Let's be honest: it is difficult for a Greek to find a restaurant that authentically offers the dishes of his childhood. My family and I were all the more surprised last night when we visited this restaurant by chance. Here we got "Gyros Pitta" as we remembered it from our childhood: super tasty, spicy and with crispy pork gyros freshly cut from a large skewer. When the boss put “Souzoukakia” (oriental-spiced meatballs) on the table, we were finally speechless. We swore to ourselves: We'll visit this store more often from now on.

Threats of violence the order of the day? We wanted to have another drink. Already outside we were told very rudely and rudely that it was a closed society. One of us didn't notice this because he was in the restaurant too quickly. IMMEDIATELY he was threatened with violence, then all of us! The threats even continued on the public sidewalk as we walked away! We can fully understand the other reviews regarding the aggressive and threatening nature of the owner! Strange but true. A location we will never enter again. It's a shame that you have to give this one star - zero stars would be appropriate!

My father-in-law (70) was here today and ordered a coffee. After watching half-time football there (about 30 minutes), the waiter came? Got out and asked him literally: does it always take you 3 hours to drink coffee? When my father-in-law said in surprise that he had only been sitting there for 30 minutes, the waiter simply replied: You don't have to come anymore. I haven't experienced anything so rude and unprofessional in a very long time. If you want service, or at least don't want to be treated like a dog, you should definitely avoid this shed. Not recommendable!

Once and never again ! We, a group of 11 people, had an ambivalent visit to the restaurant. The service and food were okay, but the price-performance ratio didn't seem appropriate. Issues with incorrect orders and the invoice marred the experience significantly. Additionally, we were served items that were not ordered, which added to the inconvenience. The following day when we tried to sort out the bill we experienced a highly inappropriate incident. The supposed owner started screaming loudly, banging on the table and going so far as to threaten us. This unacceptable response contributed significantly to our overall impression of this restaurant being extremely negative. The clarification revealed that the mistakes were his, but what happened still left a negative impression.

Once, but I don't need a second time. Portions are ok - but way too expensive, drinks are very overpriced compared to other shops, food came little by little, even though it was only fries with gyros, you could have finished all the plates at the same time. We were given 1 sheet of DIN A4 day ticket for 4 people.

We arrived shortly before 2 p.m., were greeted very friendly and given the best gyros, beer and Greek wine.

Waren am WE im Ohrwurm lecker griechisch essen. Es gibt auch ein paar leckere deutsche Gerichte und vegetarische griechische Speisen. Reichlich Auswahl gibt es auch an griechischen Weinen für die, die es mögen gibt es auch den leckeren geharzten Wein (Retsina). Und natürlich auch das gute deutsche Bier vom Fass. Wir haben uns für leckeres gegrilltes Fleisch entschieden und haben eine Fleischplatte zusammengestellt mit verschiedenen Salaten und Beilagen(Mezedes). Ich kann diesen Laden sehr empfehlen alles war sehr lecker und das Ambiente sehr gemütlich aufgeteilt in Nichtraucherbereich und Raucherbereich. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt auf jeden Fall Am besten vorher reservieren und Kartenzahlung ist auch möglich.

Man kann Sehr gut Essen! Sowohl Griechische wie deutsche Gerichte! Die griechischen Gerichte schmecken nach Urlaub und Sonne 🌞 Der Service ist top! Sehr empfehlenswert!

WAR für mich seit 35 Jahren meine Stammkneipe. Was ähnliches findet man nicht in Reutlingen. Nachtrag nach Pächterwechsel: Service schlecht, beim Bezahlen nachrechnen. Einem Bekannten wurde für ein Bier 8 Euro berechnet. Uns für vier Weizen und einen kleinen Sprudel 44 Euro, was wir dann auf 32 Euro "runterhandeln" konnten, was immer noch zu teuer war. Unsere Clique geht definitiv nicht mehr rein. Schade darum.

Hallo Den Preis von einem Girosteller von 14.50 Euro auf 19.50 Euro im neuen Jahr anzuheben ist schon heftig .

Jetzt mit neuem Pächter. Chefin unfreundlich, hielt es nicht für nötig im Vorfeld zu sagen, dass EC Zahlung nicht möglich ist. Für die Qualität des Essens, ist der Preis viel zu hoch. Beim Grillteller war sogar das Schweinefilet zu trocken. Kann man leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Es gibt bessere Griechen in Reutlingen.

So, der Ohrwurm hat jetzt unter neuem Pächter wieder eröffnet. Es hat sich viel verändert, optisch, preislich und vom Gesamtkonzept her. Muss das erst noch sacken lassen und werde die Rezession dann zu einem späteren noch ergänzen bzw. finalisieren.

Sehr gut das Essen ist sehr lecker es gibt auch Griechisches Menü man wird sehr gut bedient!!!

Super nette aufmerksame Belegschaft und gemütlich eingerichtet, Raucher und Nichtraucher mit einer Glastür getrennt.

Hier kann man in belebter Umgebung ( Bahnhofsgegend ) sein Bier genießen .Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Es gibt immer was zu schauen.

Das Steak war leider nicht essbar.

Da ich in Reutlingen gewohnt habe , ist mir der Ohrwurm sehr bekannt. Ich habe mich hier immer sehr wohl gefühlt, tolle Atmosphäre sehr gemütlich und locker...Essen und Trinken super...Nach sechs Jahren war ich heute zu Besuch hier, & das coole - es ist auch so geblieben...ich kann es nur empfehlen ! ! !

Wir waren absolut begeistert. Waren auf der Heimfahrt von Metzingen nach Heilbronn. Kamen hier spontan vorbei, weil direkt am Bahnhof eine Ladesäule fürs Auto war. Super nette Leute, gutes Essen, faire Preise und einfach gemütlich, um dort den Abend zu verbringen. Meine Tochter bekam zum Abschluss eine Kugel Eis mit Sahne, Schokosoße und Erdbeeren geschenkt. Genau SO geht Gastronomie!! Denn wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und empfehlen euch wärmstens weiter!! Danke!

Freundliche Bedienung und faire Preise. Liegt zwar direkt am Straßenrand, aber dafür ist es direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof. Empfehlenswert wenn man sich in der Nähe befindet. ------- Friendly service and fair prices. It is directly at the road, but it's practical if you need to go to the railway station because it is directly across from it. Recommend if you are near the area.

we were out for having a Quick dinner absolutly not formal and we found this small restaurant-bier pub. the people working there were friendly and also well available to listen to our best variations to the standard menu. we had different vegetarian dishes, all good and tasty. the price was correct and we were out in due time.

Este es mi segundo año viajar a Reutlingen y estoy muy feliz de haber encontrado este lugar para volver. Otto es un anfitrión maravilloso, la comida es excelente y es relativamente barato. Increíble!

Atmosphäre und ambiente waren gut . Der Service war soweit in Ordnung.Etwas mehr Freundlichkeit wäre nicht schlecht. Das Essen entsprach nicht den Vorstellungen von uns. Schnitzel mit Jägersauce und Zigeunerschnitzel wurde mit der gleiche braunen Bratensauce serviert. Der einzige Unterschied bestand darin: in der "Jägersauce" waren Champignons entweder aus der Dose oder dem Glas und die Zigeunersauce wurde ohne Pilze aber mit einigen Streifen Paprika serviert".Geschmacklich waren beide Saucen gleich. ich tippe auf Maggi oder Knorr.

Also der Ohrwurm ist seit zig Jahren meine Stammkneipe, und Otto macht einfach alles richtig. Das Essen ist super, die Preise heben sich von den meisten anderen Kneipen positiv ab, oft Live-Musik mit der Hausband, die Stammgäste sind im mittleren Alter, die Lokalität ist supergemütlich, es herrscht immer eine harmonische Stimmung, und wenn doch wider Erwarten mal ein Störenfried reinkommen sollte, der evtl. zu tief ins Glas geguckt hat, bekommt er nix mehr bzw. fliegt raus. Ein Ort, in dem man auch als "Unbekannte(r)" ohne weiteres allein reingehen kann und Leute kennenlernt.....

Super die live Konzerte legendär Essen super Otto kann's halt Nette Leute kann man dort treffen Wan wird sehr nett behandelt und der Nachtisch ich sag nur Palatschinken lecker

Das Essen dort gehört wahrscheinlich zur Ausbildung im Überlebenstraining. Die Toiletten stinken schon die Treppe hoch.....Trotzdem freundlicher Service und am Gin/Tonic kann man ja nicht viel falsch machen.

The Ohrwurm in Reutlingen is in the perfect location by the train station and it also has fantastic food and great service. We enjoyed a decadent dessert of Apffelstrudel. The prices are very fair and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We noticed many local people there as well which is always a pleasure.
