Unfortunately, something definitely needs to be done about the soundscape here. Unfortunately it was also very tight. Service and also the food were top!

As always, we ate well and had very nice service.

Food was very, very tasty and the price was also completely ok. There were three of us there and we quickly got a seat even without a reservation. The drinks also came relatively quickly, the food took a while, but it was also quite full and therefore completely fine. Otherwise very nicely furnished, I just noticed that the volume was sometimes really unpleasantly loud, maybe it's due to the hall construction? Maybe you can still optimize it a bit.

Losteria, but in a good execution. Unfortunately there was no fruit brandy and the grappa was far too full, as I felt afterwards. Food was good until we were good, but if you advertise large pizza, you should also have large plates.

Chic interior, nice staff and it was tasty

Despite the large number of guests, the food was ready very quickly and tasted great. Despite the hectic pace, Florian was very calm and took a lot of time for everyone. Can only be recommended!!!

Everything was really satisfactory. Special vegan requests were also addressed with confidence. The food was super tasty and the atmosphere was great.

Unfortunately, the pizza is "only" big and there isn't much flavor in it. The Tuscolo in Troisdorf is the better alternative for me. There's nothing wrong with the ambience and service.

A very nice restaurant with a good menu. The service is very nice and accommodating. The only drawback is that when the restaurant is very full, it gets very loud. Conversing in a group is then very difficult.

Spontaneously went to Losteria for dinner on Sunday. As always, the food was very good, but the service was subpar. First we were ignored for 20 minutes to order, then the salads were forgotten (since the lady preferred to talk to the bartender at the counter and wasn't even present in her assigned area) we had to ask for the salads at the counter. Due to the poor service, we didn't leave a tip and the waitress wasn't even able to say goodbye. Hopefully next time there will be better service

The warm welcome at reception was not as friendly as we are used to. The food was good, but the requested spoon didn't arrive until the end. Too bad

Huge pizza at a fair price, sometimes a bit loud with many guests in the house.

Food on site is always good and the waiters are always very friendly and accommodating. Even with a dog, a table can always be found Pre-ordered pickups always involve a long waiting time. Love eating locally instead of picking up.

Friendly staff and very tasty food!

The food was delicious as always. But the service this time was very poor: There were no documents, the pizza was partly on the table, cutlery only came minutes later when the food was already served, and for the second round of drinks you had to actively alert the waitress, even though it was everywhere Staff was. Simply ask more often if anything was missing, then we would have consumed more drinks. And when you leave the restaurant, a goodbye and more attention would be very beneficial. Overall, our visit this time was very impersonal.

Catastrophic! The whole restaurant smelled of some kind of glue, it was unbearable, all the guests were dissatisfied and changed their ways. During ongoing operations, the floor in the kitchen was being refinished and it smelled of chemicals. In addition, the food was bad, noodles were hard and there was no taste to speak of. When we gave honest feedback, the boss didn't come and personally apologize, nor did we receive any compensation. When we went out we received a provocative goodbye from the lady at reception. I work in the catering industry myself but I've never experienced anything like this. If you need to do urgent repairs, you should do them in the morning.

Delicious food and super nice employees...

Nice restaurant with the usual Osteria flair. Osteria is known for Italian cuisine and especially the huge pizzas 🍕. Food was good and freshly prepared. Dessert and coffee were also fine. Positive, some free parking spaces are available for the restaurant. Service was mediocre, which has to do with the fact that the restaurant is very crowded at lunchtime. They can hardly keep up, so the employees are more interested in quantity than quality. The atmosphere was also negative, rather suboptimal at lunchtime as it was very loud and overcrowded. Maybe it's different in the evening, but it's not cool at lunchtime. Therefore, a functional restaurant with familiar food.

Very cozy and clean atmosphere. The staff is friendly and accommodating. There is actually something for everyone in terms of taste. The pizza, no matter what kind, can only be recommended. Only the size can cause certain problems (and I don't mean too small). Overall everything was great. Gladly again!!!

We come here from time to time. The pizza is big and it will fill you up more than enough. Children's pizza is small and just right for the little ones. The children can knead some dough or play outside while they wait. The pizza makers are very friendly. The conditions are nice, but you have the feeling that you are a nuisance. Because we like it here, we remain customers.

Unfortunately, the otherwise delicious salad was pretty wilted today. As if it had been standing there for a long time. In addition, the spritzer had hardly any carbon dioxide. Basically, we would like to be able to order small and large pizzas instead of whole or half ones. What do you do if one wants to order pasta and one wants pizza? It's a shame, we've always been so happy so far... unfortunately not today.

Pizza from the electric oven for €15-18, exactly my sense of humor. Overpriced maximum average food. Waitresses careless. I can't recommend it at all.

We have been coming to Troisdorf for many years and today we were there again in the early evening with 6 people. As always, the food was delicious, even if the pizzas were noticeably smaller than ever. Although we had the wish to eat the salads in peace as a starter, and this was also confirmed, the dishes came immediately after the salads?! Not so nice either, but bad, we were really dissatisfied with the service, at first we were greeted in a bad mood, then the entire time we didn't ask if everything was OK, if we wanted to order anything else after the drinks were empty, anything We had to request it, so the nice, courteous new waitress at least made us a little happy at the end, even if she looked a little irritated when we didn't give a tip for €200, apart from a few euros. And one more thing, everything seemed very hectic and no employee was visibly in a good mood?! Best regards

Delicious food, nice and friendly staff in a nice, familiar atmosphere. Disadvantage: Large location, despite the cozy decoration, there is a lot of echo, a lot of background noise.

Loud & uncomfortable, service was very friendly, pizza was ok, for €50 for two pizzas and two cokes, we'd rather go to the Italian restaurant around the corner

The franchise system guarantees consistently high quality in cuisine, service and a similar ambience. Can't complain about it. Some flexibility would be desirable if you want smaller portions. The team management should think about that. Not. Everyone wants to return the pizza or take it home. But the dedicated service – always five points.

Everything fine! We had made a reservation for 6 people at 7:15 p.m. Our request - not to sit at the entrance door - was taken into account. Our table was great - cozy in the corner with a sofa. The service was very friendly and despite the many guests, both the drinks and the food came very quickly. It was all very tasty. We'd love to come back!

Lively atmosphere… nice service - but honestly, the pizzas still have room for improvement. The topping is very sparse and also of mediocre quality (eg Gamberetti = mini canned shrimp?) and the dough could definitely have used a few more minutes. So the size of the pizza doesn't mean great quality... In fact, the prices are actually high 😌

Food and service, I have nothing to complain. Super comfortable atmosphere. I liked the Spagetti mit Pumpkin sauce. Kids loved cheese noodle. Drinks are also served in good price. When we come again around in Troisdorf, we will visit here again definitely.

Huge restaurant with nice decor. Unfortunately it was pretty full when I ate there. For my taste, the pizza base is much too thin and not crispy at all.

Get pizza rolls without herb butter. When asked about calling, treated inappropriately. It doesn't work at all!

Despite confirmation of our reservation, we were asked in a relatively unfriendly manner to get up from the table after registering and look for another table. What do you reserve for? This table remained unoccupied until we left L'Osteria. Funny, isn't it!? After the rudeness, we waited for the same waiter for over a quarter of an hour to order drinks. Drinks and meal came promptly and were fine. Nevertheless, we were amazed at the exorbitant prices. Finally, the waiter disappeared completely for a long time (15-20 minutes), so other guests besides us had to point out to other waiters that they and we would like to pay.

Just super delicious. We arrived extremely hungry. The food also came relatively quickly. Yes, I have to agree with the reviews about the chairs outside. There are nicer solutions here. The play area for the children outside was very nice. We were very satisfied

We were in this Italian restaurant with a very pleasant quiet ambience on a Wednesday evening. The restaurant was well attended. The service was super friendly and the food was super tasty. Be careful with the size of the pizza, because you have to be really hungry to eat it! 😉 All in all it was a really nice evening. We would love to come back! Tip: Better reserve!

Delicious pizza. There is a small playground outside for the children. This way you can eat in peace and the children can run around without having to sit at their place. There are also small tables for the children inside, where the little ones can get a piece of dough every now and then and roll it out (not to eat).
