I don't think so, the taste is so standard, in fact it's a little worse. Wantan soup was just a dumpling, sushi was a bit soggy and slightly sour. From a decorative point of view, it's more of a snack bar. Duck was crispy only finished meat which had a rubbery consistency. Unfortunately the price performance doesn't match. Toilets are dirty and there is an extremely smelly toilet smell, which even easily gets into the dining room. Too bad

We were happy and often guests with family and friends, but since our daughter, who can be described as a regular guest, was denied use of the sanitary facilities in an emergency, we won't be coming back

Simply always a pleasure. The great service rounds everything off. Very friendly staff. It's just fun to eat there.

The food was old. It was a record that had been sitting around somewhere for several hours. The skewer was cold and dry. It's hard to get down. The roll was cold and hard. You couldn't bite. Disgusting. And the rest was tasteless. Definitely avoid this restaurant.

If you like Vietnamese food, this is a place you can easily have a meal at. There was a good balance between the salty and strong and a lovely freshness. I had a Pho which did well, it really had a lot of good elements. It could well have been a bit stronger for my taste, but I have also been fed strong food since childhood. The price matched the quality and quantity really well. You won't leave hungry. But you don't have to be in a hurry to eat here, quite a bit of waiting both for ordering and for the food, but they were also quite busy, so it's fair

Definitely the best sushi here!!! Whether it's maki, inside out, sashimi or the crunchy rolls, they all taste so delicious and are freshly prepared! The staff are very friendly and attentive.

Came here at the start of May and what a terrible experience. The food was shocking, beef didn't even looked cooked. I also had pina coladas that were warm, I had to request more ice and that didn't make a difference. Had about half my meal, but spent the rest of the evening being sick. 5 times in total. Would not recommend.

The food is very tasty, but the menu has few purely vegetarian dishes. Many dishes with tofu are also served with fish sauce. We didn't try sushi. I would be happy to label vegetarian and vegan dishes. Non-alcoholic cocktails are also good.

First they forgot my order & when it finally arrived it was unfortunately the worst red curry of my life. Didn’t even finish it, it tasted super oily & plain at the same time. Paid full price. The Sushi might be better but I‘m not going to take a chance.

The waitress was very friendly and sweet. The food also came relatively quickly. But unfortunately the sushi didn't taste good at all, the rice for the makis was far too dry and they fell apart and the others were just muddy rice. The salad was also carelessly prepared and very dry

I got a rice noodle salad and sushi to go today and I'm really very disappointed. The sushi (avocado sake) contained barely visible pieces of avocado, and they forgot to add the dressing to my rice noodle salad. When I was here a few months ago and ate there, the same thing happened. The salad had no dressing! I complained about it, whereupon the waitress said I should stir the salad... I was that smart, and of course the salad had no dressing (oh wonder). After waiting for a while, something was finally brought to me. When I gave the store a second chance today, I thought I'd better check again to see if there was any dressing this time, and again the sauce was forgotten!!! That really can't be true. Luckily I noticed it before I got home, because otherwise I would have been pretty annoyed if I had to eat a dry and otherwise tasteless rice noodle salad. Unfortunately, when I got home I discovered that the dressing really only tasted like sugar and was really inedible. The fish sauce and lime saved it a bit, but I really will never visit My Son again nor will I recommend it to anyone. Prices are also pretty hefty (€18 for 6 maki and a portion of rice noodle salad with beef). It's better to invest your money in the other many great restaurants on Kantstrasse.

We had dinner there with friends on Saturday and it was just terrible!!!! Three out of four people discovered long and partially tangled hair in the food shortly after receiving the food. The non-alcoholic cocktails only tasted like tap water with a little lemon. Absolutely not recommended and not worth a star!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend the store. There was a portable heater next to our table that was so hot that my velvet jacket melted where it lightly touched the heater. The staff didn't care at all and blamed me for not hanging the jacket on the coat rack. So be careful with the heating, it can definitely cause even worse damage.

Das rote Curry mit Ente Cross ist ein Traum. Das ist Cross in Perfektion. Emily, unsere Bedienung, war super nett, hilfsbereit und stets freundlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen um das beste Curry Berlins zu essen.

Besonders abends lässt es sich mit einem Cocktail gemütlich dort sitzen mit schönen Blick auf die geschäftige Kantstraße...

Bester Laden in dem ich je war. Frisch und lecker.. so soll’s sein. Preise super günstig für das was geboten wird!

Wir haben im Restaurant Sushi bestellt und es war wirklich sehr lecker! Das Personal war freundlich, jedoch sind die Preise im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants etwas erhöht. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Option für Sushi-Liebhaber.

Waren dort zu Abend essen. Sie hatten Sushi, Papayasalat und die Sommerrollen mit Erdnussdip. Der Erdnussdip war hervorragend und das Sushi auch frisch. Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre das etwas zu viel Minze am Papayasalat war.

Gebratene Nudeln waren sehr sehr lecker :)

Sushi was actually pretty good, but the pho was unfortunately stale and disappointing. On top of this the restrooms were defunct. How can you sit and drink in a restaurant where there are no bathrooms? The drinks were nice but we couldn’t really drink too much of course…

The miso soup is great and plates presented nicely. Otherwise, quite disappointing, I will not get the avocado maki and the egg maki menu there again. Flies were flying around them and, the rice was dry and the avocado hard to chew.

Wir sind zu viert spontan hier eingekehrt. Es war ein schöner und warmer Sommerabend und wir hatten Glück und einen gerade frei gewordenen Tisch vor dem Restaurant bekommen. Das Personal war herzlich freundlich und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Hauptstraße ist zwar Recht stark befahren aber dennoch haben wir uns gut am Tisch unterhalten können. Die Speisekarte hatte viel zu bieten und so hatten wir vier verschiedene Gerichte bestellt und jedem von uns hat seines sehr gut geschmeckt. Auch waren die Teller schön angerichtet und die Portionen genau richtig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war gut. Wir merken uns dieses Restaurant und werden hier sicher auch mal drinnen essen!

An sich ist das Essen sehr lecker. Meine hühnerspiesse waren leider etwas trocken aber die Kokosmilchsuppe sehr lecker! Auch das Essen meiner Begleiterinnen war sehr hübsch angerichtet und lecker vom Geschmack

The restaurant is a nice with some outdoor seating in the summer. The Tom Ka Gai soup with chick was one of the best I have had in a long time. For the main I had Beef Vermicelli and excluding the meat it was delicious - maybe too much mint, but the beef was chewy and poor quality - I ended up not finishing the beef and enjoyed the rest. The servers are nice but very little interaction with customers after the order. I would go again for the soup and maybe just do a veggie version of the vermicelli with Sriracha sauce.

Nettes Lokal mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Sushi gut, aber nicht überragend. In meinen Augen Standard, mitunter etwas unsauber gerollt. Geschmacklich gut. Leider sind die Toiletten nicht ganz so schön, wie der Rest vom Restaurant. Alles recht eng, auch irgendwie dunkel und supersauber auch nicht.

Bun Bo nam Bo war eines der schlechtesten das ich je gegessen habe, ein verwelktes Minzeblatt, ein Korianderstiel waren die einzig „frischen“ Zutaten, es war eher eine Schüssel voller Reisnudeln mit Rindfleischstücken und paar Scheiben Gurke, geschmacklich ein Flop. Der „Papaya“ Salat war mit Essig! anstatt mit Limettensaft, statt Knoblauch wurden Zwiebeln verwendet und statt grüner Papaya Bambussprossen und Kraut? Es hat zumindest nach einem Krautsalat geschmeckt. An einem Freitag Abend war es natürlich sehr voll, deshalb auch sehr laut. Insgesamt kein angenehmes Erlebnis.

Es hat ein wenig gedauert bis wir bedient wurden, da die Kellnerin, die einzige die wir sehen konnten, alles machen musste: Bestellung aufnehmen, Servieren u Abservieren. Etwas viel für nur 1 Person bei der Größe vom Restaurant. Wir hatten eine gemischte Vorspeisenplatte für 2 Personen u d haben uns diese zu 4 geteilt. War sehr gut. Die Hauptspeisen waren frisch und ebenso gut. Der Lachs hätte etwas größer sein können. Obwohl die Kellnerin viel zu tun hatte, war sie sehr freundlich. Kommen gerne wieder.

Höchstens durchschnittlicher Laden, essen enttäuschte Service war auch nur solala , bei den vielen alternativen in der Kantstr. sollte man doch leicht was besseres finden

Great place to eat sushi, the service was pretty good, the food was served as fast as you could imagine, and taste amazing 🤩 I can’t even describe how creamy and soft the breaded sushi! I super recommend, well the price for two people that doesn’t eat so much was pretty fair!

Die Qualität und Frische der Zutaten (durchgekochte Gemüse) ließen zu wünschen übrig, der Reis was kalt und insgesamt war der Geschmack enttäuschend. Leider eine enttäuschende Erfahrung Das Restaurant selbst hatte eine einfache Einrichtung, ohne besonderen Charme. Der Service war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes. Alles in allem kann ich das Restaurant My Son auf der Kantstraße in Berlin leider nicht uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

We ordered crunchy rolls, noodles with spring rolls and sesame balls - everything was brought quite fast and tasted good. I read a review that the restaurant is Vietnamese, but part of the menu is Japanese, so probably the “categorization of the cuisine” is confusing, but I don’t see it as a problem - restaurant has the variety of choice, and both rolls and noodle dish were tasty, so I don’t see a reason to complain :) Especially it is a good choice considering the location - part of the close by Asian restaurant are more expensive

Wir hatten einen Tisch draußen auf dem Gehweg erwischt. Das Essen war ausgesprochen lecker. Die Mitarbeiter überaus freundlich. Bei der nächsten Reise nach Berlin steht dieses Lokal auf jeden Fall wieder auf der Liste der 'Sehenswürdigkeiten'!
