Meike was very friendly and helpful.

Very attentive and courteous waitresses, for example Meike. We were particularly struck by how quickly she helped us whenever we needed something (for example, when we needed a high chair) and that she also worked during her free time (for example, dusting lamps). We thought that was a fantastic work ethic!

I've been to this restaurant several times and ordered food. Each time I've been very satisfied. The service is friendly and attentive, and the food is really delicious. I'll definitely come back and can highly recommend this restaurant. 😊

Definitely my favorite among restaurant chains. Wait times are perfectly reasonable, the food is always great, and I've never encountered unfriendly staff. The food is a bit pricey, but quality comes at a price, lol. I eat here fairly regularly and will continue to do so in the future; it's an excellent choice for dinner. :)

Delicious food, fast and friendly service. The ambiance was, as usual, in the style of Hans im Glück. Unfortunately, the restaurant is a bit noisy when full, hence the one-point deduction for ambiance. Otherwise, it was—as always—a perfectly enjoyable evening.

We made a last-minute reservation for Saturday evening without any problems. Upon arrival, we were shown to a table at the edge of the restaurant. Unfortunately, there was an incredibly unpleasant draft at this table. We pointed this out to the server and asked for a different table. She told us that the problem was known and that all the tables were affected. Despite several tables being available, we were not given a new one. So we left the restaurant immediately.

Meike was very kind and accommodating. She took excellent care of us. Our request to sit in the corner while breastfeeding was, of course, accommodated. The food was absolutely delicious, too.

We received a very warm and friendly welcome. We were shown to a lovely table, and our dog was also greeted warmly. The menu is clearly laid out, and if you're unsure about anything, the staff is very helpful and helpful. The food was beautifully presented and served piping hot. The service was excellent. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would gladly return.

The ambiance is nicely designed, but unfortunately the food wasn't very tasty and it was too expensive; for such a small burger, you'd pay upwards of €12.

We had a reservation and were greeted very quickly and warmly at the entrance. The server arrived after a relatively normal wait, took our order, and even accommodated our special requests. Unfortunately, the wait for the food was almost an hour too long, especially since it was already cold or lukewarm by then, and our only special request couldn't be fulfilled because it was no longer available. When asked if everything was alright, we answered truthfully, and the feedback was received very kindly. As compensation, we were offered a complimentary dessert. Since not everyone was interested, my friend was able to order a drink instead. What a great response! Not only was no one upset, but the reaction was also fair and friendly. That's how a disappointment quickly turned into a lovely evening. Many thanks to the friendly server named Sahnise. I should also mention that the pistachio cream on the churros was absolutely delicious.

The first time we ordered, the burgers were unfortunately very small and overpriced. We wanted to give it a second chance, but unfortunately, we ended up waiting over 1.5 hours for the food to arrive.

Great burger restaurant right in the heart of Fulda. We spontaneously decided to stop by for lunch and ordered a meal deal. I had a burger with fries and BBQ sauce. The sodas were delicious and highly recommended. The staff was friendly, but sometimes a little inattentive. All in all, though, we were very satisfied and would gladly come back.

We visited Hans im Glück in Fulda and were absolutely delighted. The male server on Friday was particularly kind, attentive, and exceptionally friendly. A big plus: our gluten-free rolls, which we brought with us, were warmed up without hesitation and even served on a separate plate – that's truly not something you can take for granted! We felt very welcome and well taken care of. We will definitely be back.

We got a table right away. The food was fine too. The style is quite unique, with the wood and birch trunks. Unfortunately, the wooden benches were a complete disaster, far too uncomfortable; even the thin felt covering didn't help much.

Expensive burgers, not very filling, but tastes very good.

We went to the restaurant today. There were 13 of us, 8 adults and 5 children. Everyone loved the food, which was served almost simultaneously. The burgers were a solid 9 out of 10, the fries could have been better, but the "house drinks" were a real disappointment. I had the mango and mint one, but it was some kind of concentrate mixed with water, so I'd recommend avoiding it. Otherwise, it's a pretty good restaurant.

Very nice, the service was top-notch, and it was pretty.

We'd been wanting to eat at Hans im Glück for a while, and on November 1st, 2025, we finally managed to get in. Unfortunately, we had to sit outside because you can't get in without a reservation. This also caused problems for several other people. I noticed this because we had to wait an extremely long time for our food. We were assured that using the app would be quick, but in the end, we sat outside for an hour in freezing temperatures. As we sat down, the table next to us, which was inside, was being cleared, rearranged, and served again. Just as the guests inside were almost finished, we finally received our food, which was also cold. It looked to me as if we had been forgotten, which was evident from the staff's reaction through the window. In the end, I should have done what everyone else who was turned away did. That was my first and last time there.

The food was perfect as always! Unfortunately, it was very cold in the restaurant, perhaps because there were only a few customers. The server also took a while to take our first drink order, but everyone was friendly! We'll definitely be back because overall, it's a great place!

Unfortunately, that was a disappointment. The food was okay, but everything else was lacking. The restaurant was very cold, and the service was always slow even though there were hardly any customers. And after about 9 pm, they stopped serving hot drinks, even though they were open until 10 pm. A disappointing experience.

Standard chain restaurants without any compromises. Far too expensive for run-of-the-mill food.

"Delivery Service": We pre-ordered at 6:00 PM for 7:30 PM – apparently more as a suggestion than anything else. At 7:45 PM, the food still hadn't arrived. When we called the restaurant, the manager explained that they were waiting for the Lieferando driver. Responsibility? Non-existent. After all, her job was done. We searched in vain for any understanding for the waiting customers or a sincere apology. As a "solution," they offered a voucher – presumably for the next evening, when we'd again need time, hunger, and patience. Since it was completely unclear whether and when the order would even arrive, the only option was to cancel. Conclusion: If you enjoy ordering, waiting, inquiring, and ultimately receiving nothing, this is the place for you. 0 stars would be appropriate.
