Neo Greek Grill Bar in Pforzheim

A lovely restaurant with excellent service. Nice and quick. The big downside is the speed at which you receive your food. Far too fast.* You'd barely finished your starter before your main course was served. There was simply no room on the table. The choice was to clear the starter or return the main course, but then it would be cold. This is bizarre and very poor. Otherwise, the food and drinks were excellent. *This costs 1 star.

That's incredibly rude! I called the restaurant and they refuse to cancel the order even though they gave the food to the wrong driver and I haven't received it in two hours, and it still won't arrive. They were also incredibly rude and unfriendly on the phone. Thanks for nothing!

The ambiance at Neo is truly beautiful – modern, stylish, and designed with great attention to detail. Especially in summer, the outdoor seating is extremely pleasant and invites you to linger. A major drawback, however, is the noise level inside. Unfortunately, when the restaurant is full, it gets extremely loud. Especially with a larger group (5-6 people), it's almost impossible to have a conversation with everyone at the table. This somewhat spoils the otherwise very pleasant ambiance. The food is generally very tasty. My favorite is the grilled octopus – really well prepared! The lamb skewers were inedible once, but that was rather the exception. The desserts are always a highlight, too. Prices have risen noticeably in recent years and are now in the mid-range. A tip: If you don't want to be served a significantly more expensive wine, you should explicitly order the house wine – otherwise, the bill can quickly add up to a surprisingly high amount. The service is always attentive, friendly, and professional – there's absolutely nothing to complain about. Despite the well-known negative headlines in the past (keyword: "disgusting list"), I still enjoy going to Neo. Overall, it's a highly recommended restaurant with delicious food and a great atmosphere—with minor reservations regarding noise levels and prices.

In the heart of Pforzheim, this is a great place for delicious food, excellent service, and a pleasant atmosphere. I can definitely recommend it.

The food was good, but I don't like Greek cuisine mixed with other cuisines. There's a bit of everything, but nothing truly Greek. The service is okay; the waiters do their job, are quick and polite. The place is well-presented, very clean, and the decor is well-kept, though modest.

Never had a bad meal there, even the fish dishes were excellent. Excellent, professional hospitality.

Great food.....great atmosphere

The food was a 10 out of 10, but unfortunately, I have to deduct the service. We ordered dessert for two people and wanted two spoons with it. We had already mentioned this when ordering, but after the dessert arrived, there was only one spoon, and even after asking the waiter, we didn't get one. The atmosphere is great, we sat right by the window, and the chairs and tables are very comfortable.

A very good Greek restaurant. The food is always excellent, with both meat and fish being delicious. The ambiance is modern, and in the summer you can also sit outside. I occasionally come here with my work colleagues; Neo is also suitable for larger groups. It's well located, right on the market square. Parking is very easy, and access to the parking garage is right next door. Definitely worth a visit! 😊

I've been there four times, and each time I've been disappointed. The food is overpriced and shouldn't be considered restaurant food. Last weekend was the last time I ordered a beef burger with truffle mayo from the special lunch menu. A soggy burger bun with a dry mini frozen patty, some arugula, and a tablespoon of mayo. €11 for this crap. I don't understand the good reviews at all and have already given them four tries, all of which have been disappointing for no good reason, unfortunately! Better go to the Italian restaurant across the street; the food is great there!!!

We visited this restaurant in mid-August! I went there with my family, and my honest opinion is this: the food is delicious, but unfortunately, the waiters are a bit stressed and don't show enough respect for the guests. They can even respond arrogantly, even though the situation isn't dramatic. The atmosphere itself was pleasant. Please pay attention to the bill and check everything you've consumed. I don't often write reviews, but everything was resolved in the end. The owner of the restaurant is a gentleman who knows how to talk to his guests. He apologized and resolved the issue! I'm giving it 4 stars because up to 5 they still need some work!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They asked several times if we needed anything else, and the food was very good and beautifully presented. My favorite? The dessert. I love a good galaktoboureko, a memory from my childhood. This one was truly delicious. I've only ever known the warm version. Here they serve it chilled with a scoop of ice cream. I visited there twice on a business trip. While Pforzheim isn't exactly a tourist magnet, I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. The meat and fish were of very good quality.
