NOI Restaurant in Wuppertal

We ordered 4 dishes for delivery. The food was supposed to be delivered at 4:30 p.m. At 4:35 p.m. we got the call that the car was broken. Can happen. They wanted to deliver 10 minutes later. The food came 45 minutes later and the hot dishes were only luke warm. It doesn't work that way. Sushi was also ordered twice. That was very good. A car can break down, but a lukewarm meal isn't possible.

Today, after we were presented with a menu in the form of a sheet of paper, which had obviously already been passed through numerous hands, with dog ears and a greasy appearance, we left again. The waitress acknowledged our criticism with a shrug of the shoulders! You don't want to look into the kitchen! In addition, card payments are still not possible, which is also a no go! There is also delicious sushi elsewhere!!!

We have eaten delicious sushi here several times. So far we have always been satisfied. Even if we were served something wrong, the staff remained very nice and polite and brought us the right thing straight away. Very nice people there!

When I'm in Wuppertal I always go to NOI very tasty food, very authentic.

In my opinion, NOI has the tastiest sushi. And we tried a few Suhi restaurants. The price is also more than reasonable. Both the quality and the portions are good. The service is also very quick and friendly. Now after the recent renovation, the guest room is again attractively designed with comfortable chairs and warm colors. The open kitchen has been eliminated, but on weekend evenings it is still only possible to spontaneously get a table if you have to wait. Better reserve. And still only cash payment possible.

Positive; The food seemed high quality, was absolutely delicious, freshly prepared, you could look into the kitchen, it looked clean and professional, the service was friendly. Negative; No card payment possible, the menu was very worn and dirty, a simple DIN A4 sheet without protective covers, it would be easier with a QR code or simply reprint it more often. The waitress was very shy, he could have asked "Is everything OK, did it taste good, could there be anything else..." We'll definitely come back again, I can recommend it.

The food was very tasty and the service staff was absolutely friendly (especially the employee who greeted and seated us). Four of us were there with our children in the afternoon and were still able to take advantage of the lunch offer. The order was taken quickly and everything was served quickly. Everything was appetizingly prepared, the warm food was nice and hot, kimchi was crunchy. Based on the Google reviews, we came up with a total of 4.3 and we completely agree. We'll come back next time we're passing through.

We ordered a plate of sushi for 2 + fried salmon rolls and they were really delicious. The plate is not enough for 2 in my opinion so consider that if you’re hungry. Our order took a good 30 minutes to be ready so calculate a little bit more time in particular if you want to eat Friday or Saturdays.

We ate at Noi today and unfortunately had a not so great experience. The sushi rolls (numbers 131 & 132) were cut way too thin, making it almost impossible to grab them with chopsticks without everything falling apart. Unfortunately, this really affected the enjoyment. It's a shame because we were looking forward to a delicious sushi experience. Hopefully the workmanship will be better next time!

Wir kommen seit Jahren zu Noi. Das Mittagsangebot ist top, mit Suppe,Tee und einem Gericht. Das Noi Best Friend Sushi, die Noi Frühlingsrollen und die gebrannte Ente sind unser Highlight. Allgemein ist das Sushi immer frisch, das Noi Team immer freundlich und wir sind stets zufrieden, wenn wir wieder dort waren. Absolut zu empfehlen.

The employees were nice except for the manager that evening (older gentleman). Food came within 20 minutes but wasn't really warm. Prices WAY too overpriced. Far too many staff for few customers (you felt like you were being watched while you were eating). The edamame ordered did not meet the prescribed criteria. We were there for the first time today and tried the Veggie Best Friend Roll and Lost Monk. We were served by a very nice waitress who gave us perfect advice. Despite our picky taste, she recommended exactly the right thing for us.

Because card payments will not be possible in 2024 either. How should I know in advance what I have to pay? Absolutely impossible and for me reason no. 1 not to come back. Service was tried hard but slow, apologized profusely for the lack of payment options, hence one more star. But reason number 2 is the food. The sushi may be OK, even if poorly rolled, but the rest of the 4 meals were so sweet that they should only be from a dessert menu. All in all very disappointing. This is much better.

Service: Waiting at least 20mins to place an order. The appetiser came quickly the mains after 45 minutes. We had drank all the drinks and still the food was in the kitchen. Food: We ordered a Sushi to share with my son with 24 pieces, Maki, Temaki, Shashimi etc the Maki came not rolled correctly and dissolved immediately. Taste wise not a particular difference to anything else that i have eaten lately. The others bought crispy duck with rice and chicken noodles which both of them were really too sweet. Good that i had ordered sushi!! Paying: This was the surprise of the evening because we hadn’t read any reviews and of course we couldn’t pay with card, only cash. 91€ in cash we didn’t have so one of us ran to the bank. We complained and the waiter said “you know, they are asians and they like the cash”. All in all that was the first and the last time we went there.

Mein Besuch bei NOI in Wuppertal war insgesamt positiv. Das Essen verdient mit seiner Qualität eine solide 4 von 5 Sterne. Die Bedienung zeichnete sich durch hohe Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit aus, was das Erlebnis bereicherte. Das Ambiente war ansprechend und schuf eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Leider war die Lautstärke im Restaurant zu hoch, was die Gespräche etwas beeinträchtigte. Dies war das einzige Manko, das meine Bewertung auf 4 Sterne begrenzt. Wir hatten einen Tisch für zwei Personen im Restaurant NOI in der Neumarktstraße in Wuppertal bestellt: das Lokal wirkt recht locker, modern und bietet eine interessante Auswahl an asiatischen Gerichten. Wir wählten beide Sushi und genossen die wunderbar zubereiteten Speisen sehr. Das Lokal war an diesem Freitag-Abend im Dezember 2023 sehr gut besucht.

Leckeres Essen, gute Bedingung nur ein sehr sehr großer Nachteil ist das keine Kartenzahlung möglich ist !

Die Bedienung war okay die Sitzbänke leider alle verschließen, die meisten aufgeplatzt, schade, die Tische etwas lieblos eingedeckt, das Essen kam schnell, frisch und schmackhaft. Leider schließt die Eingangstür nicht alleine, so dass es sehr zog und man die Tür mehrmals zumachen musste, wenn man in der Nähe sitzt, das stört sicher nicht, wenn man. woanders sitzt. Die Küche ist offen und man kann den Köchen zuschauen. .

I'm a big sushi fan and this place was able to deliver. They servers were very nice and they serve the food promptly. It's a good sushi place in the down town with a reasonable price. At the time i visit the place, there were enough table for us. The only downside i can think of is that they do not accept cards. Be ready with your cash. I recommend this to anyone.

Gerade vor dem Museumsbesuch Mittagessen im NOI. Die Sushiplatte war sehr gut, frisch und lecker. Immer wieder, wenn wir mal wieder nach Wuppertal - demnächst Pina Bausch - kommen

Der Service war klasse, man wurde freundlich in Empfang genommen und musste überhaupt nicht lange warten! Das Essen wurde obwohl wir zu sechs Leuten waren, gleichzeitig serviert und es war super lecker! Würde jederzeit wieder hin!

Um die Sterne zu retten, beziehe ich mich bei der Bewertung nur auf das Sushi: einfach frisch und lecker. ( Ich müsste Lügen wenn ich behaupten würde, dass bei der Bedienung wäre alles glatt gelaufen …) Aber ich komme gerne wieder

Super leckeres Essen, vor allem die Best Friends Veggie Tempura ist super lecker. 1 Stern Abzug gibt es für die fehlende Möglichkeit mit Kreditkarte zahlen zu können und 2 Punkte Abzug für die leider schon sehr abgeranzten Stühle im Laden. Ansonsten wirklich der beste Sushi Spot in Wuppertal.

Immer gerne dort, immer lecker und immer guter Service. Das Ambiente ist etwas kühl.

Vietnamesisches Restaurant mit landestypischen Speisen und coolen Getränken in hervorragender Qualität und auch vielen vegetarischen und einigen veganen Gerichten.

Wir verlassen den Laden satt und rundum zufrieden. Anbei ein Foto des Sushis, wobei die Auswahl von Speisen auch fernab von Sushi groß erscheint, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei sein sollte. Absolute Empfehlung! ☺️

Das Essen war wirklich hervorragend, aber die Wartezeit war lang und die Kellner:innen nicht besonders bemüht. Es dauerte sehr lange, auch um etwas zu trinken zu bekommen.
