First of all, the two stars ONLY for the friendly staff. We've been here a few times but only because the grandchildren wanted to go to Hans im Glück. However, today was the last time for us. Far too expensive for the price, bowl tasteless, bread too hard and not edible, children's plate carelessly prepared, soda watered down by the many ice cubes. The cutlery dirty.

Had a bowl that was more of a poorly made salad with micro traces of the promised ingredients. The breadsticks were hard as rocks. The chef probably didn't feel like delivering that day (April 13, 2025). Waste of money and time.

We were there today, thirsty and hungry. It took a long time until the order was even taken. That wasn't nice. Otherwise the food was 😋 delicious

From what I've heard, I'm disappointed. After my 3rd visit I decided this was the last attempt. The first time, after ages, the wrong food came because the kitchen was closed and there was no way to return the food. I thought it could only happen. The second time with the children only coffee and 2 scoops of ice cream. After 25 minutes my cold coffee and 2 melted scoops of vanilla ice cream arrived. I just think, oh come on, it's good to do. The third time with my friend I ordered 2 burgers, according to her statement they were ok, mine was ordered with an extra patty. One patty was cold, the second warm roll, the bun was dry and the fries had little taste. And no, there was no stress that I would come up with an excuse.

This was my second time in the store. The waiters don't notice you when you want to order. Everything takes an extremely long time, the ice in the glasses has almost melted so long they have been standing... both of my burgers were still raw on the inside in some places. If the waiters weren't on their cell phones so often or had a leisurely meal at the bar, there would definitely be an improvement I will do anything not to set foot in this store again

Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was disappointing. Despite making a reservation online, we had to wait a few minutes in the entrance area because the staff ignored the waiting guests for a long time. Our table was right next to the door, which not only was regularly triggered by staff walking past, but also always brought an unpleasant draft and squeaked loudly - clearly a maintenance issue. The order was taken quickly, but we waited almost 50 minutes for the drinks after we asked. The food took over an hour to arrive, and then the side dishes were missing and we had to ask for them again. The taste of the food was okay, but nothing special. Unfortunately, the service also left a lot to be desired: no one asked for any additional drinks, nor did anyone inquire whether everything was OK. In addition, the noise level in the restaurant was unpleasantly loud due to the high ceilings. A little music could have created a more pleasant atmosphere here. Although there were enough staff, the process seemed chaotic and disorganized. For just under €90, this visit wasn't worth the hassle - next time we'll opt for a quicker and less stressful alternative.

Worst dinner in a long time... not only did the three of us, each with a burger, fries and a drink, have two things wrong. The drinks and the desserts are really good, the real big problem is the waiters, today we waited 20 minutes only to order a drink and a cake, then waited 40 minutes for the cake to arrive. We gave this place multiple chances but it never changes. I think we will not go back.

If you want a different sauce on the burger instead of the one listed in the menu because you can't tolerate it, you have to pay an extra €1.90. The fig sauce is not a sauce, but a jelly/gooey, sweet stuff. The chicken was relatively dry, not fresh, only lukewarm, and unfortunately not seasoned well enough. The fries are good, generally everything is a bit expensive, especially for this quality... Sauces not at every table.

We wanted to eat burgers on a Sunday evening, but unfortunately the kitchen in the restaurant we chose was closed relatively early. As a result, we ended up in luck with Hans, which saved our evening! It was relatively empty in the restaurant, which made the atmosphere very pleasant and you weren't sitting close to strangers. The waiter was polite and accommodating. The food was super delicious! The vegan falafel burger with beetroot does not require any cheese alternative and is simply delicious. As a side dish we had sweet potato fries and a side salad, which complemented the dish perfectly. We opted for a homemade lemonade and were not disappointed here either. Overall, you pay a little more here than at the usual fast food restaurants, but the food tastes much better and you can enjoy your meal in a much more pleasant atmosphere. I was particularly excited that the side salad also contained sprouts and that the dressing was made with nut oil, which was simply delicious. This was our second visit here and we have always been completely satisfied!

So you could have noticed that the guests were ready. Maybe we would have wanted to order another drink. The attentiveness of the staff leaves a lot to be desired. The employee who was at our table was very friendly. Unfortunately, that doesn't make up for the deficiencies in service. I think it's positive that there are many vegetarian and vegan options and the food tastes okay too. The atmosphere there is also modern.

We were here on vacation, only arrived in the afternoon and had taken a stroll through the city. I wanted to spontaneously go out to eat here with my children. The first waiter had to ask his colleague because we didn't make a reservation. She then rejected us because we didn't make a reservation and there is only one waiter for whom that becomes too much. It's a shame, there were still seats available and the cocktails looked good. But here you'll quickly be overwhelmed and they don't seem to need to earn money.

OH WELL: We were there yesterday for a short coffee break. There wasn't much going on. The three service staff walked haphazardly through the restaurant without actually serving. Our drinks sat on the counter for over 5 minutes while the wait staff walked past them. An older couple wasn't served at all and then left after 15 minutes. The drinks were handled with the hands on the rim. Above all, the quality of the service has significantly decreased.

The ambience and the memory of Hans im Glück in Munich a few months ago tempted us to eat here. First it took a long time for the burgers to arrive and then we were disappointed with the plates. Only the burger itself on a large plate. No leaf of lettuce or other decoration. The description on the menu sounded promising, meat with a pepper crust, but it wasn't noticeable. Both burgers were not worth the money! And the latte macchiato took forever to arrive. The crowning glory at the end was the toilet, which hopefully doesn't reflect on the cleanliness of the kitchen...

Unfortunately, everything took far too long - until you could even place an order and then until the food came. Although not all tables were occupied. Another negative point: in the salad: Goat Maiden - whose main ingredient also includes beetroot, it was completely missing.

Unfortunately it took forever until someone came to us. Nobody explained the concept to us. The meal took a long time. You could hardly call the waitress because everyone looked away. It looks really nice, but the food was just ok.

Because we were always convinced that Hans was lucky, we went to the location immediately after arrival to have something to eat. After we were initially ignored, it took over 20 minutes to order. Another 15 minutes until drinks arrived. When food was finally brought, the fries were cold and the burger was lukewarm. When asked, the cheese dip that was specially ordered was delivered after 10 minutes, when it would actually no longer have been needed. The wish to be cashed in was then ignored again, although at some point we were standing next to our table already dressed and our attention was drawn to us again, but tables were preferred to be cleared away. We then gave up our hot drink that was actually part of the menu, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to go to the Christmas market at all. So we had to stay for 2 hours in a Hans im Glück with the worst service we have ever had. And only an hour left for the huge Christmas market...so annoying.

I'll never come back here. 1. The waitress brought drinks and just threw them on the table. 2. We waited 40 minutes for 2 burgers. 3. The burgers have a thin slice of tomato and a few slices of onions, that's it. Honestly the Whopper at Burger King is 10 times better. The children's portion for 10.90 euros is an absolute joke. The "handful of gold fries" are so serious that one might expect that a child's hand would actually serve as a measuring stick. For us it was definitely the last visit there.
