Orient Grill in Berlin

Tolle Öffnungszeiten. Man kann dort sehr schön draussen sitzen. Sehr leckeres, frisch zubereitetes Essen; auch für Vegetarier, und freundlicher, aufmerksamer Service. Als der Koch sah, dass ich Schwierigkeiten hatte mich zwischen Falafel- und Hallumisalat zu entscheiden, bot er mir an, einfach einen Mix aus beidem zuzubereiten. Toll ist, dass man dort Schwarzen Tee in individueller Stärke an einer Selfservicestelle nehmen kann, soviel man will und dass es dort auch eine kleine Gästetoilette gibt. Ich komm gerne wieder.

Ich kann das Essen sehr empfehlen. Alle meine Freunde fanden die mitgebrachten Falafel, Dips und Manakish sehr lecker. Auch der Service war super freundlich und wir haben sogar noch ein paar zusätzliche Dinge umsonst bekommen.

Schawarma war schrecklich. Das Huhn hängt da bestimmt schon 1 Jahr und obwohl es mit viel Fritieröl übergossen war, war es furzt trocken und komplett ohne Geschmack. Schade um das arme Huhn Außerdem wurde mir ein Menü berechnet, obwohl ich diese eklige Sirup, keine Ahnung was das sein sollte, glaube tote Cola garnicht wollte. Also spart euer Geld oder schmeißt es direkt weg

Top service and delicious food! I absolutely love my Orient Grill experience! The food was delivered very quickly, which is a big plus for me as I was very hungry. The dishes were incredibly tasty, fresh and well seasoned. The customer service is particularly positive: I was contacted in a timely manner because one of my selections was not available, and I was offered an excellent alternative that really impressed me. All in all, great service and I will definitely order from here again!

Very bad experience unfortunately. Unfortunately I haven't received my order. I drove for free, a waste of time and money. When I got there I was informed that shawarma was no longer available. Instead they wanted to offer me something else, which I refused. I asked for a refund of my money but the employee insisted on giving me something else. Unfortunately his behavior was disrespectful and rude. Under these circumstances, I will refrain from purchasing from you again in the future.

The store was closed even though it should have been open according to its opening hours. A pity.

Ordered here three times already through wolt after 12 am and I must say I’m very impressed. I was very suspicious because of all the good reviews and the few extremely bad ones, but I can definitely say, that the food is good and not disappointing, however, putting mushy tomatoes in a shawarma is a crime, so I hope they consider that next time, because it was really bad, other than that - keep up the work and there’s always room for improvement!

Friday - 4 a.m. Everything is closed, but I've been hungry all night 😂 the store was actually already closed; but they had offered me a falafel to take away (at a slight discount, I gave them my last money). That was a final highlight of the evening and above all a rescue 🥹 only I had to wait outside :/ but otherwise great! :)

Shockingly bad staff! Unhygienic and unfriendly. You lose your appetite. Because of this, I didn't eat.

I advise everyone not to order through food delivery, I ordered food and my house is ten minutes away and it came cold how much it was in the fridge for burger meals
