Eat Happy in Nienburg (Weser)

I find everything delicious. Especially the Matcha Mochi and Green Tea Dorayaki. I'm glad that Kaufland now carries them.

We occasionally pick up sushi 🍣 or bowls from here when I shop at Edeka. I have absolutely no concerns about EAT HAPPY's preparation and storage methods; I consider both to be hygienic and perfectly safe. We like the combinations/recipes. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine. We certainly enjoy the taste.

The sushi is always prepared daily and stored in attractive boxes in the refrigerator. The fish is fresh, not overcooked, and the vegetables are crisp; you can tell the sushi is professionally prepared. There are many variations, a bit expensive, of course, but that's due to the ingredients, and everything is handmade. The only criticism (but it doesn't detract from the review): there's very little tuna, but plenty of salmon... Finally, a sushi place in Nienburg that knows how to make good food! ...and you can pre-order :)

The preparation is perfectly fine, and the taste is also perfectly acceptable, considering it might take some time to cook before eating. A quick sushi to make at home.

The sushi sits there all day! Everyone grabs it, takes it in their hand and takes it back again! Not hygienic!
