Nescafé Restaurant in Bad Nauheim

Very friendly, very tasty, would definitely go back again.

We've been living in Bad Nauheim for a few months, and Ducky's has been recommended to us several times. The reason for our first visit to the restaurant was a meeting with American guests. So we made a reservation a few days in advance and were warmly welcomed on the day of our visit. At first, everything was great: menus and drink lists were handed out, and we were asked what we'd like to drink. We first ordered a bottle of water and asked to look at the menu first. After the bottle of water was served, nothing happened for half an hour. We were practically ignored. The three people in charge of service were frantically running back and forth. We also had the impression that other guests had to take action on their own and even got up from their tables to place further orders or pay. The restaurant was busy but far from full. One of the three waitresses spent most of her time at a computer, typing in some kind of input. Unfortunately, the guests were barely taken care of. After waiting over half an hour to place our order, we decided to leave and found another restaurant in Bad Nauheim. Fortunately, there's a good and wide selection of restaurants here. The food served at other tables looked very appetizing. We would have loved to see the quality of the food and drinks for ourselves, but that didn't happen. What a shame. I wonder if anyone from Ducky's will get in touch with us? We left our cell phone number with the reservation.
