Driver threatened me while delivering the order!!! Until today we really liked this delivery service. The food is good. But unfortunately today I was threatened by the driver of the restaurant right at my front door. He apparently felt attacked because we called the restaurant after 45 minutes and asked about delivery. His answer was immediately unfriendly: “Why are you asking?” Well, because the delivery isn’t there. I think every customer is allowed to ask. This should be normal in the 21st century. When this very man brought the delivery and I paid, he took a step towards me and took a threatening stance. He told me to never talk to him like that again and never order from him again. When I asked him if he wanted to threaten me, he became increasingly aggressive and repeated his threats several times. He is the driver, nothing more and nothing less. Since we were already expecting this because of the unfriendly phone call, my wife stayed in the background and recorded everything on her cell phone. As he drove away, he drove his car through my stone bed in the front yard. Everything was captured on the neighbor's camera. Of course, we will never again order from a restaurant where the driver physically and verbally threatens you. We have been regular customers of this Asian place for almost 10 years, but that's it. We will no longer order anything from a restaurant where you need police protection from the driver. I don't think it's a good move for this restaurant to hire a driver who threatens customers on the street. Even several neighbors noticed him screaming and threatening from the car. So there are countless witnesses to this incredible incident. Criminal charges for threats have been filed.

After ordering we were told there would be a waiting time of 1 hour. After asking for 1.5 hours, 20 more minutes were given. After 2 hours still nothing delivered. When asked, there was another 15 minute wait. We then canceled. It's a shame that we weren't informed about this long waiting time. Simply a no go. Thanks for nothing! Unfortunately I had to give it 1 star so I could submit this review.

Don't let the snack bar character bother you. Very nice people and the food is amazing. Fresh and extremely tasty. No restaurant can be better. If only Asian were here.

I'm really very satisfied here!!!The food is excellent!Not as glutamate contaminated as many others. The dark sauce over the crispy chicken is my insider tip ;-)

We waited more than 1.5 hours. Multiple questions and multiple excuses about what happened to the food didn't apply. Absolutely unreliable. Not recommendable.

After 1:05 hours I called the restaurant and asked for my order as it said 30-45 minutes to start. I was then told that the food (the Asia Wok is 2.8km away) would be there in 15 minutes at the latest. After another 25 minutes, a total of 1:30 hours, I called Asia Wok again. I was promised that it would be there in 5 minutes. After another 5 minutes we ordered from another delivery service. After another 10 minutes, a total of 1:45, the food arrived, over 40 minutes in the warming box after it was prepared. No concession! Ordered there for the first and last time.

Das Essen ist ok. Preis Leistung finde ich trotzdem nicht gut. Der Laden ist leider nicht einladend. Genauso leider auch das Personal. Teilweise frech und unsympathisch. Ich komme seit langem nicht mehr hierher.. Schade.

Vor Ort gegessen. Das Essen war ganz lecker, die Portion war ok, hätte aber auch etwas größer sein können, trotzdem ist Preis/Leisung ok. Allerdings wirkt der ganze Laden leider sehr schmuddelig, von den Toiletten möchte ich jetzt nichts schreiben…..

Ich habe hier schon mehrere Jahre mein Essen serviert bekommen und keine Qualitäts Unterschiede mitbekommen. Das Essen ist purer Genuss wobei ich jedoch sagen muss, dass es manchmal ein bisschen dauert aber ist auch normal bei der Kundschaft. Habe hier gegessen, esse immer hier und werde es auch immer tun.

Ich habe mir Ente mit Garnelen bestellt es war einfach Mega.Alles super frisch, die Garnelen saftig und das Gemüse knackig. Innerhalb 20 min. hatte ich das Essen geliefert bekommen.Gern immer wieder, :=)

Leckers Essen, die Portion an Reis/ Nudeln könnte etwas größer sein, daher einen Punkt Abzug. Geschmacklich aber top!

Bis heute war das mein lieblings Imbiss, wir haben knusprige Ente bestellt und die mussten wir heute suchen. Preise angehoben , Portionen drastisch reduziert.

Essen und Lieferung waren gut nur das einzige was ich auszusetzen habe ist das die Mango abgelaufen ist seit dem 05.11.2022 als Beweise füge ich ein Foto hinzu , hab eine Mango gut für die nächste Bestellung und bitte aussortieren. Lg

Leckeres, frisch zubereitetes Essen - Hühnchen und Ente mit versch. Soßen und Beilagen waren sehr lecker und gut verpackt. Haben vor Ort bestellt und das Essen mitgenommen. Große Auswahl an Speisen. Wir kommen wieder.

Der einzige asiatische Lieferdienst in Niederkassel. Vieles wird hausgemacht und ist lecker. Einige wirklich authentische Gerichte gibt es auch -- ausprobieren lohnt sich!

Sehr wenig Geschmack. Waren sehr enttäuscht. Über die Menge kann man sich nicht beschweren.

Es schmeckt eigentlich immer. Gibt nichts negatives. Würde etwa 4,5 Sterne geben. Etwas Luft nach oben ist natürlich noch.

Über viele Jahre haben wir hier gerne etwas zu Essen geholt, aber in der letzten Zeit nimmt die Qualität mehr und mehr ab. Die Frühlingsrollen tropfen vor Fett, gebratene Nudeln mit Gemüse haben so gut wie kein Gemüse, die Reis-Portion zu den Gerichten ist wirklich klein,... Aber manchmal hat man auch Glück: an guten Tagen schmeckt es wie früher. Dann hätte es 4 Sterne verdient.

Zugegeben, die Deutschkenntnisse am Telefon lassen manchmal etwas zu wünschen übrig und die Lieferung dauert gelegentlich länger, aber das rechtfertig für mich keinen Sternabzug. Denn: Das Essen ist sehr köstlich und frisch zubereitet. Ich kann die Curry Ente und die Reisnudeln sehr empfehlen. Auch das Rindfleisch ist lecker. Die Preise sind angemessen. Wir bestellen hier gerne wieder.

Schnell, sehr freundlich und ausgesprochen lecker! Heute das erste Mal auf Empfehlung dort bestellt: Essen war sehr frisch und sehr schmackhaft. „Leider“ wurden die gebratenen Nudeln nicht wie bestellt mit „Rind“ sondern mit „Huhn“ geliefert, war aber trotzdem sehr lecker und würde einen Sterne-Abzug nicht rechtfertigen. Auch das andere Gericht (gebratene Nudeln mit Ente) und die Vorspeisen waren sehr gut! Insofern wird Asia-Wok im Telefonbuch abgespeichert, wir werden wieder bestellen!

Schmeckt immer gut. Nummer ist auf Kurzwahl. Lieferung ist möglich und geht sehr schnell!
