Very pretty facility. The staff was nice. At first impression the food was pretty tasty and filled you up quickly, but later I had a few complaints about the lack of food and we were sure that the food was true. And in a restaurant the most important thing is the food, so if I don't like it I can only give it 2 stars. My other friends thought it was pretty tasty though.

Lots of different, very tasty burgers. Even as a vegetarian and vegan you will find something here and, above all, full. The different types of fries are also delicious and pleasantly different than in other restaurants.

My wife and I come here to eat at least once a month. We are always impressed by the quality of the food. No matter which burger we try, each one is a taste explosion and yet very different. The menu offers plenty of choice and every dish is worth trying. Even the fries are excellent, and you don't have to ask for ketchup or mayo as both are always on the table. Even after thinking about it for a while, I can't think of anything that could be criticized. An absolute must for every burger fan!

Many a shop can definitely hide behind it. An absolutely stylish shop, very attentive staff, absolutely well thought-out specialties presented with flair and professionalism. We definitely know where we will eat again when we are back in Fulda. Keep it up 👍👍👍

The food was very tasty for a reasonable price. Furthermore, the staff was above average friendly and one of the waiters is a marketing genius. In addition, the sanitary facilities are very clean and nice. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

swift service, welcoming atmosphere, good food, fine drinks (incl. homemade). the prices are higher than usual (if not steep): one pays for the experience –so as not to say, the (un)conventional 'hipness'. a footnote as to the latter: said aspect (anyone may note that they're trying very hard to be fashionable) might not be for everyone. the same goes for certain of the meals, which could give the impression of trying to be very 'special'. even so, the place appears to be well frequented outside and in, a fact that may signal that most customers do find the atmospheric attempts agreeable on the whole. the location very close to the main train station is a (major) plus for travelers with some time between trains.

The burgers at Orange are always super tasty, just like the fries, great selection whether meat or veggie/vegan, great variety. The staff is always super friendly, you feel comfortable, whether on site or simply when picking up your order!

The burger selection is good and they respond very kindly to special requests (and we had a lot of them). The burgers are huge and delicious, the best burger I have ever eaten.

Unfortunately I can't comment on the food as I wasn't served. Despite repeated eye contact with the staff, no order was taken. Instead, you walked away. The restaurant wasn't full, which made it all the more incomprehensible. At this price range you don't expect to have to wait 15 minutes without any notice. We then decided on a competitor.

Located right next to the main train station, with good quality and fast service. 14 minutes after I sat down outside, my food was on the table! The burger was very good, the meat was juicy and aromatic. The homemade fries were absolutely amazing! Lovely again!

The menu reads really well and the concept also makes a good impression. Unfortunately, another burger shop that doesn't offer any gluten-free burgers. Unfortunately, gluten intolerance is a growing problem for more and more people. But nowhere does anyone bother to offer gluten-free versions of burgers for this clientele. It's a shame ☹️

Very tasty burgers with lots of choices, including size. Also very centrally located and therefore in a great location, you can find the burger factory right opposite the train station. We came with a larger group of 11 people and the seating was a bit cramped, but we all really enjoyed it here. Of course you can argue about the prices, but I found them okay. When I'm back in Fulda I'll definitely come again.

Unfortunately, I couldn't eat right now. I arrived in Fulda at 7:50 p.m. I was looking forward to a good burger and good beer. I took a seat outside. Waiter showed me digital menu. It was difficult to find a place. Somehow all the tables were already closed. The feeling was: Enthusiasm about guests and sales looks different. After at least 10 minutes (restaurant barely occupied) I remembered. People acted surprised and didn't see me. One of the waiters sitting at the next table was chatting with another guest. An employee cleaned up the outside area. When I said, I'm leaving now and there is a corresponding review, I had their attention. Then I went anyway. In advance they wanted to prevent me from scanning the QR code for the evaluation. It doesn't work at all. Can't recommend anything here. Just wanted to post my experience.

Amazing place, with a wide variety of selection from classic to vegetarian and vegan burgers, with a great selection of sauces

First of all: I have often eaten at Orange and have generally always had very, very good experiences there, which actually correspond to 5 stars. But what we experienced there yesterday really left us speechless. There were five of us on July 16th. eat and sat outside. There was a lot going on but there were still a few free tables. Our waitress came to us and took the drinks; he didn't want to take the food, even though we wanted to order it too. We wanted to try it a second time later, but we were put off again by saying that the kitchen was probably understaffed and that's why he wasn't eating any more food for the time being. We told him that it's totally okay for us if we have to wait a while for our food, but we don't quite understand why he can't just take the order, since everything in the kitchen is processed in order. The reaction was then very rude. It was only on the third attempt that we were allowed to order food, after we had already been there for a good half an hour. Our table neighbors were treated the same way. It has to be said: all of his colleagues were very courteous and polite. We then received the food and it was, as always, very good. When it started to rain, some guests fled inside and we sat down with our plates at a free neighboring table that was under an umbrella. We could see from a distance that he complained to the other guests that they would simply change their seats because he couldn't handle it. When he came by, we wanted to let him know nicely that we had changed so that there would be no confusion, whereupon we received an announcement from him that it wasn't possible, that we could just change tables without him to ask beforehand! Sure, we could have just let ourselves and our food get rained on until he comes by at some point and allows us to stand under an umbrella?! We didn't say anything at first until he turned around and came to us in a totally aggressive manner to ask if we had a problem with him. We then said that you can't talk to your guests like that...Less than 2 minutes later he was standing next to us without saying a word and wanted to settle accounts with us, even though we hadn't even eaten them all and hadn't asked for it. He was basically about to throw us out for sheltering in the rain??? My friend even wanted to give a little tip, which he then got back in a very rude manner because we can't accept tips from us. The rest didn't give one either, but regardless of this last situation it wouldn't have happened anyway. I haven't experienced such disrespect for a long time. Our table neighbors were treated exactly the same way, which is why they didn't even order food anymore. They legitimately had no desire to be treated like that. The Orange is actually a really great shop with great food. But you shouldn't employ people like that in a job that has so much to do with dealing with people. Everyone has a bad day sometimes, but they really have no place in their job.

Hurray, a burger place to our liking. We had the Chrunchy Cheese with sweet potato fries and the Tex Mex with homemade fries. The home-made fries were very tasty and delicious, and the burgers can compete with some of the best burger joints in the States. Very attentive and friendly staff. Unfortunately we aren't in Fulda often, which dampens the mood.

Good, but why not a credit card payment? You have Sumup terminals and the fees are the same whether a debit or credit transaction is being made. It's a bit annoying that I always have to take an extra card with me to pay with you.

Unfortunately, it appears that the store has new owners or at least operators. At first glance I thought they were all brothers or something. Well, regardless, the food has deteriorated a bit, the menu is no longer as inviting as it used to be. I think the days when I enjoyed coming to the store are probably over. A pity ...

The burgers tasted great. Something different with lemon zest, cranberries and co! Unfortunately we found the addition of chicken confusing. We read it differently than it was and so we didn't have a simple swap from beef to chicken, but rather a chicken with breading for an insane surcharge of 3 euros. The meat was fried for quite a long time and was therefore extremely crispy. Kross was also the right word for the fries. Felt like it was fried three times and some of it was more like chips than fries. The service was ok. We had contact with FOUR people. Including a very nice, likeable young man but also a rather annoyed and strict woman. We didn't say we wanted chicken until the end of the order. That wasn't well received and we felt that too. She had to start all over again... how mean. Ambiance outside is ok. Lots of seating with umbrellas. Looking inside looked nice. The only drawback is the location. At the entrance to the main station there seem to be changing activities. When we were there we were not only allowed to listen to music but also propaganda speeches.

Whow - really many creative burger variations. You have to go there several times. The smoke burgers are particularly awesome. Plus a mega selection of sauces and amazing fries and a great ambience and friendly service. We recommend.

I would say services in the desert of Germany. You sit and wait for the waiter who comes by maybe once an hour. The food is of the quality of the Restaurant zur Goldenen Möve, which is fortunately right next door. I can't recommend the sweet potato fries as a side dish, they were well done and very dark. Overall not recommended. Definitely too expensive for the quality

The food was delicious - but never again - the waiter can't do the math and was charged incorrectly. We did the math with the calculator and he said I wasn't giving him enough and asked for more. So he got double the tip.

An excellent and sometimes unusual selection of burgers and side dishes. The burgers we had were extremely good and absolutely inexpensive for this quality. The service is quick, very friendly and helpful. The ambience of the restaurant is great, they have brought out the best in a restaurant and are playing with it. It is rightly the first house on the square (directly at the train station). Just as good a selection of drinks that also go well with the burgers.

The food was okay, but I'm not prepared to pay over 18 euros for a burger with potato chips. Even if the sauces are made in-house, the size of the portions doesn't justify these prices in my opinion. I won't come back again.

We went for our first time on a Saturday evening, luckily they let us sit even without having booked, the place was full of people. The food is of excellent quality, perfectly cooked. Plus the french fries are delicious, finally potato taste. There are various types of burgers on the menu. There are also vegan and vegetarian options. The staff is courteous and also available for any clarification. They were also very quick in serving us the two dishes. I recommend everyone to go, the place is worth it.

I only ordered to-go, but both were great. The packaging is super good, the food stays warm. The food itself was very good. One of the best burgers I've had in a long time, chapeau for that! The sweet potato fries were actually my highlight. I tried both the classic and the vegan burger, both are equally tasty, so it doesn't matter which one you try, you'll get your money's worth. Very chic restaurant with friendly waiters. We were served quickly and the food came after about 15 minutes Hamburgers are very, very tasty and the in-house fries are a poem. There are also many vegetarian burgers with tofu, chilli patty and sheep's cheese to choose from At the entrance there is a sauce buffet that you can help yourself to. Prices a little more expensive, but justified. It is made with species-appropriate animal husbandry, the rolls come from the bakery, etc...
