Delicious food, good selection, nice staff

The atmosphere is very nice, the staff is very nice. Unfortunately, you couldn't really enjoy anything from the buffet because you immediately tasted the flavor enhancers and other additives. Most of it tasted artificial or not homemade. My beef was raw and the liver was not recommended in terms of taste. I was on the verge of not giving it to my children, but decided to because they wanted to try it. The staff once came to our table and advised me not to give my son a sesame ball. Small children shouldn't eat that, was the statement. When I asked why and what was in there, there was no logical answer. To this day I don't know why. On the counters you will find warnings about which preservatives contained in the food could cause harm to children. This immediately gave me the feeling that we were being warned about eating (along the lines: “Eat at your own risk”). My son ate some pasta and then vomited several times that same evening. So far this has never happened after a meal. The only thing that I thought was freshly made were the fried bananas. The star goes to the lovely staff. That was very helpful and loving to our children.

All the food was overcooked, whether it was meat, pasta or cauliflower. The ambience and the taste of the food are worse than in a large canteen. In addition, there is a very unfriendly "boss".... For us it is clear NEVER AGAIN!

The food isn't bad, there's something for everyone. The drinks are served well and the grilled food comes to the table quickly and hot. However, I think for €32 it's no longer worth coming here. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't worth €32 per person.

Well, the world isn't that new: The restaurant is a Chinese food temple, as can now be found in many places: spacious rooms, buffet, Mongolian grill. The atmosphere is a bit like a train station meets canteen - clean and tidy, also discreetly decorated, but not really comfortable. Incidentally, some of the sanitary facilities are in a dilapidated condition. Something urgently needs to happen! There's also a playroom for children under 6, but it's so attractively designed that it could be described as a new Chinese no-child policy. But that's not what the guests come for: they want to eat - and as much as they can at the buffet. In addition, the “Neue Welt” also offers a drinks flat rate. However, as far as I know, this is limited in time, probably to prevent binge drinking. The food itself is quite good, although I always find sushi questionable and the desserts quite boring. The service staff is polite, discreet, but actually not relevant - could be replaced by robots... oh... it already is in some cases 😳 All in all it was pretty good, you can do it again!

Typical atmosphere, very clean, the staff is very friendly. An operating robot drives around and also brings food and drinks. The food offers a large selection of main courses and dessert, we liked it, thank you very much 😊

Good selection of dishes. Great care is taken to ensure that the food is presented in an attractive manner. The service is friendly, but not very attentive when it comes to replenishing drinks. But they're not thirsty ;) They like to go there. Just try it out yourself. Oh yes, there is a playroom for the little ones.

Unfortunately I haven't been here for a long time, but every visit is worth it. As a guest you receive a very friendly welcome, the food (had the really good and very inexpensive buffet) is excellent, I can't complain in the slightest. The atmosphere is extremely cozy and beautifully designed.

Never again! If you choose the All You Can Eat with drinks flat rate and don't drink the glass completely empty, you will be brought to the table and either have to pour the glass down in front of the waitress or pay an extra charge. I can understand when people consume tons of food and drinks and leave everything behind, but not when you drink 2 soft drinks at the flat rate. My companion suddenly wanted to leave and my glass wasn't completely empty, whereupon I was forced to empty the glass immediately or pay while standing in the store. I've never experienced anything so outrageous. The “new world” received a complaint by email months ago, but there was never a response. That was my last visit here.

We ate there today and my daughter had a hair in her food! The service is actually NOT a service! The plates weren't cleared from the table, the food wasn't cooked properly, the tiramisu tasted very old and that's what it looked like, and to top it off, the cook smoked right outside our window in the backyard and vomited on the floor! I mentioned it while paying and the nice lady's answer was "but you're all full, right?" Clearly not recommended

We were a little late around 8:30 p.m The store is supposedly open until 11 p.m. Well Buffe was empty and not refilled The fresh counter was also almost empty and looked very unappetizing. I think that's a disgrace: 3 people with two bottles of water cost 86 euros. At 10 a.m. we were asked if we were ready. I guess they just didn't feel like going on a Friday anymore. Never again do not recommend.

The food is only lukewarm, prawns were mealy, the duck tasted old. Overall the quality of the food is not good. The ambience is quite nice, but everything is only superficially clean. The drink menus stick due to grease deposits. To eat Chinese again, I prefer to go to a Chinese restaurant without a buffet.

Ich hatte keine besonders hohen Erwartungen und selbst diese wurden untertroffen. Es gab Buffet - und bei dem niedrigen Preis darf man sich nicht wundern. Weder über die "Qualität" noch das Klientel und dadurch die Stimmung. Das Essen war eine Mischung aus billigen Fleischresten, die mit ordentlich viel Fleischzartmacher weich geworden sind, xxl panade (oder Teig) und Glutamat en masse. Ich würde da nicht noch einmal freiwillig dorthin gehen. Auf der anderen Seite: Wer einen sehr robusten Magen hat und viel Kalorien für wenig Geld in Kombination mit einer lauten Kantinen-Atmosphäre möchte - wird hier glücklich werden.

The food is delicious 😋. The service is underground. The younger girl stands rooted to the counter, my husband said "like an Asian statue". Nobody cares if you want another drink. The only one who serves somewhat decently is the older of the two women.

Recession ONLY affects the TooGoodToGo offer as I haven't eaten there yet. For 8 euros the portion was reasonable. Unfortunately it's not worth 4 euros in terms of quality, others do it better. What can you do better? Don't pack everything from pork, beef, shrimp, spring rolls, chicken nuggets, cauliflower, rice, pasta into a bowl and pour sauce over it. It looked very unappetizing. Either several containers for the individual components or the customers should take something from the buffet themselves. This makes it look like the restaurant customers' leftover plates were dumped together. In my opinion, a ladle of Peking soup would also be justified given the price.

Sorry, but the food is unreasonable. I am sure that you will be served edible food in the jungle camp. The food isn't even cooked through. If you are traveling with children, the games corner is a laughing stock. Anyone who comes here and spends that much money should run because it's not worth it. We had lunch there yesterday with the family for a lunch buffet. 60 minutes before the end the buffet was already very empty. Some of the food was very poorly seasoned. Not recommendable

The restaurant is very chic. Play area for the children, well... toilets could be better maintained. Staff could be friendlier. When asked, they respond rudely and annoyed. You've never experienced anything like this before. Paid over 192 euros for 5 adults and two children with the supposedly great drinks flat rate. This is usury, far too expensive. The food itself was better too. Lots of choice, but the quality has deteriorated considerably. Not again!!!

We have been to the New World many times and it has always been very good and tasty, but today it was not good. The service left something to be desired today and the food was hardly replenished.

The buffet is really huge and there is something for every taste. It's also nice that you can put together and prepare dishes according to your own taste. The dessert buffet was the highlight for our children. The service is very friendly. The only disadvantage is the noise caused by the many guests, as the restaurant is very large. We will come back in any case!!! Update 07/06/24: We were there again after a long time and very disappointed. The service was friendly, but now to the most important thing, the food: the finished dishes in the buffet were cold and mostly fried so badly that you couldn't even cut them. Didn't work at all. Fresh dishes from the chef tasted more so-so. I had chicken and apparently fish was cooked on the griddle beforehand. Everything tasted slightly fishy. Unfortunately, since I don't like fish, that didn't work at all. Conclusion: As a family of 4, we paid €120 for an all-in flat rate (including drinks flat rate) and never ate or drank for the money. The quality of the food is terrible and there is no atmosphere to speak of. I drank two glasses of red wine at the end to at least take something away from the evening (apart from the nice company at the table 😉) We won't eat there again. Therefore, from our unanimous point of view, no recommendation. A pity!

We were there for lunch, the food was excellent. What we didn't like at all, in the entrance area, is a small fish tank with giant koi carp. That something like that is allowed and it's strange that no one has complained and reported it yet!!!!!! Animal cruelty!!!!!!!! Everyone should try one out 1.5 square meters of space to live in. INCREDIBLE Is just an example: Each 60 cm tall koi should ideally have 1,500 to 2,000 liters available to itself. Larger koi quickly need 10,000 liters. Since koi should always be kept in groups, a pond with this fish stock needs around 20,000 to 40,000 liters.

11.30 a.m.. Opened, were the first ones there.. The meat that was grilled was tough... I would have liked a sweet wine, only dry ones were available. Sweet wine costs extra 🥴 We had the menu for €32 per person. Food and Drink, all inclusive...and then pay extra for lovely wine 🤐Pasta was cold, fruit covered under the chocolate fountain, sorry I mean something different by chocolate...totally watery didn't hold on to the fruit and it melted straight away...That was for us very disappointing... The price is completely overpriced for such a meal! Unfortunately, I couldn't even take a bite of my rice.. before I saw that there was a black, straight hair in my rice.. Recommendation for the cook: hairnet. After seeing that hair, my appetite was completely gone (I haven't eaten anything all day). In addition, none of the service staff even thought to ask if everything was okay. After I almost choked from the contents of the sushi, that would have been appropriate.. Almost €14 for a spoonful of rice and a piece of sushi😂 At least I know for the future that I won't be visiting this restaurant again!

I actually wanted to eat there today. Luckily that didn't happen. An employee from the kitchen was walking around behind the restaurant. Disposable gloves on and cigarette in hand. I found that disgusting. When the man rubbed his nose with his gloved hand, I got a kick out of it and drove again. I don't want to know what happens in the kitchen.

All in all not very pleasant The atmosphere is very loud and hectic. You basically have no peace and quiet because someone is always running around between the tables. The food was not enough for the number of people. At the buffet, I don't expect to stand in line for 30 minutes and then not get anything. The service was only given at your own request. Since the NEUE WELT opened in Bad Waldliesborn, we have often enjoyed eating there. It was always good! Today we wanted to do ourselves a favor and have a nice evening there after a long absence and we were very, very disappointed. There was no longer any trace of service or friendliness. First we had to wait forever until someone told us which table we could take. Then another long wait until someone came to take the order. We didn't choose an all-in drink but individual drinks. No one came to ask us for more drinks the whole evening. We took napkins from the neighboring table. Plates weren't cleared away, so we put them on the empty table next door. The lady who came to clear up later didn't speak our language and couldn't accept our requests. Nobody even came to pay and we had to wait forever until we could pay the bill. The store is simply no longer satisfactory. With the price increase he lost everything that was previously taken for granted!!!! A PITY! 😱

Don't go there because it's misleading. A drink is mandatory at the buffet, then it is never €7.90 but over €10. Just misleading. I'm just saying illegal hidden costs.

I have been to this restaurant very often. But now for the last time. I had reserved a table for Saturday. There was already a long line at the entrance and the lady at the reception said that they had no staff. But the store was packed. No one asked for drinks at the table, so we had to help ourselves. There was only one cook at the buffet who was overwhelmed with an estimated 40 plates. The food came after about 45 minutes with one of these robots that still had dishes for several tables on it. The buffet was no longer refilled around 9 p.m. In the end I had to pay at the counter because no one came to the table. 64 € for two people is quite cheeky. Especially since we were forced to take these drinks flat. Each of us had 2 drinks. That's a disgrace. I can't recommend the restaurant more and will eat somewhere else next time.

This restaurant makes a very clean and well-kept impression. We were allowed to eat here with our dachshunds. The waitress was very friendly when she noticed that the drinks were empty. The plate fairy was very quick. The food was delicious, but unfortunately some of it was only lukewarm, which meant that the duck was very tough. Unfortunately I have to deduct one star here.

Not a word of apology, not a word of regret. For the price of over €30, this is a disgrace! It was definitely the last time I was there!

The food tasted good, there was a bit of everything. Prices are OK, like most other Asian restaurants. Drinks are charged separately. Unfortunately, not everyone on the staff understands German well, so we had a bit of difficulty ordering. It is beautifully decorated and there was enough space. There are parking spaces directly at the restaurant, but the navigation system has problems navigating you there (three cars, same problem).

Leider sehr laut da. Ständig wird Geschirr fallen gelassen Problem, beim aufräumen machen die Mitarbeiter mehr Krach als wo es runtergefallen ist! Sehr schlechtes Ambiente! Eine recht große Auswahl an Eis, jedoch nichts beschriftet! Wollte jetzt nicht mit einem Löffel erst alle Sorten probieren! Dafür einfach zu teuer!!

Immer wieder seit Jahren speisen wir hier gerne. Schmackhaftes Buffet zu seriösen Kursen. So macht Gastronomie Freude.

Waren am Wochenende da um einen Gutschein einzulösen. Der Preis war trotz Gutschein mehr als ungerechtfertigt. Euer Personal absolut unfreundlich, das Essen naja. Das Restaurant selbst gleicht einem Schnellimbiss und die Atmosphäre lädt auch nicht zum Verweilen ein. Schade, dass es in Walibo sonst kaum was gibt, die Leute in dem Ort tun mir leid. Das einzig positive sind eure netten Roboter, welche ihr habt. Von diesen könnt ihr noch viel lernen, was Freundlichkeit und Service angeht. Traurig, aber er war das einzige Highlight. Wir kommen nichtmehr wieder, danke für nichts!

Eigentlich waren wir mit dem Laden ganz zufrieden. Nachdem jedoch mein Sohn und sein Kumpel dort mit einer Fehlberechnung abgezockt worden waren und sämtliche Anfragen dazu abgeblockt wurden haben wir das Restaurant erst mal zwei Jahre gemieden. Heute wollten wir ihm wieder eine Chance geben und hatten extra ein paar Tage vorher angerufen, ob geöffnet ist, was zugesagt wurde. Leider standen wir dann heute vor dem geschlossenen Restaurant und mussten hektisch noch etwas anderes finden. Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht und werde erstmal nicht wieder dort hingehen. Schade drum.

Nicht ganz perfekt, aber ansonsten recht entspannt.

Einmal im Jahr lassen wir es uns hier am zweiten Weihnachtsfeiertag gut gehen. 🎄Bislang verließen wir den Laden immerzu zufrieden mit Preis-Leistung und Ambiente, pappsatt und wunschlos in Sachen Auswahl! ☺️

Immer wieder schön dort. Das Buffet ist reichhaltig und bietet eine große Auswahl sowohl an bereits zubereiteten Speisen, als auch an frischen Zutaten für den mongolischen Grill. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Seit einiger Zeit bringt ein freundlicher Roboter die gegrillten Speisen an den Tisch.

Best asian Happy Hour experience!

Das Essen war sehr gut. Leider hat das Ambiente nichts gemütliches. Ein unentschlossener, teils sehr übertriebener Mix aus bunter, teils sehr kitschiger Hintergrundbeleuchtung, traditioneller chinesischer Dekorationen, modernen Designelementen, gepaart mit dem Charm eines Diners aus den USA. Dazu passen die Roboterkellner die aussehen wie aus einer chinesischen Version der Jetsons (Katze in Plastik) perfekt ins Bild. Als gemütlich würde ich die neue Welt wirklich nicht ansehen. Eher vielleicht als Filmkulisse für einen Neo chinesischen Zukunftsfilm. Wer sowas mag, wird sich da sehr wohlfühlen. Mich z.B. störte die Raumakustik im großen Raum in der Mitte. Auf mich wirkte da alles stillos zusammengewürfelt. Die Idee einer Spieleecke für Kinder ist gut. Hier gibt es sogar einen eigenen Raum direkt in der Nähe einiger Tische. Sehr gut Allerdings ist die Ausstattung eher sehr karg. Ein Spieleteppich, Tisch und Stuhl/ und Spielküche wirken eher wie ein Therapieraum als ein Ort an dem Kinder Spaß haben sollen..... Aber gut dass Kinder das anders sehen...

Wir drei waren mehr als zufrieden, Super lecker. Wenn man in Zukunft auch noch draußen sitzen kann ist das Neue Welt China Restaurant für uns die TOP ADRESSE in unserer Gegend!

Es ist ein sehr schönes Restaurant mit einem tollen Ambiente. Das Essen ist immer frisch und schmeckt gut.

Das Mittagsbuffet sagte uns überhaupt nicht zu. Es sah u. M. nach aus wie vom Vortag übrig geblieben. Es wurde kaum nachgefüllt. Und die Speisen waren daher rasch angebacken, trocken und fade. Geschmeckt hat es uns auch nicht.

Finde 2h sehr knapp wenn man Büffet und Getränke Flaterate bucht. Zumal die benutzten Teller nicht ein einziges mal vom Tisch geräumt wurden. Und das für knapp 32€ pro Person. Also nein danke, Preis Leistung passt nicht
