The doner kebab is really great, everything else is too.

Orientgrill was one of the best in the city years ago. But it's steadily declining and resting on its laurels. The food just doesn't taste the same as it used to.

Very friendly, even ordering by phone was no problem and I even got a free Coke. Would gladly come again! Highly recommended!

I've been going here for 16 years and they've never disappointed.

I honestly can't understand how so many people are praising this doner kebab. I remember it used to be one of the best in Magdeburg. But frankly, this is unacceptable. Yes, it's very generously filled, but what's with all the excessive amount of sauce? There's no flavor to be found except for the sauce. The saying "more is better" doesn't always apply. For me, this doner has gone downhill drastically. Other places in Magdeburg do it much better now.

We went there once for a doner kebab. It was a nicely filled doner, with fresh salad and good meat. For our taste, there was a bit too much white sauce (yogurt sauce) and not enough of the other sauces. The staff was friendly and we got our doner quickly. We'll definitely go there again for another doner kebab.

THE Döner is the best in Magdeburg. Large portions and always fresh ingredients. A big doner for €8.50. I'd happily drive across town for that. I've been a customer for years. I can only recommend it. Truly delicious.

The best kebab 😍 you get a lot for your money. The spicy sauce is spicy, the garlic sauce tastes just as good, and the yogurt sauce is wonderfully refreshing. Toppings are always to your liking, of course. Keep it up!

Me and many other customers love this kebab. Mega big and extremely tasty. I have often received and taken special requests into account - sorry for that - but always in a friendly manner. The guys are always quick and friendly customer oriented. Ingredients always fresh! Price is average but content and taste are simply great. The only minus is that it is often full on Fridays and weekends and you have to wait a bit. Nobody can do anything about that and it just shows how popular the boys are. Oh yes and this is the only shop that has actually been clean for years. Keep it up!

If you're very hungry, this is the right place for you. Huge portions at normal prices. I have never experienced such a portion. And delicious

Horrible Experience – Health Concerns! My visit to Orient Grill was extremely disappointing. The food was of poor quality and gave me and six of my friends food poisoning. We all had severe stomach upset and nausea after eating. Additionally, I was shocked to learn that the restaurant is not halal. They use pork for their currywurst and apparently use the same knife for the kebab. This is not only unhygienic, but also problematic for guests who rely on halal food. Overall, the experience at Orient Grill was anything but positive. I can't recommend this place and definitely won't be coming back. I hope other guests don't have to have the same negative experience we had. NOT TO BE MISSED!!!

Disappointing and harmful to health! Unfortunately I can only report a very negative experience at the Orient Grill. My visit there was anything but pleasant. The quality of the food was disgusting and gave me and six of my friends food poisoning. After eating we all had stomach problems and nausea. It's truly shocking that something like this can happen in a restaurant. Hygiene seemed to be lacking and the food wasn't fresh. I definitely cannot recommend this place. It's important to pay attention to the quality of the food and that was definitely not the case here. I hope other guests don't have to have the same experience we had.

Mega is all I say. The triangle was so full and I was more than full.

2 kebab plates were ordered. One without cabbage, tomatoes and a few onions, the other with a few onions and no hot sauce. Both plates are half overloaded with onions, the one without tomatoes is missing lettuce and cucumber and the fries were drowned in the sauce. The sauce is also very salty. The service just doesn't work at all! The food, which actually appears fresh, loses a lot of quality. It's a shame that the Orient Grill has developed so backwards.

According to a recommendation, we tried 2 kebabs there. Overfilled kebab with unordered contents. After 10 minutes both kebabs were cold and the bread was sticky.

What a delicious meal we had here! The sandwich is very well filled. It's packed with meat, cheese, sauce and fresh salad and is only €9. Very tasty food for little! Highly recommended. I say do it!

The Orient kebab special is a nice toasted bread with fresh salad and a lot of realy tasty meat. Everything freshly made to order.

This place is NOT HALAL!!! They use pork for currywurst and the same knife for cutting other things. The fries are fried in the same fat that the pork was fried in. I don't recommend Muslims to eat there.

The best, biggest and tastiest kebab in the world and in the most beautiful city in the world. Is worth every visit. Not only are the kebabs gigantic, so are the other meals.

The best craftsmen and the most deliciously prepared dishes. Fast service on site and preparation of meals for take-away.

I actually really enjoyed being a regular (I was usually there 2-3 times a week), but the last 3 times it happened that the order of ONE kebab was prepared incorrectly. After the kebab today, I will avoid the Orient Grill for the time being. Quantity is currently taking precedence over quality, which is a shame.

Worst kebab in town... Just way too much sauce! Disgusting. Meat a little low, poor quality Salad. Well, I'm not a vegetarian so I don't need 95% salad in my kebab. Half would have done it. No seating, the chairs were raised. 5€ for a portion of fries. Simply overdone for raw things! Conclusion. Make half the sauce, half the salad and leave the meat portion as it is. Then €5 kebab. P.S. The sauces taste rancid.
