We ordered a few times from this place and it is absolutely wonderfull. Big portions to start with but also well cooked fries and the meat is just perfectly seasoned. One of the best gyros places to find in Germany.

We had visitors and it was a slightly larger order. Everyone finished their food and was very satisfied with the gyro. It was nice and crispy and delicious, with no fat (or flab). That evening, since I hadn't eaten lunch, I decided to order something from there as well. No. 53 Mykonos Platter. The portion was very generous and the price-performance ratio was excellent! The lady on the phone was very nice and accommodating to every request. I can't think of anything bad, and we will definitely order again. Keep it up!

We ordered via Lieferando. The steakhouse fries were crispy and golden yellow. The tzatziki was simply amazing. The bifteki was light and seasoned with fresh herbs, and the gyro was super tasty. We'll order from there again and maybe even eat there sometime!

Today we had another delicious meal at Nikolaus Grill. We had a pita gyro (No. 31) and a gyro baked with Metaxas sauce (No. 36). Both were once again very tasty, and the portions were generous. We'd be happy to come back.

Food a clear 10/10 the owner really a kind-hearted lady

The gyro skewer is homemade, and the gyro pita was amazing. The homemade tzatziki and salad weren't cheap—they were fresh and well-made. The fries were golden yellow, fried in fresh oil. A very simple snack of very good quality. I'd be happy to come back to try the other dishes.

A truly recommendable Greek snack bar! I had the whole gyro – the meat was juicy, well-seasoned, and freshly prepared. The portion was more than sufficient, the side dishes were delicious, and the prices were right – good food at a fair price. The staff were very friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for good gyro, this is the place to be. I'll definitely be back!

I was there for the first time today. Pre-ordering worked perfectly. Everything was delicious, especially the gyro. Very friendly owners, they even offered ouzo (not common in snack bars). Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back!!!

We were visiting the Alsdorf animal park and were hungry for gyros afterwards...Google recommended 2 Greek restaurants, we chose the one with the better rating and the food was ssssoooo soooo delicious, the family (operator) was so friendly and really tried hard, warmth and taste/quality was so convincing. We had gyros and hamburgers, both of which we can recommend 110 percent. Would love to come back

Stopped by again with full anticipation as it was always TOP. Unfortunately I didn't know that the owner has changed. The woman, very hardworking and nice. The man, I suspect the owner, was very unfriendly! Quality of food so-so. Unfortunately the meat was far too fatty, for the price I would have liked to have had decent meat without thick pieces of fat!

Small fries with mayo and ketchup cost €4.50 and taste better from the deep fryer at home. Fries with currywurst around 7 euros. Staff also leaves a lot to be desired. Locally clean and well maintained.

We were there before an event and had dinner there with a few colleagues. The welcome was very friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. All the dishes we tried were excellent - especially the gyro plate, which for me is one of the best I've ever had! Everything was freshly prepared, perfectly seasoned and lovingly presented. We would definitely like to come back and can warmly recommend Nikolaus-Grill!

We were greeted very warmly and were able to enjoy incredibly delicious gyros! The tzatziki was also world class! Thank you for your hospitality and the very, very tasty food! Small cute shop. Food is very tasty. Unfortunately a bit expensive, but that applies to all restaurants, snack bars and bistros. Still can't get used to these prices compared to before Corona. Portions are very decent. The food can sometimes be a bit dry (gyros a little darker to slightly burnt, schnitzels can have a little bit of sauce), but that's about it on the negative points. I can only recommend the Nikolaus Grill. In my opinion, the selection of dishes has the right quantity. The staff/owners have always been very friendly. Every now and then there was something free (for larger/more frequent orders, a cola or a glass of ouzo). In my opinion the best Greek snack bar in Alsdorf.

Best gyros in Alsdorf! We regularly pick up food there. Also possible after pre-ordering by telephone. The food is freshly prepared and authentically seasoned. The menu isn't too big, but everything is fresh. The owners are always very friendly. This is a small snack bar with around 4 tables.

The meat was very good, well seasoned and not too fatty. The portion size was good. Delicious fries. Very friendly driver. That definitely wasn't the last time. Highly recommended

Unfortunately, I'm a little disappointed with the taste of the gyro, tzatziki and salad. The meat wasn't seasoned as well as usual. Likewise the tzatziki, which was pretty weak. I was also disappointed with the mixed salad. The honey mustard dressing was unbalanced with both ingredients. Maybe. I had a not so good day. In terms of service, you should be more attentive when the customer places their order. I will definitely order a dish there again and then decide.

Very tasty and plentiful. However, the ambience is not that convincing - it seems rather chaotic (a lot of coming and going). The dishes are really tasty. Tip: ensure more peace and quiet and a little more Greek decoration.

We ordered here yesterday and it was delivered faster than stated by a very friendly driver. The food was warm, the fries weren't soggy and the meat was juicy. The only thing we noticed is that you have to order sauces (tzatziki, etc.) separately, but I don't think that's a bad thing.

We ate here for the first time about 2 months ago and we can say that we really enjoyed it. Everyone is very friendly and attentive. Today we ordered for the second time and had it delivered and we can only say: very tasty, (even the children's portion was very large) it was delivered quickly and again the young man (the son) was very friendly. We can only recommend it

Als ehemalige Alsdorferin war ich heute nochmal zu Besuch in der Heimat. Unseren Mittagssnack haben wir im Nikolausgrill genossen. Das Essen (Gyros Pita und Pommes) war wirklich lecker und die Chefin war überaus gastfreundlich und sympathisch. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und werden beim nächsten Besuch sicherlich wieder den Nikolausgrill aufsuchen. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße aus Linz am Rhein

Besseres Gyros kann man im Kreis Aachen nicht essen. Das Essen ist immer frisch und Lecker und das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Freunde und Familie verweise ich nur noch nach hier.

Durch Lieferando auf den Laden aufmerksam geworden. Waren heute zum ersten Mal vor Ort. Kleiner Laden. Aber alles sauber. Heizung könnte man mal einschalten. War ein bisschen kalt. Das Essen war super lecker. Gyros und Schnitzel beides Top. Werden demnächst öfters vorbei schauen.

Das Essen ist fantastisch, Man schmeckt hier Leidenschaft in dem was gemacht wird. Wenn man Qualität über Quantität setzt ist man hier richtig. Man merkt, dass hier noch alles selbst gemacht wird und frisch ist. Der Service ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Würde mehr als 5 Sterne geben wenn ich könnte.

Sehr freundliches familiäres Restaurant. Aufgrund der Beliebtheit schon mal mit etwas Wartezeit zu rechnen, aber für das Essen ist es wert.
