The food is great, fresh and deliciously prepared, there is nothing to complain about. Unfortunately the service ruined everything. No greeting, unfriendly looks and a noticeable “not interested” attitude. When I asked for a toothpick, the waiter just said, “It’s over there.” Definitely not worth a tip.

Oishii is an all-you-can-eat Asian restaurant. You order small portions of food in a maximum of 10 rounds using a tablet. Nobody managed to use the 10 rounds completely. There really is a wide variety of food to choose from. Soups/starters, sushi, cooked vegetarian/meat and fish dishes, desserts. The dishes were all delicious and beautifully presented. It was a shame that the wrong food often arrived at our table.

An interesting concept. Here you get a tablet at the table and can order 5 dishes over 10 rounds. After round 4 we were already more than full, so there's no reason to worry about not being able to order enough here. We were there in the early afternoon on Sunday and weren't stressed about time; we were able to sit for the full three hours but finished early. The restaurant was half full at the time.

There were four of us there for the first time, we only got one tray for four people, which is really stupid because you have to wait forever until everyone is finished. That would be much more relaxed if two people got a tray. Then you don't have to wait so long for your food, but the whole system behind it wasn't explained to us either. In every round, food was forgotten; there was no round except the round with the bedside table, so we got everything. We had to wait forever for pasta or rice, as it is usually already cooked in large quantities, so it is incomprehensible that we have to wait so long for it. The waiters/waiters were a disaster. The young black-haired waitress was so unfriendly, no hello, no thank you, no please. You could literally see on her face how little she was interested in waiting tables; the little bowls were thrown over half the table every time. When we asked the young waiter (brown/blonde hair) what he had just brought us in the bowl, all he said was a snappy "I don't know myself" and left. The food looks absolutely nothing like the pictures, so every now and then you had to guess what you got. So we wouldn't go again, the food was ok but everything around it wasn't comfortable or nice

The young waiters were super nice, but the food and the older waiters (and owners?) weren't good. The serving was very chaotic (we had the all you can eat). Sometimes we had to wait a very long time for the food, in the third round food from the first round came and our neighboring table, which arrived and started much later, was served faster than us.

The food is high quality, very fresh and by far the best sushi in the Reutlingen district! Price performance is definitely right, we go there regularly, can only be recommended. However, you should mainly pay attention to the sushi selection, as their quality shines here. Always happy to come back.

Reservations don’t count here 😡 The food is actually not bad in terms of price/performance ratio, matcha and sesame ice cream are absolutely delicious. Last time the service wasn't that good (inattentive, not particularly friendly). The atmosphere needs renovation, it seems a bit uncomfortable and more like a train station hall. But tonight was an absolute fiasco: We had reserved a table for two people and were on time to the minute. Despite a reservation, there was no table left! We were simply left standing in the middle of the room with our jackets, and when we asked we were told we would have to wait... When we asked again after a while how long we had to wait, they coolly said at least 30 minutes! Then you're standing there, it's difficult to spontaneously find a place somewhere else on Saturday evening. Is this how you treat your guests??? It really doesn't work at all. Hospitality and service are really different. The store is really no longer recommended. Very big disappointment.

I've been there for dinner twice now. Once between days with honey and last week with my children. The first time we were seated at a table by the boss (probably) and the tablet was simply handed to us without any explanation. We carefully asked the neighbors tables. A clock of 2 hours and 30 minutes slowly counts down on the tab. I then simply ordered without a plan. After about 90 minutes we made our way towards dessert when suddenly the boss came and cashed us in without us even finishing and a few minutes later we were thrown out, more or less. Last week I was there with the children because they really wanted to try it out. We arrived and were seated at a table. We were asked if we wanted to order from the tab and we answered yes. She picked one up from the rack and gave it to us without comment. I then asked how it works and was told "You guess that" then I asked how it works so that everyone gets what they ordered... 🤔🤔🤔🤔 We sat there without an answer. It was the same fiasco as a few days before, one bowl after the other came, first pasta, then duck, sweet potato with ice cream, and and and, and so on, there were two boys sitting at the next table who could hardly speak German and asked in English and that too happened not answered. There is no please, thank you, bon appetit or anything else, the bowls were just put there almost thrown. All in all it wasn't worth the money once per head over 30 and once just under 30 euros for poor service, lukewarm food even fried noodles were lukewarm stone hard and very oily. I will successfully not dine there again, it's not worth the money

We've eaten there several times. The food isn't bad. Now comes the big but: You have a tray to order from, and with it you can order 5 dishes per person in 10 rounds. Today there were three of us there, so 15 dishes per round, in a total of 10 rounds. Of these 15 dishes, a maximum of 10 arrived, and some were even brought to us from other tables. You can hardly complain about this because the plates are almost thrown on the table and the waiter is then over the moon. When we were in the 5th round, we were still waiting for dishes from the 1st round. After a complaint, we were simply told that we should simply order the dishes again. When we first ordered drinks, the drinks were prepared but not brought to the table for ages. We saw her standing at the counter for 10 minutes. Overall good food but poor service. Unfortunately, communication wasn't really easy due to the boss's poor knowledge of German.

Unfortunately that was nothing, every round you make you wait extra longer, we were there at 5 p.m. and then spent 3 hours there. The waiter said after 5 rounds you were 100% full, after 5 rounds they simply ignored our orders and to our disappointment only served half. The portions are small, nothing for the really hungry. The waiter was extremely unfriendly and agro👿 and simply threw his mini bowls down. Never again, poor price-performance ratio and mood in the basement😐

First of all, I would like to emphasize that the quality and taste of the food is very good. The two points deducted are for the rather poor service, which you can expect at a price of around €32/person. While the dishes came quite quickly at the beginning, in rounds 4/5/6 it became apparent that some of the dishes we ordered were missing. At the end NOTHING arrived at the table apart from the ice cream we ordered. The waitresses weren't interested in my comments. Reorders (Wasabi) are constantly forgotten (you could integrate them into the tablet) and empty plates are not cleared away. First of all, it wasn't particularly crowded that evening and these irregularities have already been noticed on previous visits. It's a shame, but it annoys me when I pay €40 per person for dinner.

Unfortunately our visit was a disappointment. During the week you usually have 3 hours, but on Saturdays you only have 2 - and you still pay the full price. That alone is questionable. But the worst thing: After just an hour, we were literally pressured to eat quickly so that the table could be freed up for other guests. The service was mostly unfriendly, except for one young employee who was helpful and polite. The food was good, but the poor service completely ruined the overall impression. Conclusion: Definitely not recommended for the money and the handling!

Unfortunately our visit was disappointing. On Saturdays you only have 2 hours instead of the usual 3, but you pay the same price as on other days. That already seems unfair. To make matters worse, after an hour we were pushed to eat faster to make room for the next guests. The service also left a lot to be desired - apart from one friendly young employee, the staff was mostly rude. Although the taste of the food was good, the poor service and the unpleasant atmosphere definitely make it not recommended.

Unfortunately a disappointing experience. Even though it is an 'All You Can Eat' offer, we were urged to eat quickly because other guests were waiting. Most of the staff were rude and unaccommodating, so we didn't feel comfortable. Only one young employee was friendly and tried hard - praise for that. However, I would not recommend the restaurant if you want to enjoy yourself in peace. Apart from that, the only thing you pay for all you can eat during the week and weekend is that you have an hour less time on Saturdays.

Unfortunately very much deteriorated. There were 4 of us in the restaurant. We were initially told that we only had 2 hours instead of 3 hours, which was fine with us. However, after about 1 hour and 15 minutes a waitress came to us and said we should have left at 7:30 p.m. We still had food on the table and were generally only at round 5/10. There was a lot of pressure to get the table free. Unfortunately, it's a shame.

Were eating here for the first time. The noodles came cold, the shrimp were simply fried without any seasoning. The service lady told us that we should please leave after 2 hours even though we were allowed to stay for 2 hours and 50 minutes, and we also had a reservation. Absolutely disappointing! I wouldn't give this store a single star if it were possible. The service was disastrous and absolutely unhygienic. In particular, the waiter with black hair and a beard was completely unprofessional: he sneezed directly into his hands and didn't even wash his hands afterwards. When I politely asked what a particular dish he had brought to the table was, he responded rudely and aggressively. He threw his tablet on the floor and simply slammed the piece of paper with the information about the dish onto the table. Additionally, the whole concept here is questionable. You only get something to eat under pressure, and if you don't show up with at least four people, you only have 1 hour and 54 minutes instead of the specified 2.5 hours. This makes the entire visit stressful and unpleasant. Such behavior and conditions are unacceptable. I absolutely cannot recommend this store!

Unfortunately, the Oishii in Reutlingen is no longer what it used to be. I used to really enjoy going there, but now I can no longer recommend it. Prices have risen sharply, the quality of the food has declined. Portions are significantly smaller. And the worst thing is that half of the food we ordered doesn't even arrive. It's a shame.

The concept of ordering is sometimes a bit suboptimal, as things sometimes arrive with a very long delay, so you have to e.g. get another grilled salmon while you're already eating the snacks. Otherwise you will find friendly service in a neutral, Asian atmosphere, where the high quality is maintained for an "all-you-can-eat". This also justifies the price. A very cool experience and actually stress-free because of the 3 hours you have.

We were very dissatisfied. Ordering with the i Pad didn't work at all. The food we ordered either didn't come at all or was completely late and mixed up or at the next table. The quality of the food was only moderately. Most of the dishes were too salty and we were extremely thirsty all night long. The service was mostly unfriendly and after complaining about the iPad not working, no insight was shown. We definitely won't come again.

The Oishii is an all you can eat restaurant, serving sushi and other Asian dishes. What's special: there is no buffet; orders are placed using a tablet. The ordering system is made easy to understand. As soon as you click something on the tablet for the first time, the time starts. This countdown and the number of laps are permanently and clearly displayed. According to the tablet, you have 3 hours and 20 minutes, even more than the restaurant itself advertises in the menus. Each person can order 5 dishes per round. A total of 10 rounds are available. The next round can be ordered two minutes after ordering. I've been there several times, each time with very good eaters, and we never made it through all 10 rounds. We never needed the almost 3.5 hours either. So you don't have to worry about going home hungry or not having enough time. The food selection on the tablet all has pictures and the drinks can be ordered separately. They do not count towards the rounds. There is a huge selection of drinks, even cocktails and homemade iced teas, which I can highly recommend! There is really an incredible amount of different food distributed in small portions. There is something for everyone, whether you are a meat eater, vegetarian or vegan. Desserts and puddings are also included. The products are freshly prepared, which you can really see and taste. This also means that there is no order as to when which dish comes. Personally, I don't find this tragic. You have an order overview where you can check at any time what you have already ordered. Yes, it can sometimes happen that a dish is forgotten. It's not nice, but since you have enough rounds, you just order it again or talk to the employees. The staff has always been super friendly and communicative. The boss is a bit grumpy, but that doesn't detract from anything. When the tablet battery ran out, we got a new one in seconds. Value for money in my opinion 1A! When I compare it to other Asian all-you-can-eat buffets in the area, I get freshly prepared food and service at Oishii for the same price. Only the drinks are charged extra. For parking, there are some paid parking garages nearby. I recommend the Apcoa Obere Wässere car park. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the restaurant. It is located on the 1st floor, which can also be reached via an elevator. I couldn't see a handicapped-accessible toilet directly, but perhaps there is one in a more remote location. A small point of criticism is actually the reservation. Reservations are not checked, so it may happen that there are no tables available. It hasn't happened to us yet, but unfortunately it's possible. Maybe that can still be worked on. I can recommend Oishii and am already looking forward to my next visit!

Great food, order via tablet. Unfortunately, this messes up a lot of things. It can happen that in round 4 you get food from round 2. You only have a certain number of courses, we had 10, only managed 7, but you should order all 5 meals/person/course. If, for example, you only order 12 meals for 4 people in one sitting, you cannot order the 8 later. Unfortunately, not the whole team is motivated. Some are/seem unfriendly. It's a shame, otherwise it would be 5 stars.

Despite a reservation, a waiting time of over 30 minutes. The table was reserved for 7 p.m., at 7:30 p.m. we (2 people) and at least 15 other people were still waiting for the table. It seems normal that reservation times are not adhered to. After the 30 minutes we left and ate somewhere else. Food cannot therefore be rated. If you want to eat here, you have to have a lot of time and patience.

I had reserved a table with a few friends over the phone, but when we arrived on time there was no table available and the reception was very cold and unfriendly. After we had waited in the aisle for about 10 minutes and were largely ignored by the waitress, we asked what a table would look like. The waitress then put us off again and said there would be a free table in a few minutes. This was there, but this table was then given to other people who were there much later than us. When we asked why they got the table, we got a stupid answer that they had reserved... But at least they were now willing to give us a table in the next room, but with the condition that other guests would sit there if necessary. After almost half an hour of fruitless waiting, we left the restaurant to get a table a few meters away in a sushi restaurant that was also full, without any problems and without a reservation.

The food is incredibly tasty, even if you often don't get what you ordered or have to wait forever for the food. The staff, however. One or two waiters are polite and nice. The rest don't say a word, no please or thank you. The food is carelessly brought to the table and then you run away. What also doesn't work at all is the fact that many of them walk around with headphones in their ears. It's a real shame, because the impression of the many rude waiters overshadows the polite ones.

I haven't managed to read through all the rounds yet, that's a lot. Personally, I don't like sushi, there are many ways for me to get full without having to eat sushi. There are plenty of parking spaces nearby, but most of them are not free. I will come back!

We had reserved a table. Ordering with your tablet is a cool idea. You have 3 hours to order 10 rounds. Unfortunately we were thrown out after 2 hours because the table had already been passed on. Our tablet said we still had 1:25 minutes left and we were only at order round 5/10 - so only half way through. So we had to finish our freshly ordered drinks while standing (in the aisle) because the family who had the table afterwards was already standing next to our table and watching us. The waitress had no understanding of our complaints. Of course the price is not worth it at all! Only ate half of the rounds and weren't allowed to spend the full promised time there. We will not be coming back and cannot recommend it!!

It's a good idea in itself. Ordering is fun and the atmosphere is very cozy. But the big thing is that the service staff is incredibly rude. We didn't hear a word or see a smile in 3 hours. A special event took place today: the All You Can Eat Mystery. It was an extraordinary experience! You ordered something and received a surprise instead. These unexpected dishes made the meal fun and exciting. Particularly interesting was table 33, which was at the center of the action. It felt like every order ended up there, which caused great enthusiasm. It was a fantastic evening full of adventures and culinary surprises!

We have been to Oishii off and on for years. The system is good - you order round after round via tablet, everything is understandable and simple. Of course, a lot of frozen food is used for warm dishes, but this is typical for AllUCanEat, is by no means negative and tastes good. I would like to note that the quality of the sushi actually seems to have improved, it was actually very, very fresh, very good and the sashimi quality was excellent. It's a shame, however, that you have to resort to German tea bags in an Asian restaurant. We always like to come back - it's good all around :)

However, at €6.90 for a bottle of 0.7L Gerosteiner Medium mineral water, the drinks are absolutely overpriced. The food is freshly prepared and tastes great. Ordering via tablet also works great and the meal takes 2-10 minutes, depending on how busy it is. You can order a total of 10 rounds x 5 small dishes from Asian cuisine, there is something for everyone. However, you should be careful not to order too much, as things usually take longer, otherwise they will all arrive at the end when you are already full. But we have already noticed that the culinary experience depends on the day. Sometimes it was worse (that's why only 4), the food simply wasn't right, the service was unfriendly, or the cleanliness and hygiene were poor, but most of the time it's great.

We've been there a few times before and so far we've been very happy with the overall impression. But this time it was the last time there. Of course, I made a reservation beforehand, which wasn't recorded anywhere there. We were implemented 3 times (unfortunately the reason is completely unknown to me). We then ended up at the end of the restaurant in a separate room where there was hardly any space and the windows were covered with duct tape. Unfortunately, the service was totally unfriendly, tired and disrespectful. The food was sometimes thrown on the table in annoyance, brought incorrectly or not at all. If you pointed this out to the waitress, you would only get an eye roll and a sigh with the answer that you should just eat it. All in all, we were very disappointed because it wasn't exactly cheap and you expected a little more. Vegetarian Review: The two of us were there on a Monday evening at 6 p.m. and had no problems with our reservation and the cold dishes came immediately after we ordered, hot dishes took a little longer but not too long either. Of 10 rounds and over 3 hours of ordering time, we were completely full after 7 rounds and less than half the time, even though we tried not to eat stuffy dishes and didn't even fill up the last rounds with 10 items. The quality of the food (except for the ice cream) was absolutely fine, especially the avocado nigiri. The service was very friendly and quick and everything came to our table exactly as ordered. Decoration and atmosphere were also very nice and exuberant but not too loud. The other tables also seemed to be having a good time. The restaurant was a little over half full when we left. In terms of price, you have to say that prices are not included and you have to buy at least one drink per person, so it is a little more expensive for vegetarians, but for Asian food you can expect at least €32 per person. All in all, highly recommended and I think most of the bad reviews come from people eating out on crowded Saturday nights, but on weekdays in the early evening, absolutely no problem with orders.

Food was okay but service was terrible. We still had 30 minutes left and then the lady came and rudely forced us to pay because the next guests were already waiting.
