Nymami in Berlin

A WONDERFUL OASIS... is hidden at the normally busy Danziger Straße 43 in Berlin. Sitting outside in the best weather and full sun and then also having a great, delicious meal, family-run and homemade? So that's a real precision landing. What a loving and beautiful service with a very attentive gesture in the form of a jasmine tea on the house, plus a really good pho with fresh herbs and beef, so that was completely convincing. It was definitely due to the time that I was able to get a place here. Under normal circumstances I think that the places here are taken up very quickly and there are really waiting times etc. here. Once people are out and about and tourists conquer Berlin, it will probably be crowded. Thank you very much for this truly wonderful and beautiful experience. I hadn't expected such a beautiful pearl there, which was really only thanks to a good friend who guided me there for lunch. I would love to return here again.

There are three of us here. The food is delicious and the service is extremely attentive and warm. The restaurant has beautiful decoration. Best service ever!! We ate 2 families with a total of 4 children. We ate nicely and the atmosphere was good, not least thanks to the sweet hostess. We would love to come back. Great recommendation!

This place is probably the best food for the price in Prenzlauerberg. Huge portions and very tasty. The only issue for me was, no background music. It was a bit silent. Otherwise I'd strongly recommend this restaurant

Best Vietnamese food in Berlin in my opinion!!

A dish in the upper price segment was ordered from the menu - at €20. Not cheap, it should just be an appealing menu. Vit Sao Sa Ot was chosen...according to the menu with fried duck strips. Alternatively there was chicken. When the food was delivered, I was puzzled by the well-intentioned advice of the gentleman (owner or co-operator 🤔)..chew slowly 😲...it was duck with skin. Hmm, well, then you immediately assume that you're eating a hearty, crispy portion of duck meat... as is generally the case with twice-baked meat in Chinese cuisine. And I would have been very welcome too. But miracles happened when I opened the aluminum packaging...plenty of vegetables and even more "plenty" of rice...😯. However, in close combat with a fork and spoon, the fried duck portions turned out to be more PHO-based soft meat. So I know the chicken in said soup, where it fits in terms of taste. And a good PHO soup overshadows many advertised Asian menus. Looked at the menu again...yes it should be described as fried. Conclusion...this constellation of rice...vegetables and the "soft" duck didn't go together. Beef in this form would have hit exactly the point, the taste experience of the very manageable portion 🦆 was completely lost here. But if, according to the name, fried duck meat had filled the plate, that would have been it from the roasting/roast base...aroma. The selection of vegetables and sauce with rice left nothing to be desired. Well seasoned..fennel..celery note harmonized....yes if that indefinable bird hadn't sat there. Maybe that's how it's supposed to be and that's how it's served in Vietnamese local cuisine, then the description of the ingredients on the menu is simply misleading. Ultimately, I would have found the meal I wanted a few dishes earlier under the main menu with crispy baked duck breast/vegetables on fried rice or noodles. And if the pictures of the menu and photos of the guest reviews here show the amount of meat in real terms... also the price is lower than mine, you shouldn't always rely on a better selection of menu + price + taste in the future. But really try the “small” meals first - where there is “room” for a starter.

Das Curry war extrem (!) zuckrig. Ohne zu übertreiben das schlechteste Curry, dass ich je probiert habe. Auch das erste, welches ich nicht aufgegessen habe. Udon Nudeln waren fade gewürzt und schmeckten nur nach Öl. Ich schreibe normalerweise keine Bewertungen, aber das ist hier wirklich keine ausreichende Qualität für ein Restaurant!

Das Essen war sehr gut, die Stimmung war angenehm und der Service war auch gut. Vor allem der Sot Lac Ca Ri war lecker: Die Erdnuss-Currysauce war gut, gefüllt mit frischem Gemüse und nicht zu scharf und das Hühnerfleisch war schön knusprig!

Prima Aziatisch eten. Het was wel een beetje donker binnen, zodat ik wat moeite had om de menukaart te lezen. Verder werd ik vlot en vriendelijk geholpen. Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

Essen war sehr gut! Die Dekoration vor Ort im Laden macht das ganze Ambiente besser und mit dem Service war ich auch zufrieden! Ich werde auf jeden fall noch mal da essen.

Miserable experience. Ordered from them with Lieferando, not for the first time. I was always happy with the food. Even recommended them to others. This time one of the dishes that arrive had nothing to do with what I ordered. The woman answering the phone was laughing at me, and told me to just eat it again and again. It doesn’t matter if you payed 10 euros for a certain meal and got something totally different that you are not interested in. I fell like I payed for pants and got a shirt. Mostly just upset about the poor way of handling a returning (not anymore) costumer. You can find in the picture with the description of the dish, and the dish that was delivered.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Essen im Restaurant.

Pho with meatballs was sad. Broth was lacking flavor. It did not taste like it was a homemade broth. Probably the least favorite pho I've ever had. Same with the vegan Udon noodle soup. Bland broth. Pho xao with imitation duck- the "duck" was surprisingly good but the noodles were dry. Needed more sauce. Fried dumplings were good though.

Ich habe heute zum ersten Mal von hier gegessen und muss sagen, dass ich enttäuscht war. Tofu und Fleisch waren zu frittiert und fettig. Wenig Kürbis und Süsskartoffeln. Da kenne ich geschmacklich bessere und günstigere vietnamesische Restaurants.

Tolle, schmackhafte vietnamesische Küche mit frischen Zutaten undvielen Kräutern. Ein wenig Geduld ist hilfreich -alles wird frisch zubereitet. Die Wartezeit kann man gut mit einem der ungewöhnlichen exotischen Heiß- oder Kaltgetränke überbrücken. Danke für das freundliche Lächeln - das ist in Berlin nicht immer selbstverständlich!

Ich finde, dass das Thu Hanoi das beste vietnamesische Restaurant in Berlin ist. Die Köchin ist begeistert und kreativ und jedes Gericht ist köstlich und einzigartig. Es gibt auch nicht nur die typischen Standard-Gerichte, sondern eine riesige Auswahl toller Gerichte. Selbst die Hausgetränke sind immer frisch und vor allem erfrischend. Auf jeden Fall mindestens einen Besuch wert! (Und am besten dort essen. Ich glaube, die Köchin ist immer ein bisschen traurig wenn jemand etwas zum Mitnehmen haben will, weil sie das essen dann nicht schön auf dem Teller anrichten kann.)
