Opera Pizza Gourmet in München

We had a wonderful evening! The staff is great and the pizza is fantastic. In my opinion, the soil in particular is the best in Munich. The starters are also highly recommended, we had Vitello Tonnato and a beef tartare. Both are interpreted in a modern way and are simply delicious. Gladly again!

In addition, the tiramisu was prepared according to an authentic Italian recipe - finally no cream mixture! I discovered this restaurant by chance and have been there twice this week. I think it has become my favorite Italian😍. When you enter, you are warmly welcomed by the waitress and surprised with a delicious greeting from the kitchen. The pizzas are all very different and taste so good, you can tell the high quality of the ingredients. I can only recommend the Primitivo from Abruzzo.👌🏽

We had a wonderful evening in this restaurant! The atmosphere is cozy, the service is extremely friendly and attentive. Particularly noteworthy is the well-selected wine list, which offers something for every taste. The dishes were all delicious, and the signature dish – fried pizza dough with various toppings – was an interesting and creative idea. Admittedly, there is a lot of dough, but if you leave out half of it, the flavor of the toppings comes out perfectly. All in all a great experience – we will definitely be back!

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant last night with my husband and I must say it was an amazing gastronomic experience. Each dish was an authentic explosion of flavours. The attention to detail in the presentation of the dishes was astonishing, and the impeccable service made the evening even more special. The menu offered a variety of dishes ranging from traditional pizzas to innovative culinary creations. The flavors were intense and balanced, and each course was a delightful journey through the senses. The romantic and elegant atmosphere of the restaurant, with soft lights, made the dinner even more unforgettable. Without a doubt, this is a perfect place for an unforgettable dining experience.

Great service, the food was spectacular. We ordered beer and water, a mushroom scramble with burrata and truffle (menu of the week), a risotto (menu of the week), San Daniele pizza and a tiramisu. Everything was fantastic, for €83 for two people. A little expensive but it was totally worth it, the incomparable flavors, good portions and everything very well cooked.

Here you can eat crudi - raw seafood/fish! Wooow. The shrimp tartare is to die for! The frittura is so well made - I've eaten much worse in Italy. We haven't tried pizzas yet because the other dishes are so great, but these also looked great at the neighboring tables. Absolute favorite Italian. Great wines and the boss is simply a super friendly restaurateur with excellent specialist knowledge! We come to this gastro pearl at least once a month! :-)

A lovely little high end pizza pasta restaurant. Definitely NOT your standard “pizzeria” with 50 pizzas. This place lives up to its name of being a gourmet pizza place. Two different types of pizza dough used. The toppings are fancy and delicious. Super friendly staff. You even get to see the cook smiling and having a good time in the kitchen. Always a good sign of a well managed restaurant. We look forward to coming here more often!

a small but very nice pizza restaurant, you can try wonderful pizza and wine

This place is definitely our new favorite Italian in the town. It was amazing from the moment we stepped in. Waiter greeted us with a big smile :) Atmosphere, service and food was exceptional. I do not know maybe it is only me but I like restaurants when their kitchen is transparent for guests. Which is the case at Opera Pizza Gourmet. It is giving me comfort as a guest. We had carpaccio, pizza and wine. Prices are good for this quality. Even cheap I would say maybe. We will definitely come back to enjoy rest of the delicacies.

This is a gem of a restaurant. Staff is extremely professional to start with. The manager is beyond cordial (he’s native from my same region, I bet!) and he runs this aesthetically pleasant place like a pro. They use excellent products directly from a farm in Italy. Quality is guaranteed. Pizza is truly gourmet, the dough is made with three different flours so the puddle is not heavy and the ingredients mix perfectly. The variety of food and drinks respect our tradition and prove our unique skills. Go for this authentic Italian place. They’re stellar!

Just perfect! You can tell in every detail how much passion was put into this great, fine restaurant. Be sure to try the appetizers. There is so much detailed work in every dish that you are guaranteed not to leave anything behind. The wine selection is of course great, Daniele is great! We'll definitely be back.

My boyfriend and I went to this place on New Year's Eve, what can I say, the owner (and all the staff!) were a fantastic person, very kind, even though we had only ordered 2 pizzas instead of the New Year's Eve menu they welcomed us in an impeccable manner , like at home. The pizza is something divine, much better than many pizzerias here in Italy, really quality ingredients and super digestible dough! Good luck for this beautiful new place, if we return to Munich we will definitely come back here!

Die Pizza wurde nach Hause geliefert, daher kann ich Service und Ambiente nicht beurteilen. Die Pizza (sh. Foto) war allerdings eine Katastrophe. Belag einmal komplett von der Pizza gerutscht, kalt und der Karton triefend nass von der Tomatensauce. Mit Abstand die schlechteste Pizza die mir je geliefert wurde. Und der Salat ist btw. ebenfalls eine Frechheit. Rauke eingeweicht in Essig und Öl. Ciao!

Kleines aber sehr feines und modernes restaurant. Der flufigste Pizzateig den ich jemals gegessen habe, dazu die frischen Zutaten umrundenten ein faszinierendes Pizzaerlebnis.Auf dem selben hohen Niveau befinden sich auch andere Gerichte wie Pasta und Fleisch. Abgekröhnt wurde das ganze mit den Desserts wie z.B das "Quartett bigné".

Wir sind mit sehr hohen Erwartungen ins Opera gegangen, da wir es wärmstens empfohlen bekommen haben. Der erste Eindruck war sehr gut, stilvoll eingerichtet, schönes, besonders Besteck, den Namen in die Gläser gravieren lassen, echt schön!! Auch die Karte hatte ihren "WOW" Effekt. Tolle ausgefallene Pizzen und sonstige Gerichte. Der Service war leider etwas "lahm", zu lange Wartezeiten bis er kam, Weinkarte vergessen, keine Weinempfehlung und keine Reaktion auf die Kritik, was das Essen betraf. So nun zum Essen: die Lachstaccos waren OK, aber nichts Besonderes, der gegrillte Oktopus war leider zum einen nicht fertig gekocht, zum anderen verbrannt und schwarz. Die Hauptspeisen waren sehr gut - Pizza und einmal Pasta. Das Tiramisu mussten wir leider zurück gehen lassen, da es in der Mitte noch gefroren war. Alles in allem kann man einen schönen Abend dort verbringen, wenn man nicht die 4,9 Sterne Bewertung bei Google als Maßstab nimmt.

Tutto buonissimo, Abbiamo preso la pizza gourmet San Daniele e un tris di tacos , ingredienti freschissimi e la pizza era veramente speciale . Ambiente elegante e pulito, il servizio é ottimo e per gli amanti dei vini non c è posto migliore . Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!!

Ein wundervoller, moderner Italiener mit kreativen und vor allem leckeren Pizza Sorten! Die Pizza ist anders als die traditionelle Variante. Der Teig ist wesentlich höher, aber trotzdem luftig und vor allem wunderbar knusprig. Bei den Belägen kann man sich hier durch spannende Kreationen durchprobieren. Ich hatte eine Pizza mit Fior di Latte, super frischem und zartem Thunfisch und gemahlenem Sesam. Wir hatten auch noch eine Pizza mit gerösteten Tomaten. Ich hab selten so süße und aromatische Tomaten probieren dürfen wie hier! Generell war jede Zutat sorgfältig ausgesucht und perfekt angerichtet. Die Pizza war sehr lecker, aber ich würde unbedingt die Tacos als Vorspeise empfehlen! Alleine dafür hat sich der Besuch schon gelohnt. Es handelt sich um Hard Shell Tacos, die mit frischem, zartem Fisch oder Scampi gefüllt sind. Das Personal war auch überaus freundlich und hat uns sogar als kleine Vorspeise ein Stück Focaccia mit Parmesan Creme, Rucola und Tomate geschenkt. Wer mal was neues ausprobieren will, kann sich hier von tollen Pizzas überraschen lassen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Ausgefallene und sehr leckere Pizza Kreationen im napolitanischen Stil. Wir waren mittags da und hatten die Tagespizza mit frischem Rucola und Thunfisch Carpaccio. Service war sehr zuvorkommend. Etwas teurer, aber das war es definitiv Wert!

Der service und vor allem das Essen sind so unglaublich lecker. Wir hatten Burata mit Rucola , die selbstgemachte Trüffelpasta und den unglaublichen leckeren Nachtisch (Tiramisu und köstlichen Pistazien Rocher Kuchen) Vor allem den leckeren Wein muss man probieren… Primitivo recastro…. So unglaublich vollmundig, dass wir gleich noch eine Flasche zur Pizza to Go mitgenommen haben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und schwärmen unseren Freunden vor. Die burrata Pizza hat übrigens auch noch am nächsten Tag wunderbar geschmeckt. (Kalt) Bis bald

Wir waren gestern Abend zu zweit hier Essen, haben uns raus gesetzt, da die Temperatur noch sehr angenehm war. Eine echte Entdeckung gleich in der Nachbarschaft! Wir wurden sofort freundlich aber nicht aufdringlich empfangen. Die Speisekarte ist eine echte Herausforderung ;) - im positiven Sinne - wir haben uns für die Burrata Pugliese und die Taglionlini mit Tartufo entschieden. Aber zum Teilen. Raum für Nachtisch (Dolce) sollte man auf jeden Fall lassen. Wir haben uns für Tiramisu und den Pistazien-Rocher-Traum entschieden und jeden Bissen genossen <3 Sehr aufmerksam auch, dass die Tagliolini direkt in zwei kleinen Portionen kam. In Summe: Wahnsinnig gute Qualität der Speisen, fein abgestimmt. Enorm leckerer Wein, den Primitivo können wir nur empfehlen, man kann ihn auch dort kaufen. Sehr aufmerksamer Service, aber überhaupt nicht aufdringlich, was unheimlich angenehm war. Wir können den Besuch absolut empfehlen und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal! Dann probieren wir auch endlich die Gourmet Pizza <3 Ci rivediamo! À la prossima!
