Prices increased again for the second time this year

Very courteous service, the food was delivered very quickly after ordering and of course it was very tasty. Everything just fits.

Never again !!!!! FOOD POISONING Yesterday I was in Neo and ate lamb shank in red wine and stuffed zucchini... strangely enough, the food was ready after 5 minutes!!! In the evening then a bloated stomach and nausea, vomiting, fever and body aches!!! My cousin had exactly the same thing except that she had diarrhea... this was immediately reported to the health department because I had to go to the hospital because of my high fever and circulatory problems...!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We love coming to this restaurant, we have never experienced bad service or had bad food in all our visits. On the contrary: the service here is always attentive and the food is always delicious. Price/performance is absolutely right here and the ambience - especially outside in the summer of course - is also great.

It's been a long time since we were here today and we were shocked at the prices of €17.90 for gyros. The fun ends if you're on the Pforzheim disgusting list. Maybe you shouldn't be so bigoted.

Today we went to NEO very spontaneously and ate there. From the service to the food and the ambience, everything was perfect! We had a salad and souvlakia with rosemary potatoes, both very tasty and authentically Greek - and prepared quickly, despite the fact that it was very busy. I would particularly like to highlight the blonde young lady who served us. She was incredibly friendly and personable, she even gave us extra bread to dip with the house's own olive oil because we thought it was so delicious! :) We also took a bottle with us. The NEO still has good service and customer friendliness. Thanks for the nice end to Sunday! 🙏🏼

Such a beautiful restaurant with a great outdoor area, we are absolutely thrilled. This restaurant offers the best Greek cuisine we have ever tasted. We recommend it without reservation. Both the starters and the main courses were of outstanding quality and also extremely visually appealing. Particularly noteworthy is Lukas, our waiter, who was incredibly friendly and raised the service to a level that we have missed in Stuttgart and the surrounding area for years. This restaurant deserves 5 stars from us.

The staff is very nice. Food is super delicious. I had the feta-filled minced steak with the fries, highly recommended. Everything fresh and delicious. Unfortunately, I didn't really like the raspberry mojito, it was a bit too bitter for me.

Update June 22, 2024: Unfortunately, the prices are so exorbitant that the visit is no longer fun. I'm definitely willing to pay for good quality, but for me personally that borders on being a rip-off. Why does even a normal piece of moussaka cost almost €20? I personally don't find other dishes to be a good price/performance ratio either.

I felt sick after eating and so did my girlfriend. She later told me that the restaurant had already landed on the disgusting list. In the evening I actually found the food delicious, I had mousakas and my friend had chicken skewers. We actually wanted to go again because it was nice to sit outside. The prices are a little higher.

I really liked the interior design with an industrial look with lots of wood and modern green. The food (lamb shank with red wine jus and eggplant) was the best thing I've eaten in years! Very cozy atmosphere in the center of Pforzheim. We spontaneously got a table for three people, even though it was very busy. The service was very quick, professional and friendly. The taste of the dishes impressed us all. Thank you for the pleasant evening.

We were completely satisfied. The restaurant is nicely decorated. The food is typically Greek, well prepared, plentiful and tasty. The toilets are clean and educational - educational? - yes, there is a Greek course alongside music. Very nice idea. But I would particularly like to mention the staff. I love it when I feel like a welcome guest. Find out for yourself - you won't regret it.

I had dinner there with my friends and it was a very pleasant evening in a beautiful and very cozy atmosphere full of candlelight, I felt very comfortable. Disappointing service and misleading payment practices at Neo Greek, Rastatt On February 25th, 2024 we visited the Neo Greek restaurant in Rastatt, hoping for a pleasant dinner. Unfortunately, the evening turned into a chain of frustrations. Our table was reserved for 7:00 p.m., but the starters didn't arrive until an hour later. The waiting time between starter and main course was also over 90 minutes. After asking politely twice, we received a snippy response from the service staff that the restaurant was full and all guests had to wait - without any apology. When the food was served it felt like it was "thrown" at us, which happened around 9:00 p.m. The owner later apologized and offered free drinks, which we declined as our feedback wasn't up for it a free offer was motivated. When checking out, we discovered another disappointment: the card payment was set to default to a large tip, with no visible option to skip. As a result, I unknowingly paid around €30 in tips for the terrible service. We didn't receive the detailed receipt until after we had paid - too late to realize that we had still been charged for the food we hadn't received! Finally, the food was far from what you would expect from a Greek inn, both in quality and taste. I really can't understand the good reviews here. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant due to the poor service, misleading payment practices and the lack of taste of the food!

Wir wurden von Anfang an (tel. Reservierung) äusserst freundlich behandelt. Es war unserer erster Besuch und ein Volltreffer. Alle 13 aus der Gruppe waren sehr zufrieden von der tollen Bedienung, dem Ambiente und der wirklich guten Küche. Eine Kombination die leider selten genug ist bei den „Griechen“. Wenn wir mal wieder in der Gegend sind, werden wir das Restaurant sicher auch wieder besuchen.

Food was very tasty, but service staff were absolutely listless, something was constantly forgotten and people sat in front of empty glasses while eating. Cleanliness could also be a little better.

My food was undercooked and when the waiter came he noticed my uneaten meat. Asked if he should pack it for me, I said no thanks! He asked if it had been too much... because there was still all the meat on the plate, I said: no, it wasn't cooked through. Plates were cleared away. Topic closed 😀. I thought when I asked for the bill that he would say something again or he wouldn't charge me for my meal. Nope. Was now the 2nd visit there. The first time was a similar case, as they probably used a contact grill. If the meat is great on the outside, it's not cooked through on the inside. The first time, however, I got a new portion. Was definitely the last visit.

Leckeres Essen, schlechte Service, falsche Bestellungen zugestellt, fettige Tellern

Gutes Essen, und schnell serviert. Leider hatte ich keine Zeit für ein gemütliches Mittagessen, aber in der Eile hat alles gut und schnell funktioniert, und sehr gut geschmeckt! Meinen Allergien wurde Rechnung getragen, wenn auch erst nach Reklamation, aber es ging dann.

Die Steakplatte und die Ofenkartoffel haben Fantastisch geschmeckt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich Wir kommen gerne wieder. Alles top 👍

What an amazing place to be!! I visited this place not a long time a ago and I expirenced on of the best service and food. The staff was lovely, especially Marios, looking after us. We weren't sure what to order and we just followed his recommendations and as we expected was amazing. Ask for Marios if you vist this place. Overall highly recommend.

War heute zum späten Weihnachtsessen in großer Runde im Neo und ich war zufrieden. Die Vorspeisenplatte für alle war ein gelungener griechischer Ausflug und auch mein Bifteki konnte überzeugen. Der Service war auch im vollen Lokal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, gerne wieder.

Zuerst möchte ich kurz auf die Rezension von "CC Zeng" eingehen: Ja, das Restaurant wurde auf der Liste vom Gesundheitsamt gelistet, jedoch weiß ich, dass die Fehler zu 100% Prozent behoben sind. Ich bin ein Dauergast im Neo , und ich konnte mich persönlich davon überzeugen, dass alles in Ordnung ist, was die Hygiene, Lagerung, etc. betrifft! CC Zeng behauptet, dass gesagt wurde, die Getränke sind beim Mittagstisch umsonst. Das kann nur ein Missverständnis mit der Kommunikation gewesen sein, und außerdem ist auf der Mittagskarte ganz klar beschrieben, dass für 1,50 Euro extra ein Espresso und ein Beilagensalat inklusive ist, was ich persönlich super finde. Der Betreiber des Restaurants hat dies versucht zu erklären, jedoch war die Reaktion dieser Gäste leider nicht einsichtig. Ich kenne alle Mitarbeiter, Mitarbeiterinnen und den Chef persönlich, und ich kann mit gutem Gewissen sagen, dass hier alle ihren Job wirklich super machen, was auch den Respekt gegenüber den Gästen angeht. Ich möchte auch noch anmerken, dass beschlossen wurde, im Januar noch zusätzliche Renovierungen, auch in der Küche , vorgenommen werden, um auch zukünftig auf hohem Niveau die Gäste Willkommen zu heißen. Fazit: Ich kann dieses Restaurant auf jeden Fall empfehlen, ob es um den Service geht, Ambiente und auch dem Streben in Zukunft ein hohes Level zu halten. Macht weiter so!!!

Waren gestern Abend im Neo, wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend, Ausgezeichnetes Essen sehr sehr lecker, Service sehr freundlich, alles ging recht flott obwohl voll war wir können es nur empfehlen 👍👍👍

Das Essen war in Ordnung - einen Abzug gibt es allerdings für den Platz des Restaurants auf der "Ekelliste" des Gesundheitsamtes. Einen großen Abzug gibt es für den Service. Obwohl der Kellner im Voraus, auch auf Nachfrage, garantiert hatte, die Getränke seien im Mittagsmenü preislich enthalten, wurden diese abgerechnet. Auf Nachfrage beim Chef, wie das denn sein könne, kam dann keine Entschuldigung - stattdessen der Vorwurf, wir hätten den Kellner nur missverstanden und es sei "dreist", Geld zurückzuverlangen. Angebliche Missverständnisse zum Nachteil des Kunden auszulegen, ist nicht nur respektlos gegenüber den Kunden, sondern auch unredlich. Eine Schulung des Personals (und des Chefs) zwecks freundlichen und respektvollen Umgangs wäre eine gute Idee. Dafür bräuchte es allerdings eine Fehlerkultur in diesem Restaurant, die offensichtlich nicht besteht. Kurz: gehen Sie lieber in ein anderes Restaurant in Pforzheim. Es gibt genug, die einen besseren Service anbieten.

Die Fehler wurden ja behoben! Man kann auf jeden Fall, guten Gewissens dort Essen gehen! Der Service ist sehr freundlich.

Sehr gutes Essen zu einem tollen Ambiente. Gehe gerne dort hin, ist leider immer Recht voll dort. Sehr zufrieden mit dem Service und mit dem Essen.
