Birthday dinner with the family, delicious, special requests were accommodated. The only downside was that it was very loud. We'd gladly come again 👍

Today, absolutely nothing worked. Every other meal was missing something. I waited 2.5 hours for the food because the gas was empty.

Honestly, this place is an absolute disaster. We sat there for 2.5 hours, nothing to us except our own suppositories. The waiter immediately came out of the field after the first order, then a woman came, then another woman who didn't speak a word of German. What kind of kiosk organization is this? I ordered a burger with chili cheese fries and Juppie sauce. I got a cold burger with a fried bun, as hard as cobblestones. Unsalted fries, no chili, no cheese, nothing at all. When I asked about the sauce, the guy said, "It's extra." Yeah, after a few minutes it came, but there was no sign of Juppie. When I asked, one of the waitresses said, "There's nothing left for me." Boy, just say it straight away! There were several people sitting at the table, two of whom didn't get anything at all. I was already fed up, my friend was still there. After 35 minutes, my plate finally arrived. That's a joke! Bottom line: If you're hungry and just in the mood for a bit of happiness, go somewhere else. There's nothing there but frustration and cold, tasteless food. For me: never again!!

Delicious food, the croquettes are particularly worth mentioning. A must-try!

We ate there for lunch today. The service was super friendly and attentive. We both had the grilled meat platter, and it was absolutely delicious. We tried the homemade croquettes, which were really good. We'll be ordering them more often from now on. 🤩 The portions are good and plentiful, and the salad was also amazing. I booked a bowling alley for Friday evening, and I was there in person. Less than 10 minutes later, I got a call saying, "It was a mistake. The alley is already booked." Okay, Saturday evening would still be possible, and we agreed. Three days before, I called to clarify a few things, and they stammered on the phone: I had canceled. That never happened. Clearly a mistake that seems to occur frequently, judging by the initial reservation. No responsibility was taken or proper alternatives offered. This meant that the entire planning for a birthday party fell through. If I hadn't called, there would have been quite a scandal on site. A huge disappointment and an unprofessional handling of their own mistake.

Service was very nice and friendly. We felt very comfortable!!!! We would love to come back 🥳

We went bowling with 7 people this evening and then ate dinner afterwards. A huge compliment to the chef. The dinner was excellently prepared. We were all very happy with the fresh food. The restaurant reopened a few days ago under new ownership, and I have to say, the first impression was absolutely fantastic! The owners and staff are very friendly, and you feel very welcome! The service staff are attentive and on the ball! They serve traditional home cooking, from soups and salads to schnitzel, burgers, steaks, fish dishes, and various desserts. Initially, however, the selection was somewhat smaller. We had a burger and a rump steak, both of which we enjoyed, and the prices are really fair! They also broadcast football on Sky and DAZN. I think this is a great concept for this location and wish the new operators the best of luck!

Gestern Abend dann nach der Neueröffnung endlich mal mit meiner Frau ausprobiert. Das Op d'r Eck ist in zwei Räume unterteilt, einmal das "Bar"-Zimmer und dann noch ein Gastraum zum Essen. Wir waren zum Abendessen da und könnten nicht zufriedener sein. Netter und zügiger Service, wirklich leckerers Hänchenschnitzel (Preis-/Leistung stimmt bei der gebotetnen Portion absolut!) und 1-2 frisch gezapfte Kölsch. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Eine echte Bereicherung im Zentrum von Niederkassel!

Habe das Op d'r Eck bis ins Jahr 2016 verfolgt. Ein tolles rustikales Hotel mit Kegelbahn und Eckkneipe.

Wer eine typische Eckkneipe erwartet, der wird nicht enttäuscht. Wer ein Restaurant erwartet, der sollte eher weiterziehen.
