The service couldn't keep up. Couldn't explain the drinks or the food properly...Two out of three people had stomach problems the next day.

Came to Okinawa due to heavy rain at the fair. We were super surprised. The restaurant was unfortunately empty, but the service and the food were super fresh and very tasty. Gyoza and Yakitori as starters and various sushi creations as main courses. Everything was super tasty and fresh.

The food was super delicious, lots of sushi offerings but also a variety of other Asian dishes! I had chicken breast gong bao style and was super happy with it! The service was very friendly and committed! We paid around €30 per person. We'll be back!!

We ate at the Okinawa Restaurant for the first time and were very satisfied. We had some sushi as a starter. Nice atmosphere and super friendly staff. The food was very good and the portions were large. Price performance very good. We'll be back 😀.

We had dinner here with the family yesterday. It tasted good and there was a lot of chicken dish. The service was very accommodating, it could have been 5*, the waiting time for the main course was quite long, therefore only 4*

Great restaurant with great food.

The double shawarma sandwich is more expensive than all the stores, and it is small and does not fill you up.. The falafel was cold and doughy, and its price was very expensive compared to others, and the restaurant is very small, and in the pictures it was another restaurant. What is this faytin in the area? I would give it half a star.

Very, very tasty dishes prepared with a lot of love. I can really recommend it to everyone. Our favorite restaurant from now on.

So the sushi was just not it. First we reserved a table, when we got in the employees just gave us the menu without listening first while we were standing and told us to look. We ordered and sat down, all of sudden they put a bag on the table and said here you go. We told them we reserved a table and never said anything about takeout. The owner? Was clearly annoyed by us and kept rolling her eyes. Hella unacceptable. Never again.

The food was very tasty. The service was nice, even though we waited almost an hour for our food in a half-empty restaurant. The ambience is kept simple. It feels like it was taken over from its predecessor.

A real asset for Moers. A good selection of sushi but also other Asian dishes. Very tasty for us! The service is very attentive and forthcoming. Even after the second visit, I stick to what I wrote before. And it doesn't get any worse..

Unfortunately I have to change my initially good rating here. The store disappoints us every time. We usually order in advance for the lunch break and 8 out of 10 times something was forgotten or done incorrectly when ordering. The pasta was burnt today, it simply smelled and tasted charred. But we don't have time to run back every time to pick up or exchange the forgotten food because we only have the lunch break. We will not be ordering from the store again in the future.

Moer's city center - sushi for lunch - my favorite. Excellent value for money. Pleasant atmosphere. Good service.

Very, very tasty! A diverse selection, superbly prepared and the sushi was served in a very cute way on a wooden boat 😊 Very nice service. The atmosphere is great, but rather quiet. The rooms and especially the toilets are very clean. The prices are moderate. You feel completely comfortable. I'd love to come back 🫶🏻 I received the wrong sushi, but that can happen sometimes and I don't think it's so wild. I was asked to prepare the right ones (for free). Overall, a really great restaurant! Highly recommended ❤️

Today we were in Okinawa for the first time. The restaurant was busy, luckily we had booked a table. The restaurant itself is decorated in a very modern Asian style, which we really liked. The starter and main course were incredibly tasty and rich, I don't know the last time I had such good Asian food. Next we'll definitely try the sushi, it looked very appetizing when served! Can only recommend this restaurant. I think it's really great to have such a beautiful shop in Moers!

Always my pleasure. The food is always fresh and delicious. Only happy faces. It's just a shame that orders taken away from home are preferred to guests. While you wait patiently, the orders walk past you outside.

I am disgusted and disappointed. The tofu chop suey (vegan) was anything but vegan. The sauce was cooked with meat broth, which also contained small pieces of meat. You could smell and taste it straight away. Unfortunately not an isolated case. I already had this experience in another restaurant.

Went there spontaneously last Friday after looking for sushi online. We all enjoyed the sushi (3 people) and was very tasty and fresh. I am satisfied with the prices. Ambiance was very pleasant. And staff very accommodating. Were pleasantly surprised. Thank you.

Sorry... I came across the restaurant on Google... all the reviews were so positive but it really wasn't tasty... we went out to eat right at 5 p.m. and the food came very quickly... we had the feeling that what we were served was from... Lunch and not fresh… pure disappointment… staff very friendly… but the food was nothing… a real shame..

Definitely the most cost effective sushi restaurant in the area. We look forward to seeing you next time

We had the beef with onion dish and the Okinawa curry with chicken. Pros: The ingredients were fresh. Rather negative: The curry wasn't very tasty, but edible. Negative: The beef, on the other hand, had a consistency like leather and was therefore very difficult to chew. We didn't think it tasted very good either. Maybe. We also simply ordered the wrong one.

Durch reinen Zufall bin ich auf dieses kleine aber feine Restaurant aufmerksam geworden und muss sagen, eine absolut positive Überraschung. Wir haben das Essen direkt vor Ort abgeholt und zu Hause verzehrt - es kam alles sehr gut isoliert und heiß in der heimischen Küche an und ist keines Falls mit den Standard Asia Restaurant zu vergleichen. Das Sushi war optisch und geschmacklich ein Traum, die Suppen mega lecker und auch das knusprige Hühnchen musste sich nicht verstecken. Alles in allem Preis/Leistung/Service TOP - wir kommen garantiert wieder.

Essen ist schmackhaft. Die Qualität ist gut. Die Anrichte ist sehr einfach - könnte ansprechender sein. Die Einrichtung ist puristisch - dadurch authentisch. Der Service könnte etwas aufmerksamer sein.

Das Essen war sehr gut, aber Service war wirklich schlecht, es wurde nicht einmal gefragt, ob wir noch was zu trinken haben möchten. 1x bin ich zur Theke und habe gefragt, ob wir noch was bestellen können und als diese Getränke auch leer waren, hat niemand gefragt, ob wir noch was möchten. Scheinbar wollten sie daran nichts verdienen. Schade, ich denke nicht, dass wir nochmals dieses Restaurant auswählen werden.

Chicken wasn't great, sushi was good, rice and noodles were just ok. Too pricey.

Einfach top. Essen wurde uns sogar ohne Probleme ins Hotel geliefert (sogar bis an die Zimmertür) Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung hat einfach alles reibungslos funktioniert und dazu noch alles sehr lecker und frisch! 😋

Das Essen, Personal und der Laden sehr sehr schön. Alles super sauber und das Essen war sehr lecker und frisch! Trotz vollem Laden immer freundliches Personal. Die Preise sind natürlich teuer, aber für gutes Sushi normal.

Hier stimmt einfach alles, das saubere gemütliche Ambiente, der tolle Service, tolles Essen, die Preise! Es lohnt sich wirklich das auszuprobieren!!!!

Fröhliche Überraschung mit zwei Räumen für etwas privatere Treffen und einer schönen gradlinigen Einrichtung. Sojasauce in eigenen Kännchen waren mir bisher auch noch nicht untergekommen. Die Karte ist abwechslungsreich mit einem gemischten japanischen und chinesischen Angebot und eigenen alkoholfreien Mischgetränken, von denen das erste schon einmal prima schmeckte. Zum Resten hatten wir uns für die Sushi-Auswahl Chef's Choice 2 entschieden und sind hoch zufrieden und pappsatt zu unserem Sonntagsspaziergang aufgebrochen. Da werden wir noch ein paar mal testen. Ergänzung 20.08.2023: Heute das dritte größere Familienessen dort angehalten und alle waren glücklich. Die Karte wurde noch einmal erweitert und es gibt jetzt auch eine Reihe selbstgemachter Limonaden. Prima.

Das Sushi schmeckt köstlich und der Service ist nicht nur schnell und freundlich, sondern äußerst aufmerksam. Wir hatten uns einen ruhigen Tisch gewünscht und es wurde mehr als erfüllt. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wirklich gut . essen war echt gut. Der Lachs war spitze , Vorspeise. Ente war auch gut, ja nicht spitze aber Preis Leistung stimmt hier .Die Resonanz muss ich leider nach dem zweiten Besuch korrigieren. Der Service ist immer noch nicht gut. Essen 5 Sterne

Wir haben für das große Sushi-Boot auf dem Foto, das für drei Personen gereicht hat, 4 Getränken und Edamame ca 100€ bezahlt. Wenn man sich die Sushi-Sets bestellt, ist es vermutlich günstiger, aber da 2 von 3 Personen bei dem Besuch Vegetarier waren, haben wir alle Rollen einzelnd bestellt, was für die Angestellten kein Problem war. War sehr lecker und seit dem eines meiner Lieblingsrestaurants, die weiteren Besuche waren auch sehr gut.

Waren heute zum ersten Mal im vor kurzen neu eröffneten japanischen Restaurant Okinawa. Dies befindet sich in der Altstadt von Moers auf der Friedrich Straße. Das Restaurant ist gemuetlich eingerichtet, das Personal sehr freundlich. alle Gerichte sind frisch zubereitet und sehr schmackhaft. Das Restaurant ist eine Bereicherung für die Moerser Gastronomie, eine Reservierung ist ratsam.

Ich habe meine Bestellung mit Lieferung bestellt. Das Essen war super und noch warm. Sie haben gegeben, alles was du brauchst (chopsticks,…). Ich werde gern wieder bestellen. Nur 1* weniger, weil die Preis ein bisschen teuer ist.

Sehr schönes Restaurant. Hatte bis jetzt immer die Nudelsuppe die an japanische Ramen angelehnt ist. Sehr lecker. Personal der freundlich. Hausgemachte Getränke ebenfalls sehr lecker und zu empfehlen.

War gut! Konnte irgendwann nicht mehr und habe dann 10x mal Melone 🍉 bestellt, damit es sich lohnt👍🏻 und das für 3 gänge.. Ich weiß auch nicht warum mich das Personal so komisch angeschaut hat

Ich komme von weiter her und habe das Restaurant mit Zufall entdeckt. Beim ersten Mal waren wir eine große Gruppe von ca. 10 Personen und sind relativ spät kurz vor Schließung und ohne Voranmeldung gekommen und wir wurden trotzdem sehr herzlich empfangen. Das Personal hat sogar Überstunden für uns gemacht. Somit war der Service einfach klasse! Nach der Bestellung durfte ich das beste Gyōza der Welt essen. Es ist ungelogen so verdammt lecker! Auch die Ramen-Suppen waren sehr deliziös. Heute waren mein Partner und ich zum zweiten Mal da, weil wir so begeistert vom letzten Mal waren. Und wieder einmal war es die längere Autofahrt wert! Mein Entengericht á la Chop Suey war ebenfalls ein unglaublicher Gaumenschmauß. Der Service war auch wieder klasse. All in all kann ich nur sagen, dass ich bisher nirgends besser Asiatisch gegessen habe als hier! Danke für diesen tollen Aufenthalt :-)

Zum ersten Mal beim Japaner gegessen. Meine Vorspeise (5 kleine Frühlingsrollen, V11) schmeckten nur nach Teig und sind nicht zu empfehlen.Der Lachs,V14, des Kollegen war da wesentlich besser. Das Hauptgericht A31, Ente mit Gemüse und Reis, schmeckte hervorragend, aber leider war der nicht klebende Reis (war er von Onkel Ben?) vom Teller mit den Stäbchen kaum zu essen. Das zweite Gericht kam nicht, da das Rindfleisch in der Küche nicht mehr zu finden war. Das Ersatzgericht war 👌. Mir persönlich ist der Laden zu steril, Verständigungsprobleme mit der Kellnerin und das eingeschränkte Angebot bei einer endlos langen Speisekarte führten zu nur 3 Sternen.
