Interesting atmosphere, you have to study the menu first, but it's nice. Staff unfortunately overloaded that day but still very friendly. Food was also really tasty.

Nice atmosphere and the food was okay too (portions a bit too small). There's nothing to complain about in general, but somehow the restaurant wasn't our cup of tea.

Unfortunately the food wasn't very edible, I found the quality of the meat to be poor, the size of the meat relatively small and the garlic fries were only mixed with garlic oil which wasn't tasty either. Even though there was hardly anything going on, we had to wait an hour for our food. However, the cocktails turned out very well!

Toll eingerichtetes Restaurant im Stil eines Birkenwaldes mit kleinen Sitzecken und Holzhüttchen. Große Außenterrasse. Freundlicher Service und sehr leckeres Essen. Große Cocktail- und Getränkekarte.

Waited an hour for food... some of those who came after us got the food we had ordered before us... and unfortunately we didn't like it... For example, there were dried onion rings... (they looked like they were from the day before)...

We were there for the first time with 4 people. The hamburgers, which you can put together yourself, were very tasty and large. You can also put different sauces on them that are next to you at the table and we also ordered the homemade fries with dip for us as a family, which were also very tasty. We all got our fill there. The service, the people are very nice and accommodating, we felt very comfortable there, everything on offer was perfect. Price-performance ratio is right. Go there again.

For 2 out of 4 people the order was incomplete. Orders didn't arrive in the same time. Cheese on the pattie wasn't melted through. Didn't taste that good. The waiter was overwhelmed even though the place wasn't that full.

The food and offer are great, Hans im Glück also makes the burgers really nice.

The food was very good and came quickly. Unfortunately, it took a very long time until someone came by again and we could pay.

First of all: the waitresses are super friendly and reliably looked after their guests. Our burgers were ok, tasted good but not a highlight. There were only a few fries in our bowl. The benches without backrests were not that comfortable

Is a very cozy Hans im Glück, for larger groups but also for 2 people. The service can be improved, but still good. Nice ambience.

The burger was very tasty, something with Camembert. The truffle fries were ok, unfortunately not too truffley. I also find it chic, cozy and clean on site. The staff were friendly. Price is a bit too high mmn. And we had to wait quite a long time until we could order and then later get drinks.

Very loud, very crowded. The burgers were ok. The fries were good. A bit expensive for the quality. The waiters were nice, but there was always a clatter from the bar because things were falling over, which was really annoying.

The food is very good and arrives quickly if you order using the QR code. The staff could be more attentive. We ordered via the QR code, a table opposite from the waiter. The other table got their food when we were already finished. We didn't ask for new drinks either, so we went to the counter to pay.

In terms of taste, well, somehow a bit bland in general. Unfortunately, the steakhouse fries weren't crispy and weren't cooked properly in places. Big deal - that shouldn't happen, we would have liked to have waited the 5 minutes longer. The selection of sauces was also not convincing. For the price I think you could have expected more. The ambience is nice. Otherwise, food came very quickly after ordering. Unfortunately, the friendly service didn't come at all afterwards. Paid via QR code and left.

We had reserved for 15-20 people. We squeezed into the seating area with 8 adults, where max. 6 people. have space. The store was crowded. The burgers were not topped with the individual ingredients as described. Unfortunately, the only response from the staff was that the ingredient was no longer in stock. 🙄 No sorry, no accommodation. 😥 I don't need that a second time.

Unfortunately, the food caused a very intense stomach ache. I would ask the operators to check whether everything is OK. The service was very nice and took great care. Unfortunately it was so cold in the restaurant at lunchtime that you couldn't stand it without a jacket, which for me is not part of a relaxed restaurant visit.

Das Essen dort ist mega lecker alles frisch zubereitet Service super freundlich. Das Restaurant hat schon Sterne Qualität

Angelockt mit Menüpreis der versteckte Aufpreise beinhaltet. Irreführend in der Karte beschrieben. Pommes lauwarm. Enteuscht, da ich das von dieser Kette anders kenne.

Ein gut gehenden Burgerladen, der es versteht Leute zu binden . Es sieht gut aus was man bekommt . Aber es ist nicht der einzigste Laden der Burger verkauft. Es sollte in der heutigen Zeit normal sein gute Speisen zu verkaufen, wenn man dafür gutes Geld verlangt . Man ist ja hier nicht bei McDonalds oder Burger King.

Positiv: viele vegane Gerichte, alle Soßen vegan. Ambiente ist toll. Man hat schnell bestellt, Essen und Getränke werden schnell gebracht. Bedienung fragt manchmal, ob alles okay ist. Negativ: Latte Macchiato waren nicht heiß, nur lauwarm. Kaltgetränke wie Säfte und Hausgemachtes sind immer wässrig, geschmacklos. Ob man überhaupt Eiswürfel dazu möchte, wird nie gefragt. Burger waren nicht richtig warm. Die Musik war abends gegen 18 Uhr schon so dermaßen laut aufgedreht, dass man sich nicht unterhalten konnte. Nach dem Hinweis, sie leiser zu machen, war sie für 15 Minuten leiser, aber dann wieder total laut. Der Service lässt manchmal zu wünschen übrig, da Sachen vergessen werden und man ohne nochmaligem Nachfragen einfach gar nichts bekommt von dem, was fehlt. Die Süßkartoffel Pommes in einer kleinen Schale waren total wenig, eine Unverschämtheit für 6,90€! Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt nicht. Deshalb auch kein Trinkgeld.

Ehrliche Meinung! Die Burger sind echt lecker, Getränke sind auch voll okay, Anfangs waren die Bedienungen echt auf zack, nachdem aber der Hauptgang bzw die Menüs da waren wurde es still um uns, es kahm plötzlich keine Bedienung mehr zu unserem Tisch, vorher und während dem Essen wurde öfters gefragt ob alles okay ist, danach Stille, obwohl wir eigentlich noch von dem Menü das heißgetränk bekommen sollten, wir hatten uns schon ausgesucht, doch es kahm keiner mehr. Nach 2 mahligen fragen hat sich dann ein junger Mann bemüht unsere Heißgetränke zu besorgen und zu bringen, Richtung 19 uhr kahmen immer mehr leute und wir wollten bezahlen um platz zu machen, 3 mal mussten wir fragen um zu bezahlen, obwohl es doch im Sinne des Wirtes sein muss wenn einer bezahlen möchte um neue Gäste platz nehmen zu lassen!? Paar Leute sind tatsächlich schon wieder rausgegangen weil leider voll war! Alles in einem, wir kommen wieder, allein schon wegen dem Burger, Personal ist freundlich, könnte aber etwas mehr auf Zack sein bzw.der ein oder andere;) Bis dahin

Erster Besuch dort für uns. Der Service war gut. Die Burger waren lauwarm und der Käse schwitzte. Zu lange unter der Wärmelampe stehen gelassen. Die Treppen zu den Toiletten waren klebrig, die Toiletten rochen stark nach Urin. Wir werden nicht noch einmal kommen.

Das Ambiente der Location ist echt schön, der Service war freundlich und die Speisen gut. Die Bestellung der Speisen und Getränke lief noch problemlos ab, aber von 4 Getränken kamen nur 3 beim Tisch an und danach kamen von 4 Burgern nur 2 beim Tisch an. Wir mussten jedesmal nachfragen, dass etwas vergessen wurde.

Waren mit einer Gruppe von 7 Frauen da, Tisch war wegen Weihnachtsmarkt reserviert, wir hatten eine super nette und aufmerksame Bedienung namens Daniel, Essen war total lecker. Kommen gerne wieder👍Sonja

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit leckeren Burgern und Salaten. Ein ausgefallenes Ambiente und ein guter Service.

Ich wurde von der Barkeeperin Adelina sehr höflich und nett bedient, auch das erfrischende Schwarzbier in Verbindung mit einem Beefburger ist sehr empfehlenswert! Ein Muss, wenn man in Fulda ist! Dankeschön! Tolle Erinnerung!

Der Weihnachtsmarkt ist ja schon schön, dazu das schicke Ambiente von Hans im Glück, dann die sehr höfliche Bedienung und vor allem das gute Essen. Hier gibt es für jeden etwas. Von vegan bis hin zum Fleisch. Wir waren begeistert. Preise angenehm normal.

Eine ganz tolle Burger Filiale von "Hans im Glück". Die Lage ist sehr zentral in Fulda, Parkhäuser sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Ausstattung ist modern und geschmackvoll. Das Essen ist richtig gut, frisch und schmeckt super. Der Service ist freundlich und nett. Es ist zweckmäßig zum Mittagessen online einen Tisch zu reservieren.
