Wir waren spontan in der L'Osteria und haben auch ohne Reservierung schnell einen Tisch bekommen. Wir mussten nicht lange auf unser Essen warten. Auf Extrawünsche wird problemlos eingegangen . Die Pizzen waren frisch, lecker und wie gewohnt schön groß. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam! Die zentrale Lage ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt und macht das Restaurant gut erreichbar.

Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und haben auf der Terrasse einen schönen Tisch bekommen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und wurde auch schnell serviert. Beim Service hatten wir jedoch gemischte Eindrücke. Eine Mitarbeiterin wirkte leider etwas unmotiviert, während die andere sehr freundlich war. Trotzdem hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass öfter einmal am Tisch nachgefragt wird, ob wir noch etwas trinken möchten oder ob alles in Ordnung ist. Ein etwas aufmerksamerer Service und ein kleines Lächeln würden den Besuch noch angenehmer machen. Vielleicht lag es auch daran, dass wir zur Mittagszeit dort waren. Insgesamt hat es uns aber gut gefallen und wir werden noch einmal wiederkommen

Wir finden es super. Gute Auswahl an Pizzen und pasta. Gute Beratung zum Wein und prima Kindergerichte. 46 cm Pizzen lecker. Reste werden auf Wunsch eingepackt. Sehr nettes Personal und einzigartiges Ambiente. Sehr hohe Decke, daher akustisch leicht hallig. Grosser Aussenbereich zum Sitzen. Kinder können spielen und toben.Gute Parkmögöichkeiten. Alles top und zu empfehlen. Kletterhalle nebenan.

Pizza war nicht richtig durch, richtig willkommen hast man sich nie gefühlt, komplett desinteressierte Bedienung. Kann ich leider nicht Empfehlen.

Flotte Bedienung. Sehr sngenehm. Wir saßen draußen am warmen Sommerabend. Ansonsten eben eine Kette mit den Gerichten wir in den anderen Locations auch. Ganz ok.

Wirklich ein schöner Ort. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Mir hats sehr gut gefallen. Die Bedienung ist flott und die Pizza ist wie gewohnt top. Das Pils vom Faß könnte zwei Grad kälter sein. Die Toiletten sind nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen.

Ich habe hier in diesem Restaurant, einer meiner besten antipasten gegessen, empfehlenswert!

Sehr lange mussten wir warten um eine Bestellung aufgeben zu können. Das Hähnchen auf dem Salat war zäh. Als ich das dem Keller sagte, kam nur ein "das habe ich heute schonmal gehört". Als wir zahlen wollten, kam auch keiner. Dann habe ich den Keller am Nachbartisch gefragt, ob ich auch bei ihm zahlen könnte. Der verneinte, mit der Bemerkung, dass uns ja auch sein Kollege bedient hätte. Als ich überrascht guckte, sagte er so was, wie "Was guckst Du?". Ein Bewirtungsbelegt sollte gemailt werden, es kam aber nur eine Rechnung. Service eine Katastrophe, Essen halbwegs ok. Wir gehen hier nicht mehr hin.

Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön möchten wir unserer Kellnerin Kalsey aussprechen: Sie war unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und einfach rundum lieb. 🥰 Mit ihrer freundlichen Art hat sie dazu beigetragen, dass unser Abend noch ein kleines bisschen schöner wurde – und genau solche Menschen bleiben einem positiv in Erinnerung. Gute und große Pizza für okayen Preis sowie sehr leckere Bruscetta.

Wir waren 6 Personen, auf ein Anfrage ob wir einen größeren Tisch erhalten , weil die Pizzen dort so groß sind wurde uns gesagt, dass es erst ab 7 Personen möglich ist. Was ja erstmal i.O sei aber keine 10 Minuten später , kamen drei etwas attraktive Damen, die plötzlich den ab 7er Personen Tisch bekommen haben. Und da kamen auch keine Personen nach! Da frag man sich. Sind manche Menschen gleicher als andere ?? Weiterer heftiger Kritikpunkt: Keine Klimaanlage oder Zumindest Ventilatoren bei der Hitze. Wie kann das sein ???? 2026 und man muss eingehen wie in einer Sauna ??? Naja. Würde man da etwas investieren würden die auch bei solchen Zeiten gewinne machen..

Wollten Essen vorbestellen, Pasta und Lasagne zum abholen, wurde uns gesagt, das wenn wir Lasagne haben wollen, müssten wir persönlich im Restaurant diese am Tisch bestellen und verspeisen. Ausser Haus wäre dies nicht vorgesehen und dafür wäre ausserdem eine Tisch Reservierung zwingend notwendig. Tjoa zwei Kunden dauerhaft verloren, unser Haus und Hof Lieferdienst bedankt sich ebenfalls für die Aktion

Ich komme echt gerne hier her aber es kann ja wohl nicht sein das ausnahmslos jedes Mal irgendeine von den Saucen aus ist Bestellt einfach mehr und habt mehr auf Lager Mensch …

Unser Kellner war einer der besten und sympathischsten die ich je erlebt hatte! Eine aus unserer Gruppe bekam zu Ihrem Geburtstag ein Dessert mit einer Oscarreifen Darstellung gereicht, dazu gab es aus den Boxen die perfekte musikalische Untermalung. Das Essen war natürlich erste Sahne, mein Spagetti Eis vor allem, aber das berichten ja auch andere Rezensionen.

Ein tolles Lokal mit ausreichend Platz, auch ohne Reservierung ist es möglich ein Tisch zu bekommen. Der uns zugeteilte Kellner war sehr sympathisch, gut organisiert und freundlich. Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut und zudem ist es barrierefrei. Ein kleiner Spielplatz gehört eben zum Lokal und ist komplett eingezäunt, inklusive Terrasse.

Wir haben hier heute wirklich gut gegessen und einen tollen Service bekommen.

Entspannte Atmosphäre, sehr gute und große Pizzen, ein gemütlicher und geräumiger Außenbereich. Ich kann es nur empfehlen... Und natürlich hervorragender Service.

Das Essen ist erwartbar und in L'Osteria-Qualität gut. Wenn man mehrmals dort war, kennt man die Gerichte und weiß, was man bekommt. Das ist ein Vorteil. Auch der Service ist meist aufmerksam, schnell und freundlich. Das Restaurant ist im typischem Industrial-Style gehalten, was mir sehr gut gefällt. Einziger Nachteil ist der Geräuschpegel. Das weiß man aber auch. Somit alles gut!

Freundlicher Empfang. Mann kann drinnen und draußen sitzen. Das Essen ist lecker. Die Preise besonders für Getränke sind über Durchschnitt.Der Aufenthalt war angenehm.

Bin immer wieder gerne da, war sehr gut besucht und lecker, habe auch wenn es ein Dienstag war vorher Reserviert.

Das Essen ist sehr gut und das Personal freundlich und wirklich aufmerksam. Sehr coole Einrichtung, aber die Atmosphäre ist nichts für einen entspannten Tagesausklang. Es ist recht laut und die Tische stehen sehr nah beieinander, wodurch man die Gespräche der Nachbarn komplett mitbekommt und eine Art McDonalds-Feeling entsteht. Einziger Negativpunkt beim Essen war, dass wir zur Pizza (die übrigens riesig ist) keinen frischen Knoblauch, sondern Knoblauchöl bekommen haben. Das ist sowohl geschmacklich nicht das Gleiche und auch nicht so schön zu dosieren und passt auch irgendwie nicht zur gut wirkenden Qualität des Essens. Davon abgesehen, war es aber wirklich lecker.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Super Essen und gute Bedienung. Trotz der Autobahnnähe sehr ruhig und grün gelegen, was man auf der Terasse im Sommer genießen kann.

Das Essen war früher besser. Es gab Brot vor dem Essen. Calzone war wenig Inhalt. Auch Pizzen nicht so gut belegt. Musik ist wohl Strategie... damit man nicht solange bleibt. Heile nochmal probiert, aber zuhause da die Musik definitiv zu laut ist. Pizza sehr gut aber leider zu kalt🤷🏽‍♀️

Also gefühlt egal wann wir hier hinkommen ist die Tageskarte nicht verfügbar, einzelne Dips ebenso, Bedienung völlig gleichgültig und das Essen ist zwar lecker aber die anderen Umstände nur selten wert... wirklich ernüchternd. Wenigstens gibt es kostenloses Öl und Balsamico für das Brot als Vorspeise! Alles in allem eine scglechte Alternative um lecker Essen zu gehen.

Ich küsse dem Koch den Kopf – (hoffentlich hat er Glatze, dann trifft der Dank direkt ins Schwarze.) Die Pizza kam mit so viel Salat, ich war kurz unsicher, ob in der Küche heimlich ein Hase wohnt. Aber ehrlich: richtig lecker. Der Teig war top, gut belegt und alles frisch. Man bestellt eine Pizza und bekommt nebenbei fast noch einen kleinen Garten dazu. Würde ich wieder bestellen – allein schon, um zu schauen, ob der Hase noch da ist.

We had reserved a table for three people in advance. Upon arrival, they initially wanted to give us a small, round table right by the warehouse door. After we objected, we were given the table for four next to it. Since we are all quite tall (I'm 195cm, my son is 190cm) and the seats against the wall weren't very usable, we moved the table 10cm away from the wall. At that point, they immediately objected, saying that wasn't possible and we had to walk around it. When I pointed out our height, it was simply dismissed. Very, very disappointing. There were plenty of empty seats, by the way. Customer service was absolutely nonexistent, which is something we haven't experienced at this restaurant before. We've been regulars since it opened, but not anymore.

(Unfortunately, my son's tiramisu, which we had already paid for and which we had specially left there as a surprise, was forgotten, ruining the surprise. Besides that, the birthday boy didn't get a free drink or anything similar, which is really pathetic. It's a shame because the food is always delicious and the staff is very friendly.) That was my previous review, but we were there again today, and it was, as always, very tasty with good service. And my son did get his forgotten dessert for free after all. Thank you!

Aleksander the bartender is the best I've ever seen. And I've been traveling the world as a customer in the hospitality industry for over 40 years.

I really enjoy being here; the food and everything else is fantastic, making the long drive worthwhile. However, I have to mention one thing today: the restrooms seem to be getting worse with each visit. I understand that they don't have time to clean them properly when the place is full, but the mess isn't just from one weekend... it unfortunately casts a negative shadow over my visit.

Food and service were good, but it had a canteen feel and the music was too loud, making it difficult to hear yourself speak.

Seven people asked for a table. The waitress assigned us to a table for four, then said there was nothing available. Why did they make us wait an hour for a table? When we asked why the food wouldn't fit on the table, the only response was, "Sorry." The service was abysmal; no help was offered, and they just said, "Tough luck."

The ambiance was nicely decorated for Christmas, but not overdone. The tables were too narrow for the oversized pizzas. The staff was good and attentive. The food lacked a certain something and, in my opinion, seasoning. Parking was very difficult.

I know it's busy on holidays and especially on weekends, but waiting 30 minutes for a table that was reserved well in advance is unacceptable. We reserved for 6 pm for 6 people... When we arrived, we were initially parked at the bar. At 6:10 pm, we were then shown to a tiny table for 4 people, then parked at the bar again, and repeatedly put off. Only after we complained clearly did they finally squeeze tables together for us. We won't be coming back.

The food was okay, the atmosphere was like a train station, the music was very loud, and I would have preferred more appropriate music for an Italian restaurant. And the whole thing could have been a bit more refined!

I had a vegan pizza, which was very tasty. It could have had a bit more topping. The service was good. Unfortunately, the music was much too loud for a restaurant. We practically had to shout to be able to talk.

Unfortunately, there is too little parking and it's too noisy inside, otherwise the food and service are good.

The pizza here is always the best; I've never had a better one anywhere else. The service is excellent and attentive. I'm only deducting one point for the ambiance because it can get very noisy on weekends when the restaurant is full. That's due to the large space, and there's probably nothing that can be done about it. Parking can also be difficult to find at times. But the excellent food more than makes up for it. I always enjoy coming back and happily recommend you to others.

ONLY recommended in summer!! We've been to this osteria many times. The service has always been very friendly and the food good. But now, in the colder months, a visit is not recommended, as the restaurant is unbearably cold. Last time we were there, on November 27th, we announced that we wouldn't be coming back until summer. We had our coffee at the heated Burger King around the corner. The staff apologized and explained that they were freezing themselves and couldn't change the situation.

Very good food and excellent value for money

I'm very disappointed with what's become of Losteria in Spich. First, you order drinks and wait 15 minutes because the staff are too busy on their phones… Then you order food, specifically without the ingredient you're allergic to, and your food still arrives with the ingredient, and you get scolded for not just eating it… I then had to wait another 20 minutes for my food and, of course, eat it alone because everyone else had already finished. That was definitely my last visit.

As always, a great experience! Delicious food, you know what you're getting. We'll gladly come again!

Yesterday, the four of us went out for pizza, and the service was very friendly and attentive. Despite our "special orders" (half of the pizzas had different toppings), the pizzas arrived very quickly. They were very large and thin, and absolutely delicious. The only thing we didn't like was the volume of the music, as it meant the other guests had to speak louder, making it quite noisy overall.

Very friendly staff, they even took care of our dog. The food is also highly recommended, classic Losteria fare. 👍

Yesterday, I went to L'Osteria Troisdorf with three colleagues. I must commend Gorish's incredibly friendly and competent service. He was very quick, friendly, calm, and unobtrusive—simply perfect. The food and the atmosphere were also highly recommended. However, we were seated under a speaker, and we found the music a bit too loud for a restaurant. After we asked, though, they turned the music down a bit. We'll be coming to L'Osteria again soon and will definitely continue to do so.

We were here two days in a row with a training group of about 16 people – and both days we were asked to clear the table. Some people at our table had to shovel their desserts, otherwise they would have been left uneaten. The food was excellent – ​​but in my opinion, it's unsuitable for large family gatherings.

Even though every table was occupied, the food arrived incredibly quickly. The service was efficient, and the portions were truly generous and delicious! Absolutely top-notch!

Unfortunately, our group halved shortly before our visit, which caused a huge problem for the team. After being assigned a different table, we discovered that one of the tables was completely broken. We informed the server, which created another problem. Then, with eight people, we were given another table, but it was so small that we complained again. They insisted it wouldn't work, that the table was adequate. However, after much back and forth, we finally got a third table. This one was great, and everything else went smoothly. If the restaurant had been full, I would have understood the store manager's fuss, but it was Sunday at 2:15 pm and completely empty. It's unfortunate that if you have a complaint, it should be resolved in the customer's best interest, but instead, we had to speak up, and the issue was addressed only grudgingly. It's a shame, since the customers are ultimately responsible for the revenue. The concept of customer service is sadly lacking here.

I was really craving pizza the other day, so I thought I'd come back to your place. And I have to say, I'm more than satisfied. The young waitress was fantastic. She mentioned at the beginning that she was new, but I didn't notice anything amiss. The service was very quick. The food was delicious; the BBQ chicken pizza is my favorite. Went there tonight for the first and last time. The music was far too loud; you could only hear yourself at a table for four if everyone's heads were practically touching over the top. The tables were crammed in far too close together to fit in the maximum number of people. The next table was barely 20 cm away. If someone at our table wanted to get up, half the next table had to get up to make room. The pizza was much too big for the plate and therefore almost impossible to handle. The toppings were concentrated in the center of the pizza, resulting in a very wide crust. Since the pizza was about as thick as a tarte flambée, it wasn't such a big deal. For me, L'Osteria is McDonald's for pizza. Mass production with no personal atmosphere. Only for those who like that sort of thing, but the place was packed.

We went to L’Osteria Troisdorf today and it was simply fantastic! The food was delicious, the pasta perfectly cooked. We especially want to commend Vanessa – she was a fantastic waitress, super friendly, attentive, and always in a good mood. We felt completely at ease. We'll definitely be back!

The ambiance is great, but in my opinion, the background music is perhaps a bit too loud. It might be pleasant for the staff, but it's not ideal if you want to have a conversation. The reservation process worked flawlessly, and a table was available as ordered. There are parking spaces at the building, but during peak hours, they aren't sufficient for all visitors. I ordered a cold appetizer and a lasagna. Both were very tasty, but the timing was absolutely terrible. They didn't pay attention to when the appetizer was finished and then simply brought out the lasagna a short time later. Therefore, I had to get the appetizer (bruschetta) packed up to go. And unfortunately, they didn't even pack the arugula. The service was friendly and attentive, just as you would expect. A visit is definitely worthwhile.

No response to my online reservation, and no one answers the phone several times. When I finally get through, I'm told the line is busy and I can come back after 8:30 PM with a wait. Why isn't it possible to get a simple response to my online reservation, like "Sorry, we're fully booked today"? It's so simple, yet apparently, I'm expecting too much.

Although the place was still very busy just before eight o'clock today, ordering drinks and food was very quick! The service was very friendly and efficient. The only downside is that the parking situation is occasionally a bit tight.
