Naturfreundehaus in Haßloch

Wir waren im Naturfreundehaus Haßloch, nachdem es uns online empfohlen wurde. Insgesamt war unser Eindruck eher gemischt. Preislich ist das Angebot auf jeden Fall in Ordnung, allerdings sollte man keine besonders großen Portionen erwarten. Für den günstigen Preis bekommt man normale Portionen, die satt machen können, aber nichts Außergewöhnliches sind. Hier gilt Selbstbedienung. Das bedeutet, dass man zur Theke gehen, dort bestellen, direkt bar bezahlen und anschließend Speisen und Getränke selbst abholen muss. Danach bringt man alles eigenständig zum Tisch. Das ist grundsätzlich kein Problem, sollte aber vorher bekannt sein, da man dadurch nicht den üblichen Restaurantservice bekommt. Geschmacklich war das Essen okay, aber für uns kein besonderes Highlight. Das Personal wirkte während unseres Besuchs eher ernst und zurückhaltend. Dadurch entstand leider nicht das Gefühl, besonders herzlich willkommen zu sein. Ein freundlicherer Umgang oder ein kleines Lächeln hätten den Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gemacht. Positiv sind die fairen Preise und die unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Wer eine einfache, bodenständige Mahlzeit ohne großen Service sucht, kann hier durchaus zufrieden sein. Die Lage und das rustikale Umfeld passen gut zum Konzept. Unsere Erwartungen aufgrund der guten Online-Empfehlung waren jedoch etwas höher. Insgesamt war es in Ordnung, aber wir würden den Besuch eher als durchschnittlich bewerten.

Uriges Naturfreundehaus mit leckerem Essen. Schön am Waldrand gelegen. Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen und drinnen. Aber nur innen gibt es Bedienung. Wer außen sitzt, muss drinnen bestellen und selbst abholen und auch gleich bezahlen. Zum Abholen des Essen bekommt man einen Pieper mit. Piepst dieser, dann darf man das Essen abholen und genießen. Ist absolut ein Besuch wert, wenn man in der Nähe ist.

Freundliches Personal, saubere Toiletten,großer Biergarten der nach meiner Meinung verschönert werden könnte ,einfach die Tische anders platzieren,die Pflanzen etwas zurecht schneiden neue Pflanzen.Preisleistung ist voll ok.

Freundlich und essen ist richtig gut

Wir sind heute extra zum Schnitzelessen hergefahren, doch dort angekommen wurde uns mitgeteilt, dem Koch sei zu heiß zum Kochen (kalte Küche, Flammkuchen hätte es immerhin gegeben). Ja, es ist heiß, trotzdem ein absolutes No-Go.

Essen: Naja, geht so. Das Personal ist nicht freundlich. Auf anständige Fragen bekommt man patzige Antworten.

Wir wollten nach dem Gassi gehen gerne noch was trinken. Der Sitzbereich draußen ist sehr schön. Es ging sehr zügig. Auch mit Hund kann man draußen wunderbar sitzen.

Essen ist sehr lecker. Der Salat schmeckt sehr gut. Freundliche Menschen im Service. 🙂 Die Kinder sind beschäftigt und können rennen. Immer wieder schön.

Tolles (Wald-/Wander)-Restaurant mit Top Preis/-Leisungs Verhältnis. Das Essen ist echt lecker und die Portion sind sehr gut. Ich bin hier sehr gerne mit der Familie

Immer wieder gut. Leckeres Ess en zu erschwinglichen Preisen. Super Anfangs- oder Endpunkt von Wanderung entlang des sehr schön renaturierten Rehbaches.

Das Schnitzel war schrecklich.Der Service war sehr unhöflich. einmal und nie wieder…

So ein schlechtes Schnitzel habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gegessen.. in die Fritteuse rein geschmissen und doppelt erwärmt. Hat nur nach Fett geschmeckt.. ekelhaft Die Spätzle, wenn man das so nennen darf, ekelhaft 🤮 nach altem Fett mit Butter geschmeckt Pfui Nie wieder

Essen war grundsätzlich ganz gut, allerdings hatte ich leider ein Haar im Gericht – das geht gar nicht. Der Wirt war zudem sehr unfreundlich und wirkte, als hätte er selbst einiges getrunken. Insgesamt daher keine angenehme Erfahrung.

Preis Leistung stimmt, große Portionen, man kann aber auch eine kleine bestellen. Immer wieder gerne.

Sehr leckeres Tagesessen! Der Salat war frisch und knackig, das Dressing hervorragend abgestimmt. Der Chef war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Übersichtliche Speisekarte, verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten (drinnen, draußen, im Zelt), sehr saubere Toiletten, freundliches Personal. Positive Kritik: vielleicht ein bisschen zu warm im Innenbereich 😉 Nur Barzahlung möglich.

Einfache Gaststätte ohne Ambiente. Viel Platz im Außenbereich. Innen 10 Tische. Selbstbedienung. Personal neutral. Essen na ja – Nahrungsaufnahme aber kein Genuss. Günstige Riesenportionen. Fertigschnitzel OK. Pommes OK. Salat (zumindest Mundgerechte Stücke) mit viel Strunk und nur etwas Dressing (das lecker war) obenaufgekleckst. Saucen unterstes Niveau. Geschmackloses Saucenpulver mit zu viel Wasser angerührt und überhaupt nicht ein bisschen aufgepimpt. Wird nach kürzester Zeit eine glibbrige Masse. Etwas Pfeffer, Kräuter oder Sahne hätten schon viel gebracht. Damentoiletten im Nebengebäude, Tageslicht, Lichtschalter, Wickeltisch, sauber, im Treteimer war kein Inneneimer.

Waren heute mit ca. 18 Personen ungeplant da und wurden schnell und zufriedenstellend bedient. Preis Leistung passt hier noch

We had hunter and paprika schnitzel with fries and salad. I think the salad is delicious😋 The schnitzel and fries are delicious and have a great price-performance ratio 👍 The staff was friendly and accommodating 😃 The outdoor atmosphere is ideal for a bike stop.

Tolles Essen, sehr lecker. Wir haben Schnitzel, Grillsteak sowie Flammkuchen probiert, absolut empfehlenswert! Ordentliche Portionen. Alle Gerichte werden frisch vorbereitet.

There are clean toilets and sockets where you can charge your electrical devices. The Nature Friends House lives up to its name :)

Most beautiful and shady beer garden in Haßloch and the surrounding area. Some of the pictures are out of date (interior!). My tip: schnitzel! No matter what sauce. The accompanying salad is appealing with a fine, homemade dressing. The senior portion is enough for most guests!

Rustic restaurant with outdoor seating. For younger guests there is a playground right next to the house. The Wienerschnitzel was not only a good portion, but also tasted good. The salad that came with it was fresh and very tasty. The tarte flambée was also very good. The prices are still pleasant. You have to look for a draft wheat for under €4 these days. Self service, food was brought to the table. Friendly staff included and normal people as guests. Would love to come back. Our grandchild also really liked and liked it.

Large schnitzels are almost impossible to make. Top quality in every dish.. Always friendly, helpful hosts.. keep it up 👍🏼🫶🏽

Food and drink is self-service. Rustic hut with really good food. The highlight was the Swiss schnitzel. The portions are generous and you can order a smaller one if you want. The prices surprised us positively

The food is great, homemade, fresh and delicious. Great value for money! We had the Palatinate plate and the Jägerschnitzel. Side salad was included and also delicious. Our friends' sausage salad and fries were also great. You can choose between large and small portions. The restaurant is self-service (order at Dresden) and Schlemmerblock worked without any problems. The service when ordering and also when bringing the food was a bit confused (forgot cutlery, bread twice, order not understood, croquettes plus fries instead). If the weather is good you can also sit outside. Furnished in a clocklike style inside, like a Palatinate hut. Unfortunately I have to correct my review downwards: The boss (?), red haired, was super unfriendly, snotty and grumpy on the last visit. Schlemmerblock is no longer accepted on Sundays (you can't know if it isn't written anywhere). Reservation via the website didn't work because the website isn't always accessible or belongs to someone else (you can't know, especially not if it worked otherwise). She took the order really sloppily and with a roll of her eyes (and then got half of them wrong), the tone and manner really don't work at all. I found it really rude and that's just not how you treat guests, especially not when they're behaving politely. The food was good, the others in service were also very helpful and helpful, but the lady seems to think "there are enough people here anyway so it doesn't matter more or less to one person". Really a shame. Service and ambience therefore points deducted. Latest change: Thank you to the owner for the answer, I consider the problem solved and am changing my rating back to the original rating.

Super friendly owners and staff. The food is great and portions are large. The guest rooms are functional and clean. Thanks for the hospitality and we will definitely be back.

Nature lovers' house, especially in summer, on the edge of the forest with a very nice playground for the children. Parking lot in the immediate vicinity. The outside seating mostly has sun protection. Relaxing and there is also food and drink.

Price/performance of the food was very good as always. Lots of shade, nice, well-kept playground for the children. Toilets clean👍🏻

Google says open 8 p.m.! But we were there at 7 p.m. and there's nothing left to eat! Then adjust your times!

Super delicious food at fair prices. Cozy outdoor area with adjacent playground. Just the thing after a nice bike ride in the Hassloch Forest! Happy to come back!

Since the new operators came in, a lot has changed for the better. The food is good, the atmosphere is warm and the service is friendly and quick. It should of course be clear that you shouldn't expect a 4-star restaurant here.

Very disorganized, all schnitzel variants have already been sold out twice in a row on Sundays from 5 p.m. The landlady's argument was that the cold store was too small 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ it is questionable whether it will last in the long term 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Sehr gutes Essen, wir haben Schnitzel mit Pommes und Salat gegessen. Die Schnitzel werden frisch zubereitet, die Pommes sind sehr lecker und der Salat schmeckt sehr gut. Preis Leistung stimmt absolut. Wir werden des Öfteren wieder kommen.

We ate there on Sunday and it was very tasty and beautiful. I ate a large portion of schnitzel with onions and drank a large Hefe Weizen. All this, with a tip for €18. You cant complain. Keep it up 👍🏻

Kitchen supposedly open until 6:30 p.m.... You arrive 1 hour and 15 minutes early and are told the kitchen has been closed for a long time... Let's see how long it takes until you're closed... Unfortunately I can't judge the food...

I wanted to go there for something to eat yesterday. There was a board in the entrance area that said the kitchen would be open until 6:30 p.m. I was there around 5:20 p.m. and didn't get anything to eat. Only 1 star because of this impudence. Unfortunately I couldn't judge the food.

So we were very satisfied. I've been back to my old hometown for a long time and just wanted to visit the Nature Friends House because of the old memories. (after 30 years) And as luck would have it, I met the new landlord there, who looked very familiar to me. Marcello, I'll see you again on my next visit! Promised!

long way to this place. I parked next to a car already in the lot. Nice place for children, with plenty playground. Inside and outside seating. Self serving. go to the counter and order and pay, they bring you the food. Menu is limited - but currywurst was very good. I was asked why i parked to take 2 spaces. I told then that I parked to an existing car. Parking spaces should be marked. A little bit unfriendly.

Schnitzel, bratwurst, side salad, sausage salad, fries and sheep's cheese from the oven are very good. Nice outside ambience. Nice personel. It's worth a visit.

Prices are good and the food is delicious and even though it is self-service, the food is still brought to your table. You can get your own drinks, but it's self-service after all. Playground for the children right next to it. Nice destination for a short while.

It's not about the restaurant, but about the room rental: although I was a regular guest and I stayed there regularly, Marcello didn't return my calls and messages regarding room requests or answer my request. I often had to make several phone calls afterwards until I finally got tired of it. It's a shame: nice tenants, but unfortunately too disorganized or overwhelmed or disinterested. I have been staying overnight in the Palatinate regularly for years, but I have never experienced such behavior. By the way, the hygiene level in the rooms also leaves a lot to be desired. But I've always overlooked it, but it's not possible to not report back and as a regular you feel like you're being made a fool of...

Leider konnten wir Wetter bedingt (November) nur drinnen sitzen und da ist es wie in einem Vereinshaus aber es war sauber. Das Essen ist sehr gut . Das Personal ist freundlich.

Aber der Dj müsste mehr aufs Puplikum schauen wenn er Musik auf legt daß Stimmung rein kommt. Und nicht einfach seine Musik macht .Denn beim nächsten Mal werden die Leute wieder weglaufen. So wie es gestern war .

Bei einem Radausflug hier eine Rast gemacht. Habe einen Salat bestellt und kann nur Positives berichten: nettes Personal, der Salat hübsch angerichtet, Zutaten in ausreichend grosser Menge, nicht im Essig ertrunken. Hut ab! Man kann hier drinnen oder draußen unter grossen Schirmen sitzen.
