Well, I almost drove past it!. Heard that you can eat very well there, just like your mother's! I wanted to try it out and drove to the yard. By the way, there are a lot of parking spaces here! Purely in the house, which is almost hidden by trees and bushes. But inside the furniture is very cozy and comfortable. As for the food, it was just great what was put on the table, everything pleased my taste buds 💯%. Here something inconspicuous has become something great in terms of tasty dishes. My recommendation:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Stars and you’re welcome!

Once again, since we haven't been there for a few months, we're having dinner at the Naturfreundehaus. A new menu, new service, and the annex is TOP newly furnished. After a short while the drinks we ordered arrive and the food is ordered. After about 30 minutes, the dishes arrive. Beautifully prepared and, as usual, tasty. We are satisfied. We felt comfortable and will definitely come back. Otherwise, the price-performance ratio has not changed.

We were there in a group of around 30 people, and the food was clearly excellent! But shortly after dessert you were basically startled and asked to leave the hall with the company, which was not discussed before when reservations were made. The next statement will come in 15 minutes! So the ceremony (baptism) dampened the mood a little. It's a real shame that communication should have been better.

I've always been able to eat very well here. The dishes taste delicious and the staff is friendly and attentive. The meat and side dishes are of good quality and well prepared. This time I had Frankfurt green sauce with boiled beef and fried potatoes: I could have fallen for the green sauce. The boiled beef was a poem and beautifully tender. For the side dish I chose the fried potatoes. They were just the way I like them, nice with a fried crust, just right and well seasoned. I can also only recommend the Argentinian steak, the Gordon Bleu and the side salad. What I thought was great, even though the restaurant was full, the staff remained friendly and attentive throughout and the food was served at the same time. We were able to eat together that way. We were 9 people. The waiting time was normal - it worked out well. The atmosphere is cozy and I like the front and back areas. The price-performance ratio is perfect. I can recommend the Naturfreundehaus with a clear conscience! It makes sense to reserve in advance. Due to the good experience so far, our “Frankfurt” excursion day ended with culinary delights here. We came here from the Karlsruhe area.

Had lunch today for two at the Naturfreunde Haus. As a greeting from the kitchen there was a very tasty spinach soup. For the main course we ordered meatloaf with fried eggs and fried potatoes and fish fillet on ram vegetables with potatoes. Both dishes tasted average. The service was friendly and the atmosphere in the garden was pleasant. If your expectations aren't too high, you can have a "good home-style" meal here.

We celebrated our wedding here last weekend with 100 people. The ambience outside in the garden is beautifully green in summer. The food was excellent, from the finger food at the champagne reception to the grill menu with numerous salads and side dishes. All guests were completely satisfied. The service was also very well received by our guests. The service was repeatedly praised for how friendly and attentive all requests were received and implemented. A big thank you for that! It was a wonderful celebration and the best day of our lives. Thank you for contributing.

Actually, but unfortunately......... How do I ruin my daughter's first communion celebration? You order the winter garden in the Naturfreundehaus for around 25 people, make a starter platter, including things that are suitable for children, vegetarians and vegans. With a champagne reception and food from the menu. We had discussed all of this 14 days beforehand. We were even called 2 days in advance to ask if we would like to use the garden. Everything was very nice, accommodating and polite. However, we didn't get to see the boss... The anticipation was great... So yesterday we came with our company at 12:30 p.m. and experienced a slap in the face.... There was suddenly a small Mother's Day menu there with inflated prices, the champagne wasn't particularly good, the appetizer platter wasn't as discussed (not for... Vegan and not for the children either), according to the staff the boss decided this. The quality wasn't great either. The boss didn't show up when we complained. The Mother's Day menu had one dish for vegetarians and nothing except fries for vegans. The staff showed as much attitude as possible and remained relatively friendly, as did we. The boss continued to be conspicuous by his absence. We were about to leave, but what do you want to do when you have guests from all over Germany... Somehow almost everyone found something, but more bad than good, good face for evil... .Quality was also rather mediocre... I had to make a deduction here because the boss is an absolutely unfriendly person and handles the situation of a supposed wrong order/complaint worse than a beginner/apprentice. Yelling loudly (with the guests and in front of children). I wish his staff treats you better. Food top. Kudos to the chef. But that was the first and last time. Because you spend the whole day messing up and paying a lot of money for it. Too bad. Boss 👎👎👎👎👎

Were there today in a larger company. There was a mix up in the order. This could have been clarified without any problems without the “boss”. He came rushing in and shouted in front of all the guests on the terrace. This behavior was very unpleasant not only for us but also for all other guests. We asked him several times for a normal tone. We also made him aware that we are guests and want to be treated as such. It didn't bother him that there were children sitting at the table who didn't know such behavior at home. Unfortunately, the boss didn't notice that all the guests on the terrace were very upset about his inappropriate behavior. It's very sad when guests have to ask for decent behavior. I was wondering if the gentleman is having a bad day or a bad nursery or maybe he is just dissatisfied with himself? After the waitress apologized for her boss's unpleasant behavior, it was clear that he not only treated his guests this way, but also his employees. Very unfortunate. My side dishes were missing. I didn't dare not ask for this. Otherwise the gentleman would have completely freaked out. We won't see us again. The children were afraid, we and all the guests found this behavior simply unpleasant and completely inappropriate. The food was good and the service was very nice. It's a shame that the boss is badmouthing his own company because of his lack of decency.

A very nice place to eat. The food tastes great. Unfortunately we were eating with a group on Easter Sunday. There was no regular menu that everyone was looking forward to. There was a Din A4 page on the table as an Easter card, which was not referenced on the homepage. Unfortunately the selection is very limited, including very limited vegetarian food and completely overpriced in contrast to other places where there is a variety of options at real prices. We will no longer eat here on public holidays.

Am Tisch zerlegt und serviert bekommen. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung. Dazu die passenden Getränke. Großes Wohlfühlpotenzial, mal wieder ein schöner, genussvoller Abend.

Tolle Location, quasi mitten im Wald... Essen hat gut geschmeckt. Wobei die Preise grenzwertig sind. Beilagen werden extra verrechnet, das muss nicht sein. Sehr freundliches Personal. Parkplätze in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Tagessuppe gab's gratis.

I visited with a large group from work. The staff were well prepared to take car of our group and offered advice on their most popular meals. I had a schnitzel accompanied by potatoes and soup. The room had windows looking out to a green yard. We enjoyed our dinner and time at this restaurant.

Sehr schönes Restraunt mit super leckerem Essen für faire Preise und sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Lage ist Perfekt, es gibt Parkplätze direkt am Restaurant und auf der Straße. Räume sind sehr schön eingerichtet und das verleiht sehr angenehme Atmosphäre beim Essen. Essens sowie Getränkeauswahl ist groß. Nur weiter zu empfehlen.

Die Bedienung hatte Streckenweise arge Verständnisprobleme, das nahezu zu jedem Gericht noch die Beilagen bestellt werden müssen treibt den Preis für die Speisen schnell nach oben. Das Essen selbst war gut.

Ich habe lange mit mir gerungen diese Rezension zu schreiben. Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht. Nach einem Jahr haben wir uns entschlossen mal wieder etwas vom Naturfreundehaus für zuhause zu holen. Beim anrufen die große Enttäuschung! Keine Knoblauchrrahmsoße. Dann kriegt man gesagt man müsse jede Komponente EINZELN bestellen. Also entschuldigt bitte. In jedem Restaurant hat ein Gericht zumindest eine Beilage wie Pommes? Ich bestelle doch nicht nur ein Stück Fleisch. Naja pro Beilage sind das dann nochmal fast 5€ zusätzlich zum 14€ Fleisch. Wir haben also MEHR als 20€ pro Gericht gezahlt. Meiner Meinung nach absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und auch die Mitarbeiter sind nett aber dieses Konzept ist wirklich komisch. Wir werden definitiv nichts mehr dort essen oder zum mitnehmen bestellen. Es lohnt sich für uns als Familie einfach nicht knapp 70€ für 2 Hauptgerichte mit Beilagen und bisschen Brot auszugeben. Der Punkt, das man weniger Lebensmittel weg wirft ist verständlich allerdings kann man doch auch Dinge abbestellen? Irgendwie schade. Naja man muss nicht alles verstehen.

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern) waren spontan am Samstagabend im Naturfreundehaus. Glücklicherweise gab es auch noch freie Tische. Wir saßen im Wintergarten. Dort war es sehr gemütlich. Die Bedienung war ausgesprochen freundlich. Das Essen hat allen sehr gut geschmeckt. Absolute Weiterempfehlung.

Das Naturfreundehaus bietet neben gut bürgerlicher Küche auch leichte Gerichte wie zB. Flammkuchen und unterschiedliche Salate an. Das Essen war lecker und kam ohne langes Warten. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich.

Das Essen war gut. Da verschiedenes Personal die Bestellungen aufgenommen hatten wurde die Vorspeise komplett vergessen. Kaffee und Eis hat beinahe länger gedauert als die Hauptspeise.

Familienbetrieb, nettes Service was sehr freundlich jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Gutes frisch zubereiteten Essen. Abwechslungsreicher Mittagstisch. Gute Hessische/ Frankfurter geprägte und herzhafte Küche. Hier findet jeder Gast etwas leckeres zu Essen auch Vegetarier, sehr zu empfehlen, im Sommer im Biergarten und altem Baumbestand oder auch drinnen in der gemütlichen Gaststube.

Die Homepage-Speisekarte des Naturfreundehauses zeigt Hauptgerichte mit Beilagen als Gesamtpreise. Vor Ort hat die Speisekarte die Hauptgerichte ohne jegliche Beilage ausgewiesen. Wer kommt auf die Idee, das bei Schweinebäckchen in Rotweinsosse keine Beilagen vorgesehen sind bzw. extra bestellt und bezahlt werden müssen. So etwas kennen wir nur aus Steakhäusern. Tatsächlich haben wir 15 Euro mehr bezahlt und der Besitzer hat auf die Reklamation nicht reagiert. Da nützt auch das nicht bestellte wässrige Süppchen nichts und Bratkartoffeln braten müsste noch geübt werden. So ein "bodenständiges" Naturfreundehaus haben wir bislang noch nicht kennengelernt, zumindest wären wir gerne über diese Spezialspeisekarte vom Service informiert worden. Weiterhin frohes Schaffen!

Liegt zwar mitten in einem Wohnviertel ist aber trotzdem ruhig mit viel Grün drumherum. Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, essen ist reichlich, gut und die Preise sind erträglich.

Wir waren zu Mittag da. Die Karte hat mich sehr überrascht. Man kann nur ein schnitzel mit Soße bestellen. Fantastisch, da ich meistens die beilage gar nicht schaffe. Es war sehr sehr lecker und ging auch flott, trotz vollem garten. Dementsprechend war der service leider ein wenig gestresst. Aber tortzallen: super - gerne wieder!

Wir waren heute im Naturfreundehaus essen und waren sehr zufrieden nette Bedienung gutes Essen immer wieder ein Besuch wert.

Wir hatte am Sonntag abend eine herrliche Gans genossen, saftig und butterzart. Dazu sehr leckere Klöße, besser können sie auch in Thüringen nicht sein. Die Gans wurde perfekt am Tisch tranchiert und auch noch das Restfleisch von der Karkasse wurde uns gebracht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Bewertung: Tisch wurde draussen im Wintergartenzelt reserviert,bestätigt und war eingedeckt mit Besteck,nett Decken bereit und Heizstrahler. Personal verweigerte die zugesagte Bedienung draussen,selbst ein Angebot ,Speisen und Getränke selbst drinnen abzuholen. Völlig unflexibel!!! Fenster drinnen durften nicht geöffnet werden,dafür wurden noch Stammgäste vom Personal animiert. Das Essen Mittelklasse mit Tütensosse,Beilagen wurden zu den Hauptgerichten angeboten,später teuer separat auf die Rechnung gesetzt,bei den Weinen,trotz anderer Bestellung,der teuerste in Rechnung gestellt. Kurz unflexibel Personal und ziemliche Abzocke. Nicht zu empfehlen!! Schade,nette Lokalität!Die Restaurants am Opernplatz servieren gerne ihren Gästen im sogar offenen Zelt!!!

Das Ambiente ist sehr schön, gemütlich und ordentlich, allerdings ist das Essen nicht sehr gut gewesen. Anstatt Salat mit Ziegenkäse wurde ein Salat mit Hähnchen an den Tisch gebracht, nach Reklamation erhielten wir einen ziemlich kalten Salat mit einem großen Anteil an Krautsalat der so in dem Ausmaß bei einem „Gartensalat“ nicht erwartet wurde. Das Dressing war ziemlich säuerlich und es lag nahe, dass es sich hierbei nur um die Sauce des Krautsalates gehandelt hat. Das Steak war innen roh und keinesfalls Medium. Essen reklamiert und das gleiche Stück Steak wieder bekommen diesmal allerdings Medium - der Geschmack war jedoch nicht sehr gut, eventuell lag es daran dass das gleiche Stück Fleisch wieder gegrillt wurde, was ich so auch nur selten erlebt habe - wir werden leider nicht mehr wiederkommen.

Typisch deutsche Küche in rustikalem Ambiente. Große Auswahl an Klassikern, sehr fleischlastig. War dieses Mal etwas enttäuscht weil dienSoße etwas maggihaftes hatte. Fleisch und Salat waren gut.
