I recently dined at the Osteria and was served by a young waiter named Daric. He was extremely friendly, attentive, and charming in his interactions with the guests. Despite the full house, he took his time to patiently explain the menu to us and offered great recommendations. His smile and polite manner made the whole experience even more enjoyable. A true highlight of the evening—I'd love to go back! #burata

We regularly visit restaurants in the L'Osteria chain and recently visited this branch. The food met the usual high standards of L'Osteria. Unfortunately, the service didn't quite meet our expectations. We had the impression that there were some significant differences in the service here: While one of the waiters was very attentive and friendly, two other waiters seemed less cordial and engaging. Therefore, we definitely see potential for improvement here, especially in the way we treat guests. Consistent, friendly, and courteous service would significantly enhance the overall experience. We would be happy to return and hope that the service team is appropriately trained and motivated on our next visit.

I haven't had such a tasteless pizza in a long time. Pizza Caprese: barely any tomato sauce, four slices of mozzarella, a bit of cheese, and three basil leaves. Tasted like nothing. Not again. Edit after the owner's response: there really won't be another one. Sorry.

As usual, good pizza and, in my opinion, always good service. It varies from restaurant to restaurant, but in this case, I've never had anything to complain about. Keep it up 😉

It was our first time here and we really liked it. The pizza is guaranteed to be something special, just because of its size. My wife's salad was tasty, but the cheese cubes were definitely too big, as were the onions. Therefore a point deducted. Otherwise we really liked it. Above all, the service was really great!

Unfortunately, today wasn't as good as usual. The zoodles were watery and the portions were very small. Long wait times despite few customers. The service was friendly but inattentive.

In my opinion, the food is consistently of good to very good quality. I also like the service there - the team is always friendly and in a good mood. I've visited the restaurant countless times and, unless I'm very much mistaken, will continue to go there regularly in the future.

A classic L'Osteria. Modern decor, delicious large pizzas, and fast and friendly service. The only comment is that the window seats near the entrance are drafty, which was quite unpleasant while eating.

First of all, I have to say that the food here is excellent, so I will be back. However, there is some justified criticism, which is absolutely unacceptable. (I'm referring to a takeaway order.) 1. If I order three pasta dishes, I expect that at a price of €15 per pasta dish, each person will receive a small slice of bread, not just two slices, leaving the third person feeling unhappy. 2. I find it very cheeky to charge extra for changing the pasta type (fusilli instead of penne/or spaghetti). Unfortunately, this is even stated on the bill as a "swap" pasta dish. I've never had anything like this happen to me in a restaurant. 3. The portion was disproportionately small; the bacon in the sauce was apparently completely forgotten, except for two cubes. Over the last two years, we've seen a price increase of approximately 50% – this bears no relation to inflation, while the quantity is decreasing… Unacceptable. I'll be back because it simply tastes good, but today I have to accept the biggest disappointment I've ever had with you. Please work on this so we don't end up like Vapiano. Thank you.

The food, pasta dishes are very tasty 👌 I had Orechiette di manzo al Limone, highly recommended. The Paccheri Salsiccia as well. Unfortunately, the pizzas lack salt, flavor and sometimes too little toppings. Ambience great, all waiters very nice. There were 23 of us and we wouldn't go there with so many people anymore because it was so tight and very loud that you could hardly have a conversation, especially with those sitting at the other end.

When asked, it was said that there had to be enough space However, we insisted on a reasonable table According to the lady at reception, I was told if I should insist Should I leave the store? Semi good experience. Our first cellar lady was pretty bitchy, so we were happy when she left and someone else took over. Unfortunately the bruschetta wasn't tasty at all, it was actually just tomatoes that weren't even salted. The panna cotta was very tasty and therefore the only thing I could recommend.

Delicious food but something special is missing. The pizza tastes good but there is nothing unusual except the size. Great nice service. Unfortunately the knives on the pizza were a bit dull. And a bit too little topping for my opinion.

Waited despite reservation. After about 15 minutes we received the 4th table. Waited 20 minutes for drinks. My wheat beer was moderately cold, with almost no foam. We waited almost an hour for the food even though only pizza was ordered. Too bad

Pizza is passable but not a hit. Too little taste and better ingredients could be used. Service is very nice and accommodating, the ambience is nice but the acoustics are like a car hall. If you've ever had pizza in Italy, please don't compare.

There were 8 of us...including 3 small children...it was a nice table...we had a super nice waitress...the restaurant was packed...lively and a great atmosphere...the starter was on the table in no time...very tasty and well prepared...and even though the restaurant was full we didn't have to wait long for the main course...the food came to the table completely for everyone...the taste was simply super delicious...it was simply a pleasure and a joy for my birthday such a successful evening with 3 To be able to experience generations... Unfortunately my pizza calzone was only luke warm... Unfortunately it was so cold in L'Osteria that the women had to leave their jackets on... Unfortunately, I personally didn't like it and I don't think I'll go there again...

Best pizza chain if you want a really tasty pizza that also deserves the name. Ambiance deducted 1 star because the store can get quite loud when it's busy.

It was quite full and we had to wait despite having a reservation. Unfortunately, when we finally sat down, we had to wait a long time until we could order and finally have something to drink! There were no more desserts because we had to wait so long. Still, I like the atmosphere there.

Fast and friendly service, good food, attractive interior. Certainly not a culinary highlight but good, solid food in a nice environment. They are also child-friendly and there is a small slide outside.

Fantastic pizza and great service! The L’Osteria in Troisdorf is absolutely recommended! The pizza is huge, wonderfully crispy and tastes simply great – just like in Italy. The ingredients are fresh, the selection is large and everyone will find something to their taste. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly and attentive staff. You immediately feel welcome, the service is quick and professional. Even when it's busier, the employees always remain friendly. Price-performance ratio is absolutely right. Clear recommendation!

Eat: We had pizza and pasta. There is a lot of food, but very expensive, pizza and pasta around €16. Better to have normal sizes, like the Italians, and offer normal prices. You can still get delicious pizza for around €10 today. The taste is more like that of a fast food restaurant and has nothing to do with Italian cuisine. Compare Burger King and Burgers in a Stake House! Service: There weren't really many guests there and yet I had to order my drink myself at the bar because the service was inattentive. Ambiance: Very big and loud. Difficult to entertain.

We've been here a few times and every time it's different. Because of the large room, it is very loud when there are a lot of people there. But you can still understand the people sitting at the table. You have different seating options. There is a good choice of drinks. When it comes to pizza, you also have the option of sharing a pizza or ordering your own pizza as two different ones. A great idea. Service was attentive and nice.

We were there on Sunday lunchtime and about half of the seats were occupied. We were assigned a table. There was a large puddle of coffee next to the chair. So I pointed this out to the waitress and we got another table, unfortunately my seat was now on the aisle and it felt like every waiter bumped into my chair when he walked past. In addition, the stain would not be removed, so the next visitors would complain about the stain again, only then would it be removed. So the food came, a salami pizza was missing and it took a while until it was delivered. It seems as if the employees get along too well and the guests are just ballast and a nuisance.

We’ve been to a few L’Osteria restaurants. But the visit to Troisdorf was a bit disappointing. On the one hand, despite having a reservation, we had to wait quite a long time for our table. The food was not served to the usual quality. Some pizzas were partially burnt, others not even remotely crispy. The prawns in the pasta dish were slippery…. It's a shame, we were really looking forward to the food beforehand

Food was OK, service was nice. Unfortunately, the seating is very loud and the seating is tight, so having a conversation is very tiring. The oversized pizza is no longer packed in a box but in paper (which the service puts under your plate), which makes both transport and consistency difficult.

The pizzas are large and well topped. The pasta portion was good, tasted good and everyone was full. Very friendly service and food came early. The only negative thing I could mention is that it can be loud there. But where we were there (Saturday 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.) it worked. Definitely coming back and a happy group of 30 greets us on this day. Will definitely come back! 😀👋🏻👋🏻

Service is sometimes better, sometimes not so good. But overall very ambitious staff. Pizzas are huge and incredibly tasty. Food overall very good. Unfortunately it's relatively loud because it's just one large management area. Without a reservation you sometimes have to wait a while for a free table. Tip: Pizza out of the house is quick and better than any delivery service!

I've usually been eating there for years, but what's being served there now is terrible. 1. Service extremely bad/mostly unclean. You can completely forget about the store over the phone. For the little bit of dough you get, it's not worth the 15 euros and my time. The food was also better. All in all 2/5 stars.

I occasionally eat here when I'm on courses, as this restaurant is practically next door. The food was always fresh and delicious. Price/performance is absolutely ok and the ambience is great. The pizza is very big and tasty. The staff was always friendly and attentive. Clear recommendation

We just came to eat with a small child. We were told to wait as the tables were all full. There were several free tables that were neither reserved nor occupied. After waiting for 20 minutes, guests who arrived after us were now being served and shown to tables. A nice waiter at the bar tried to speak up for us at the registration desk with the lady with black hair and braces, but she just replied annoyed and bitchy and continued to ignore us. Absolutely impossible behavior to treat someone like that. After the fourth people who came after us were offered free tables, we left. Unfortunately it was a waste of time and 1 star is already too much!!

The seating for two people today wasn't really comfortable. Table to table directly with a neighboring table, it doesn't really have to be that way. Everything else was satisfactory as usual.
