Mein Lieblingsort für Bibimbap. Freundliches Personal, obwohl die Wartezeiten vor der Bestellung variieren können – darauf würde ich mich nicht verlassen, wenn ich es eilig habe. Die Wartezeit zwischen Bestellung und Essen ist immer überraschend kurz. Bar- und Kartenzahlung sind beide möglich, und man kann entweder im Restaurant essen oder das Essen mitnehmen. Das Bibimbap ist seinen Preis wert, aber ich empfehle dringend, es während des Mittagsmenüs zu bestellen, da es dann deutlich günstiger ist. Beim letzten Mal war eine Zutat etwas altbacken, aber das scheint ein Ausrutscher gewesen zu sein, und es hat trotzdem noch gut geschmeckt. Die Wartezeit war an dem Tag ziemlich lang, obwohl das Restaurant leer war. Ohne diese Erfahrung hätte ich dem Restaurant problemlos 5 Sterne gegeben. (Das Foto entstand, nachdem ich angefangen hatte zu essen; die Präsentation beim Servieren ist wirklich wunderschön.)

Sehr leckeres Essen und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Essen kam sehr schnell, so wie man es aus Korea kennt :) . Wenn wir mal wieder in Lübeck sind kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ich kenne mich mit koreanischem Essen überhaupt nicht aus, aber „Onni“ bedeutet auf Finnisch „Glück“, und das beschreibt das Erlebnis perfekt. Wir haben während unseres kurzen Besuchs zweimal dort gegessen, da das Essen, die Leute und die Atmosphäre einfach fantastisch waren. Und wir haben problemlos ohne Reservierung einen Tisch für zwei bekommen!

Ich wurde im ausgesprochen freundlich bedient. Besonders positiv ist mir aufgefallen, wie fürsorglich und aufmerksam sich auch um unser mitgereistes Kleinkind gekümmert wurde – das ist keineswegs selbstverständlich und hat den Besuch sehr angenehm gemacht. Das Essen war ebenfalls hervorragend. Besonders schön war, dass wir freundlich darauf hingewiesen wurden, dass eine der Speisen traditionell mit einem rohen Ei serviert wird. Diese Erklärung war sehr hilfreich und zeigt, dass man sich hier Zeit für die Gäste nimmt und die koreanische Küche auch ein Stück weit erklärt. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Besuch mit hervorragendem Essen und außergewöhnlich freundlichem Service. Daher ganz klar: fünf von fünf Sternen.

Onni enttäuscht nie. Das Essen ist immer Top. Leute die hohen Wert auf Qualität und handwerklich gut zubereitetes Essen legen, sind hier genau richtig. Meiner Meinung nach das beste asiatische Restaurant im Umkreis von 100km. Die Bedienung ist immer sehr nett, man fühlt sich willkommen und fast wie Zuhause. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Ich esse oft koreanisch, am liebsten Bibimbap. Ich muss ehrlich sagen, dass deren Bibimbap eine riesengroße Enttäuschung war. Ich habe zahlreiche Male in anderen koreanischen Restaurants Bibimbap gegessen und bei Onni war das der schlechteste Bibimbap. Ich weiß, dass Bibimbap in warmen Schüsseln kommen soll. Aber bei Onni war das Essen fast am glühen 😅🥲 Es hat die ersten 5 Minuten geknistert und bis zum letzten Biss mussten wir jedes Mal erstmal pusten bevor wir ein Biss zu uns genommen haben, sonst haben wir uns den Mund verbrannt. An der Schüssel selbst hat das Essen komplett von innen geklebt und es war verbrannt, alles was in Berührung mit der Schüssel gekommen ist hat an meinen Zähnen dann geklebt, weil es verbrannt war. Ich bestelle immer Tofu Bibimbap bei jedem koreaner, aber noch nie war der Tofu zermahlen/zerquetscht? Ich mag Tofu, aber sie haben die Zubereitung komplett versaut. Das Essen selbst hatte keinerlei Geschmack, wir mussten es komplett mit der Soja Soße übergießen, damit man es essen konnte. Der Bibimbap bei Onni kommt außer mit der Soja Soße mit einer einzigen "hausgemachten Soße", die war so eklig, wir haben die gar nicht benutzt. Wir haben sie probiert und uns sind fast Träne in die Augen gekommen wie ekelhaft ein Tropfen dieser Soße geschmeckt hat. Deswegen haben wir dann nur die Soja Soße benutzt. Alle Preise sind überteuert meiner Meinung nach, in Hamburg bekomme ich für diesen Preis PREMIUM Bibimbap. Das Restaurant selbst hat eine sehr kalte Atmosphäre, es fühlte sich wie in einer Mensa, aber gekleidet als fine dining. Die Toilette ist hinter einer Tür wo es dann nur 2 Kabinen gibt, 1 für Männer und 1 für Frauen und beide teilen sich 1 Waschbecken. Sobald man da reingeht, schlägt einem der Urin-Geruch ins Gesicht. Beim Händewaschen hat man als Frau einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf das Pissoir was weniger als 1 Meter von dem Waschbecken entfernt ist.

Es ist sehr lecker, aber ziemlich teuer, wahrscheinlich weil es eines der wenigen koreanischen Restaurants in der Stadt ist, vielleicht sogar das einzige. Selbst ein gehobenes koreanisches Restaurant aus Hamburg verlangt für seine Kimbaps nicht so hohe Preise – 20 Euro für ein paar Rollen? – Nein!

Tolles Essen !!! Hatten nur vegetarische Speisen. Diese waren hervorragend. Super lecker, toll gewürzt! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen war super schnell fertig ! Wir waren mehr als happy 🫶

Das Essen ist recht europäisiert, aber insgesamt ganz gut. Wer authentisches koreanisches Essen erwartet, wird wahrscheinlich enttäuscht sein. Das Essen ist nicht so stark gewürzt wie in Korea und wird auch nicht so präsentiert (alles auf einem Teller), trotzdem war es ganz lecker.

Leider schmeckte das Essen nicht nach Korea (und ja, wir waren schon mehrmals dort). Wir konnten zwischen drei Beilagen wählen, aber nur eine war richtig. Wir bestellten extra Wasser ohne Sprudelwasser, aber auch das fehlte. Der Service war also leider ungenügend. Die Atmosphäre war langweilig (wir saßen in einem separaten Raum), aber im anderen Raum war es sehr laut.

Ich kann es sehr empfehlen für jedermann!!! Das Essen ist unglaublich gut und das Fleisch super zart. Ich war begeistert bei meinem ersten Besuch. Das Restaurant hat mein Herz gewonnen und ich werde auf jedenfall wiederkommen! Das Servicepersonal war auch super nett und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend!

This is an excellent place. Excellent food and service. A bit expensive but I I highly recommended. One of the best bibimbap of my life. Delicious cucumbrt salade and coliflower. Thank you.

At first glance, the food looks very good. Some of the ingredients were good, but overall, the taste wasn't anything special. Six of us were there that evening, and only one of us really enjoyed it. We all eat together regularly and are open-minded. However, we were a bit disappointed with Onni afterward. The ambiance was unfortunately anything but pleasant; we were shown to an adjoining room. It didn't feel cozy, wasn't decorated in an Asian style, and it was chilly. The benches against the cold wall were relatively uncomfortable, and the chairs weren't supposed to be any better. It was chilly because the door was permanently open in October, with only a curtain for protection. The service was good at first, but ultimately made a catastrophic mistake; we were "thrown out" after the meal. That's unacceptable, because no matter how good or bad the food and ambiance are, a restaurant stands or falls with its service... I won't eat there again and can't recommend it. But that's all my personal opinion, which, as can be seen from the other recession, doesn't coincide with the general public. Maybe we were just unlucky, I don't know.

I recommend making a reservation here on the weekend, as we were lucky enough to get a table. The service was very attentive, natural, and friendly. In the kitchen, I saw an older Korean woman who seemed very proud, which was reflected in the decent food. We enjoyed everything, and I would visit the restaurant again.

I've been there three times already, and I'm absolutely thrilled! It's always delicious, and the service is friendly and fast. I was also very happy that they switched from Waterkant to Fritz Kola! :D But that's just a personal preference, as I simply prefer the Coke. To put it simply: I always enjoy coming back! :)

Very nice restaurant, the food was delicious, as were the homemade lemonades. We didn't have to wait long, and the waitress was very friendly and nice. I ordered salmon and was pleasantly surprised; it tasted very good, wasn't too dry, and it was a really large piece. Overall, I recommend it, and the next time I'm in Lübeck, I'll definitely visit Onni 👍

The kimchi stew tastes like japchae… I went there because I was craving Korean food while on a business trip, but the taste was a bit disappointing…

Not all of the dishes are great. I can recommend the tteokbokki in pear soy sauce and the bibimbap. The mandu soup is too bland. The vegetables are unfortunately too hard and not soft. The staff is friendly and understanding. The atmosphere is great.

The food is delicious, but unfortunately, the prices are getting higher and the portions are getting smaller. At least you don't have to skimp on the rice. For €30 per person just for the main course, you could ask for more. It's not fine dining.

The service was very good. The waitress helped us with the order and explained everything we asked about. The food was also good, especially the ‘Baked Cauliflower with Sweet and Spicy Sauce.’ 👌🏻🍲🍛

We sit on the terrace on the sidewalk. We take shrimp tempura and chicken. The chicken is reasonable, the shrimp tastes like nothing. Too bad.

I had the kimchi stew and it tasted really good, it tastes like authentic Korean flavor. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. I also liked the seating area; it was clean and comfortable. Overall, a great place for Korean food!

If you're looking for authentic Korean food, this lovely restaurant is the place to be. We were there for the second time yesterday, and it was delicious again. The fresh, delicious lemonades are an added bonus. It's definitely worth spending a little more. We'll definitely be back soon.

Of course, the food is much more important than all of this. It was very tasty and beautifully prepared. Conclusion. The beep rice is delicious. The rice itself is very Asian. The vegetables blend well with the local European ones. Add some hot sauce on the table and mix it into the rice. It’s over 100 points.

Really great Korean restaurant! The food was consistently great - I had Mandu, Dak Gang Jung and Udong with vegetables, all fresh, tasty and perfectly prepared. The team was really nice and relaxed, the drinks were also great. All in all a really good shop – I’ll definitely be back!

Very good Korean food, nice atmosphere in the restaurant and attentive, friendly service. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back. Clear recommendation, definitely go. It's best to reserve a table the day before.

Overall pretty authentic Korean food. I had the sundubu jigae (spicy tofu soup with pork). The banchan (side dishes) were on point, the portion of the soup was good. Took a star off because it’s not spicy at all, probably to cater to the local palate.

One of my favorite restaurants in Lübeck! I love the fried cauliflower and the tuk boki! But everything here tastes delicious anyway! If you have time, you really shouldn't miss this Korean restaurant!

So it's a bit worrying if you don't want to let customers into the store 20 minutes before the kitchen closes. And that on a Saturday evening. That's why I'm not judging the food here, but rather the behavior.

It was our first time eating Korean food and we were given great advice. We tried a bit of everything and found everything really good. Despite the restaurant being full (reservations seem to be necessary even during the week), the food came quickly. Always my pleasure!

An appealing lunch (now our third visit at lunchtime) with a variety of offerings for fans of Korean cuisine. Not only the dishes, but also the homemade lemonade are highly recommended (especially in the hot season).

One of the best restaurants in Lübeck, very good vegan dishes, the tofu is a highlight. Meat dishes are also very good. Bimbimbap really authentic. The only point of criticism is that the bimbimbap for 2 is always untouched and that for 1 is not. I would prefer it unstirred, so you can try the individual ingredients better and mix them as you like. Very nice atmosphere.

We were there with a group of friends and were served quickly, very friendly and courteously. The food tasted fresh, perfectly seasoned and had just the right amount of heat to be deliciously spicy. The waitress's recommendations were also on point, so that even the beginners among us found something to their liking. Unfortunately, the drink prices were too high for my taste, so we looked for something else after the meal. It's a shame, because the atmosphere was great.

Tastes are different, the cold vegetables in tiny little bowls just weren't my thing, the sauce for the crispy breaded chicken wasn't particularly tasty, but the small side salad was tasty and fresh. The service was good and attentive, the restaurant was very busy, so we got the table soon after the espresso cleared around the same time as we were very kindly asked to pay. Was ok. But. Despite the fact that this meal wasn't entirely to my taste, I can still recommend it. I'll try something different. But not crispy chicken.

Despite having a reservation, we stayed at Onni at relatively short notice. We wanted to eat there too often because our daughter loves Korean cuisine. The reception and placement were very friendly. The menu is not overloaded, so there is something for every taste. The dishes were all consistently excellent. We would love to come back and can highly recommend Onni. Thank you.

I always enjoy going to Onni, but now for the first time for dinner. We were able to get the last table by calling, but without a reservation I would only recommend it for lunch. Unfortunately, we sat right by the door and that was pretty cold, especially since the service staff constantly had to run into the separate adjoining room. Otherwise the door is protected by a curtain so that less cold air comes in. Normally the service is very attentive, but we had someone new that evening and we had to ask several times. But the food made up for it - the large mixed plates were really a highlight, and the starters in particular were very tasty.

I really liked going to onni. I didn't expect much, but it was definitely worth going! Starting with the service; they were really nice and courteous. I wasn't quite familiar with the Korean dishes, but they were really helpful when I asked about them. So now the food: I had a vegan Bibimbap and a Miso soup (also vegan). Both of them tasted really good. However, I would mostly recommend you to go with the Bibimbap!! I think for newbies like me, the dish would be the best choice to start engaging with the Korean kitchen! Also, I didn't order a drink because I wasn't quite sure which one I would like to choose but I had a free drink to try, which was also really nice from them! Lastly, the atmosphere: Onni isn't a big restaurant, but they managed to give it a nice charm! The music is really nice and fits well with onni and the lights + the decorations make the little restaurant look very charming! The people that I saw also seemed to be very friendly, and like I said, the service there is really nice as well! I hope I'll be able to go there once again. 너무 맛있어요!! 10/10 would recommend!

Although it is a Korean restaurant, the atmosphere does not look like a Korean restaurant at all and there are no Korean-speaking employees. It feels a bit expensive since the prices for dishes and side dishes are separate, but that feeling disappears once you try the food. There is a lot of kimchi in the kimchi stew, and the side dishes are so plentiful and tasty that they are worth the extra cost.

The fried cauliflower was absolutely delicious - I am now officially a cauliflower convert - and the kimchi side was also excellent. The worst part about this place is that it's not in my hometown!

We love this Korean food place in the city of Lübeck!! We had a veggie Bibimpbap which was served on a hot stove pan and it tasted amazing 😍 Definitely a must do when craving for Korean delicious food!

I went alone for the first time. It was after early lunch time but the restaurant still had quit a lot of ppl eating there. I went in and I immediately got greeted, sat down and received a menu. Service came, got my order ^spoke fabulous English and was even up for a quick chit chat. On top she didn’t wrote down any of my oder. At first I thought that’s maybe bc I’m alone and didn’t had any special needs or questions but I saw the she even took orders with 5 people on the table without any booking devices. Really just amazing! I eat a kimchi stew what sadly was a bit westernized but i would still say it was quite good Went with my friends on a Tuesday afternoon there again to show them a great new place. what I didn’t expect was that the restaurant was full. Seems like reservations are necessary when u’r eating around 7pm We still got a table, the same friendly service from my last visit sat us down. She remember not only my face she even remembered my whole order and asked if I would like to eat the same or if I would like to eat a recommendation. Honestly I was to stunned to speak whatever their requirements are to work there, I surely don’t have them. Her recommendation was on point. We eat Spicy pork, tofu stew and 2 bibimbabs ofc no tipping or writing down of our order only a smile and a thank you. We all was so amazed by her whole performance, that we only realized later after receiving our drinks that my friends were ordering in Korean. Did she understand? Is she Korean ? She’s probably half Korean ? Did she really remembered everything what we ordered? She indeed did remembered everything! so to sum it up: food was delicious! And service was top tier, super friendly super calm everything was just spotless! We are thankful for this wonderful evening 감사합니다 지나야~!
