Pizza and salad were very good! The service was very nice, courteous and quick.

The food was very good there. The service was very good and friendly at the beginning. But the longer we stayed, the harder it was to call a waiter. Finally, we were forgotten. Ordering drinks wasn't easy at the end. We sat outside. In itself, it was nice to sit outside. Only the wooden tables looked unkempt and cracked. There were also a few broken chairs outside. As I said, the food was good. However, there was something to complain about.

Food was great, staff was super friendly, food was delivered to the table quickly and was also very tasty, the volume of the music was absolutely negative. We had to talk extremely loudly at the table so that we could understand each other. What also doesn't work are the women's toilets. The glasses are totally loose in two toilets. Toilet paper everywhere on the floor, sorry but these two points could certainly be improved. We got there quite early for dinner, around 6:45 p.m.

The meal went well. If I remove a star because I find that the dishes lack a little quality. The carbonara was good but nothing more, it was made from supermarket bacon, and the pasta used was thin spaghetti, which was a shame. But service and atmosphere were nice!

Food, service and ambience simply good. Would love to come back. The sanitary area is absolutely clean and it smells wonderful, like a wellness area 😊

Spontaneously celebrated a birthday with 15 people at L'Osteria Troisdorf. Thanks to the excellent team and the consideration for allergies and intolerances, we were able to spend a wonderful evening there. The grandparents, we and the children always enjoy coming there. ABSOLUTE RUDE!!! I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant. We were treated disgustingly and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a pub. The waiter kept asking us stupid questions instead of simply taking our orders. To make matters worse, the foreman defended the cheeky waiter instead of taking care of our concerns. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and I strongly advise against eating here.

“Great location” – that’s what they say today. Excellent food and attentive service. Because the “hall effect” predominates here, the ambience suffers a little. Otherwise still highly recommended.

Ich weiß, dass ich alt und spießig bin, aber ich mag es nicht von Leuten geduzt zu werden, wenn ich sie nicht persönlich kenne. Das gilt insbesondere für Restaurants. Aber hier war wieder meine Welt in Ordnung nach dem ich viele Jahre die Kette boykottiert habe, weil ich eben ständig geduzt wurde und sie es auch nicht unterlassen haben, als ich darum gebeten habe. Aber das betraf eine andere Filiale. Schade, dass man nach dem Brot extra fragen muss. Sonst war der Salat lecker.

I've eaten at L'Osteria several times before, but we've never had such bad service as today. We ordered three pizzas and a salad. The salad first came when we had already eaten half of the pozze and the additional meat we ordered was also missing. This was corrected, but the salad only came back when the rest of us were almost finished eating.

Large, high building that is always full of people and the noise level is correspondingly high...but you can easily ignore that because the food, the service and the price level are simply very good👍

We came in and were initially looked at stupidly because the woman at the entrance couldn't whisper her hello quietly enough and of course we could only ignore it. Then wait a relatively long time until the food arrived. It finally came, but in stages. The first few dishes were eaten and the rest of the food wasn't there yet. At the end we were interrupted during a conversation asking whether we could finally pay... (considering that there are several tables around us free... so no lack of space).

The male waitress outside was very unfriendly. He bluntly pointed out to us that we weren't allowed to move the tables. It was very hot and we didn't want to sit in the blazing sun. Otherwise we were happy with everything.

We asked on the phone if we could get a vegan BBQ chicken pizza. The chicken was replaced with vegan chicken, but the cheese was not replaced with vegan cheese. After questioning, it was claimed that we were lying, that we only changed vegan chicken.

Pizza is big and poorly topped. Way too expensive and not a great atmosphere. You have to wait forever. Then the pasta dish from the previous person is on the bill. Far too loud and uncomfortable. Parking spaces are far too narrow and far too few. My thanks. Again please.

Very nice. Ideal for a quick snack. We were there with 4 people. Not a big order, but a salad was still forgotten. However, after asking, it was brought quickly.

The BBQ chicken pizza and the Cesare e pollo are simply 10/10

Unfortunately I have to revise my review after my visit today. The service today wasn't very friendly and it seemed like we were unwelcome as guests. A pity. Maybe better next time. Otherwise just L'Osteria.

The table was reserved and confirmed a week in advance, when we arrived no table was prepared. Several tables were quickly pushed together in the counter area. The food (pizza, pasta, 1 salad) was ok. In my opinion it's not a highlight and the portions are too small rather than too big. Unfortunately, a tray fell down and some of my shoes and pants were soaked with cola. In return, the person concerned was not offered anything on the house, i.e. no drink, coffee or anything. That's actually what I expect. So the visit was more like….. goes like this.

I am very disappointed that I can no longer order pasta (10:30 p.m.), this was only mentioned after I ordered a drink. Pizza would still have been possible for whatever reason... If the situation had been mentioned directly at reception, everything would have been fine

Mega unfreundliche Mitarbeiter!!! Zudem hat das Essen ebenfalls nachgelassen. Eigentlich bin ich hierher einen gemütlichen Abend zu haben aber dank diesen unfreundlichen Mitarbeitern war der Abend nicht schön. Nie wieder !!

Food tastes very good, whether pizza or pasta, prices are ok and the service is quick and very friendly.

They ask very rudely how much you prefer to tip. Ridiculous. Everything else was fine...

Even though we had made reservations, even though guests who arrived after us were served, even though we asked to be allowed to order, it was only after 15 minutes of waiting that a waitress came and asked me whether I thought it was unusual to wait 15 minutes before being ordered. When I told her that guests who arrived later had already been served, she replied that I shouldn't yell at her, which I definitely didn't do. We left, at the ASH opposite, where we hadn't made a reservation, our order was taken after 90 seconds. I haven't had L'Osteria Troisdorf for a long time. We were there often. But I am a guest, not a supplicant. Don't like being yelled at when I'm treated worse than other guests.

I am very disappointed with my visit to L’Osteria Troisdorf. My mother ordered spaghetti carbonara, which neither looked nor tasted fresh. Fat had already settled under the noodles. After only 2-3 bites she let the dish go back. We were offered to get the pasta new, but we were not informed that we would have to pay the full amount because apparently more than half had been eaten. When we wanted to pay we were told that we had to pay the full price. Despite our complaint, they insisted that we had to pay the full amount. This was definitely our last visit to this restaurant. Very disappointing and absolutely not recommended.

This is the second time we have eaten here with birthday guests and we are very satisfied! Super nice and attentive service, very child-friendly, the food is great - we would be happy to come back and recommend you!

We were in Troisdorf on May 18, 2024 with a large group of young people with disabilities. The service was first class, patient, understanding, humorous, appreciative... Everything was made possible, really great. Thank you for that. It was really special.

L'Osteria as you know it. The team is friendly, helpful and quick... Price-performance and quality of the food is right here.

Food is very tasty, service is friendly but a bit inattentive. The music is definitely way too loud. You can't even have a conversation at this volume. Everything is very child friendly. There is no small climbing house with a slide. There is also a disabled toilet with changing facilities. Even pampers were available.

Another attempt after a long time. > Service was quick and friendly > Food > Pizza big, but thin toppings > cl. mixed salad fresh, standard dreng, ok > Pasta unfortunately completely tasteless and overcooked > Ambience, visually certainly ok, room acoustics a catastrophe > Prices, > I'd rather pay €6 for a glass of open wine on a nice spot/terrace It will probably take some time until the next attempt.

We actually always enjoyed eating at L'Osteria. After the last visit this will no longer be the case! We ordered two pizzas and one pasta to take away. After 40 minutes of waiting we were finally able to receive the food. The size was fine as always, but the taste was really bad. I've never had an 18€ pizza with not a single taste. Even the pepperoni tasted neither hot nor mild. Overall, it just tasted like nothing. I really regretted this order, the cost of around €15-18 per pizza plus the pasta wasn't worth it. My husband and I struggled with severe gastrointestinal problems immediately afterwards. An excellent restaurant should always provide consistent quality. So it turned out that L'Osteria has not only become extremely expensive, but also doesn't value good quality and apparently also doesn't care about hygiene in the kitchen.

It was a very pleasant stopover after a tour, lots of space, nice, fast service, delicious food ✌️😋

The food and service are okay, but the prices are quite overpriced, especially for the drinks. The outside area urgently needs renovation.

As always, very tasty. Super nice service. Pizza huge, hot and tasty, pasta very tasty and absolutely filling. And if something else fits in, tiramisu is a treat.

Food tastes good, service is nice and the restaurant is always busy, understandably. Everything is always great. Prices are appropriate, depending on €20-30 in our case.

Top losteria atmosphere, good and fast service from the staff. The food is also great, at Losteria level. You can always do it, especially when the waiters are so good, attentive and friendly.

The service is a complete disaster. Waiting time 45 minutes until everyone has gotten a drink, another 15 minutes waiting time. At the end when paying, various dishes and drinks were booked onto another table

For the first time I didn't eat pizza but tried the lasagna. Price performance is rather questionable, the portion is very small for the price. The staff was friendly but also a bit overworked and there were longer waiting times.

Here the owner responds to criticism by claiming that you can also wait inside at the bar for your ordered pizza. That's not true! Last night 9 p.m., extremely rainy. I come from further away and was wearing a light jacket and shorts, it's May. On the window in question there is a very unfriendly notice that says, "No entrance here!" and no one can be seen behind the window. So I walk through the rain to the other side and try my luck there. The waitress immediately sent me away, saying I was completely wrong here. Saw my soaked clothes and me in shorts. Still, I wasn't allowed to sit at the bar for a moment to dry off. She didn't even want to listen to my comment that the notice on the pick-up window was extremely irritating. I was there on time just before 9 p.m., everything was paid for online and I still had to wait 10-15 minutes for the pizzas and salad. But they seemed to be ready at 9 p.m. because they were cold. Only one of them was cut (I specifically asked for it). The other one was, how should I put it, superficially touched by the scooter. That's not a bad thing, but I also think that leaving out my free surprise (I had to explicitly confirm my age online because it was supposed to contain alcohol) was a total impudence. Yes, there was a lot going on, but behind the window there were at times 3-4 young ladies at the same time showing each other something on their cell phones. I like this chain, but Troisdorf doesn't work at all. In the Ruhr area, I recommend the Bochum and/or Mülheim locations. They have better staff.

They don't like being there anymore :( Atmosphere is reminiscent of a train station, very loud. Staff is often overwhelmed and you wait forever for new drinks It's a shame, the food is otherwise quite good :) Service has improved a lot 🙂 now gives one more star 🙂 would love to come back ☺️

L'Osteria as a chain is good as always! Food delicious as expected. No problem there either as a family. Clean toilets and changing tables available, which is in short supply in some restaurants.

Having to wait 45 minutes for a table in front of the door with a reservation. Super great staff under terrible working conditions. Highly praised large pizzas that consist of thinly rolled dough with few toppings. A lot of show with extra paper documents, not very sustainable. Very sweet iced tea from the bottle. Impossible toilet conditions that do not do justice to the desired ambience. Not very customer oriented and only designed to rip off people. Going there is the same phenomenon as buying an overpriced Starbucks coffee for 8 euros just to show off the cup. Then it's better to support the good local pizzerias, even if they don't have a stylish factory style.

Were there yesterday with 9 people. The waitress was really really good, constantly striving for the highest standards and extremely attentive! Please feel free to have more of this in the otherwise barren service desert of Germany.

Very inviting interior with a nice bar in the middle. Outdoor area quite quiet despite the proximity to the street and surrounded by greenery. The staff was very nice and we didn't have to wait long for our food. However, my bruschetta wasn't particularly seasoned but that could also be personal taste. Otherwise, all in all a nice visit.

I'm really disappointed with the Losteria in Troisdorf. There were 9 people there, there was a puddle of grease in the middle of all the pizzas, the pasta was cold and not seasoned, no one liked the lasagne, but the waiter was really friendly and helpful.

We had spaghetti, pizza, salad and more pasta. A total of 6 main meals and drinks and paid around €130. The food was good, but nothing special. However, the service and the ambience were convincing. Toilets were clean. In short: recommended.

Super thin pizza with sparse toppings. There were 6 pieces of pineapple on the Hawaiian pizza. One pizza used to be good for two. Today you spend €20 on pizza plus coke and you can only get full on your own. Plus a waitress begging for a tip. Won't be coming back again.

The service was incredibly slow, perhaps a bit overwhelmed with her tasks and when she paid she kept a €4 tip, which surprised me a bit given this service. Food is ok as usual if you don't feel like cooking. Nevertheless, the visit didn't make me go home satisfied and I won't eat there again.
