Oberursel in Oberursel (Taunus)

Pietät St. Ursula is highly recommended again: After two years, Ms. Kunz was once again a great support to us during what was a very difficult time for us. She and her staff were always very friendly, empathetic, and available to us at short notice. Everything was handled reliably, calmly, yet quickly for our bereavement. Oberursel - also called "Orschel", is a beautiful place in the southern Hochtaunus district with a beautiful old town and interesting motif fountains

Beautiful old town with charming little shops! Cozy shopping and good coffee.

Beautiful old town, but despite some photogenic spots, there isn't much to see; it's quite small compared to other cities.

I actually expected more from the old town in Oberursel. The old town seemed largely deserted. It's not comparable to Idstein, Bad Camberg, and Bad Homburg ob der Höhe. We liked it much better there. Nevertheless, there were a few nice spots worth seeing. But unfortunately, in our opinion, it wouldn't have been worth it just to go there.
