosphere and a very friendly owner and great service. I was there with my girls on Saturday and we were very satisfied. The pizzas were simply delicious. We'll definitely be back. You're all very friendly. My best friend was very happy that she was allowed to give the owner's dog a treat.

I visited for the third time because I found the place cozy and Italian, and the service was very friendly and attentive. But sadly, I've said goodbye now: A spaghetti carbonara without bacon for €14 doesn't deserve the name; it's a disgrace. Another time I had spaghetti matriciana. Instead of farmer's bacon, it had a kind of cooked ham – annoying! And a glass of wine for €8.50 is at least €2 too expensive. Pizza lovers, however, will be satisfied. Goodbye!

The food was very tasty, the service was a disaster.

A very good restaurant with super attentive staff. Delicious food without additives or MSG, which is perfect for me as someone with allergies. We sat on the lovely terrace. We first had an antipasti starter and then everyone had a la carte. The chef even came by to ask if everything was okay. We'd be happy to go back anytime 😊

I've eaten there several times and have always been very satisfied – the stone-baked pizza was truly delicious, nice and crispy, and well-topped. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our last order. The pizza was very thin and soft, with barely any toppings, and the hollandaise sauce was only present in small blobs – overall, it seemed carelessly prepared. I can't say whether this was just an exception.

We spontaneously stopped by for pizza at lunch and were very satisfied. Overall, everything was good and delicious.

Had traditional pizza from the stone oven, it was very tasty.

We met a few colleagues here on weekdays and spent the evening together. The food is recommended, I had the pizza calzone and it was very good. The dough was airy and fluffy and tasted very good, and the topping was also good. I thought the goat cheese was great on the pizza, as was the balsamic vinegar that the pizza was garnished with. Parking is rather difficult on site, but there is plenty of street parking. Everything was within reasonable price, €20 for pizza plus drinks was okay.

The food is okay, the service was friendly and attentive. The furnishings are attractive, but the open kitchen makes it incredibly warm and the acoustics are incredibly loud. This makes the atmosphere very uncomfortable for us, hence only 3 stars.

The always friendly and warm welcome from the host, the clay oven, always delicious and freshly prepared dishes and the cheerful, colorful ambience give us the feeling of “coming home”! The lack of trained service staff in the catering industry is a general social problem. But you're trying!

Unfortunately very unfriendly staff. Billing is calculated manually and does not match the prices on the card. However, when I pointed this out, she corrected the price still way too high and no receipt..Food was very good.

As an Italian who lives in Germany I can say that the courtesy and kindness of the staff (especially the owner "Memo") makes me feel at home. Even the pizza, it's not the local one, but I ate it better here than at Italians. Great 🔝

A very pleasant evening in a lovingly run Italian restaurant. As soon as you enter you can feel the warm atmosphere - stylish, but not exaggerated, and with a certain Mediterranean charm. The welcome was warm, the service throughout the evening was attentive, courteous and pleasantly unobtrusive. I had a pizza that was convincing both in terms of taste and appearance: crispy base, perfect balance between toppings and dough, and above all - you can taste the quality of the ingredients. Everything fresh and prepared with care. We particularly liked the personal touch: at the end we were offered an amaretto on the house - a small but very appreciative gesture that particularly rounded off the visit. A place that not only impresses with culinary delights, but will also be remembered for its warmth - we will be happy to come back.

We met friends there. We were warmly welcomed and had a very good pizza 🍕 which was baked in a wood-fired oven. Luckily 🍀 we had reserved in advance because it was very well attended. No wonder with the delicious pizza.

We had reserved a table by phone a week in advance and when we got there our reservation wasn't there and no one knew anything about it. The employee in question didn't know exactly what to do and offered us a small table somewhere near the door that had a chair. We just left and won't be coming back any time soon.

Well, the pizza was absolutely nothing special, rather very “neutral”. The mediocre wine is completely overpriced! Fairly friendly service, but the focus is clearly on “regulars”, “getting full” and “pick-up service”. As a “new” guest you are initially ignored. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities are also very “questionable” in terms of hygiene. But the concept still seems to be working.

I can recommend it but please do the math if you wanted €10 more than it should cost. Fast delivery, super tasty food

Nice atmosphere, even outside, but unfortunately we were forgotten. It started with the table reservation, but a table quickly became available and was immediately prepared for us. However, from ordering the food to receiving it took more than 45 minutes. Too long for us if there is no bread or something similar in between. The pizza was good, the pasta was medium. Unfortunately, the Vitello Tonnato was not what we know and love from other Italians. Overall: The pizza is recommended. Maybe just a combination of unfortunate circumstances.

What are the opening hours for if you don't stick to them? Tuesday evening 9:20 p.m., we wanted to order something by phone, but it's already closed. In the future we will go to La Matta again. This can also scare away customers.

I can only recommend the restaurant! The pizzas are super delicious! There are several vegetarian pizzas and, if desired, you can also get vegan pizzas, which were super tasty. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. I was thrilled and can definitely recommend it. The prices are rather high but normal for Italian restaurants (pizzas 10€ - 18€).
