Orient Grill in Troisdorf

The food is very good, and the staff is attentive and friendly. We were even allowed to bring our dog, who was immediately given a bowl of water. Rosis is a great place to stop for a break, so it's a real must if you're traveling along the A3.

Excellent meal and service! We sat on the patio, it was beautiful. They had blankets on the chairs in case it got cold.

We had reserved a table for three people in advance. Upon arrival, they initially wanted to give us a small, round table right by the warehouse door. After we objected, we were given the table for four next to it. Since we are all quite tall (I'm 195cm, my son is 190cm) and the seats against the wall weren't very usable, we moved the table 10cm away from the wall. At that point, they immediately objected, saying that wasn't possible and we had to walk around it. When I pointed out our height, it was simply dismissed. Very, very disappointing. There were plenty of empty seats, by the way. Customer service was absolutely nonexistent, which is something we haven't experienced at this restaurant before. We've been regulars since it opened, but not anymore.
