Nordsee Fisch-Spezialiäten GmbH in Neu-Isenburg

Der Fang des Tages war eher der Flop des Tages. Zander mit Bratkartoffeln und Remoulade. Der Zander schmeckte aufgrund der harten "Knusperschicht" nur nach der Panade. Die sogenannten Bratkartoffeln haben leider nur nach Öl geschmeckt. Die Remoulade war ok. Lieblose schnelle Abfertigung war das Nordsee Motto wie ich heute sehen musste. Weder Kritik, noch Lob interessiert dort jemanden. Ein Angestellter hinter der Essensausgabe hat in seine Hand gehustet. Ist es pingelig von mir, zu erwarten das man sich danach die Hände waschen sollte, bevor man weiterarbeitet?

Die Salate mit Shrimps oder Thunfisch sind sehr lecker und diese sind besonders zu empfehlen. Gerne mal wieder.

Mein Mann und ich essen oft eine leckere Fischsuppe oder verschiedene Fischgerichte in der Nordsee-Filiale im Isenburg Zentrum. Die Speisen sind immer frisch oder werden sogar gleich frisch zubereitet und sogar zum Tisch der wartenden Kunden gebracht. Alle Mitarbeiter, sowohl weibliche als auch männliche, sind ausgesprochen kundenfreundlich, höfflich, nett und hilfsbereit. Die Kolleginnen und Kollegen gehen auch sehr nett und freundlich miteinander um. Firma Nordsee kann wirklich stolz auf Ihre Mitarbeiter sein!

Just like the North Sea. What bothers me is that the advertisement looks very appetizing, it makes you crave fish. You buy a dish and you get this: see the photo. It doesn't really match. The taste was "so-so," the ambiance was okay, and the price of €10 was steep. I rarely do that. But I know from other cities that it can be done much better.

Wir haben es noch einmal probiert, obwohl uns das Restaurant erst kürzlich mit seinem "überforderten Personal" schlichtweg genervt hatte. Aber auch diesmal wurden wir hinsichtlich Service und Essens-Qualität wieder enttäuscht. Das norwegische Lachs-Filet mit Petersilienkartoffeln war extrem trocken; wir vermissten jeglichen feinen und kräftigen Geschmack bei diesem Fischgericht. Auch die Sauce hollandaise war nicht frisch; ihr war deutlich anzumerken, dass sie schon viele Stunden auf der ungekühlten Theke verbrachte. Ein echter "Hammer" war, dass während des Essens eine Mitarbeiterin ihren Auftrag so ernst nahm und die Tische mit Reinigungsmittel aus der Spray-Flasche reinigte, obwohl an den Vierer-Tischen noch Gäste das Essen einnahmen. Das Management dieses Restaurants sollte ernsthaft über dringend notwendige Verbesserungsschritte nachdenken.

Lange nicht mehr so schlecht bei Nordsee gegessen. Pommes labberig, Panade vom Fisch auch. Personal aber sehr freundlich

This fish restaurant used to very good but is not worth visiting today. Our last visit has convinced us to go elsewhere. Dirty tables. Paper napkins strewn over the floor. What I wanted to eat wasn’t available and the Remoulade sauce had already run out and it was only 14:30. We were informed that this had become standard since new management have taken over the restaurant. Nordsee is usually good, but Neu-Isenburg, never again!

Fish is my favorite food which ‘force’ me to visit at times Nordsee in many German cities. Specializing in seafood and placing emphasis on fresh fish from well-managed waters, and catering to the German preference for healthy, sustainable food they now have 370 locations – 315 in Germany, 33 in Austria and the rest in other countries and the Middle East - ranking largest chain in Europe. Our order included Salmon fillet on spinach leaves, Alaska pollock fillet, tuna baguette, Cod fillet from the grill, salad with tuna and mozzarella. We have occasionally enjoyed the Nordsee plate with steamed codfish fillets in a mustard sauce with chives, mixed vegetables, and parsley baby potatoes. Also, we loved eating plenty of fried options like a combo of fried shrimp and fries. Having an experience of 120 years in the market, they compete at length with McDonald's and Burger King in many areas. Their policy of facilitating their customers by fish car, foodtrucks and food containers they are now reaching and feeding the fish lovers close to them. We greatly liked their ‘naturalness’ in all their activities – the secret of their success.

The shrimps chewy, the potatoes dry. The Fish too "fishy" Attended many Nordsee, and I am not scared. Keep focus.
