Unfortunately I was served the wrong meat. I ordered chicken but got duck. After I had already spoken to two employees and they were not very helpful, I decided to speak to the third employee about it. I was told that it was chicken even though it was definitely duck, the employees didn't cooperate at all and were rude. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend it and wouldn't come again

We always come here ♥️ This is the best Vietnamese restaurant in all of Hamburg and the surrounding area. Super authentic 💯 and the service is extremely friendly and attentive! You feel super comfortable in this family-run restaurant. Be sure to try the pho and the homemade iced tea 🍲

The food was super tasty and it arrived super quickly! Everyone was very nice and accommodating If you want to eat good phô, this is the place! Everything was very harmonious and you were really full after the meal I left the restaurant more than happy and would recommend everyone to stop by there

I don't go out for Vietnamese food anywhere else in Hamburg than here! It's as authentic as at mom's home. No unnecessary frills, just 100% taste! I can recommend everything especially the Vietnamese spring rolls, Pho Bo, Bun Ca, Bun Cha Hanoi and Bun Bo Hue. For dessert, the coconut dessert Che. Plus, everyone there is always so welcoming! For these reasons, I can with a clear conscience recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes authentic Vietnamese!

I actually tasted the Bun Cha better here than in Hanoi! In addition, the service was very attentive and the food was prepared quickly. I'll definitely come back :)

Very, very tasty, inexpensive and beautifully located in the Levantehaus. Unfortunately, the selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes is quite limited and they are not clearly marked as vegan on the menu. I would like to see more explicitly vegan offerings in the future! Still highly recommended, especially the noodle soup! :)

A great and authentic Vietnamese restaurant in a very good location on Mönchebergstraße. The best thing: on a few days a week, mostly on weekends, there are dishes that are very special and special. Such as bun bo hue, banh cuon or chau long. I've now tried almost all of the other dishes on the regular menu. I can recommend the house soups and specialties to everyone. What should make every heart beat a little faster: They also offer fish sauce! You can always find a place alone or as a couple.

Unfortunately, I have never eaten so badly in a Vietnamese restaurant: meat tough, spices or fresh herbs: none. You can only spice it up with soy sauce and sambal. Interior: standard Asian without any flair. Service: non-binding. Conclusion: Hard to believe that something like this can even survive in a Hamburg arcade with style and flair.

We ended up here by chance, the food, staff and ambience were all very good and relatively cheap. On Sunday the whole of Vietnam was here, like a big family in Hamburg. We'll be back

The soups were really good! They have an english menu which makes it easier because they do not speak much german. The chinese beer was no good (our bad because they have others in the menu) but my iced tea was quite good, much like a lemonade. I ordered the shrimp soup that was a little spicy and sweet at the same time , in a good way. My husband ordered the duck and vegetables soup, not spicy but tasty too. The personnel was very kind and friendly.

I was here with 3 migrant colleagues and we really celebrated it. The one who served us food was really nice, even our Indian guy in the group complimented him the whole time, we were very impressed and the food was nice too.

I would like to thank my Vietnamese friend for being Vietnamese and for allowing me to know Café Su dua. I would like to thank the restaurant for being able to drink the tastiest food here. The waiter is my role model, he changed my life.

Highly recommended! Good food, good staff & pleasant atmosphere. Particular praise goes to the employee Tung, because we were always warmly welcomed and we felt like we were in good hands here. The Vietnamese iced coffee and the Pho soup are definitely something special.

One of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Hamburg. Great home cooked food and really nice service. Also worth mentioning are the specials that are available seasonally and on Fridays/Saturdays - highly recommended (even after over 10 years of regular visits).

Have been eating here for years. Unfortunately, the quality has gradually deteriorated in recent years, and the food, especially the dish "Bún Bò Hue" - noodle soup with beef, is really catastrophic. Service deserves zero stars, we had to order our food ourselves at the counter because the waitresses were chatting away. And we are talking about a restaurant that has existed for over 15 years. Well, briefly about the story - Ngan Tình Restaurant is now history for me/us - never go here again!!!! Luckily there are plenty of other Vietnamese restaurants in Hamburg.

Good food with good service for a good price in Hamburg. The food seems to be without the commonly used flavor enhancers. VERY GOOD ! We'll be back.

Food-wise, bún ngan was really good, and they have a few authentic Vietnamese dishes if you know to ask for them (we had bánh cuốn and chè sương sa). The price I think is quite reasonable considering how much we ordered and the restaurant being so central.

Eat there regularly and have never been disappointed. The Bun Cha is particularly recommended! Food tastes great, value for money is right, service is friendly and attentive. Clear recommendation!

I came here twice during my Hamburg trip and had Pho Ga (chicken Pho), mien ga, and spring rolls. As a Vietnamese I think the resto provided a quite authentic Vietnamese taste. It was a massive bowl of Pho that filled up my stomach. Rolls were crispy, tasty and a bit salty (perhaps adjusted to European taste). I also ordered a cup of ginger lime with honey that cured my itchy throat after a long walk in freezing weather. Price is moderate, but quality and service worth the money. Highly recommend ^^

Prices here are unbeatable. Unfortunately the food is terrible. Fried chicken was so full of bones, cartilage and tendons that there was hardly any meat and we didn't eat it. Mango sauce tasted like it was fresh from the can. Vegetable pho with tofu also tasted like cube broth. There is much better Vietnamese food in the immediate neighborhood just a few minutes' walk away. Too bad.

Unfortunately I cannot share the positive reviews from other guests. Today I ate the lunch menu ("vegetarian spring rolls" as a starter, "crispy chicken with coconut milk and curry" as a main course). The spring rolls were okay, the main course tasted bland like "light food", the sliced ​​meat wasn't crispy apart from the narrow edge. I can't decide whether "curry" meant the small vegetable insert, it also tasted natural. I only ate half of the food and then complained. The waitress who then cleared away listened very friendly, but nothing else happened. A waiter came to pay and didn't say a word about the complaint. I would have expected at least some regret, but actually I would also have been asked whether I would like some tea or dessert as compensation or something similar.

Friendly service and reasonable prices

If I order number 20, get chicken with curry sauce and a tom kha gai soup, that's not ok.! The chicken with peanut sauce (stingy little) was dry. The service was polite, silent and unreasonable. The ambience was loud but okay. The prices are cheap!

Today I was in the mood for Vietnamese cuisine and landed here via Google, also because of the reviews. Very tasty soup Pho Bo Tai Dap 51b, with medium beef. Price-wise, completely okay. The ambience in the dining room was also very good. The restaurant is located in the Levantehaus. I can definitely recommend the restaurant.

Best vietnames cuisine in Germany!

Very disappointing. We were curious how a “Vietnamese” with takeout prices could get such good reviews. Unfortunately, the food was the cheapest convenience food, prepared within five minutes. Typical for lunch break restaurants in the surrounding offices. You wolf down the food and give it five stars... The menu itself contains a mishmash of Thai (coconut curry) and Chinese (sweet and sour) cuisine. Ngan Tinh is probably now called a “Vietnamese restaurant” in order to create a unique selling point. Anyway: The coconut curry is very watery (diluted), no trace of curry flavor. The crispy duck is limp, bland and very manageable. It's a shame, we had promised ourselves a lot more.

The restaurant is a real insider tip for gourmets of Vietnamese cuisine. It is located on the first floor (Levante House). I had a very tasty pho soup and the last time I had such a good one was in Vietnam, Hanoi. I can definitely recommend it. I'll definitely come back.

I was eating the warm chicken rice noodle soup... It made me feel sick... That kind of taste... 🌄🥹 A friend who lived in Hamburg highly recommended it, so I visited it, and it was truly delicious and unforgettable. The cute store view and the red ginseng candy given after payment are one of the pleasant things that make me want to come back to this store! If I lived in Hamburg, I would definitely go there often. I must visit again next time I travel...! ! + Oh, and the store's homemade passion fruit ade was also really delicious. Many ingredients were not fresh. The beansprout was a bit dark and not washed. The wonton meat was hard and seemed not fully warmed up. The spoon got stain, making me worried about the overall hygiene. Also, the staff was not really good with English, not ideal for visitors. Not recommend😕

Quietly located in a passage, you can have a relaxed lunch here: delicious summer and fish rolls, for example. The sugar-free version of the homemade iced tea is highly recommended - very refreshing on a warm summer day! ☀️

Great restaurant, very tasty Vietnamese food in a beautiful Levante house

Incredible experience to enter the empty decorative mall of Levante and find out that this nice Vietnamese restaurant is the only shop open. Escaping the hectic hauptbahnhof sitting in the beautiful indoor terrace eating a refreshing duck pho after a long train ride is something I recommend everyone, especially on a Sunday!

I went there recently with a friend because she was in the mood for Vietnamese again. I had Pho Xao (fried flat rice noodles) and she ordered Mi Vit (noodle soup with duck). I actually don't like eating Vietnamese food out because some of the dishes are made at home and from my own experience I'm very disappointed because you're used to the quality from your own home. However, I was very satisfied and convinced that I could enjoy authentic/traditional Vietnamese again.

The combination of inviting ambience and culinary dishes is always a pleasure to see. This is also rounded off with friendly guest service. Would warmly recommend it to everyone!

I was staying at the HENRI hotel, one street over, and looking for a quick lunch before heading over to Miniatur Wunderland. Saw this place, literally across the road on TripAdvisor, and thought I’d give it a go. Correct choice! Fantastic, fresh, aromatic, tasty Vietnamese food. I ordered the fried spring rolls, Tom Yum soup, and a Vietnamese salad. Some of the best I’ve ever had, and quickly served. I sat “outdoors” (still inside the shopping centre, but light and airy), and had Vietnamese coffee to top it all off, which came with a chocolate. Nice touch. The menu has English translations, and the waiting staff spoke fairly good English. They take card payments, and there’s a toilet for customers through a door (and a veeeeery long corridor) out the back.

Just terrible. I've ordered from Ngan atinh many times, it was very good at the beginning, but this has deteriorated a lot and today was unfortunately the absolute worst food I've eaten. Sorry, but I won't be eating there anymore.

Here you can get authentic Vietnamese food! Especially on weekends, there are typical Vietnamese dishes (Banh Cuon, Bun Bo Hue) that are rarely found in other restaurants. The prices are right. The service is always friendly and the atmosphere is totally relaxed and cozy.

I've probably been eating here for more than 10 years. Grilled fish with Vong leaves is always very delicious, but I was very disappointed because instead of making it in Vietnamese style, it was changed to German style. Fried fish cakes with too much oil and bad seasoning. salad cg so la la. There's really no taste of fish cake with Vong leaves at all. I will still give the restaurant a chance but will not order this dish again. Every time I come here the price goes up a bit, but if it's worth it, it's still okay. ich kann euch das gericht mit der 49 nicht weiter empfehlen. das habe ich all die jahre bestellt und die zubereitung und der geschmack hat mich heute einfach nur enttäuscht. für 13€ portion erwarte ich etwas anderes, dennoch werde ich diesen Laden noch eine weitere Chance geben

It was a rainy day and I was so tired that I wanted something with hot soup, and it was a great choice. I had noodles with delicious broth. I want to eat it again. The shopping mall where the store is located is also cute and has many cute stores.

There is no better Vietnamese than there! It simply tastes authentic and good. The staff are friendly and Polite. I can only recommend the food to everyone :)

Portions, especially the meat portions, are not really big. But the prices are significantly lower than elsewhere (main courses around 12.50). We've eaten there twice and everyone always enjoyed it very much. The restaurant has charm and very, very friendly service staff! A little more difficult to find (1st floor). We will continue to go there.

I've been to a lot of Vietnamese restaurants, and even as an Asian I can only say that the food is brutally bad. The rice wasn't cooked yet, the sweet and sour sauce tasted like gummy bears, the noodle soup had no umami taste and generally completely missed the original taste. But drinks were good.Service was OK. I don't know why this store isn't bankrupt, just a stomach ache afterwards

The restaurant is located on the 1st floor in the Levantehaus. Tables inside and outside, although it is a little louder in the gallery. We were there at 2 p.m. on a Saturday with 6 people and had pre-booked the only round table. The food was good and sufficient, but in my personal opinion it was too tailored to German tastes. There is no comparison to the street kitchens in Vietnam, where it simply tastes better. As a personal recommendation, I can name Nem Ca (No. 9) and Bo Tai Chanh (No. 161) as starters. I had a Pho Bo Hanoi (No.51a) where the broth wasn't strong enough for me. Finally, a warm Vietnamese coffee Ca Pe Hanoi (No. 171), although it tastes better without the sweet condensed milk. In total we had more than 16 different dishes and several drinks for a total price of “only” €164.40. The price/performance ratio is right here. The menu can be downloaded from the website.
