The cocktails here are great. I particularly liked the Caribbean Summer. But the food here… honestly isn’t the best. My Bolognese tasted floury and not fresh. It's more like they've already been warmed up three times. However, the atmosphere and the guests here are very pleasant. There is a good atmosphere and the staff is super nice and friendly. Because of the food, which unfortunately disappointed me very much, this time only a 3 out of 5. From now on we will probably only come here to drink.

I have rarely experienced such friendly, attentive and relaxed service. Food sufficient and al dente. Mmm, very tasty.

My favorite restaurant in Bielefeld. Whenever I'm in Bielefeld, I always plan to eat at this restaurant. I can highly recommend the pasta Bolognese “Marrakech”! And the homemade lemonades are also very tasty 😋

The Wiener Schnitzel is highly recommended. Service is very attentive and friendly. Deep fried olive sheep cheese balls & bruschetta highly recommended as a starter.

Late in the evening, during dinner, a mouse was spotted scurrying around the restaurant. When this was brought to the waiter's attention, he simply shrugged his shoulders and took no immediate action.

Pizza inedible, dough almost raw, few toppings and everything without seasoning.also dry and tough....cheeky remark from the waitress, that's a matter of taste

Super Bedienung! Freundlich, gut gelaunt und nicht aufdringlich. Außerdem schnelle Bedienung, gute Atmosphäre und große Auswahl verschiedenster Gerichte, mitunter wechselnde Wochengerichte, die es möglich machen immer mal was neues, auch mal ungewöhnlicheres, zu probieren. Sojamilch statt Kuhmilch und ohne Zucker sind auch gar kein Problem. Wochengericht für welches ich mich entschieden habe: Pancakes mit Blaubeerkompott, Kaffeeeis, Schokolade & Krokant. Sehr empfehlenswert. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam, nett und freundlich. Meine Partnerin hat einige Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten. Wir bekamen sofort eine Liste aus der hervorgeht welche Speise was für Inhaltsstoffe hat. Das Essen war sehr schön angerichtet und ausgesprochen lecker. Es war ein richtig schöner Restaurantbesuch

The pizza tasted like it was frozen and then reheated. The ingredients were fresh, but the dough was a disaster. Unfortunately for the price, only 1 star for the food. The service person was very nice.

Eat: Vegan schnitzel with fries. The employee confirmed that the schnitzel is comparable to a finished product from a standard supermarket. Purchase value of the entire dish: ~€2. It is sold for €19.90. Inferior quality for an exorbitantly increased price. The other dishes are fine, although only a few have been tried in the past. Atmosphere: Very pleasant with a great atmosphere. Waitress: Absolutely outstanding. Friendly, understanding and empathetic when dealing with food criticism. Conclusion: The employee could read between the lines that the manager was deliberately intended to collect the profit margin and that customer criticism played no role. 1000% profit margin is a strong piece. As a result, they didn't come with a little something on the house. Customer service could be so easy...

I was there for the first time about 11 years ago and again the day before yesterday. And I still think it's a really nice atmosphere, nice service, the food is great and imaginative. You can get everything there, something for every taste. I used to like going there for breakfast too. So it's nice both in the morning and in the evening. Recommended.

Now I have to adjust my review a bit, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Despite it being super crowded, the staff was very attentive and had everything under control. The food there is always very tasty and seems fresh. You can also sit outside great. It is very cozy and, above all, nice and warm. There is no draft through the double doors, no matter where you sit.

Wir waren zu viert dort. Saßen ziemlich mittig in dem sehr großen Raum/Saal. Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Meine Vorspeise war sehr schmackhaft. Als Hauptspeise hatte ich eine Pizza bestellt. Die Pizzen da werden auf einem länglichen Teller serviert und mehr die Form eines Baguette. Der Teig war hauchdünn, was ich normalerweise sehr mag. ABER er war knüppelhart. Es war nicht möglich, ihn mit dem Messer zu schneiden. Ging einfach nicht durch. Habe versucht ihn zu brechen. Dabei fiel der der Belag runter. Aber der Geschmack war ganz gut. Habe aber nach der Hälfte aufgegeben. Habe das beim Abräumen beanstandet. Mir wurde dann ohne Diskussion ein Nachlass gegeben. Vielleicht ein Einzelfall. Aber Pizza werde ich da nicht mehr bestellen. Evtl Nudeln. Ansonsten ein schönes Ambiente.

Alles top wir waren sehr zufrieden! Ausgefallene Vorspeisen die man unbedingt probiert haben muss vor allem die frittierten Oliven-Feta Bällchen. Das Wiener Schnitzel war ebenfalls top, schön dünn und knusprig. Insgesamt hat uns die Fleischqualität sehr überzeugt. Die Bedienung war auch sehr freundlich :) Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great innovative cuisine, pleasant portions, diverse dishes, a great ambience and very friendly and attentive staff. These attributes embody the non-swimmer! The staff were able to answer questions about all dishes and were always very attentive. A pleasant lunch or dinner is guaranteed here! However, this great restaurant has a problem when it comes to accessibility. A small step at the entrance covers the whole restaurant. Moving around in a wheelchair in a restaurant wouldn't be a problem. The sanitary facilities are not accessible with a wheelchair!

The Wiener Schnitzel was the best thing I've ever eaten. Also the pizza and the lava cake, simply a dream. There was immediately a children's menu with pens for drawing and puzzles. A great restaurant!

Spent a girls' evening in the non-swimmer yesterday. The food was delicious and of good quality. The service was also extremely good, very attentive and friendly. We would love to come back to try out other delicacies there.

Very nice restaurant with really good service staff who are not only nice but also nice to look at. The menu reflects something between fast food and international cuisine, and it definitely fits well 👍 for a student city. The Black Tiger prawns in olive oil with bread are great. I don't really need the hot dog. Maybe I would have tried the sausage ring.

It's not my ambience. Too big, more like a canteen. OK for young people. But that's just my personal feeling. I was invited. The food, in my case the steak, was very good. Definitely enough to fill you up. It didn't take long, but we were there during the week, it probably would have taken longer on the weekend. I also heard only good things from the others (there were 11 of us). Service also great. Very flexible, attentive staff. Felt a little sorry for them because almost everything is served in cast iron pans. They had to drag a lot.

We spent a lovely evening under a huge tree. A warm June evening with delicious pizza and chilled drinks. Nice service. Everything perfect.

Tonight we ate pasta Bolognese, tuna pizza and salad. No comment. Distracted service, dishes that don't match the name they bear and high prices. Soft dough and sweet pizza and not in the shape of a pizza. Salad that wasn't even cut. The pasta and pizza are made in Italy. Only the place where this place is located is nice. For the rest, go eat somewhere else.

Great store with changing weekly offers. Delicious food and delicious cocktails. The service team is uniformly friendly and professional. The ambience impresses with a nice atmosphere inside and a summery terrace outside.

Das Restaurant und sein großer Biergarten haben uns gut gefallen. Die Bedienung war hervorragend, das Essen war okay. Leider nervt das Gepose von einigen Mitbürgern, die glauben, sie könnten mit ihren Cabrios mit lauter Musik und dröhnendem Motor imponieren, indem sie immer wieder stundenlang ums Karrée fahren. Dafür kann das Lokal natürlich nichts, aber vielleicht kann man daran arbeiten, das mit Hilfe der Stadt Bielefeld zu unterbinden .

Very rude staff. The store closes at 1 a.m. and no longer lets customers in at 11:40 p.m. Boss drunk and unresponsive. I would like to give the store 0 stars. So to all non-swimmers, buy water wings.

We visited on a Friday afternoon so it wasn't busy. The service was very friendly. I hadn't yet had my student ID stamped for this semester and was still able to take advantage of the discount - thank you! There was a good selection of vegetarian and vegan options and the food was delicious!

Very tasty food (and portion sizes) at good prices!

Just the name of this restaurant triggered me. That's why I had to eat here. The Wiener Schnitzel - which I ordered - was served with fries, dill-cucumber salad and cranberries. I really can't fault anything here, that's why it's 5 out of 5 stars everywhere.

Das geworbene Lamm zu Ostern war ausverkauft, mittags um 13.00, die männl. Bedienung reicht über die Theke in den Rücken von über 80jährigen die Gläser, bei 3 Pizzen waren der Teig roh, die gingen wieder zurück… das war das schlechteste Geburtstagsessen seit langem - schade!

Die Mittagsangebote sind sehr zu empfehlen und auch genau in der richtigen Größe. Wir haben draußen in der Sonne gesessen.

Mini portions with a maxi price. The service is quite unfriendly and sometimes likes to ignore you. The meal took 45 minutes! Chicken was hardly to be found among the (especially cheap head) lettuce. Ambience loud and hectic like a canteen. Not a place you'd like to return to.

It's been a long time since we went to the non-swimmer on a Saturday evening. It was very crowded, our reserved table was right at the front door, it was drafty, guests were coming and going, it wasn't comfortable to sit there. The music was too loud for our taste (7 p.m.) to have a conversation, so we started shouting. I had a Wiener Schnitzel with fries, the schnitzel was almost black on the bottom, the fries were good. We used to go there often for breakfast, which is unfortunately no longer offered, but it was really good. Next time we'll come when you can sit outside again.

There are specially designated dishes for vegans and vegetarians, with plenty of choice. Student discount included. All in all, it's pretty okay

Super great service, unfortunately the cash register was down for half an hour, but our waitress made up for it with her demeanor. There were 11 of us, we registered as a large group and were asked to send the order by email in advance - the food came very quickly, so it was super organized! A friend came later and when she called, her food was brought to the table almost exactly on time, great! The cocktails were rather “mediocre”, the Capirinia was so strong that we unfortunately couldn’t finish it. The selection of food is great, but the prices are quite high for the portions. All in all, recommended!

The non-swimmer is highly recommended, but we didn't have much luck with the food today. The Thai Mikado dish was served with vegan sticks, which were very tasty, but the dish itself was unfortunately very one-dimensional and has potential for improvement.

Great restaurant! We found the restaurant on Google and headed out. When we got there we had relatively free choice of seating because we ate lunch there on a Monday. The service was very nice and the lemonades were very tasty, especially for the price of €4.50. The pizzas were also very tasty and the price was reasonable. Overall, the non-swimmer was a very cool restaurant that was very well priced. There isn't that much choice of food, but that's adequate for a bistro style restaurant.

Ich habe mich über die Tischreservierung geärgert, hab extra Tage vorher reserviert, als wir ankamen hat man uns erst einen schönen 4er Tisch angeboten, dann als man hörte das wir reserviert haben, einen kleinen 2er in mitten anderer Gäste! Andere Passanten die spontan kamen und nicht reserviert hatten bekamen dann den 4 er Tisch! Verstehe ich nicht so ganz, habe mich darüber sehr geärgert! Der Keller war später dann so freundlich und hat uns einen schöneren Tisch angeboten! Das Essen war ganz ok, die Pizza sehr lecker, der Schinken leider zu hart, der Salat hatte für meinen Geschmack zu viel Dressing! Der Service war wirklich sehr gut und äußerst nett!

This week the two of us were here again after years. Main course with fish from the weekly menu (from February 19, 2024) was quite good. For that 2*. Service normal "German". Small accompaniment (side salad), previously always top for 4.90. Now 5.50, but it felt like only a mini accompaniment, about 10 small leaves of lettuce, small crusty bread with some pesto on it. Apart from dressing, nothing else in/on the salad. Nothing! Unfortunately I have to say that for 5.50 it's still possible! Never again! The store is more likely to be half empty than half full on Wednesday evenings. Why? For me, ambience isn't everything.

I'll put it this way... we had to clean our table ourselves today because we were seated at a dirty/used table and there was no waiter in sight to clean it.

The food and service were great but I found it to be very loud.

Die Bedingung war dermaßen zuvorkommend und aufmerksam- wird immer seltener in der Gastronomie- dass ich sehr gerne öfters mit Freunden kommen werde und empfehle Sie weiter. Essen ist Top und mein Erdbeeredaiquiri war sehr lecker gemixt. Vielen lieben Dank!
