Very high-quality and flavorful sushi. Pricey, but the quality is worth it. The service is impeccably coordinated and completes the wonderful experience. The ambiance ranges from cozy to dark/romantic. Overall, a truly pleasant experience.

The food was fantastic. But the surroundings were too loud and too dark for me.

The service was incredibly attentive and courteous, from our arrival and coat check to the entire meal. They even noticed our homemade chopsticks and brought us children's chopsticks. The food is excellent—fresh, flavorful, and with a distinct personal touch. We ordered a variety of dishes from the menu, and everything was incredibly delicious. The ambiance is sophisticated, definitely worthy of a date night or, in our case, a special occasion. We will definitely be back.

Delicious, high-quality sushi. A lovely, dimly lit atmosphere – perfect for a special occasion or a date night. They offer an allergen menu and gluten-free soy sauce. However, the gluten-free selection is surprisingly small for a sushi restaurant. Nevertheless, I would gladly return and order the same dishes: sashimi, edamame, and mango sticky rice.

The service and ambiance were, as always, excellent. The fried tofu and vegan roll were first-rate. We ordered the Wagyu beef; we wanted to try it. Unfortunately, the slice was very thin and rather lukewarm, which, of course, isn't to be expected with medium-rare. The taste was good, but it was too fatty for my liking. That could be due to the Wagyu beef, though. We were expecting a proper steak, but it was more like a thin slice of roast beef. However, this doesn't detract from the overall quality of the restaurant. We were also surprised with a complimentary dessert, which was a very nice touch. We'll definitely be back.

We visited Olbrick on our wedding day and were absolutely thrilled! The restaurant had been recommended to us several times by friends – and rightly so. Our first impression was immediately very positive: Despite the dark, elegant decor, the ambiance is by no means overwhelming, but rather stylish and cozy. The service was attentive, quick, and extremely professional. We were particularly pleased that the waiter honestly pointed out to us that our order would probably be too large – this was very fair and saved us from feeling overfull at the end. The culinary offerings were all of a high standard: The salmon tartare, the Korean BBQ, and the edamame appetizers were outstanding, and the signature sushi platter was delicious and beautifully presented. Accompanied by a small bottle of sake, it made for a perfectly harmonious menu. At around €169 for two people, Olbrick is certainly not an inexpensive evening, but the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere is absolutely justified. We're glad we finally tried the restaurant—and it certainly won't be the last time we've been here. A definite recommendation for anyone who loves sushi in a stylish setting.

Wow, there's a great selection of sushi, as well as appetizers and other dishes. The drinks menu is also very well-stocked. We had the crunchy shrimp, salmon tartar, and brisket for starters. Then we had the rainbow roll and the flambéed scallop roll. Every single dish was very, very delicious 😋! The waiter gave us excellent advice on our selection and also recommended the quantity, otherwise we would have ordered more and too much. The staff was generally very attentive and friendly. It was a great evening in a lovely atmosphere, and we would love to come back!

The location is great. The food is delicious. The only downside is the music. It was much too loud. You couldn't have a normal conversation. That was a real shame. I would come back if the background music were more discreet.

Nice atmosphere. Everything was semi-dark, but we were given a lamp so we could see our food 😉 The sound is debatable, but we didn't find it disturbing. We had really good sushi and BBQ chicken.

The sushi was average, with the tough Wagyu on top being subpar. The music was too loud for me, and I didn't feel comfortable with my family among all the newly rich people. The service was good, but nothing special. Very poor value for money, in my opinion.

Beware! Order fraud! We ordered sushi and discovered at home that it was faulty. Since then, we've been chasing our money. Over the phone, they simply offered to "make us an extra portion next time," without any written confirmation or anything else. They didn't even respond to my emails requesting a refund. This is truly the worst and a disgrace for a restaurant that portrays itself as high-quality. We will definitely not order from here again.

I've been there several times now. I have to say, whether for a business dinner or a private occasion, it's simply worth it. The ambiance is superb and invites you to a romantic (private) evening. The staff is highly trained and knowledgeable about everything, whether it's matching wine pairings or generally selecting the right dishes to ensure the right quantity. Everyone is very friendly and on the ball. Special requests are never worth mentioning. The menu and the dishes themselves are of the highest quality. Whether sushi or Wagyu, everything is excellent. The kitchen has highly trained chefs who make dining an experience. Compliments. I'll be coming more often, time permitting, to relax and unwind. I still have plenty to try and I'm really looking forward to it.

Extraordinary food experience! These dishes never disappoint. Some of the aperitifs are kinda exotic, but if you don't like fiddling with new flavours you can always stick with the good ol' Aperol or Pils. We loved every bite. Would recommend 10/10 👌

The ambiance is stylish, the room decorated in black and green with gold accents! The food is incredibly delicious – the sushi is varied and there's something for every taste. The mixed Olbrick dessert platter is a must! It's better to skip a few sushi rolls and indulge in this delicious dessert instead! Disappointing and unprofessional – not recommended According to the website, the restaurant was open, and even an online reservation was possible. So we arrived right on time – closed. No notice, no sign, nothing. I then called, and all they said on the phone was: "Yes, we're not open – I just didn't get it from the internet." No apology, no understanding – simply ignorance. This is unacceptable, especially when guests rely on the information and travel specifically to see it. Very disappointing – we definitely won't be coming back.

We had dinner at Olbrick on Friday for my birthday. As on previous visits, this time we were warmly welcomed by the service staff and this time too we were given our preferred table. The food was outstanding, many thanks to Sir Jon for the galactic sushi and to chef Dominic for the magnificent main course. And the cocktail from the incredible Chris was something special😂 We would also like to thank all the service staff who were extremely attentive and ensured a successful evening that we will always remember fondly. Cooking points were perfect and the sushi was really good too. The good service made you feel really comfortable straight away. The food was quite good, the restaurant was so dimly lit that only from outside you thought it was closed. You can like lounge and chillout music in such an atmosphere, but you don't have to. Plastic cherry blossoms and the darkness somehow don't fit together and that was the overall impression. The service mixed up the table several times and forgot the bill. I also felt like I had more potential to be a bouncer. Food was good but overall too expensive. Once is enough.

GOOD: -Atmosphere is super chic and modern -Reception to the table was very friendly and quick -Food (sushi and everything else) was very good and nicely prepared -Drink selection is great (also non-alcoholic) -Cheesecake is to die for -Beef fillet very tasty -Sanitary rooms very clean and modernly furnished BAD: -Service is sometimes a bit slow. If it's full, it may take a little longer for someone to come to the table. As a rule, you have to draw attention to yourself independently. That's okay too. But at these prices you can actually expect a little more and even more attentive service overall. -The beef fillet costs €42.90 without side dishes. With side dishes you can quickly reach €60 per portion/person. The amount is simply not enough for that. You get a maximum of 180-200g (estimated). The price/performance ratio is therefore absolutely not right with this dish. 300g would be appropriate and the price would be okay again. If you want to eat steak, you should do so in a steakhouse. Suggestions for the restaurant: -Add whole beef fillet (not carved) to the menu. Adjust price and quantity to a steakhouse. It would also be suggested to offer two sizes. -Add salmon fillet to the menu - Train the service a little better so that they become more attentive and you don't always have to draw attention to yourself. A little more speed when it's full would also be good. I am convinced that this restaurant has extreme potential. I would like to come back and watch the development. The restaurant is very expensive and therefore still needs to work a bit to ensure that the price/performance ratio is right.

Olbrick knew this from a company event. The sushi and steak back then were great. This time I went there for dinner with friends. The sushi (Tuna Roll) contained almost no tuna and had a relatively flat taste, which I think is a shame for the price. The sauce on the brisket was too concentrated for my taste. All in all, for a bill of 90€ one person may not be enough. The service (at least at our table) was a bit "annoyed" and made a grim impression.
