2024: It is not a given that a restaurant will be consistently good over many years. It's delicious every time at New Indian Palace. Feelings of happiness while eating! There is no Indian restaurant far and wide that can compete here! Please definitely try it yourself! 2020 Edit: Consistently very good food! Simply fantastic! It's rare that the food and the quality are always consistently great after a few years. We look forward to this meal every time and it always puts a smile on your face! The various delicacies of the Thali platter - great for anyone who is new to Indian cuisine. There's simply nothing to complain about...and that's why a Christmas party was held here. We come weekly if possible and that's why we really enjoy coming with friends. You can, you must always recommend this restaurant! Great food, very nice service! Always and always happy! 2016: Enjoy the Indian sun You are always greeted with a smile and a friendly hello. An Indian Sun as an aperitif and the evening can begin :-) We have eaten here several times now. Regardless of whether it was fish, meat, vegetarian or a soup - we were never disappointed. The level of spiciness to expect is also described for each dish. But even if it is a little too spicy... with a little raita you can tone it down and give it an additional freshness. We particularly enjoy eating THALI. 3 different dishes each with raita, chapati, rice and salad. At first you might think that you won't get enough of the contents in the small bowls... but you'd be wrong. THALI is also available for 2 people - your palate will jump for joy. It has to be the special spices – you are happy. Finally, a mango cream – amazing. Super delicious! But always too little :-) :-) We will always enjoy eating here again. And again…. and again and again…..

Ordered about 5 times so far. So far I have had gastrointestinal problems three times afterwards. Butter chicken every time. For the last order, the restaurant couldn't distinguish the billing address from the delivery address and delivered it to Munich instead of Zolling... we're really at a loss for words. After almost two hours it was delivered lukewarm and expired and we refused to accept it. No money has been returned yet. We'll stay away from this in the future!!

Food is amazing. The thali is filling for one person with cheaper price. Staff and the owner are very friendly and welcoming.

Great food and warm hospitality of the host makes the restaurant a must-go when you are in Freising. The restaurant is open till late so even if you are driving in from outside, you can always find an open place to wrap up the day. The Indian Veg Thali and Gulab Jamun are perhaps my personal favorite here.

I have visited many Indian restaurants, whether in India, Southeast Asia or Europe. Unfortunately, the visit to the New Indian Palace was disappointing because the food had nothing in common with Indian cuisine. I had ordered Paneer Pakoras as a starter and Paneer Pasanda with rice as my main course. On the house there was a papadam with various (ready-made) sauces that were quite okay. Both dishes I ordered lacked any sophistication and the typical Indian spices that characterize this cuisine. The pakoras were completely tasteless and carelessly served with a few strips of lettuce. The sauce from the Paneer Pasanda tasted so extremely sweet that you couldn't taste the other ingredients, such as tomato-almond cream. The number of paneer pieces was quite manageable. All in all, the papadam was the only thing that had anything to do with Indian cuisine. Maybe I was just unlucky with my selection or had a bad day on the part of the cook. The service was friendly.

The “Indian Palace” in Freising impressed me from the first visit. As soon as you enter the restaurant, you are greeted by a pleasantly warm and exotic scent that immediately makes you want to eat the food. The atmosphere is cozy and traditionally Indian, which immediately creates a feeling of well-being. The menu offers a wide range of authentic Indian dishes - from creamy curries to fresh tandoori specialties and vegetarian options that really suit all tastes. Each dish is perfectly seasoned without the flavors being overpowering. I can particularly recommend the Butter Chicken – tender chicken in a creamy, aromatic sauce that tastes heavenly. The freshly baked naan breads are also a highlight and go perfectly with the rich sauces. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive and always ready to respond to individual requests. You feel welcome and valued – exactly the kind of hospitality that makes all the difference. If you are looking for authentic Indian cuisine that is prepared and served with love, the “Indian Palace Freising” is the right place for you. For me it's definitely the best Indian restaurant in the area - I'll always come back!

The new Indian Palace delivered a fantastic dinner experience for us. We ordered a variety of dishes and sides, and shared them all family style. It was uniformly delicious, i especially liked the chili chicken and the samosas, as well as the generous serving of yogurt sauce to drizzle over everything. The owner was very friendly and chatted with us and made sure our meal was going well. We were looking for somewhere warm and cozy to have a last dinner in Germany with a dear friend, and the New Indian Palace delivered exactly that

Ordered from Indian Palace again today. The typical Indian dishes tasted excellent and were delivered hot. The delivery person was friendly and punctual. Highly recommended.

Ordered chili chicken, butter chicken and mangolassi about an hour ago, the food was ready for pickup within twenty minutes. Super tasty, chili chicken was quite mild (I didn't order it spicy either), the butter chicken was very tender, the sauce was creamy. Additionally, super nice team! My recommendation in Freising :-)

The terrace is also a good option on hot days, but then of course you don't get the great decor inside...

Going to the New Indian Palace is like taking a little trip. Best Indian cuisine (never found better), discreet service in a quiet atmosphere. There is also a beer garden. Better make a reservation... the shop is small but nice... I prefer to eat Thali: three delicious dishes at once! Price/performance is great!🖐

Very Cozy, warm and friendly restaurant. We were greeted with a smile on Sunday late in the night. Such a beautiful family, very kind. The food was very delicious. The owners gave us a special treatment, we felt at home especially far away from Home. The Biriyani was so delicious, The breads were very soft with delicious curries. I am in the Freising area for the first time. I visited 3 Indian restaurants in the area. This is the best in the area. The food is extremely tasty. Very will behaved and courteous staff. The ambience is great and they talk very politely and treat you very well. I recommend to visit this restaurant whole heartedly. Good ambience, delicious food and most important great people.

I've been coming here for years. This is our regular restaurant both for a girls' night out and for ordering something home. The food is always good, the portions are really generous and it's always nice to have a little chat with the owner. The prices are absolutely fair and even if it's difficult, I sometimes try a new dish and haven't been disappointed yet. ;) The dishes have a very good level of spiciness and of course you can always specify if you want something a little different. So: this restaurant can only be recommended!

What a lovely restaurant in all aspects. This is the best Indian food I’ve had in a very long time. The staff are so lovely. We had a wonderful evening and wonderful conversation with the owner. We had two beers, a starter to share, two delicious curries, rice and two cheese naans all for 47€. Thank you for welcoming us so kindly on our first night here. :)
