Delicious pizza. It's nice for the little ones that they can knead the pizza dough. Service is attentive and friendly. Prices are still OK.

Very tasty, high-quality pizza, and it was very large, almost too big for the plate. It felt like a real Italian restaurant. Highly recommended for any occasion.

We ate there yesterday after my parents picked us up from the airport. We ALWAYS love L'Osteria, but in Troisdorf I'd like to highlight the particularly friendly staff! They were truly so friendly, chatty, and helpful. It won't be our last visit! :-)

Yesterday, we went to L'Osteria with friends to celebrate a friend's birthday. Despite the packed house, the service was consistently attentive and friendly. Our waitress, Lena, was particularly personable, responded quickly, and always kept an eye on things. Drinks were brought promptly and were never empty. The food also arrived quickly and was delicious. A nice surprise: the birthday boy or girl received a free tiramisu – a really nice gesture. Overall, a relaxed and enjoyable evening in a pleasant atmosphere.

The food was delicious, as always. The service was a bit clumsy. If you order tap water, you get a small, half-full glass and are given strange looks.

Anyone who's experienced L'Osteria knows what to expect: huge pizzas with generous toppings. Of course, they can't compare to a real Italian restaurant, but the kids (and sometimes the parents too) still go back every now and then. It was our first time at L'Osteria in Troisdorf, but we felt like everything was a bit more expensive than at home. The bill was a bit shocking, but the food was impeccable. The service was a bit hectic at first, but it was also busy at that time of day. Later, it calmed down a bit, and the service was very attentive. All in all, very good, we'd go back anytime.

Unfortunately, it's always sad. The service is too nice and conceited to serve. Cologne Losteria offers better service. They take advantage of the fact that there's nothing nearby.

Very nice ambiance, very friendly staff, and the food was incredibly delicious. Plenty of space both inside and outside! All in all, highly recommended!

I went to L'Osteria with my family today. I actually wanted to order the Pollo Fromaggi salad from the weekly menu, but unfortunately they were out of feta cheese (hence only 4 stars). Instead, I had the Rucola e Parma salad, which was delicious. The waitress, Lena, was also very attentive and friendly. I'll definitely stop by again 😊👍👍

I had dinner at L’Osteria on June 15th with my little daughter and we were really impressed. Our waitress Lena was super friendly and spoke to my daughter in such a sweet and child-friendly way – truly warm and caring. The food was absolutely delicious, and Lena took great care of us the whole time. You don’t get service like that every day. We’ll definitely be back!

As someone with dietary restrictions, I found it a bit disappointing that there is a list of allergens, but unfortunately, knowing what contains gluten or lactose isn't much use to me. For me, it would be great to have a list of all the ingredients. But that's just a small bonus and doesn't detract from my rating. The pizzas were, as usual, very tasty, and I also think that you can have half and half. Especially for people like me who would love to try everything. The special pizza with green asparagus was really delicious! The dessert was also good. We ordered a schnapps to finish off the meal, which was more than generously poured. The waiter must have been kind to us 😁 Would definitely come back!

Except for dessert, the dishes are very tasty and reasonably priced. Our little one (4 years old) loves coming here; she always gets some dough to knead in the kitchen, and she can compete to see who can knead it ;-), a great idea. There's a small play area outside, which is very relaxing with kids.

Very tasty pizza and good salads. They were better before the pandemic. But what can you do? All restaurants have the same problem. The service here was quite good, nice and friendly. The price-performance ratio is right.

Today was a complete disaster, booked a table and got one 10 minutes later. Waited 25 minutes until a waiter showed up, placed our orders and was then told that there were no mushrooms - a funghi pizza was the jackpot. A short time later - according to the waiter - new mushrooms were produced. Lucky us, the pizza arrived, and a second pizza (Canarino) two minutes later (ok). Then another surprise: anchovies were forgotten and the cooked ham was replaced with cubes of ham... took the pizza back and anchovies were thrown on it (probably with a lot of love). A dinner to forget, at least the waiter was nice.

A good restaurant in this chain. I ate there with a friend in the morning. The service was solid. The food was very tasty, and the portion sizes were also generous. The ambiance was typical of L'Osteria, and it was well-maintained and well-kept. The restrooms were also clean at the time of our visit, around 4:00 p.m. I'd be happy to come back.

Beware of this scam: They tell you that some of the salad toppings are out and ask if you'd like other toppings instead (e.g., corn, peppers, onions). However, each topping is charged separately, turning a €2.95 side salad into a €6.70 side salad! The money was not refunded, even after being informed.

As for the quality of the food, I can't complain; everything was great. The service could be a bit more coordinated—for example, it's rather unusual for the dip to be served 20 minutes before the pizza roll. In general, it could be a bit quicker. However, everyone was friendly without exception.

Despite a reservation, we had to wait 15 minutes. We then left and found another restaurant nearby. Otherwise, the food was very good.

Nice service, but unfortunately they were a bit off with their time estimate. We were passing through and had little time and asked how long it would take. The answer was that it was quiet and the service was very quick. Even so, after ordering, we waited 25 minutes for two and a half pizzas. We had a different idea of ​​"super quick." The kids' pizza is not recommended for anyone over the age of two; in contrast to the regular pizzas, it looks really tiny and poorly made. There's no typical pizza placemat included, either. Both of these factors contributed to the disappointment of our four-year-old children. Next time, we'll probably share a large pizza.

As always, a lovely break at l'Osteria. Good food, a pleasant and authentic atmosphere, and prompt and attentive service. Our four-legged friend enjoyed it too. We'd love to come back!

We celebrated our daughter's baptism at L'Osteria yesterday. When I made the reservation, I discussed all the details regarding the date and time, number of guests, food intolerances, and decorations with the chef. We brought the decorations yesterday morning, and the table was decorated for us before our arrival (it was done exactly as I had imagined) – thank you very much for that. The service was first-class – no guest missed anything. The food and drinks were to the satisfaction of all guests at the party. I particularly liked that, despite the large number of guests, almost everyone received their dishes at the same time, so we could all start eating together. All in all, we and our guests were completely satisfied and would book L'Osteria again for a celebration at any time. Many thanks to the entire L'Osteria team

Unfortunately, this was the worst pizza we've ever eaten at L'Osteria. It was raw, dry, and the tomato sauce was bitter! Not to mention the nausea some of us felt after a few hours. Otherwise, we've been very satisfied so far. It can happen, but it shouldn't.

It's best here in the evening. The ambiance is great when it's dark outside, but it also looks great during the day thanks to the huge cabinets full of bottles. The service is rather ordinary, not particularly chatty, and most people don't thank you for being a customer (which is very important to me). The food takes just as long as at any other L'Osteria, so nothing to complain about. The food here is better than at any other L'Osteria I've been to. The pizzas are sometimes a bit thin, but they taste all the better and aren't too greasy. You can't complain about the amount of cheese either. The pasta, however, is sometimes really dry, but that happens relatively rarely. I can only rave about the homemade drinks. They all taste wonderful, especially the peach iced tea, which is incredibly flavorful. That's why I find this L'Osteria better than usual.

The pizza was a big flop. The main thing is big dough and hardly any toppings on it, and that with a pizza with salami where there were only 5 pieces on it and the rest was so dry that you had to drink more. Instead of a pizza with a diameter of 50 cm, it would be better to make it smaller so that it fits on the plate then it would fit with five slices of salami.

We had dinner there last night. The waitress then spilled the entire glass of cola on our clothes, which can always happen, but we still had to pay for this glass in the end, which I just find outrageous. One could also have said the drink is on us. We had to point this out. Things like this and others have happened there in Troisdorf several times. It's not like that in other branches.

Hauptgang war gut, leider hat das Pannacotta im Anschluss enttäuscht. Auf der Karte wird es als Pannacotta mit frischen Erdbeeren angekündigt. Tatsächlich lagen lediglich zwei halbe Erdbeeren dabei was die Erwartungen natürlich nicht erfüllt hat. Wenn frische Erdbeeren angekündigt werden sollten sie auch in guter Menge dabei sein.

The restaurant is very nice, but that's where the positive things end. They can't even bring me a carbonated Coca Cola after the 3 cokes I gave up. If you can't do that, how could I eat anything there? The selection of dishes is poor. I can't recommend it

The service and ambience are nice, but the food is debatable. It was ok but nothing I can say you have to go to... Salad with goat cheese was ok, pizza was pretty pale, tiramisu was good, spaghetti ice cream was terrible. What bothers me personally is when you pay and the device immediately draws your attention to the TIP.

We made a reservation for three people today and were there on time. When making the reservation, I requested a table outside. Unfortunately, this was not taken into account in any way, as the employee at the reception assigned us a table inside, with the words "If you get too cold outside, it's hard to get another table inside. Ok. Swallowed it. Food was very good, service at the table was very pleasantly attentive. Unfortunately, the tables inside were 50% unoccupied after about 15 minutes, so it was even harder for me to understand the statement at the reception. Nevertheless, it was good and tasty👍

Eating and drinking like in Italy, great. Alone in a small group with full sound under four loudspeakers does not allow for conversation and thus takes away the mood and joy a little. A noisy room and extra loud music are not what you really need when eating. Food, drink and service was great.

Classic L'Osteria. Quality great as always. Selection good. There is a good overview online of what is available gluten-free. The selection is of course much more limited. I would be happy if they offered gluten-free pizzas or at least pasta. The salad I had was a bit sour in overall composition. But all in all great.

This was my second time here with friends and unfortunately I was disappointed with the food for the second time. I had the carpaccio as a starter, the taste was okay, the plate was hot which is not really an advantage for carpaccio. A few edges of the carpaccio stuck to the plate. There were also one and a half slices as thick as salami slices (charged in full). For the pizza I ordered a Margherita with chicken, the chicken was good, but unfortunately the pizza was very neutral, the sauce and the cheese didn't add any flavor. With a good sauce and good cheese, this is actually enough. In general, the pizza was also very greasy. In terms of price, the pizza is okay for the size, but the toppings are very low (due to the size, the toppings are lost). The service was good, friendly and I also asked questions about the carpaccio because of my complaint. Unfortunately the volume was very loud, which is not suitable for a quiet evening.

We visited the restaurant to celebrate a birthday and had made reservations in advance. The food was good as always, but unfortunately the service was disappointing. After two hours we were asked to vacate the table without warning because other guests were waiting. Another point of criticism is the online reservation option. There is no opportunity to indicate special requests or requests, such as small children or the desire to bring a homemade cake. Unfortunately, I can't describe the restaurant as child-friendly. It would be nice if the venue improved these aspects to provide a better experience for families and groups. This isn't the first time that I've written a review.

Unfortunately I have to give one star. Reserved stating that a high chair is required. When we arrived we were told that it was not available. We didn't eat there and went to another restaurant where it wasn't a problem to get a high chair. I would recommend that the L'Osteria Troisdorf team only confirm a reservation with a high chair if it is available!!!!
