A completely perfect evening, very friendly service, the quality of the food was outstanding. A must for anyone who values ​​quality and friendly service.

The food was quite good, the restaurant was so dimly lit that only from outside you thought it was closed. You can like lounge and chillout music in such an atmosphere, but you don't have to. Plastic cherry blossoms and the darkness somehow don't fit together and that was the overall impression. The service mixed up the table several times and forgot the bill. I also felt like I had more potential to be a bouncer. Food was good but overall too expensive. Once is enough.

We were really very happy with the food. The location is also something very special. The service can still be improved. Keyword: cloakroom and it wasn't entirely clear which waiter was responsible. Otherwise a very nice evening.

GOOD: -Atmosphere is super chic and modern -Reception to the table was very friendly and quick -Food (sushi and everything else) was very good and nicely prepared -Drink selection is great (also non-alcoholic) -Cheesecake is to die for -Beef fillet very tasty -Sanitary rooms very clean and modernly furnished BAD: -Service is sometimes a bit slow. If it's full, it may take a little longer for someone to come to the table. As a rule, you have to draw attention to yourself independently. That's okay too. But at these prices you can actually expect a little more and even more attentive service overall. -The beef fillet costs €42.90 without side dishes. With side dishes you can quickly reach €60 per portion/person. The amount is simply not enough for that. You get a maximum of 180-200g (estimated). The price/performance ratio is therefore absolutely not right with this dish. 300g would be appropriate and the price would be okay again. If you want to eat steak, you should do so in a steakhouse. Suggestions for the restaurant: -Add whole beef fillet (not carved) to the menu. Adjust price and quantity to a steakhouse. It would also be suggested to offer two sizes. -Add salmon fillet to the menu - Train the service a little better so that they become more attentive and you don't always have to draw attention to yourself. A little more speed when it's full would also be good. I am convinced that this restaurant has extreme potential. I would like to come back and watch the development. The restaurant is very expensive and therefore still needs to work a bit to ensure that the price/performance ratio is right.

Olbrick knew this from a company event. The sushi and steak back then were great. This time I went there for dinner with friends. The sushi (Tuna Roll) contained almost no tuna and had a relatively flat taste, which I think is a shame for the price. The sauce on the brisket was too concentrated for my taste. All in all, for a bill of 90€ one person may not be enough. The service (at least at our table) was a bit "annoyed" and made a grim impression.

We had different Susi, all of which were very good, so a clear recommendation for the food. The Olbrick is also invitingly furnished and has less light, which really contributes to the cozy atmosphere. Gladly again, even if it comes at a price!

I celebrated my birthday with my husband and we felt very comfortable! The service and the food were top. The guest room itself is very quiet, you feel “private” and you can have a good chat. Of course it's a little more expensive but it's just right for a special occasion and I didn't think the prices were excessive. We'll definitely be back

The food was absolutely great - unfortunately the service was not! It's extremely unpleasant when you're still eating and the waitress at the neighboring tables is already ringing in the end of the day with glass cleaner! It is equally unacceptable if the staff does not ask the guests, who have clearly not yet finished their dinner, whether they would like anything else before closing the kitchen. It's also annoying when the waiter announces that the kitchen is already closed and cleaned 5 minutes before it officially closes! Well, really wonderful! The food is really, really tasty. I also really liked the interior. It could be a bit brighter for me. The dark makes you sleepy very quickly. You can quickly reach €50+ per person The waitresses were very attentive.

Top location. The sushi is “extremely delicious”. Very creative and not as off-the-shelf as some other sushi shops. The only problem I have is with the lighting conditions. For me it could be a little brighter. The service is very attentive and friendly. The price-performance ratio is right. Little tip: I would be happy, not only here but also in all restaurants, if a carafe of tap water was served free of charge. You spend a lot of money anyway and if you don't have to worry about water, it will certainly be valued and, if in doubt, even more sales will be generated. Of course, if you want sparkling water, you have to pay.

We were there with acquaintances. It started as soon as we arrived, you might think that at a fine dining restaurant your coat would first be taken away, but that wasn't the case. Let me put it this way, the service was very inattentive. If a wine glass is empty, ask immediately! Our friend had ordered the same wine again, but nothing happened for a long time until she had to order it again from another waiter. The sushi we had in the menu was very tasty, but I could have done without the side dishes for the meat main course (broccoli was too salty). The miso soup was great! The dessert was good too. However, I find 90€ per person! A lot for it, although the dishes didn't even have double the portion. We might come back again just to eat sushi. Furthermore, it is really quite dark in the room and several light bulbs didn't work.

I've been there three times and I'm not only impressed by the food (I didn't like sushi at all, but I was taught otherwise) and the atmosphere, but also by the staff! They are all incredibly friendly and absolutely service-oriented, you feel totally welcome and at home! Malsor in particular (I hope I spelled his name correctly) and his wife are really great people who do a damn good job, which is why I want to go there again just because of them! PS: You get the best whiskey sour ever there - simply divine, like everything in this restaurant!

We were with you at Olbrick at the weekend. The food was very good and the atmosphere was nice but a bit too dark. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the service as it was completely unprofessional and forgetful. Unfortunately, our side dishes were forgotten and the wine only came shortly before we finished eating, even though we wanted it with the main course. Unfortunately the espresso hasn't arrived yet. There is still a lot of room for improvement when it comes to service in this restaurant.

Great ambience, but a bit too dark for our taste. Service staff very friendly and committed! We had Asian broccoli 🥦 and an Asian salad 🥗, we found both delicious. Afterwards we had sushi 🍱, it tasted good, but it didn't 💯 convince us. Next time we'll just try something different and we'll be happy to come back. Especially because of the attentive service!

My first visit here happened yesterday. Beautiful ambience with less light, but that's exactly what gives this restaurant a special atmosphere. I also really liked that the kitchen has a window next to the nice bar! The food was delicious and optically beautiful as well! Unfortunately, the service was very bad! Forgotten orders several times. We had questions about the ingredients related to the dishes, but we received wrong or no answers. At the end, we waited too long for the bill even though we asked twice.

We have often ordered sushi from Olbrick to pick up, because until recently for us "sushi lovers" it was by far the best sushi in the Rhine Main area. Unfortunately we have now been massively disappointed twice in a row! The sushi wasn't fresh, the rice tasted completely dry and old. For around 120 euros per order an absolute NO GO!!!

The ambience and service was good, but unfortunately the food was nothing special. Fried sushi all tastes the same, SPICY TUNA CUBES was very boring in terms of taste and appearance. If you want to eat here, I can recommend the KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN with spicy sauce, you can't go wrong with that. We didn't test beef.

Nettes Ambiente im dunklen Lounge-Stil, der Service war nett aber wenig professionell, bei der Bestellung wurden Beilagen als inklusive bezeichnet, später dann trotzdem abgerechnet und das Gegenteil behauptet. Das Sushi war gehobenes Mittelmaß, das Steak war voller Sehnen und entsprechend schwer zu kauen. Insgesamt fühlten wir uns am Ende eher abgezockt und das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis hat nicht gepasst. Wir werden nicht noch einmal hingehen!

I recently visited the Olbrick fine dining restaurant and would like to share my experience. As soon as you enter the restaurant, you will notice the elegant and upscale atmosphere. The furnishings are stylish and the atmosphere is very appealing thanks to the subtle lighting and elegant decoration. You can immediately tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on exclusive design here. This exclusivity is also reflected in the prices, which are definitely in the upper range. We decided to try both sushi and a burger to test the variety of dishes on offer. We enjoyed the sushi, but unfortunately it wasn't anything out of the ordinary. Although the quality of the ingredients was good, the sushi wasn't much different from what you get in other restaurants. I would have liked a little more sophistication and creativity here, especially since the restaurant aims to offer its guests a special culinary experience. However, the burger was particularly disappointing. This was not only very salty, but also quite unspectacular overall. For a restaurant in this price range, I would have expected significantly better quality. The taste of the burger was so strongly influenced by the saltiness that the other flavors were completely lost. This is particularly annoying considering we paid quite a high price for this dish.

The food is simply perfect and tastes incredibly delicious! The staff is very friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately some of them are not sufficiently trained when it comes to the menu. This is really complaining at a high level. Otherwise you can't complain about anything. We always really enjoy coming!!

We were in Olbrick for the first time today. The weather messed up the team's planning a bit, which is why everything took a little longer. Despite the stress, the service was absolutely courteous and very friendly at all times. When we had to wait longer for the ice cream, which the team had forgotten, we got it for free on the house. Honestly, where is that still the case today? Otherwise, the sushi is really tasty, very juicy and the fish tastes wonderfully fresh. The amount of fish was also great, it was definitely not skimpy. We were served and advised very nicely and our requests were addressed immediately. The location has a nice atmosphere, we felt very comfortable. Definitely eat sushi, it's so incredibly delicious!!! The warm main courses, on the other hand, were unfortunately a bit disappointing. But our feedback was at least taken seriously and they wanted to “compensate” us with a dessert on the house. We found that interesting and it doesn't happen everywhere. Staff very friendly. Special ambience, very dignified inside, nice outside too, but unfortunately a bit noisy because it's on the main street (+noisy tram). But if it is and remains our favorite restaurant for sushi, you won't get a better one anywhere in the area (I'm convinced) 👍

Why only 4 stars for the ambience? The outside area is just too close to the street and it shows. Still beautifully designed, cool location, good music and of course delicious food. Service young, dynamic, on the ball. At the end of the evening you go home with a little less money, but with complete satisfaction, it was worth it for us!!!

Great food amazing taste the fish were delicious we pretty much ordered a lot of things. I couldn’t even remember what we ordered, but the stand out was definitely the ceviche and also their sushi are great. The desserts there was I think only three options and we got all three of them and they all taste really really well a little bit on the bigger side so if you wanted to share with somebody then definitely it’s a shareable dessert The service was great. They were attentive, but not to pushy and we sat outside where the weather was great, so it just worked out well it wasn’t too sunny is amazing as well so it’s a walking distance from the hotel that we were staying at so I appreciate that.

Absolutely great location with a relaxed atmosphere, very good food and great service staff. We were at Olbrick on the occasion of my birthday. The atmosphere is relaxed and the ambience is great. The main courses (sushi, steak and pulled beef sandwich) were top. For dessert, the brownie was my highlight. The staff was very attentive and we had a great time chatting and laughing. This was definitely not our last visit. You can park comfortably in the Bürgerparkviertel car park (around the corner).

Yesterday we went to Olbrick as a family with three children. First of all, we were very impressed by the whole atmosphere. The jungle blanket, the colors, the atmosphere itself - just great! Even as a young family you don't feel out of place. We were then welcomed very nicely. Anyway, the service was great! Very attentive! And the food also left nothing to be desired! The sushi was fantastic, but the dessert was just as good ☺️
