Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. The best pizza of all L’Osteria so far.

There were 8 of us...including 3 small children...it was a nice table...we had a super nice waitress...the restaurant was packed...lively and a great atmosphere...the starter was on the table in no time...very tasty and well prepared...and even though the restaurant was full we didn't have to wait long for the main course...the food came to the table completely for everyone...the taste was simply super delicious...it was simply a pleasure and a joy for my birthday such a successful evening with 3 To be able to experience generations... Many thanks to the entire team👍👍👍👍👍Tom🙋‍♂️

Unfortunately my pizza calzone was only luke warm... Unfortunately it was so cold in L'Osteria that the women had to leave their jackets on... Unfortunately, I personally didn't like it and I don't think I'll go there again...

Best pizza chain if you want a really tasty pizza that also deserves the name. Ambiance deducted 1 star because the store can get quite loud when it's busy.

Fast and friendly service, good food, attractive interior. Certainly not a culinary highlight but good, solid food in a nice environment. They are also child-friendly and there is a small slide outside.

It was quite full and we had to wait despite having a reservation. Unfortunately, when we finally sat down, we had to wait a long time until we could order and finally have something to drink! There were no more desserts because we had to wait so long. Still, I like the atmosphere there.

Fantastic pizza and great service! The L’Osteria in Troisdorf is absolutely recommended! The pizza is huge, wonderfully crispy and tastes simply great – just like in Italy. The ingredients are fresh, the selection is large and everyone will find something to their taste. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly and attentive staff. You immediately feel welcome, the service is quick and professional. Even when it's busier, the employees always remain friendly. Price-performance ratio is absolutely right. Clear recommendation!

Nice atmosphere, but really cold and weird elevator music. The starter and pasta were delicious, but unfortunately the dessert wasn't as the tiramisu was completely runny. We had a very nice and attentive service employee.

Eat: We had pizza and pasta. There is a lot of food, but very expensive, pizza and pasta around €16. Better to have normal sizes, like the Italians, and offer normal prices. You can still get delicious pizza for around €10 today. The taste is more like that of a fast food restaurant and has nothing to do with Italian cuisine. Compare Burger King and Burgers in a Stake House! Service: There weren't really many guests there and yet I had to order my drink myself at the bar because the service was inattentive. Ambiance: Very big and loud. Difficult to entertain.

We've been here a few times and every time it's different. Because of the large room, it is very loud when there are a lot of people there. But you can still understand the people sitting at the table. You have different seating options. There is a good choice of drinks. When it comes to pizza, you also have the option of sharing a pizza or ordering your own pizza as two different ones. A great idea. Service was attentive and nice.

We were there on Sunday lunchtime and about half of the seats were occupied. We were assigned a table. There was a large puddle of coffee next to the chair. So I pointed this out to the waitress and we got another table, unfortunately my seat was now on the aisle and it felt like every waiter bumped into my chair when he walked past. In addition, the stain would not be removed, so the next visitors would complain about the stain again, only then would it be removed. So the food came, a salami pizza was missing and it took a while until it was delivered. It seems as if the employees get along too well and the guests are just ballast and a nuisance.

Food and ambience is very good. Unfortunately the waiter was extremely unfriendly. Just because you don't bring in big money doesn't mean the service has to suffer.

Food was OK, service was nice. Unfortunately, the seating is very loud and the seating is tight, so having a conversation is very tiring. The oversized pizza is no longer packed in a box but in paper (which the service puts under your plate), which makes both transport and consistency difficult.

We’ve been to a few L’Osteria restaurants. But the visit to Troisdorf was a bit disappointing. On the one hand, despite having a reservation, we had to wait quite a long time for our table. The food was not served to the usual quality. Some pizzas were partially burnt, others not even remotely crispy. The prawns in the pasta dish were slippery…. It's a shame, we were really looking forward to the food beforehand

The pizzas are large and well topped. The pasta portion was good, tasted good and everyone was full. Very friendly service and food came early. The only negative thing I could mention is that it can be loud there. But where we were there (Saturday 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.) it worked. Definitely coming back and a happy group of 30 greets us on this day. Will definitely come back! 😀👋🏻👋🏻

Service is sometimes better, sometimes not so good. But overall very ambitious staff. Pizzas are huge and incredibly tasty. Food overall very good. Unfortunately it's relatively loud because it's just one large management area. Without a reservation you sometimes have to wait a while for a free table. Tip: Pizza out of the house is quick and better than any delivery service!

Wir hatten einen super netten Abend, Darek hat uns bedient, wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

I've usually been eating there for years, but what's being served there now is terrible. 1. Service extremely bad/mostly unclean. You can completely forget about the store over the phone. For the little bit of dough you get, it's not worth the 15 euros and my time. The food was also better. All in all 2/5 stars.

I occasionally eat here when I'm on courses, as this restaurant is practically next door. The food was always fresh and delicious. Price/performance is absolutely ok and the ambience is great. The pizza is very big and tasty. The staff was always friendly and attentive. Clear recommendation

We just came to eat with a small child. We were told to wait as the tables were all full. There were several free tables that were neither reserved nor occupied. After waiting for 20 minutes, guests who arrived after us were now being served and shown to tables. A nice waiter at the bar tried to speak up for us at the registration desk with the lady with black hair and braces, but she just replied annoyed and bitchy and continued to ignore us. Absolutely impossible behavior to treat someone like that. After the fourth people who came after us were offered free tables, we left. Unfortunately it was a waste of time and 1 star is already too much!!

The seating for two people today wasn't really comfortable. Table to table directly with a neighboring table, it doesn't really have to be that way. Everything else was satisfactory as usual.

Preferably 0 stars, incompetent & unfriendly staff, as a group of 15 people you are moved for half an hour and then not served properly.

The response to legitimate complaints is, “We’ll take it off the bill and you can order something new” so far, so good, but the follow-up “We won’t take it off the bill if it doesn’t taste good.” I wanted to My noodles were extra spicy and I got noodles that were neutral in taste. I also had a friend try it and she confirmed it to me.

Ich halte mich kurz, wenn Das essen Schmeckt und Gut ist dann Bezahle ich auch ein zwei Euro mehr! In dem Fall die Pizza Geschmacklos langweilig für den Preis von 18,50 erwarte ich mehr! Die kleine Cola kaum Kohlensäure 4,25 Euro Ich war seit Jahren nicht mehr dort und werde auch nicht mehr hingehen.

I had dinner with a good friend and am still very impressed with the atmosphere, even after the 10th time! This time in the service we were able to discover that the gentlemen of creation cannot match the friendliness and attentiveness of their female competitors. -The wine served is not poured, drinks and food are served "without comment" and the gentlemen's attention was somewhere but on us as guests! What a shame!! Pizza and dessert were really good! When it comes to starters, I still miss the bread from the early days!! The starter plate for 2 was OK, but without any surprises or a "highlight". I would like to see more creativity (e.g. sometimes with scampi or mussels; or sometimes with pepperoni or bean variations). Overall it was a nice evening! Thanks for that ;-)

The pizza tasted very good but it was a bit too expensive.

The calzone was 80% raw. We asked to put the calzone back in the oven. After eating, the blonde waitress said that the calzone wasn't even in the oven. The cook said it would burn. The waitress came back after the complaint and only offered a cappuccino (at 8 p.m.!) = instructions from the boss. Very customer oriented 👍 won't come here again

241229: Sunday visit to the restaurant. It was pretty busy, so the previous reservation for 3 p.m. was just right. The service was very attentive and friendly. We felt very well served. We had pizza (really big) and pasta, very tasty and plentiful. For dessert there was tiramisu and panna cotta with strawberry sauce, highly recommended. There was nothing to complain about, we were completely satisfied. The restaurant is very cozy despite its size. Parking spaces are available.

The food is good as usual, the service is actually very friendly, although sometimes overwhelmed by the number of guests. That's also the big drawback: unfortunately a train station atmosphere, which is underlined by the crazy noise and the music that is way too loud.

Service was good. Pizza crust was crispy and the vegetarian version tasted good for me. The “small” side salad is absolutely sufficient and seasoned with a delicious vinaigrette. Only the bread has a little taste of its own. Piccolo Duetto: Crema De Fragola my favorite. The pannacotta was left behind.

We visited this cozy restaurant and were amazed by the quality of the food! The pizzas and pasta dishes are really tasty, so we (three people) ordered two pizzas and a portion of pasta. The portions are generous so we couldn't finish everything and took the rest with us. The service was excellent - the staff is very friendly and accommodating. My child also loved the dishes, especially the pizza. We'd love to come back!

We celebrated a birthday with 25 people and we all felt very comfortable. Everything was perfect, I'd be happy to do it again.
