The food used to be better. They served bread before the meal. The calzone had very little filling. The pizzas weren't as generously topped either. The music is probably a strategy... to keep people from staying too long.

As always, a great experience! Delicious food, you know what you're getting. We'll gladly come again!

Yesterday, the four of us went out for pizza, and the service was very friendly and attentive. Despite our "special orders" (half of the pizzas had different toppings), the pizzas arrived very quickly. They were very large and thin, and absolutely delicious. The only thing we didn't like was the volume of the music, as it meant the other guests had to speak louder, making it quite noisy overall.

Very friendly staff, they even took care of our dog. The food is also highly recommended, classic Losteria fare. 👍

We were here two days in a row with a training group of about 16 people – and both days we were asked to clear the table. Some people at our table had to shovel their desserts, otherwise they would have been left uneaten. The food was excellent – ​​but in my opinion, it's unsuitable for large family gatherings.

Yesterday, I went to L'Osteria Troisdorf with three colleagues. I must commend Gorish's incredibly friendly and competent service. He was very quick, friendly, calm, and unobtrusive—simply perfect. The food and the atmosphere were also highly recommended. However, we were seated under a speaker, and we found the music a bit too loud for a restaurant. After we asked, though, they turned the music down a bit. We'll be coming to L'Osteria again soon and will definitely continue to do so.

Even though every table was occupied, the food arrived incredibly quickly. The service was efficient, and the portions were truly generous and delicious! Absolutely top-notch!

Unfortunately, our group halved shortly before our visit, which caused a huge problem for the team. After being assigned a different table, we discovered that one of the tables was completely broken. We informed the server, which created another problem. Then, with eight people, we were given another table, but it was so small that we complained again. They insisted it wouldn't work, that the table was adequate. However, after much back and forth, we finally got a third table. This one was great, and everything else went smoothly. If the restaurant had been full, I would have understood the store manager's fuss, but it was Sunday at 2:15 pm and completely empty. It's unfortunate that if you have a complaint, it should be resolved in the customer's best interest, but instead, we had to speak up, and the issue was addressed only grudgingly. It's a shame, since the customers are ultimately responsible for the revenue. The concept of customer service is sadly lacking here.

I was really craving pizza the other day, so I thought I'd come back to your place. And I have to say, I'm more than satisfied. The young waitress was fantastic. She mentioned at the beginning that she was new, but I didn't notice anything amiss. The service was very quick. The food was delicious; the BBQ chicken pizza is my favorite. I'll definitely be back!

Went there tonight for the first and last time. The music was far too loud; you could only hear yourself at a table for four if everyone's heads were practically touching over the top. The tables were crammed in far too close together to fit in the maximum number of people. The next table was barely 20 cm away. If someone at our table wanted to get up, half the next table had to get up to make room. The pizza was much too big for the plate and therefore almost impossible to handle. The toppings were concentrated in the center of the pizza, resulting in a very wide crust. Since the pizza was about as thick as a tarte flambée, it wasn't such a big deal. For me, L'Osteria is McDonald's for pizza. Mass production with no personal atmosphere. Only for those who like that sort of thing, but the place was packed.

We went to L’Osteria Troisdorf today and it was simply fantastic! The food was delicious, the pasta perfectly cooked. We especially want to commend Vanessa – she was a fantastic waitress, super friendly, attentive, and always in a good mood. We felt completely at ease. We'll definitely be back!

The ambiance is great, but in my opinion, the background music is perhaps a bit too loud. It might be pleasant for the staff, but it's not ideal if you want to have a conversation. The reservation process worked flawlessly, and a table was available as ordered. There are parking spaces at the building, but during peak hours, they aren't sufficient for all visitors. I ordered a cold appetizer and a lasagna. Both were very tasty, but the timing was absolutely terrible. They didn't pay attention to when the appetizer was finished and then simply brought out the lasagna a short time later. Therefore, I had to get the appetizer (bruschetta) packed up to go. And unfortunately, they didn't even pack the arugula. The service was friendly and attentive, just as you would expect. A visit is definitely worthwhile.

Making the reservation was easy, and the service was friendly 👍. But the pizza was really nothing special – it seemed to be made without any care. It was okay, but next time I'd rather go back to the Italian place around the corner. 🍕

No response to my online reservation, and no one answers the phone several times. When I finally get through, I'm told the line is busy and I can come back after 8:30 PM with a wait. Why isn't it possible to get a simple response to my online reservation, like "Sorry, we're fully booked today"? It's so simple, yet apparently, I'm expecting too much.

A fantastic Italian restaurant that stands out even among the Losteria restaurants. We love eating here; everything we've had so far has been delicious! We highly recommend the carpaccio as a sharing appetizer. The pizzas are all incredibly fresh and huge. But we're huge fans of the pasta dishes!

We visited on a Wednesday and had a great evening. Delicious food, fantastic drinks (especially on the weekly specials), and a typical Losteria atmosphere. Our server (Michelle) gave us excellent advice and guided us through the evening perfectly. It was impressive to see the passion the staff has for their work. We'd love to come back!

We felt very comfortable. Very friendly and attentive service, a lovely ambiance. The open bar and kitchen also made it feel much more cozy. Although it was very busy, we received our order quickly, and the food was delicious. The selection of vegan dishes and non-alcoholic drinks is also nice.

I ordered two quatro formaggio pizzas and one rustic pizza today. When I got home, I was very disappointed. The pizza had a few milligrams of cheese on it, no flavor, no aroma. I wanted it crispy, but the dough was partially burnt. I regretted it. I haven't eaten a worse pizza yet.

We were there today with eight ten-year-old boys. A definite challenge for everyone 😅. Especially when a liter of Fanta and juice spilled all over the table and floor. The excellent waitress was always friendly and patient. Thank you for this service and the great pizzas.

Yesterday, 9 people were there with colleagues. We had a proper reservation. After arriving and registering, we were left standing in the entrance area (at the counter) for 10 minutes. Countless waiters and customers were running around us, and as a result, it was an obstacle course for us and the staff, and absolutely annoying! We were about to leave. Then the table where two of us were sitting back to back with another table, and as expected... every few minutes a waiter came and we had to squeeze through. The order came... another adventure. The pizzas were very large, no doubt! It was still unclear how we were supposed to eat them at our table. Everything wouldn't fit on them. No one could move. It was absolutely uncomfortable! We just thought, wow, then the taste must be top-notch! BUT: Let's start with the portion sizes. The pizzas were very large and looked great at first, perhaps a little "colorless" in comparison. The lasagna was a disaster! So small that everyone at the table asked me what I had gotten! And they immediately offered to eat with us. (Based on the size of the pizza, we assumed everyone would leave some.) I asked the waiter if it was a mistake, and perhaps they had mistaken it for, say, a child's portion? But no, the portion size was regular! Okay..... Then the taste: a disgrace! The bottom layer was completely baked/burned onto the dish. The rest was mush and tasteless. I tried to complain, but got NO response! Some of the pizzas were slimy and mostly tasteless. Ultimately, a disaster! We've never eaten so badly and in such a bad atmosphere! Cleanliness is also part of the atmosphere! And it's worth (or better not) to take a look at the ceiling! People.....are you serious! So disgusting and full of cobwebs. The dust and dirt on the floors (in the corners) is pathetic for the restaurant!

The pizza tasted okay, but the service was poor. It didn't even have all the listed ingredients. But since we waited forever (including for drinks), I didn't want to complain and have to wait forever again. It was very loud, and unfortunately, there weren't enough servers for so many guests.

Despite having a reservation, we had to wait another 20 minutes for our table. One server was very unfriendly. I've never experienced anything like that before. Therefore, no tip. I won't go there again and wouldn't recommend it. We would have liked to turn on the table lamps because the lighting wasn't bright enough for us. But they didn't work (they broke).

.....since L'Osteria opened in Troisdorf, about 15 years ago, we've been going there for lunch 2-3 times a week and are well known there. But what we experienced yesterday, Tuesday, had nothing to do with customer service. I took a handful of pistachios from the counter, which were openly displayed there. When I paid, they were then added to the bill for €5.25 without any comment. So far, everything was fine, but when the store manager then wanted to reprimand us for this incident, it was clear to us: we won't be going there anymore. We come from a sales background ourselves and know how valuable regular customers are. ......it's a shame, really, because the staff is super nice, but the store managers usually seem very arrogant and never feel the need to say a friendly hello.

Great service. I'm currently undergoing a special health treatment, but didn't want to cancel my appointment. They put together a personalized antipasti plate for me with exactly the ingredients I wanted. Excellent! Overall, the service was very pleasant, friendly, and attentive. I'd be happy to go again, but unfortunately it was very busy and noisy.

The music (salsa at the Italian restaurant?!) blares loudly with far too much bass through the large hall – cozy is something else entirely. Then there's the pizza, which tastes of nothing. I've eaten much worse pizzas, but I've also had much better ones. Mine was oily and burnt on one side. The service was good, though; nothing to complain about. What I didn't like was how the woman was described as a "woman" and the man as a "man" by the restrooms. Really? Not recommended. If you want a boring pizza, order one somewhere and at least save yourself the stressful atmosphere.

I ate at your restaurant with my girlfriend today. We ordered pumpkin soup, which definitely tasted like lentil soup. I addressed it quite normally and politely, but instead of responding professionally, the waiter (with an afro) became loud, disrespectful, and completely out of place. He started arguing, accused us of lying, and seriously claimed that we were sitting at his table. This is simply rude and has nothing to do with good service or respect. We were truly shocked by this behavior. No guest should be treated this way, especially for simply providing feedback. Instead of apologizing or calmly resolving the situation, it just became uncomfortable and disrespectful.

Towards the end of the meal, I ordered a drink from a waitress, but it never arrived. After about 20 minutes, we loudly asked for the bill, as none of the numerous waiters seemed to be paying attention to us. (They preferred to have a friendly chat at the cutlery rack.) There was no response at first – it took another five minutes before a waiter came and asked us if everything was okay. Frustrated, we explained to him that we would have liked to order more but felt completely ignored. We then paid without a tip because the service was simply unprofessional. To make matters worse, the waiter then started arguing with us and accused us of being unfriendly simply because we hadn't tipped. If I'm a guest in a restaurant, I want to be treated as such and served in a friendly manner. It's sad when you feel like you're only treated kindly if you're overly nice to the staff. Something is definitely wrong here. After all, as a guest, I bring my wages to the restaurant. Overall: good food, but very disappointing and unprofessional service, which unfortunately tarnishes the overall impression.

A nice place in itself, but unfortunately, you're now crammed in. Some people sit with their chairs in the aisle. As always, the service isn't particularly attentive. The food is okay, but it's served as a standard food combining option, meaning five people can rarely eat together.

We received a friendly welcome. Although we arrived 45 minutes early, our table was ready. We were served quickly and friendly. My daughter was immediately offered something to draw while she waited. We didn't have to wait long for the food. The food was delicious. My daughter deducted one point for the tomato sauce with the spaghetti; it was a bit too spicy for her. After tasting it, I'd say it was a can of tomatoes seasoned with salt and pepper, which wasn't to my taste either. Nevertheless, my daughter enjoyed it even without the sauce. The pizza was really very good! One point deducted for the ambiance, as the tables were very close together, so you were sitting back to back with your "neighbors." Overall, though, we were satisfied, were full, and felt comfortable! We'd love to come back!

Very nice and good location. Top-notch food. The staff is always very friendly. Huge pizzas. The outside area is nicely shaded, but there are also a few sunny spots. The inside is nice, but often noisy, hence one star less.

We was at tis restaurant ,we received the menus and after 7 minutes somebody told us that table was reserved on the table was no notice that table was reservatet, an they told us to wait some 15 minutes and in our place put someone else, this it's act of no respect 😐

Unfortunately, not recommended! There were eight of us (four adults and four children). One child received his food about an hour late after arriving, while three received their starters as ordered. The starters were great, but definitely two stars. The main course was ordered incorrectly; we ordered pasta instead of pizza. One and a half hours later, the pasta I ordered still wasn't there. I politely said I wasn't hungry anymore. Then the waitress realized that the pasta hadn't been ordered in the first place. One pizza was full of onions, even though they weren't ordered. The price-performance ratio is really unfair. The atmosphere is like a dance bar. We definitely won't be going there again!

We were there for dinner and I'd like to leave a little feedback: - Great and friendly staff...all of them! Great, keep it up. - Parking right outside the door and free of charge. Very good. - The food was really good! Pasta, pizza, and salad. Super high quality and large portions for a very fair price. - Absolutely fair price for what you get! - It was also great that there was hardly any wait from ordering to the food arriving (this probably saved the lives of my two sons, who were close to starving 😀) In short, an absolute recommendation, and we would go back anytime!

A pleasant place to eat. We received quick and friendly service. We ordered the Forza vegan pizza and the Prosciutto Funghi pizza. The pizzas were huge and incredibly delicious. Definitely worth the price. They also have lots of other veggie options and some vegan options as well. If we ever do another road trip in the area, we'll definitely go back!

We went there yesterday for the second time and were thrilled again. The portions are generous and delicious. The pizzas are sensationally large and have delicious toppings. We always share a pizza between two people, so it's easy to finish it all. I think it's great that you can even order each pizza half with different toppings. The service has also been very good so far. Our server yesterday was exceptionally polite, very attentive, and very prompt. Thanks for another great dinner! We had a reservation for 6:15 p.m., so we would have gotten a table even without a reservation. However, it filled up pretty quickly, so I would definitely recommend making a reservation, which is incredibly easy thanks to the option on the website.

We dined with 29 people. Tables were arranged without any problems, and the food arrived together for everyone. Very friendly service.

Unfortunately, the meal was lukewarm. The pasta was cold and the pizza was cold. The pasta was not cooked through. I find it outrageous to demand a tip using a device, even if you can refuse. Online appointments are quick, but specifying the length of stay is questionable.

The pizzas are huge, delicious, and reasonably priced. The location is right off the highway. There's a terrace with umbrellas, although the tables are almost too small for the giant pizzas. 😉 The waiters were very friendly, the food came quickly. And the dog was provided with water. Great.

We went there after our visit to Phantasialand and can only rave about the service and quality in this restaurant. The service was friendly and very, very fast :) We had spaghetti ragu Bolognese and, of course, pizza proscoutto e funghi (ham and mushrooms), and the generous portions and the taste transported us back to Italy! Dolce Vita in the Cologne area. If we're ever in the area again, THIS visit will be an integral part of our trip 🍕🎊
