Unfortunately, the service wasn't quite up to scratch. Still, it was very nice and friendly. The food was tasty, but nothing exceptional.

The two of us went there for dinner. The drinks were very cold, the food was delicious, and there was a great deal for the price. The salad bar was plentiful and impeccably hygienic. The staff was very friendly, and even my special request was accommodated. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very cozy, and the tables were cleanly set. We would definitely come back.

Hello everyone 🤗✌️ As most of you already know, I'm actually a bit of a foodie when it comes to good food. Today we went to a lovely, cozy Greek restaurant called Mythos in Moers asberg for the first time, and we were truly delighted and surprised by how amazingly good the food was. 😊👍 There was a wonderful salad bar, and the a la carte food was delicious. The ambiance is superb. We sat outside in the conservatory and enjoyed the meal. The staff is very friendly, and the value for money is absolutely excellent. I give it full marks. I can only recommend everyone to try it out for themselves and eat there. Thumbs up. 👍

The Mythos restaurant is simply fantastic... The food is sooo delicious, and not just once... No, we always enjoy it... There's a varied menu and a special menu every now and then, so there's something for every taste... It's family-run and offers excellent service... Delicious food and very affordable on Thursdays during Family Day, especially recommended. Excellent service with free ouzo, mayo, and ketchup. Everything was very clean, including the restrooms. Just how it should be 👍

We were looking for a Greek restaurant for Whit Monday and found Restaurant Mythos online. A spacious restaurant with Greek flair. This would certainly be the perfect place for a family celebration. The tables were clean and pleasantly set. We were greeted by a friendly waiter. We ordered drinks and browsed the menu. We hadn't expected such a wide selection. Changes to our chosen dish were carried out without any problems. We chose... a vegetable platter, a grilled plate, a small peppercorn sauce, and a small portion of tzatziki. Drinks arrived quickly and well chilled. We could put together our own salad at the salad bar. Everything was fresh, hygienically impeccable, and there was a generous selection. When the main course arrived, we were surprised by the generous portions. Everything was cooked and fried to perfection. Tip: don't pre-order breakfast. The portions are simply very generous. The price for everything is in line with today's standards. Overall, we recommend this restaurant, and we will definitely return. The exceptional friendliness of the waiters simply has to be emphasized again.

The food was actually okay, but if the staff are going to gossip, they should do it in a way that doesn't make you notice.

Five of us ate there. The drinks arrived quickly and were cold. However, three of us sent back almost all of the food. The gyro was extremely dry, over-seasoned, and too dark on all three plates. The tzatziki tasted bland and not as it should have been. The side dish of fries was very simple, and hot is something else entirely. A complaint was not taken seriously, and the owner boasted and dismissed everything. We had repeatedly given the restaurant another chance. We had been there before and weren't satisfied. Now it's finally over. There are much better Greek restaurants with far tastier food. What a shame.

Simply a great Greek restaurant that inspires with great Greek music as soon as you enter the restaurant. Very friendly and attentive service. The menu offers just the right amount of dishes and there is definitely something here for fans of Greek food. Great presentation of the food. Salad can be put together fresh at your own salad bar. The meat is very tender and tasted wonderful. The side dishes were also absolutely convincing. A visit is highly recommended.

Not at home for Christmas but went out to eat! Accordingly very crowded, long waiting time, but very tasty food! Service was still very friendly and accommodating!

The food was ok, but the side dishes themselves deserve an upgrade in terms of consistency and taste. The fried potatoes, for example, were bland and soggy, of course you can say that such a side dish is not typical for a Greek restaurant. But when you offer something like that you expect a certain level. From my personal point of view, the price/performance ratio was unfortunately not entirely right. I actually know something else in the restaurant, but overall we were disappointed. We will refrain from another visit.

The Mythos restaurant impresses with its excellent service and cozy atmosphere. In addition to the typical dishes of Greek gastronomy, a special menu always offers different seasonal dishes. Currently (November 2024) you can e.g. B. choose between different game dishes. I ordered a game plate (venison and wild boar steak in mushroom cream sauce, croquettes, red cabbage, pear with cranberries and salad from the buffet) on our last visit, which was second to none in terms of quality and taste.

It's always nice in Mythos and the food is very, very good, we'll be back!!! 😊

Well, what can I say, it's really a shame, after an evening full of anticipation of good food and a lovely evening, I was disappointed. Drinks and staff were really top but the food was a flop. After I found hair in the food, I passed it on and got a “new” meal without any problems. So far so good. I start to eat and find hair in the food a second time. I was no longer hungry after the evening in this restaurant. The waiter was really very uncomfortable and apologized and didn't have to pay for the food, but something like that can't, but shouldn't, happen and especially not twice in a row. The restaurant won't see me again.

The service is incredibly attentive, they even hear when you quietly murmur a request and fulfill it immediately! I was very impressed and pleased!! The prices are relatively high (like everywhere else at the moment), but reasonable. However, there is also a good cheaper selection. I was there with a larger group and everyone got their food at the same time. If I'm in Moers again, I'd love to come back! Highly recommended... 👍

Always tasty and good. Friendly staff who serve delicious food with great (meat) quality in a squeaky-clean restaurant. There are mainly "Greek" dishes, i.e. with a lot of meat. For example, I once had the fried vegetables with foil potatoes. That was tasty and sufficient. Then I remember that some dishes there are offered in smaller portions!

I was really surprised that the conditions were still so good, Chapo The Metaxa plate was very tasty, especially the gyros and the Metaxasouse were great. I just think the quantity was too well-intentioned 👍. It was a pleasure.

Update 24 We like to eat in Mythos from time to time! Lamb stuffed pork fillet is always great, the pumpkin soup is brilliant! Unfortunately the fried potatoes are still nothing but a soft mass! Still a good salad buffet and, as always, there is a Quzo from the house after the meal! Before 2022After a long time again in Mythos! Last time we sat in the beautiful covered outdoor area! Very nice, friendly service. Drinks came quickly. There is also a good salad buffet. Unfortunately I had a mixed plate of gyros that was a bit dry and small pieces of lamb skewers but very tender and tasty and served with free garlic oil!

We were there on a Friday. It was accordingly full. Staff was very friendly. I think the waiter was just a bit overwhelmed. It was only when we got our food that he noticed that my dish was missing. He probably forgot to pass it on to the kitchen. It can happen, but it shouldn't actually happen. He apologized but wanted “compensation” e.g. B. There was no meal on the house or dessert. Everyone was almost finished when my food finally arrived. Of course it also dampened the mood a bit. Ambiance is ok. But not the nicest restaurant either. At least the food was delicious.

There is also a family day with a special offer. A children's menu is also served. Simply delicious and rich. Here you can enjoy a crisp, fresh salad (salad buffet), good food and cool drinks. Everything is in stock... lots of teas and coffees, large selection of beers and spirits, wine and non-alcoholic drinks. Finally, a strong Greek mocha or an ouzo. Very friendly, attentive, nice service at the table rounded off a lovely evening at the "Greek". My unreserved recommendation for the Mythos restaurant.

We've wanted to visit this restaurant for a long time, but yesterday was the day. Parking wasn't easy at all (I'm just mentioning this to clarify, it doesn't have a big impact on the rating) and we had to search a bit. I wasn't immediately convinced by the first impression, but I didn't let that deter me. We were warmly welcomed, shown to the table and quickly given the cards. The operation and service were really great. We didn't have to wait long for the food either. Given the quantity, you were definitely full. The taste was good (especially the cooking point of the meat was great and absolutely juicy 👌), but the rice was a bit salty for us (at least for OUR taste). For dessert there was a chocolate sauce and homemade chocolate mousse. The mousse au chocolat was also really tasty and highly recommended, but the ice cream didn't taste anything special. The espresso I ordered wasn't one of the top three I've ever drunk, but it was still tasty. At the end of the day we all left the restaurant satisfied and full. We had absolutely no complaints and would certainly come back again.

We had booked a table for 4 people on Sunday lunchtime. The food was very good and more than plentiful. The salad was not only a feast for the eyes. The service was excellent and very attentive. I can only recommend the restaurant.

FAMILY DAY - Eating there with the kids on Thursdays is unbeatable in terms of price/performance. Service is always friendly and attentive but never intrusive. Food is always fresh and delicious. The portions are absolutely sufficient. Keep it up and see you soon.

First of all I have to say that the food was incredibly tasty, there is a small salad bar where you can put together the salad of your choice, great! The back room where we looked was really cold, so cold that it gave the impression that you should just eat quickly and get out of there. When my wife, who is not a big eater, asked the waitress if she could have just one skewer of souflaki instead of two, on the premise that she could only manage one and that we had paid the full price of €17.50 despite having one instead of two (that was... I offered it to the waitress) she stood her ground and said she couldn't do that, the boss didn't want it. At the neighboring table a woman came with her daughter. The daughter wanted a grilled cheese but without anything else, no rice, no salad. Nothing. That worked and the full price for the grilled cheese was taken from the menu. Incomprehensible. Well, my wife's souflaki came, stayed there and ended up in the bin.

Schönes griechisches Restaurant.

Das Essen war lecker und der Service sehr aufmerksam. Parkplätze sind zu wenig da und der Wintergarten wird leider als Raucherzimmer missbraucht. Was bei rein und raus gehen sehr unangenehm ist.

Wir sind alle paar Wochen hier mit Freunden und Familie. Der Service genauso wie das Essen, sind absolute Spitzenklasse!

Das Essen war wie immer super und alles sind super nett. Kann man nur empfehlen.
