This was our second time eating sushi at Oono. It was delicious 😋 and we'll definitely be back.

The wrong food was delivered and the delivery person was unfriendly. The rice was also completely dry and not very warm.

The ambiance was absolutely beautiful, the food was world-class, the staff was delightful, and I was very satisfied. There's nothing negative to say; you all have to go there! Thank you!

Today we spontaneously decided to try Oono Sushi. We were actually a bit skeptical, since there were still plenty of free tables available. What can I say? We were greeted very warmly and shown to our table. The atmosphere was very neat and pleasant, modern but not at all pretentious! And most importantly, besides the friendly and attentive staff... the food was incredibly delicious and also reasonably priced. And by the way, we were able to easily redeem the voucher from the Barometer on a Saturday. 5 stars, because there really wasn't anything to complain about!!! We'll definitely be back.

This was my first time eating there (my second time having sushi in general), and I was very impressed. The food was ordered for pickup, and they said it would be ready in 25 minutes, which was spot on. The food was very well packaged, even for transport. It was very fresh, and there were plenty of side dishes (e.g., sauces, ginger). Definitely recommended. There was a bit of everything, from pure vegetables to combinations with meat, such as salmon, chicken, and tuna.

The food was presented unappetizingly and shipped in a jumbled order. The fish was translucent and the rice hard. In my opinion, this poses an acute risk of food poisoning.

We've been to Oono Sushi many times, and yesterday there were five of us after our civil wedding ceremony. The staff was, as always, nice and friendly, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was cozy and quiet. The buffet offers a smaller selection than you might expect from other places, but that's perfectly fine. Here, quality is more important than quantity. The gyoza we ordered separately were outstanding! We'll definitely be going back!

Ordering review: I've ordered from there several times. The sushi quality (especially the salmon) is excellent. It's worth ordering from there. If it were a bit cheaper, it would be perfect.

The lunch buffet was small but nice; my companions found the food, especially the sauce, too greasy. The sushi was really delicious, but it wasn't refilled.

For the price of I think 13 euros for the lunch buffet, the food is excellent. There's less choice than usual, but it has everything I need. Crispy duck, beef with onions, shrimp. The sushi, by comparison, was of extremely good quality. Truly unbeatable for the price.

Delicious, inexpensive and served quickly

The sushi was delicious! Better than the other sushi restaurants in Oldenburg! I'm excited that they don't just offer salmon sushi (or variations of it – salmon with cucumber, salmon with avocado, etc.…that gets boring very quickly). I thought the coconut shrimp roll was super delicious. And everything was beautifully packaged.

I've been there twice, each on my birthday, and tried both the all-you-can-eat and regular dishes. Both times, the staff were very friendly and very accommodating :). The food was delicious both times. My only criticism is that there isn't enough sushi selection for my taste with the all-you-can-eat menu (but that's just a wish), because the sushi is otherwise extremely high-quality and delicious. The shop looks incredibly beautiful and modern, and it's very clean. I'll be back a third time in a row because I love the food, the shop, and the staff. - The bottom line is, it's a great shop and I can recommend it to everyone because the prices are also totally fair :) My only wishes would be: More sushi with the all-you-can-eat menu // Maybe turn the music down a bit for my taste, at least a bit // Consider expanding the selection in general, as I see a lot of potential for more dishes (which isn't meant to speak negatively about the shop).

Stop in for lunch... the restaurant is even open on Mondays. And for an unbeatable €12.90, you can enjoy a delicious all-you-can-eat buffet. Small but perfectly formed, with good, fresh ingredients.

Unfortunately, this is truly the worst sushi I've ever eaten. I ordered the inside-out and crunchy rolls with cream cheese, and both versions were filled with more cream cheese than anything else. I'm not exaggerating when I say that every bite felt like a spoonful of cream cheese... unfortunately, truly awful.

Bad service, rude drivers. We waited 90 minutes for our order, and we live 5 minutes down the road. When we politely asked on the phone where the order was after an hour, we were told they'd contact the driver and get back to us. 5 minutes later, no one answered. 10 minutes later, still no call back. So we call again. On the phone, we're told: "We can't reach the driver, but he should be here in the next 5 minutes." So we wait another 5 minutes. Nothing. More waiting... until the driver finally arrives. Only I find out by looking out the window, not by ringing the bell. The idiot is driving around our yard in circles??? When I wave, he stops, close to one of the parked cars, and gives us our order with a grin on his face?? No apology for the long wait. Nothing. And he smells of alcohol. People, your drivers get drunk and then get rude while delivering! Get this sorted!

Located in the upscale residential area of ​​Oldenburg - Dietrichsfeld - very close to Bürgerbusch - I had been planning a visit to this restaurant for a long time. I didn't have a reservation, but I was greeted very warmly and, to my delight, was given a table in the beautiful restaurant... :))) The restaurant has been completely refurbished, modern and stylish, with comfortable seating. The buffet is well-designed, and you'll find many dishes from well-known Asian regions and their special cuisines. For my starter, I chose a vegetable soup. It tasted simply like a vacation. For the main courses, my choice was clear: I had to try everything, as I love Asian food. The crab meat, beef, pork, duck, and chicken were fresh, crispy, tender, and not too thick, and I fully approved of it :))) Along with various sauces with noodles and rice. This buffet is simply divine. Even the restaurants in Rotterdam can't compete. The very nice and friendly service staff contributed to a successful visit! Wait time for a beer was less than 30 seconds. Conclusion: A very good place and I recommend it... :))) *** I would generally recommend making a reservation, as the restaurant is always very busy.

A (still) insider tip in Oldenburg. We come here almost every month because the service, value, and ambiance are just right. Whether it's sushi or Chinese dishes, it's delicious and freshly prepared. We're happy to come back 💗

Good restaurant. You're greeted warmly at the door and immediately escorted to a free table. A very pleasant and cozy atmosphere, excellent value for money, fantastic, delicious food, and a wide selection of dishes. The buffet was fresh and delicious. Clean counters and appealing. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant looks great; even the restrooms are high-tech, something you only see in Dubai. All in all, I would recommend Oono Sushi Restaurant to anyone.

I order here regularly because Oono Sushi offers the best sushi in Oldenburg. My brother is a sushi master himself, so I'm very particular about the quality. Delivery sometimes takes a while, but it's worth it. The prices are on the higher side, but the pieces are fresh, not dry, and the fish is of good quality. Only once was the nigiri not so fresh, but the rest was okay. Everyone can make mistakes.

Addendum from today SA July 29th 23rd Today I had time to eat sushi again in Oldenburg. It was great again. This time there is the fifth star for the sushi. It was just good. Super fresh fish (look at the photos) delicious soup and salads. Mrs. Wei with her young man as waitress and the young ladies as waitress was simply perfect. Thank you for making me feel so at home with you. It was very nice. I would love to come back. I was there alone and wanted to get an impression. Ms. Wei, the waitress, was super great and very, very friendly. Ms. Wei (blue sky) was very attentive and helped me choose. I felt very comfortable with her. The food was also very good, there was nothing to complain about at all. The price-performance ratio is right. I will definitely come back again and am looking forward to it. I gave the restaurant a second chance after a disappointing first experience - unfortunately I was disappointed again, and even more so this time. The order, as seen in the attached picture, consisted of different sushi variations. After waiting for an hour and a half, the food was delivered cold and showed significant quality defects when unpacked: some of the sushi pieces had fallen apart, the chicken was badly burnt, dry and had an unpleasant taste. Another piece of sushi was also badly burned, still contained remains of skin and was simply inedible. The salmon also had little taste and didn't give the impression of fresh quality. What was also worrying was that both my partner and I had to deal with severe stomach pain just half an hour after eating it, which lasted for several hours. Overall, this experience was unfortunately disappointing and unacceptable - both in terms of the quality of the food and the impact on our health. I will therefore refrain from ordering from this restaurant again.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Oono Sushi in Oldenburg and I absolutely loved it! The restaurant offers an impressive selection of fresh and delicious sushi creations that not only taste great but are also artfully presented. The atmosphere is modern and inviting, and the staff is extremely friendly and attentive. Particularly noteworthy is the innovative ordering system via tablet, which makes the ordering process uncomplicated and efficient. For sushi lovers, Oono Sushi is definitely a must in Oldenburg! 

Good evening ! I'm a regular customer and love the rock and roll sushi set. Today I wanted to have dinner as usual and took the sushi set with me. When I started eating at home, I found a long black hair there (I'm blonde). That's very annoying... Unfortunately, I'm a very sensitive person and won't be ordering anything else. It's a real shame, a real shame. I really liked them, but this is unacceptable when cooking with raw products and foods in general.

We were very impressed by the style in the Japanese restaurant, especially the highlighting of the cherry blossoms. The food was quite authentic and very good. Portions generous. Service friendly. The only negative point. It was drafty and fresh the day we were there. Freezing while eating is not so pleasant.

We were there on a Saturday evening. It still wasn't too full and we got a table at relatively short notice, making a reservation about an hour in advance. The restaurant is very comfortably furnished, our table was clean and the benches were comfortable. The selection of food was also great and everything tasted great. The employees were all very friendly and accommodating, but (there's no real complaint about this) the food came too quickly. We got our starters and when we ordered we mentioned that they should be starters. Less than 5 minutes later, while we were still eating the starter, the first main course arrived, and 3-4 minutes later the second. This made you feel a little “quickly dispatched”.

We've eaten there twice using the Barometer coupon and can highly recommend it. Excellent food, superb service, and absolutely reasonable prices.

Oono Sushi is one of our favorite restaurants in Oldenburg. The lunch buffet in particular is highly recommended! The price-performance ratio is unbeatable. The selection is just right and the quality and taste of the food cannot be compared to conventional buffets. The sushi is particularly delicious and always extremely fresh. The service is very friendly. The delivery service is also great, the packaging is elegant and, in my opinion, the sushi is one of the best in Oldenburg! We always like to come back :)

Nice place and foods are delicious.

This was our second time there for the all you can eat buffet and the food definitely doesn't disappoint. Delicious sushi, shrimp, fried noodles, rice, vegetables, duck etc and for dessert, delicious baked banana with honey and jelly :) unlike other all you can eat restaurants, the sushi is really diverse and tastes very fresh! The only thing that might have been missing from dessert would be vanilla sauce for the jelly, but that's complaining at a very high level! The ambience is really nice with all the cherry blossoms and it's never really loud because the tables are well separated from each other. We probably come here regularly <3

Great food, great service! Nothing wrong with it. I haven't found a better Asian meal, for example with duck, in Oldenburg. Not to be compared with the Mongolian ones Food stamps. The menu is not too big and offers something for everyone.

Ordered via Uber Eats. Fast delivery from our own delivery service and smooth, quick handover. Despite the fact that it was delivered, whereby the quality and condition usually suffer, the food was warm and tasted very well! Highly recommended!

Here you can get everything your sushi heart desires. From edamame to fish, everything seems to be of decent quality and tastes consistently delicious. Unfortunately, the staff wasn't the friendliest and there was a somewhat sterile atmosphere when eating on site. Apart from that, one of the go-to sushi spots in Oldenburg to order from. Just a note on the menu that the spicy edamame are cold would be nice. Otherwise, you can live out your desire for sushi here without having to eat out at a very expensive price.

I won’t write anything about sushi, I haven’t tried it. Was there at lunchtime, took the buffet... almost everything was empty.. Sushi two things, didn’t come to the opening, eat the rest of what you have. We paid 35 euros for two with two drinks... I definitely won’t come here again.

Food was very tasty. Prices are fair. Service is super friendly and pays a lot of attention to customer satisfaction. There are sufficient parking spaces available. Chairs a bit uncomfortable but the benches are comfortable. Food that you can't manage will be packed into boxes to take away upon request without any problems.

Absolutely recommended. The sushi was very tasty and the service was friendly too. There is only one star deducted because one of us who didn't order sushi got his food much earlier. Otherwise everything was great. The selection of vegetarian sushi is very large.

I've eaten there several times now. We ordered something to be delivered on November 11th. Our food fell apart and arrived ice cold after about 2-2 1/2 hours. When we called there because it was inedible. We were simply not taken seriously and constantly put off. I called probably 5 times and no one in the store took care of the matter. I haven't experienced such bad service in a long time. It's a shame that they don't have any suggested solutions for such cases. There wasn't even an apology. So not for people who have demands on their food. Sorry, but service is part of it.

Food arrived a full 3 hours later after ordering! Completely cold and everything fell apart. Food went from the supplier's hand back into the trash. Then called oono directly. They wanted time to think about it, it's been two weeks now and every time I call they say we don't have time. Very, very unfriendly treatment of regular customers. If you don't feel like it, just hang up. My recommendation is to choose another establishment!! NOT RECOMMENDED

We were there for the lunch buffet and there were various warm dishes and a small selection of sushi (fried rolls, maki and insideout). The quality of the food was very good and the taste was much better than a “0815 Chinese buffet”. The service was nice and the store was very clean. So far everything is great! But unfortunately our voucher book was not accepted because the voucher supposedly refers to a different buffet...which is no longer offered. It's a shame, it's not obvious to the customer.

I can't believe it. I ate from the store twice. The first time on site, the second time ordered. I had severe stomach pain and intestinal cramps the first time and blamed it on eating too much because I also had a feeling of fullness that didn't go away. However, I haven't had this kind of persistent cramps and stomach problems once when I overeat at buffets, at most for an hour and then I was fine. Now I ordered and ate significantly less (the same sushi both times) because it was tasty and it neither smelled nor tasted strange. I have stomach pain, stomach and intestinal cramps for over 5 hours, followed by 3 times of incredibly bad, watery diarrhea. I've loved eating sushi for years and it's usually always the same choice, which is certainly changed in various shops. Neither blood root, vomex, chamomile tea or anything else helps me get it under control. Never again!!! I've never experienced anything like that in my life. I ate vegetarian food and also sushi with shrimp and tuna and 30 minutes later it started like the first time and ended a hundred times worse!

We were guests at Oono for the lunch buffet, four times already. There was a good selection of Asian dishes, sushi, soup and dessert to choose from. Service was very nice. We enjoyed all the dishes very much. Restaurant very clean.

I ordered sushi and something to drink with my friend. The sushi fell apart as soon as you used the chopsticks, the fish was probably no longer good because my friend had a stomach ache after eating and not everything we ordered was delivered. We won't order there again. Also, the price is really not justified. It's really not much and it doesn't taste that incredibly good either. Not recommended

We ordered here for the first time today. Unfortunately the food was only lukewarm. The duck was cold, tough and very fatty. Three meals were ordered and only one meal was somewhat okay. Too expensive for this service. Very unfortunate.
