Hauptgang war gut, leider hat das Pannacotta im Anschluss enttäuscht. Auf der Karte wird es als Pannacotta mit frischen Erdbeeren angekündigt. Tatsächlich lagen lediglich zwei halbe Erdbeeren dabei was die Erwartungen natürlich nicht erfüllt hat. Wenn frische Erdbeeren angekündigt werden sollten sie auch in guter Menge dabei sein.

It was delicious. A little too salty for my taste, and I would have preferred it to be a bit more kid-friendly. The service was friendly, the selection was extensive, and the portions were decent.

The restaurant is very nice, but that's where the positives end. They couldn't even bring me a carbonated Coca-Cola; after the third Coke, I gave up. If they couldn't even manage that, how could I possibly eat there? The food selection is poor. I can't recommend it.

The service and ambiance are nice, but the food is debatable. It was okay, but nothing I can say is worth going there. The goat cheese salad was okay, the pizza was pretty bland, the tiramisu was good, and the spaghetti ice cream was terrible. What bothers me personally is when you pay and the machine immediately alerts you to the TIP.

Eating and drinking like in Italy, great. Alone in a small group with full sound under four loudspeakers does not allow for conversation and thus takes away the mood and joy a little. A noisy room and extra loud music are not what you really need when eating. Food, drink and service was great.

We made a reservation for three people today and were there on time. When making the reservation, I requested a table outside. Unfortunately, this was not taken into account in any way, as the employee at the reception assigned us a table inside, with the words "If you get too cold outside, it's hard to get another table inside. Ok. Swallowed it. Food was very good, service at the table was very pleasantly attentive. Unfortunately, the tables inside were 50% unoccupied after about 15 minutes, so it was even harder for me to understand the statement at the reception. Nevertheless, it was good and tasty👍

The waitress is very nice. The food tastes great and the selection has something for everyone. The children were allowed to knead their own pizza. The interior decoration is very tasteful.

We went to the restaurant with two children without making a reservation in advance and still had a short wait. The pizza was served quickly and was very tasty. The waitress was very attentive and asked several times if everything was OK. The service was top and the food was excellent. We'll be back!

Classic L'Osteria. Quality great as always. Selection good. There is a good overview online of what is available gluten-free. The selection is of course much more limited. I would be happy if they offered gluten-free pizzas or at least pasta. The salad I had was a bit sour in overall composition. But all in all great.

This was my second time here with friends and unfortunately I was disappointed with the food for the second time. I had the carpaccio as a starter, the taste was okay, the plate was hot which is not really an advantage for carpaccio. A few edges of the carpaccio stuck to the plate. There were also one and a half slices as thick as salami slices (charged in full). For the pizza I ordered a Margherita with chicken, the chicken was good, but unfortunately the pizza was very neutral, the sauce and the cheese didn't add any flavor. With a good sauce and good cheese, this is actually enough. In general, the pizza was also very greasy. In terms of price, the pizza is okay for the size, but the toppings are very low (due to the size, the toppings are lost). The service was good, friendly and I also asked questions about the carpaccio because of my complaint. Unfortunately the volume was very loud, which is not suitable for a quiet evening.

We visited the restaurant to celebrate a birthday and had made reservations in advance. The food was good as always, but unfortunately the service was disappointing. After two hours we were asked to vacate the table without warning because other guests were waiting. Another point of criticism is the online reservation option. There is no opportunity to indicate special requests or requests, such as small children or the desire to bring a homemade cake. Unfortunately, I can't describe the restaurant as child-friendly. It would be nice if the venue improved these aspects to provide a better experience for families and groups. This isn't the first time that I've written a review.

Unfortunately I have to give one star. Reserved stating that a high chair is required. When we arrived we were told that it was not available. We didn't eat there and went to another restaurant where it wasn't a problem to get a high chair. I would recommend that the L'Osteria Troisdorf team only confirm a reservation with a high chair if it is available!!!!

We usually enjoy coming to this restaurant and have always had great experiences. Unfortunately today's visit was disappointing. Our waitress seemed to have completely forgotten about us. The meal took significantly longer than usual, and when we ordered a second round of drinks, they sat at the bar for about 10 minutes before I finally went over there myself and asked if I should just take them away. We hope it was just a blip - we actually really enjoy coming here and would be happy to experience the usual good service again next time.

Very friendly team, delicious food.

Unfortunately, my son's tiramisu, which had already been paid for on his birthday, was forgotten along with a fireman's fountain that we had specially left there, which ruined the surprise. Apart from that, the birthday child did NOT get a free drink or anything like that, which is pretty pathetic. It's a shame because the food is always delicious and the staff is very friendly.

The food was really tasty, we had pizza and spaghetti bolognese. While the pizzas were really well topped and very large, the pasta portions are really small. My terms should be updated here. The staff was very friendly, although there could have been one more waiter as the restaurant was very full. What really bothered me personally was the extreme noise in the restaurant. That's a matter of taste, but for me it was just way too loud and a conversation wasn't really possible.

Anyone who likes to pay a lot for little performance has come to the right place. Anyone looking for an expensive pizza with few toppings will find it here. We opted for the Rustica/Caprese pizza to take away. Half Rustica was 4 olives and 3 slices of tomato. The Caprese was always much better, with three slices of mozzarella, three cherry tomatoes and three leaves of basil. A pizza to take away is definitely worth it at this L'Osteria branch!

We eat there quite regularly and have always been very satisfied. But yesterday it was a complete disaster. Short version: One starter out of two ordered was completely missed, so one had to eat his starter alone. The main course was even announced by the waiter, but in the end it still didn't come after almost 40 minutes of waiting. Until my husband finally had to get up and summon the restaurant manager to his side. He promised that all the food would be free and that the pizzas would then go into the oven NOW. You might think the whole thing was a joke. We politely declined and left l'osteria after almost 1 1/2 hours. WITHOUT eating anything! Someone has to do that first. You have to give one star. As far as I'm concerned it would have been zero for the evening! In general, you have to say that the food is always very tasty, but it is often "unfortunately out today" and the service in Troisdorf Spich has been a disaster for a long time. You should turn the adjusting screws. It works in other restaurants too.

So I don't get it, I ask on the phone whether the noodles are very spicy (picante) and I'm told no, just a little not bad at all. So I'm ok if it's just a little. I'll just eat them and die. They put so much spicy stuff in them. So money wasted either they taste like nothing or they overdo it with salt etc. Plus the pizzas have become really outrageously expensive.

I recently ate at Osteria and was served by a young waiter named Daric. He was extremely friendly, attentive and charming when dealing with the guests. Despite the full house, he took the time to explain the menu to us with a lot of patience and gave us great recommendations. His smile and polite manner made the whole experience even more enjoyable. A real highlight of the evening – gladly again! #burata

We regularly visit restaurants in the L'Osteria chain and recently visited this branch. The food met the usual high standards of L'Osteria. Unfortunately, the service didn't quite meet our expectations. We had the impression that there were some significant differences in the service here: While one of the waiters was very attentive and friendly, two other waiters seemed less cordial and engaging. Therefore, we definitely see potential for improvement here, especially in the way we treat guests. Consistent, friendly, and courteous service would significantly enhance the overall experience. We would be happy to return and hope that the service team is appropriately trained and motivated on our next visit.

It's been a long time since I've eaten such tasteless pizza. Pizza Caprese: hardly any tomato sauce, 4 slices of mozzarella, a little cheese and three leaves of basil. Tasted like nothing. Not again. Edit after the owner's answer: there really won't be another time. Sorry

It was our first time here and we really liked it. The pizza is guaranteed to be something special, just because of its size. My wife's salad was tasty, but the cheese cubes were definitely too big, as were the onions. Therefore a point deducted. Otherwise we really liked it. Above all, the service was really great!

Classic L'Osteria. Modernly furnished, delicious large pizzas, fast and friendly service. The only note is that there is a draft at the window seats next to the entrance and that was very unpleasant while eating

First of all, I have to say that the food here tastes excellent, which is why I will be coming back. There is still legitimate criticism, which absolutely cannot be tolerated. (I am now referring to an order for pickup) 1. If I order 3x pasta, I also expect that at prices of 15 euros per pasta you will receive a small slice of bread for each person and not just 2 slices and the 3rd guest looks stupid. 2. I find it very cheeky to charge extra if you change the type of pasta to fusilli instead of penne/or spaghetti. Unfortunately, this is even stated in the invoice as an “exchange” noodle. Nothing like this has ever happened to me in a restaurant. 3. The portion was disproportionately small, the bacon in the sauce was completely forgotten except for 2 cubes. In the last 2 years we have experienced a price increase of around 50% - this has no relation to inflation, in return the quantity is falling... Not acceptable. I will come back because it simply tastes good, but today I have to accept the biggest disappointment I have ever had with you. Please work on this to avoid ending up like Vapiano. Thanks.

The food, pasta dishes are very tasty 👌 I had Orechiette di manzo al Limone, highly recommended. The Paccheri Salsiccia as well. Unfortunately, the pizzas lack salt, flavor and sometimes too little toppings. Ambience great, all waiters very nice. There were 23 of us and we wouldn't go there with so many people anymore because it was so tight and very loud that you could hardly have a conversation, especially with those sitting at the other end.

Semi good experience. Our first cellar lady was pretty bitchy, so we were happy when she left and someone else took over. Pizza is passable but not a hit. Too little taste and better ingredients could be used. Service is very nice and accommodating, the ambience is nice but the acoustics are like a car hall. If you've ever had pizza in Italy, please don't compare.
