Bad service and it's very cold in the restaurant, plus the air is blowing down from above.

Unfortunately, a very long wait (a good 40 minutes until the food arrived) at a time when the restaurant wasn't really full. We had to order the espresso three times before it finally came... The food was delicious and tasted good.

The dessert was also very tasty.

Unfortunately, many things were sold out the evening after visiting the Christmas market. The service asked for understanding and was extremely friendly!

When we visited the city of Fulda, we chose Hans im Glück to eat. Perfect for a vegan and a vegetarian. Located right in the city center, we actually came across it by chance. The service wasn't that great, but that was because the employee was probably new there because I had to place my order with him twice. He also didn't know whether the small side salads were also available in vegan form. The young man was of the opinion that salad was always vegan, no matter what dressing and no matter what ingredients were included. But the food was very tasty, as always.

The first two times I didn't write a review because maybe it was just a bad day for the staff. But after the third visit (all good things come in threes) went exactly like the others, I would like to share my experiences of this visit (the others went similarly) here: Although we had reserved a table, we were seated at one and not at that Once there were menus and cutlery. All other tables were equipped with them. The button with the QR code that we used last time when no staff came for ages was torn off the table and so we had to wait for a "human". After a long time we were given a card. The food itself came relatively quickly, but unfortunately one dish was completely wrong (it has been like this on every visit so far and therefore NOT a coincidence) and fries were missing. These came quite quickly, the missing dish only after everyone else had finished. Of course, this can happen with mix-ups, no question, but if it's always like this, then you should question the qualifications of the staff, especially since the order is entered digitally by them. We also waited forever for the bill. It has to be said that we sat right next to the counter and two employees were moving glasses directly across from us. So you could have noticed that the guests were ready. Maybe we would have wanted to order another drink. The attentiveness of the staff leaves a lot to be desired. The employee who was at our table was very friendly. Unfortunately, that doesn't make up for the deficiencies in service. I think it's positive that there are many vegetarian and vegan options and the food tastes okay too. The atmosphere there is also modern.

We were here on vacation, only arrived in the afternoon and had taken a stroll through the city. I wanted to spontaneously go out to eat here with my children. The first waiter had to ask his colleague because we didn't make a reservation. She then rejected us because we didn't make a reservation and there is only one waiter for whom that becomes too much. It's a shame, there were still seats available and the cocktails looked good. But here you'll quickly be overwhelmed and they don't seem to need to earn money.

OH WELL: We were there yesterday for a short coffee break. There wasn't much going on. The three service staff walked haphazardly through the restaurant without actually serving. Our drinks sat on the counter for over 5 minutes while the wait staff walked past them. An older couple wasn't served at all and then left after 15 minutes. The drinks were handled with the hands on the rim. Above all, the quality of the service has significantly decreased.

Great burger restaurant in a great atmosphere. Great taste. Service impeccable, friendly and knowledgeable about what they are selling (unfortunately no longer a given these days) and motivated. 👍👍👍

The ambience and the memory of Hans im Glück in Munich a few months ago tempted us to eat here. First it took a long time for the burgers to arrive and then we were disappointed with the plates. Only the burger itself on a large plate. No leaf of lettuce or other decoration. The description on the menu sounded promising, meat with a pepper crust, but it wasn't noticeable. Both burgers were not worth the money! And the latte macchiato took forever to arrive. The crowning glory at the end was the toilet, which hopefully doesn't reflect on the cleanliness of the kitchen...

Unfortunately it took forever until someone came to us. Nobody explained the concept to us. The meal took a long time. You could hardly call the waitress because everyone looked away. It looks really nice, but the food was just ok.

Unfortunately, everything took far too long - until you could even place an order and then until the food came. Although not all tables were occupied. Another negative point: in the salad: Goat Maiden - whose main ingredient also includes beetroot, it was completely missing.

A very nice restaurant, but unfortunately that was it. At first we were ignored by all the employees. After politely asking about it, our order was taken from us. We only ordered mixed fries and two drinks. After waiting for over an hour, we asked if they had perhaps forgotten it. Here we were initially barked at in an unfriendly manner, telling us that we hadn't ordered at all (however, our order appeared exactly the same in the self-payment system, which can be accessed using QR codes at the tables). Then we were initially given the wrong order, which was only corrected after an annoyed eye roll. Absolutely rude service! The worst store in this chain!

2 hours waiting after they took my order for just a Pommes. 2 hours.

Service disaster! Waited half an hour to order dessert after first asking and then being told the kitchen is now closed. Service is a complete disaster. The main thing is to polish glasses with 3 men. We'd better take the sole of the shoe in our hands.

The service was bad, the food was okay I was there with my family and we waited for about an hour until the leftovers from the customers in front of us were cleared away. We sat for about 3 hours when our food came. At least the food was okay, the fries were good, the burger was okay. Paying with your cell phone worked great. Claps! Overall, one of the most disappointing burger shops I've ever been to!

Not very nice employees, you have to work on it people

The restaurant should be called “Hans im Pech”. We had to wait more than an hour for 2 burgers with a glass of water. We then paid for the water and left frustrated and, above all, hungry. From now on it's a "no go" for us in Fulda - never again.

Another 15 minutes until drinks arrived. When food was finally brought, the fries were cold and the burger was lukewarm. When asked, the cheese dip that was specially ordered was delivered after 10 minutes, when it would actually no longer have been needed. The wish to be cashed in was then ignored again, although at some point we were standing next to our table already dressed and our attention was drawn to us again, but tables were preferred to be cleared away. We then gave up our hot drink that was actually part of the menu, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to go to the Christmas market at all. So we had to stay for 2 hours in a Hans im Glück with the worst service we have ever had. And only an hour left for the huge Christmas market...so annoying.

Ready-made patties and cold fries. Not a nice mix. There are much better burger joints in the region.

Delicious vegan burgers, nice service

The service staff were busy doing all sorts of things, most of all ignoring the guests. There was definitely nothing going on and yet we weren't even asked to order a drink for 15 minutes. But counter staff were also “too busy”. Apart from that, there was no water coming out of the tap in the toilet... "great hygiene concept". Top in Leipzig, flop in Fulda. Addendum: The quick reaction to the criticism is positive, but the fact that it should then be dealt with via email is less good. I have now read several reviews in this context and your answer is probably more standard. Too bad.

Unfortunately, the happy “Hans im Glück” was not present during our visit. Quite the opposite! Overall, the burgers weren't hot, just lukewarm. The children's portion for 10.90 euros is an absolute joke. The "handful of gold fries" are so serious that one might expect that a child's hand would actually serve as a measuring stick. There was also the children's burger with a diameter of around 8 cm. All in all, below average performance. The service, although nice, leaves a lot to be desired. The glasses weren't cleared until the end and there was little space on the table. Only later did I see the Google rating of only 3.9 points. So you can be sure that the performance is only mediocre. For us it was definitely the last visit there.

Great atmosphere with very high ceilings and a great central location. The memory card offers a lot of choice if you don't want to eat a burger. We, a group of 5, didn't like the following. (1) Unusually long waiting time between ordering a drink and ordering a drink, (2) all five main courses were too cold, (3) annoying error in the preparation of one of the dishes, (4) inflated prices for 🍟 fries and (5) not able to experience pepper crust (extra charge option ). Last night I had the pepper burger with sourdough in Fulda. The meat patty was absolutely boring. The bun was boring and fell apart. The fries were soft and not crispy. The cocoa was boring. Only the onion rings were very good. Everything else was absolutely boring and worse than usual. Absolute shock experience for a burger joint. If Burger King tastes better, then you've done something extremely wrong...

Went to the Christmas market in Fulda on December 8th, 2024 and wanted to eat here. There was a sign at the entrance indicating the seat was assigned. It makes sense so that the service staff knows which seat is free. Some people don't care, they push forward according to the motto "Audacity wins". So we sat in the assigned seat and left again after 25 minutes. Since we weren't served, the restaurant was only moderately full. The staff was still overwhelmed, we won't be coming back again. You have to give one star because none is not possible.

Nice shop with nice service. And the food tastes very good too. However, some of our burgers were raw, which didn't go down well with my pregnant friend.

We ate with you with 2 children/young people and it was really nice, the burgers taste incredibly good, with very fresh fries on the side. The staff are very friendly, good looking and well trained. We'll definitely be back during the Christmas season because it's so beautifully decorated.

We went to the restaurant for dinner today as part of a short vacation. We didn't pre-order and we still got a nice seat. The service was very good and the waitress even came over and asked if everything was okay. The burgers 🍔 were very tasty and completely reasonable for the price. I haven't eaten such a delicious burger in a long time. The sanitary facilities weren't that clean, but okay. This was certainly also due to the passing customers from the Christmas market opposite. I will definitely come back on my next vacation in Fulda.

When we went there, the restaurant was busy. Unfortunately, it always took a long time for us to receive our food and drinks every time we ordered. If we hadn't drawn attention to ourselves again, we might not have gotten anything further. There were some employees in the restaurant. When we asked why everything took so long, the waitress said that there were only two of them in service. The remaining five employees were then present for whatever purpose. Unfortunately the food was only mediocre. So all of us (six people) agreed. That was the first and last visit to a Hans im Glück. It's actually a shame, the ambience and furnishings are great and very successful.

The food was ok for burger lovers. Unfortunately, the patty's taste was only average. The selection was plentiful. Unfortunately, like everywhere else, toppings aren't exactly cheap and you can quickly find yourself at 15 euros for a medium-sized burger. The onion rings in the brewer's yeast dough were the real highlight for me. I've never gotten them this good anywhere. Vegan burger variants and side dishes are also available, which I also think is very good. Also vegan dessert. Ambiance is very nice. Only the hard seating could use a few cushions. Here you could work with small seat cushions. Small suggestions for improvement. All in all, everyone will be fed up here in a beautiful atmosphere.

My first visit to "Hans im Glück". There were two of us there. After I, as an "ignorant", answered a few questions from the friendly service staff, I decided on the classic with fries and a drink. Great lunch offer including drinks and coffee. The drinks and the citizen came quickly one after the other, the taste was super good. Price/performance suits me. We'd love to come back.

Interesting atmosphere, you have to study the menu first, but it's nice. Staff unfortunately overloaded that day but still very friendly. Food was also really tasty.

We were there for the first time with 4 people. The hamburgers, which you can put together yourself, were very tasty and large. You can also put different sauces on them that are next to you at the table and we also ordered the homemade fries with dip for us as a family, which were also very tasty. We all got our fill there. The service, the people are very nice and accommodating, we felt very comfortable there, everything on offer was perfect. Price-performance ratio is right. Go there again.

For 2 out of 4 people the order was incomplete. Orders didn't arrive in the same time. Cheese on the pattie wasn't melted through. Didn't taste that good. The waiter was overwhelmed even though the place wasn't that full.

We had reserved for 15-20 people. We squeezed into the seating area with 8 adults, where max. 6 people. have space. The store was crowded. The burgers were not topped with the individual ingredients as described. Angelockt mit Menüpreis der versteckte Aufpreise beinhaltet. Irreführend in der Karte beschrieben. Pommes lauwarm. Enteuscht, da ich das von dieser Kette anders kenne.

Ein gut gehenden Burgerladen, der es versteht Leute zu binden . Es sieht gut aus was man bekommt . Aber es ist nicht der einzigste Laden der Burger verkauft. Es sollte in der heutigen Zeit normal sein gute Speisen zu verkaufen, wenn man dafür gutes Geld verlangt . Man ist ja hier nicht bei McDonalds oder Burger King.

Positiv: viele vegane Gerichte, alle Soßen vegan. Ambiente ist toll. Man hat schnell bestellt, Essen und Getränke werden schnell gebracht. Bedienung fragt manchmal, ob alles okay ist. Negativ: Latte Macchiato waren nicht heiß, nur lauwarm. Kaltgetränke wie Säfte und Hausgemachtes sind immer wässrig, geschmacklos. Ob man überhaupt Eiswürfel dazu möchte, wird nie gefragt. Burger waren nicht richtig warm. Die Musik war abends gegen 18 Uhr schon so dermaßen laut aufgedreht, dass man sich nicht unterhalten konnte. Nach dem Hinweis, sie leiser zu machen, war sie für 15 Minuten leiser, aber dann wieder total laut. Der Service lässt manchmal zu wünschen übrig, da Sachen vergessen werden und man ohne nochmaligem Nachfragen einfach gar nichts bekommt von dem, was fehlt. Die Süßkartoffel Pommes in einer kleinen Schale waren total wenig, eine Unverschämtheit für 6,90€! Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt nicht. Deshalb auch kein Trinkgeld.

Soweit alles ganz gut. Essen war sehr lecker, aber der Service etwas langsam...🙂
