I was really excited to try this restaurant. Unfortunately the delivery never arrived due to their courier misreading the address. He called to argue with me for not being outside when he arrived but I told him the address he mentioned wasn't mine. He proceeded to hang up on me without another word only to call back later and tell me he read the address wrong. No apology for the 2 hours I waited, nothing, just an offer to come back with the now 2 hour old food or cancel.

Very tasty main courses, plenty of vegetarian options! The garlic naan bread and the sauces for the papadums were excellent! A visit there is always a special treat for us. (The mixed vegetarian appetizer platter was unfortunately a bit bland in terms of taste, but I have nothing to compare it to.)

First time trying Nepali food and got amazed but the variety, flavors and friendliness here. The manager helped us to pick the menu so we could try a bit of everything. The food is well served and we were very satisfied with sized portions and variety. I’m not vegan but tried some of the many options they have and can definitely recommend - the vegan friends enjoyed a lot. Nice installations, decoration and cleanliness. Payment with card accepted. I will definitely visit again when in the region.

If you're looking for something out of the ordinary, this restaurant is the place to go. The dishes are very similar to Indian food. The service is super friendly, and the prices are unbeatable. A main course costs around €12-18, so you can't complain. They could modernize the ambiance a bit, but you can see that they've certainly renovated the place in recent years.

At first I was a bit shocked by the reviews. However, the one star reviews are very old. Something must have happened here in the last few years and it must have been definitely positive. In my experience, the negative reviews are untenable. I really enjoyed the visit. It's a very nice and small restaurant. I enjoyed the food very much. In my opinion everything was freshly cooked. The meat was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The vegetables were al dente. The Nepalese beer is highly recommended and for people who don't drink alcohol, there are really many great alternatives, e.g. the homemade lemonade. I find the wide variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes impressive. But I can't judge what the quality is. However, you should bring your time. This isn't fast food.

Nice Nepalese restaurant! Went there again for a long time and loved the food. Has really improved. Very tasty authentic cuisine. The dining room is relatively small and therefore usually full, especially on Saturday evenings (reservations recommended).

We had a great evening at Namaste and came across it via Schlemmerblock. The staff is very helpful and friendly (greeting from the kitchen was a refreshing mint drink). Recommendation: Mango lassi, water, curry with lamb and thali veg. Super delicious and lots of food - and we took the rest with us and went for a walk along the Rhine.

The food was cold and definitely not freshly cooked. The lamb was hard and not edible. I'm not a fan of food disposal, but as a restaurant owner you were able to organize things so that nothing was left over. This means customers always get good food. The portions were a bit too small for the price.

Best place for authentic Nepali food. There are many options for vegetarians. Wonderful service by the staff and graciously served the delicious complimentary starter drink and papad. We ordered Chowmin, Momos, and Aloo Chop. It was the best I had in Germany. Would definitely recommend this place.

Delicious Nepalese/Indian with very nice service and really good prices. Unfortunately the ambience is no longer as nice and mostly quite empty. But a really good meal and free papadam as a welcome. Butter chicken, dahl, curries, and many starters were all delicious.

Food was very tasty and pleasantly seasoned. We were asked whether we wanted seasoning for the European palate or typical for the country. The boss, who also does the service, was very accommodating and was happy to provide information about the dishes that were new to us. They try to create a nice atmosphere and it fits. Schöner kulinarischer Ausflug in andere Gefilde!

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis beim Essen stimmte nicht ganz, das Lammfleisch war recht zäh, der Reis lasch.. Die Soße hatte von allem am besten geschmeckt. Die Portionen erscheinen zwar klein sind aber recht sättigend. Bedauerlicherweise ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig; eine verschmutzte Tischdecke und möglicherweise wiederverwendete Dips trübten das Gesamtbild. Die Tee-Kanne wies ebenfalls Unsauberkeiten auf, was Bedenken hinsichtlich der generellen Hygiene in der Küche aufkommen lässt. . Die Bedienung ist dafür sehr freundlich und das Restaurant gemütlich dekoriert. Zusammenfassend würde ich sagen Die Leistung war in Ordnung, aber ich finde, der Preis spiegelt nicht die Qualität wider.

Wir waren sehr begeistert vom leckeren Essen und dem guten Service! Wer etwas tolles und außergewöhnliches sucht sollte dort hin gehen. Sehr leckere Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte, besonders gut für Vegetarier geeignet und vielfältig. Der Tee war ebenso richtig gut. Faire Preise runden einen perfekten Abend ab. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Anfang Oktober waren wir im Kollegen Kreis zum Abendessen im Namaste (die meisten von uns zum ersten mal). Uns allen hat es sehr gut geschmeckt, man hat eine recht große Auswahl an Gerichten und Getränken (Getränke Auswahl mit sehr vielen Exotischen Cocktails/Mixgetränken mit und ohne Alkohol) . Alles hat sehr lecker ausgesehen, man sitzt schön und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend und können das Namaste unbedingt weiter empfehlen.

Has been our go to place for Momos everytime we are driving through Wiesbaden. Lovely staff , good atmosphere and delicious food. The pricing is moderate. Love the steamed Momos, Chicken Sekuwa, & noodles. Can recommend this place any day. Parking is not available. However ample street parking can be found in adjacent streets often.

Tolles Restaurant mit einem wirklich sehr netten Kellner und sehr leckerem Essen! Man kann auswählen welchen Schärfegrad man bei den Speisen gerne hätte und kann fast jedes Gericht auch vegetarisch oder sogar vegan bestellen. Von außen sah es etwas unscheinbar aus, aber lohnt sich wirklich reinzugehen!

Das Brot war sehr lecker (Tandoori), das Gemüse leider ungewürzt. Das Lamm mit Mangosauce war leider zäh, die Sauce schmeckte nach allen nur nicht nach Mango. Die Auberginenmousse war leider keine Mousse sondern eine Art Brunoise (überwürzt). Der Service war aber aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Preise sehr human. Irgendwann geben wir euch aber trotzdem eine zweite Chance da ihr wirklich herzlich seid 🫶

Preis/Leistung stimmt. Zwar teilweise einfach angerichtet aber einfach mal was anderes und echt lecker. Kellner manchmal etwas verpeilt, aber sehr nett und charmant. Deshalb alles in allem 5 Sterne.

Wir hatten ein 6 Gänge Menü über Groupon gebucht. Das erste, was uns bereits gestört hat ist, dass man dafür nur von Di- Do kommen darf und dann nur um 17.45 Uhr 21 Uhr. Was sind das für Zeiten??? Das Restaurant war bis auf zwei weitere Tische leer. Trotzdem haben wir lange warten müssen, bis endlich der 1. Gang: Papadam (dünnes Brot) kam. Erst nach Aufforderung kamen 2 kleine halbgefüllte Schälchen (normal 3) an den Tisch. Gang 2: kam eine geschmacklose, dünne Suppe. Gang 3: frittiertes längliche Kartoffelpüree mit einer der Saucen, die wir schon vorher hatten und 3 Blättchen Salat, der nicht angemacht war. Gang 4 u. 5 !!! waren nicht wie üblich großes Schälchen, sondern kleine Schälchen mit einem sehr wässrigen Gericht.Da noch viel Reis übrig war, habe ich noch nach Sauce gefracht. Bedienung lehnte ab. Also statt werden ist anders. Der 6. Gang war ein warmer sehr übersichtlicher Karottensalat (ein kl. Schälchen, wo man am Büttet sonst Marmelade abfüllt. Trotz der wenigen Leute im Restaurant hat alles sehr lange gedauert. Der anschließende Toilettengang lies auch sehr zu wünschen übrig. Sehr dreckig. Da gehen wir nie wieder hin. Also Werbung war das nicht.:(
