Review for Noori: We visited the restaurant with a Groupon voucher (2 adults and 1 child). We only wanted to order some rice for our 5-year-old daughter, as she didn't want anything else and hardly eats anyway. The greeting upon entering was unfriendly; we were simply assigned a table. The waitress immediately made it clear that our daughter would have to pay the full all-you-can-eat price if she even tried any of our food. Throughout our entire visit, we had the unpleasant feeling of being constantly watched. About the food: The sushi was by far the worst we've ever eaten. Even the sushi counter in the supermarket offers better quality. Anyone who has ever eaten really good sushi will only be disappointed here. The desserts were also extremely greasy and tasteless. Conclusion: Unfriendly service, poor atmosphere, and lousy food. For us, it was a complete waste of time and money.

Unfriendly staff, dirty plates and overpriced food.

I had an absolutely shocking experience at Noori Restaurant today. A heavily pregnant woman politely asked to use the customer restroom several times – even offering to pay for it. Nevertheless, she was denied access. To me, this behavior borders on failure to provide assistance. I've never experienced anything like this: no humanity, no understanding in an urgent situation. To the manager directly: It is rude and disrespectful to repeatedly deny a heavily pregnant woman the key to the customer restroom. After this experience, I will advise everyone around me not to visit this restaurant – not just for food, but in general.

The restaurant is on the first floor of a building in the pedestrian zone – next to the Mediamarkt supermarket. The entrance and reception area have a somewhat dated feel. Some of the staff don't really speak German. But these points don't detract from the delicious experience. Orders are made from the extensive menu using a tablet. Navigating the menu is a bit unusual, as the numbers on the paper menu don't appear on the tablet (it's not there), and sushi is sometimes also listed among the hot dishes. But this, too, amused us rather than frustrated us. After ordering on the tablet, the dishes arrived very quickly and were all delicious. Special tip: check Groupon for a voucher – this will allow you to enjoy the meal for even less. Parking is rather difficult. There are parking lots and parking garages, but we weren't sure how long they were open, especially for the restaurants. So we parked outside in a nearby free space.

Unfortunately, our visit to the Noori All You Can Eat Restaurant in Moers was rather disappointing. The idea of ​​ordering from a tray is practical, but the food wasn't convincing. The fried dishes, in particular, were far too greasy and practically swimming in oil, which severely detracted from the flavor. Overall, the dishes lacked freshness and seasoning – many of them tasted rather bland and unappealing. Another drawback was the service: The empty bowls and plates quickly piled up on our table without anyone coming by to clear them away. This didn't exactly contribute to the pleasant atmosphere. For the price, there are definitely better options in the area where both the food and service are excellent. It's a shame; I had hoped for more.

We like to eat at Dohrt. The food is delicious and served relatively quickly. However, I have to say that the staff are always very annoyed, rushed, and unfriendly. Unfortunately, two employees always stand out. Today, our plates were slammed onto our table... I think it's a real shame, because we actually really enjoy eating at Dohrt.

Wow. What an experience! The sushi and the selection are top-notch. And the service? Absolutely top-notch: rarely has ignorance been so consistently enforced. On all three visits, we learned that eye contact, and even a "please" or "thank you" to the waiters, is strictly forbidden—probably part of the concept. The empty plates were consistently not cleared away regularly; perhaps they were trying to create a small work of art out of leftover food and annoyed glances. Truly impressive.

I think this was my last time there. I have to say, it's not exactly cheap, so I expect something. Three times, the wrong dish arrived (orders came fairly quickly), but it was all over the place, dishes from the first round didn't arrive until the end of the second round, etc. The price-performance ratio is absolutely terrible. Well, it started with them handing us an "empty" tablet with 3% battery life.

Hello, we've always been here, but a lot has changed since then: food is cold, sushi is too hard, food takes too long to reach the customer. That was the lowest of the low the last time we were here! The best part of the food was the Coke.

So, we ate here for the first time. The food was excellent. The waitresses were both female and very unfriendly. The drinks weren't carbonated. We complained. I had to go to the front of the bar with my glasses, and she shook the Coke glasses onto her hand and screamed. They're carbonated. I was speechless at that moment, and the lady gave me two new drinks. I also pointed out the lack of cutlery. Then, too, the ladies became very aggressive and didn't bring me any cutlery. As I said, the food was great, but the service was a flop.

The grilled shrimp and the sushi are highly recommended. The food comes really quickly and if you have any questions, the staff responds quickly and easily. Price/performance ratio is also good. The only drawback (but Noori can't help that): the toilet is one floor above the restaurant and you have to go through the stairwell of the shopping gallery. There are sometimes questionable characters up there.

A very depressing atmosphere, the service is okay, but the food is really not recommended for the price. This may be a good sushi restaurant for the city of Moers, but there are simply much better ones at similar and sometimes slightly lower prices - in surrounding cities, especially Düsseldorf. The selection is also very small, sashimi is not included and was disappointing despite the extra charge (€2.20) due to the lower quantity and quality. I think most people go here once or just think it's a good restaurant because they don't know anything else. Somehow loveless, too expensive, depressing - I came here with a very bad feeling and won't be coming back.

I've eaten at Noori half a dozen times now and always enjoy coming back. The staff is friendly and attentive, the food always comes quickly and I really like it.

Im Noori kann man getrost mal vorbeischauen, solange man jetzt nicht erwartet, gehobene oder gar authentische japanische Küche geboten zu bekommen. Man wählt über ein Tablet und bekommt dann nach und nach seine kleinen Portionen an den Tisch gebracht, vergleichbar mit dem Okinii oder der Tokyo Lounge in Düsseldorf. Die Qualität ist (für diese Gastro-Nische) in Ordnung, die Auswahl hält eigentlich für jeden was bereit. Man findet schnell seine Favoriten und kann sich ordentlich satt essen. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich zu uns, wir gehen gerne ins Noori.

Experience of my underage daughter, police were on site: In this restaurant, as a young person, an employee shouts loudly and aggressively at you if you complain that a different price is communicated on the website menu than what is ultimately charged. Additionally you have to pay 2 euros if you are not thirsty and don't order a drink. So a total of 4 euros more than on the menu - per person! Very, very questionable practice, very rude, aggressive screaming employee. Food is quite OK, the ambience – embedded in a shopping arcade – is a matter of taste.

Noori, always a highlight for beginners of the Japanese Tappas principle over several rounds using a tablet! This time I was able to enjoy it with work colleagues and we were there during our lunch break. Everything worked well and it's a very good introduction to the Japanese world without immediately becoming poor, as the price/performance ratio is very reasonable.

Die Speisen haben im Vergleich zu meinen letzten drei Besuchen dort in der Qualität deutlich nachgelassen. Auch meiner Begleitung fiel auf, dass die warmen Speisen sehr fettig und salzig waren. Das Sushi ist in Ordnung. Gelungen waren die Vorspeisensuppen und die Süßkartoffelpommes. Das Ambiente ist angenehm. Durch das Bestell-Konzept ist der Service sehr minimal. Die Speisen wurden sehr zeitnah zum Tisch gebracht. Die Speisekarte müsste auf alle Fälle mal überarbeitet werden. Es fehlen jegliche Angaben zu Allergenen. Der Verweis auf das Wenden an das Personal ist ein Witz, wenn das Personal nicht hinreichend antwortet und einem letzlich nur der vorsichtshalbere Verzicht bleibt. Ein weiterer Mangel liegt darin, dass Gerichte nur unzureichend beschriftet sind und anhand der kleinen Fotos auf dem Tablet nicht immer erkennbar ist, um welche Speise es sich handelt.

Das Restaurant hat stark nachgelassen. Vor 4-5 Jahren war noch alles super. Die letzten 3 Besuche (2 in 2023) und einschließlich heute (17 Uhr) waren nicht zufriedenstellend. Die gebratenen und frittierten Gerichte (Ente, Gemüse, Garnelenspieß, Rind mit Pfeffer) waren viel zu fettig und hatten kaum Geschmack. Das Sushi war Ok. Die 2 Sterne sind für das Kimchi und die Suppe mit Rindfleich. Da stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältniss nicht mehr. Werden nicht mehr hin gehen. Kartenzahlung wohl schon länger nicht möglich.

Klasse Konzept um mit mehreren Leute Mal einfach quer durch die Karte zu probieren - war ein toller und leckerer Abend. Das Personal war stets höflich und zuvorkommend!

Ein sehr gutes Etablissement mit zahlreichen Speisen und Getränken. All you can Eat Buffet ist sehr gut organisiert. Bestellung läuft über ein Tablet und max Anzahl an Speisen pro Runde sind 5. Getränkeangebot reicht von klassischen Getränken bis hin zu asiatischen Getränken. Bin sehr zufrieden gewesen mit meinem Aufenthalt dort und bin sehr satt nach Hause gefahren. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann es definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Es war für mich ungewöhnlich, zum ersten Mal in einem japanischen Restaurant zu essen. Neu war für mich, die Getränke und Speisen auf einem Tablett zu sehen und danach zu bestellen und dafür zweieinhalb Stunden Zeit zu haben. Alles war superfrisch und sehr schmackhaft und reichlich. Man musste nicht nur Sushi essen, sondern konnte von Suppen über Dessert alles ordern und probieren. Die Vielfalt an diversen Speisen war beeindruckend und überraschend lecker. Im Gesamturteil war es toll, für mich eine neue Erfahrung und Preis/Leistung war ok. Dieses Restaurant werde ich öfters besuchen. Sehr empfehlenswert….

Was soll man sagen, wer möglichst viel in vorgegebener Zeit zu einem gar nicht mal günstigen Preis (ok, gemessen an der Menge schon günstig...) essen möchte, keinen Wert auf irgendwelchen Service legt ist hier richtig. Die Qualität ist gemessen an der Fließbandproduktion tatsächlich ok. Wir wollten uns das mal anschauen - für uns ist das allerdings nichts...

Ich bin immer noch total sauer. Ich war in der Vergangenheit sehr häufig bei Noori und eigentlich mit Preis Leistung und Service zufrieden. In dieser Woche wollte ich mir meinem Sohn(3Jahre) eine Kleinigkeit hier essen gehen. Wir kamen vom Spielplatz (-6 Grad) und wollten zunächst auf die Toilette. Die Servicekraft hat uns an der Toilette (eine Etage über dem Lokal) angefangen und uns unterstellt unrechtmäßig auf die Toilette zu wollen. Ich habe ihr mehrfach versucht zu erklären das wir danach im Restaurant essen wollen mein Sohn aber zunächst auf die Toilette müsste. Sie hat mich angeschrien und wollte vor der Türe warten. Ich wollte die Türe öffnen, Diese war aber leider abgeschlossen und sie hat sich geweigert sie zu öffnen. Ich habe sie gefragt ob wir jetzt auf Toilette gehen dürfen und sie hat mit nein geantwortet. Ich bin mit meinem Sohn ins Restaurant gegangen und habe mitgeteilt dass dieses Verhalten unverschämt und unmenschlich ist und ich nie wieder einen Fuß in dieses Restaurant setzen werde. Wir sind dann im EG zur Toilette gegangen (zum Glück konnte mein Sohn so lange einhalten). Da wurden wir sehr nett behandelt und haben gerne 50 Cent für einen saubere Toilette bezahlt, wo mit uns Respektvoll gesprochen wurde. Solange diese Person dort arbeitet werde ich nie wieder nach Noori gehen

Von dem Fisch Lebensmittelvergiftung gehabt, dazu waren die Mitarbeiter total unfreundlich. Lästern tun die auch noch über einen auf deren Sprache ...

Das erste mal hier und wir werden definitiv öfter hierher kommen. Preis ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Bestellung über Tablet ist richtig cool und für die etwas introvertierteren ein perfekter Ort, weil recht wenig mit dem Personal kommuniziert wird. Getränke, essen, Serviceleistungen.. Alles läuft via Tablet. 10 Runden kann man bestellen mit je 5 ausgewählten Sachen pro Person. Da wir zu zweit waren konnten wir pro Runde insgesamt 10 Sachen bestellen (Getränke gehen immer). Wer jetzt denkt, dass 10 Runden recht wenig sind - wir haben jede Runde die maximale Bestellungen ausgeschöpft und haben es nicht über runde 3 geschafft (also 30 Artikel gegessen). Zweieinhalb Stunden Zeit hat man dafür was aber völlig dicke reicht.

Nach einigen Jahren mal wieder da gewesen. Alles in Ordnung.

Schön eingerichtetes Restaurant in der 1. Etage der Grafschafter Passage. Über Treppen oder mit dem Aufzug erreichbar. Service ist praktisch nicht vorhanden. Ohne Erklärung wurde uns das Tablet für die Bestellung auf den Tisch gelegt. Getränke und Speisen wurden relativ schnell zum Tisch geliefert. Alles wurde vorne auf den Tisch gestellt, ohne zu fragen für wen es ist bzw. ohne Erklärung was es ist. Geschmacklich und optisch war alles gut. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Allerdings hatte ich nach dem Essen einen fürchterlichen Nachgeschmack im Mund und extremen Durst.

Wir haben Sushi 🍣 für zu Hause bestellt, einmal eine Platte für eine Person und einige ausgewählte Sushis extra. Für eine Person noch eine Vorsuppe. Es hat dicke für drei gereicht, und es war genial lecker. Selten soooo gutes Sushi gegessen.
