Naturfreundehaus Jungbrunnen in Rottweil

Very pleasant restaurant in the forest. Parking is also available, but it is much more worth hiking there. The atmosphere is very calm thanks to the forest.

We wanted to eat sausage there with our grandchildren on May 1st and take part in face painting. We got there pretty exhausted at 3 p.m., then the woman doing the face painting told my 4-year-old granddaughter that she was only booked until 3 p.m. and was unfortunately already packing up. My granddaughter was very sad and immediately started crying. The woman continued to pack up and leave. The grandson, who came along with my wife shortly afterwards, was also very sad. When it became clear that there was no longer any grilled/red sausage available because it was already sold out, the mood was at rock bottom. Unfortunately, no ice cream was sold and so I had no choice but to walk the 4 km back to Göllsdorf, quickly get the car and eat with the grandchildren somewhere else what we had hoped for at the Gasthaus Jungbrunnen. Too bad.
