Many vegan options Super delicious, authentic food! Felt like it was cooked with a lot of love and knowledge. Price on food reasonable, Drinks overpriced, "bottlewater" (for sure tapwater) 3 euros. No outside dining sadly, and no AC inside, so it was hot.

Amazing place to get butter chicken and naan! It’s been a long time since I ate a good butter chicken with naan so I decided to try this place today for lunch and had a very good experience dining here. The staff were very friendly, one even asked if everything was fine while I was eating. The place is cozy… it’s just that I went during summer and it was very hot so it wasn’t as cozy as it’s supposed to be. The toilet was very clean. The price to portion ratio for me was on the verge of being too expensive. It was 16.5€ for 8 pieces of chicken and rice. The butter chicken was tender and delicious, sauce was also on point! The naan was also good. I would recommend you all to try the place at least once.

This restaurant came recommended by an Indian colleague. Would say it's pretty tasty by Munich standards. Very fresh and nice naan. The spinach paneer was also good. Mango lassi very potent as well. Recommend ordering the chef's specials. I'm no expert in Indian food but I can taste that every dish here has its own distinctions instead all blending into the same like in many other Indian establishments. Would come.back. prices normal Munich price, no deals here.

By far my favorite Indian! The food always tastes freshly prepared and is of very good quality. No matter whether it's starters, main courses or side dishes, whether with meat (extremely tender and lean lamb!) or vegetarian, everything is always very tasty. I've already tried a few Indians (was also in India for 2 months), but none could keep up with Natraj. Nowhere else have I eaten such a delicious paneer tikka masala! In addition to the very good food, the service in the restaurant is also great - always friendly and courteous. So definitely recommended!

The restaurant has a very cozy atmosphere. Food was incredibly good, one of the best Indians I tried in Munich. The chicken mango dish was super delicious and tasted very fresh and spicy. The garlic naan bread was very fresh, garlicky and brought all the dishes together on the table

Expensive and low quantity food!! We had dinner here and usually in most restaurants the quantity is so much we end up taking some home. Instead each of us had to buy 2 to 3 different dishes to satisfy our hunger despite the cost being insanely high for a small stuffy restaurant. The price of a small lassi which was mostly filled with ice was close to 6 euros!! The roti was so small it was finished in 4 bites. The dal tasted good but we had nothing to eat it with. Atmosphere: 2/5 Service: 4/5 Food quality: 4/5 Food quantity: 2/5 Experience: 3/5 Value: 1/5 Will not be coming back here.

It's terrible, the food is not good quality everything is warmed up. There's also a stench that stinks up the whole street. I haven't been able to open my windows in my apartment for months, no matter what day or time. It smells burnt and like Indian spices, like I'm standing in their kitchen. After opening my windows for 2 minutes, my apartment smells of grease for hours. The owner doesn't see anything, despite repeated requests. In my opinion the ventilation system never works or is defective!

We were here for lunch menu today. Ordered saag paneer and daal ghost. Both are watery and tasted bland. The Chai was just water, milk and a lot of sugar, no taste of spice or tea. Cannot recommend.

Pretty delicious Indian food. You can spend some peaceful time here with family and friends. We went as a family of three for dinner and it was one memorable spot near the theater if you have a movie planned along with dinner or lunch. :)

Fantastically delicious food! I order there regularly. I don't recommend eating on site, the atmosphere is rather uncomfortable.

The food is expensive compared to the quantity served. I had to pay extra money for the rice which was 4.90 euros and the quantity was very less. I haven't seen restaurants before taking money for rice and it costing so much when we get it as supplementary. The food was fine.

Intoxication and taking antibiotics for the gastrointestinal tract after eating here. I really had no luck. Apparently someone on the staff didn't wash their hands and their toxic microbes got into the food. Hygiene is the top rule in catering establishments. Not recommendable. I ate meat with mango sauce.

I had a wonderful evening at Natraj. I felt like a queen. Wonderful service, first class food and a great ambience. The owner does everything to make his guests happy. Here we cook and serve with love. I had the traditional Indian national dish with lentils (vegan) and a warm starter. An all around wonderful experience and a special evening. Thank you dear Natraj team.

Food top: The chicken soup is extremely delicious! Milk tea also very tasty. The “Extra Spicy” dish was also very tasty. We got some liqueur to say goodbye - my partner really liked it too. Definitely come by again. Disadvantages: The same song played every 2 hours ^_^

We have often eaten and/or ordered from Natraj and have always been satisfied. But: The food delivered on December 31, 2023 was partly inedible: both the duck and the lamb were COMPLETELY overcooked, in such a way that they couldn't be chewed and ended up in the trash. All the fried starters were cold and limp, the samosas were doughy. The salad was also not edible, the duck on the salad could not be recognized as such because it was “duck jerky”. We were very, very, very disappointed and paid €100 for rice and sauce because the rest was unreasonable and/or horrible.

Wir haben hier schon oft bestellt und es war immer gut. Aber heute war es absolut herausragend! Das gefüllte Naan mit Hühnchen hat uns umgehauen und das Chicken Tikka Curry war so perfekt abgestimmt, dass wir gar nicht aufhören konnten zu schlingen. 10/10 Wir freuen uns aufs nächste Mal!

The food tastes excellent. We ordered butter naan, butter chicken, chilli chicken and veg rice. Everything was delicious. The staff was also courteous and welcoming. The only negative was the WC, which was meh. The interior was somewhat small but pleasing. Having outdoor tables makes up for that.

Habe hier gestern bestellt. Es hieß man solle mit bis zu maximal 45 Minuten für die Lieferung rechnen. Da ich in der gleichen Straße nicht weit entfernt wohne war ich davon ausgegangen, dass die Lieferung eher schneller geht. Nach 50 Minuten habe ich dort angerufen, da hieß es der Fahrer sei gerade ins Auto gestiegen (ansonsten hätte ich die Bestellung storniert, weil es mir zu spät wurde). Nach weiteren 20 Minuten (und einem Fußweg von 2 Minuten) wurde immer noch kein Essen geliefert. Aus den weiteren versprochenenden 2 Minuten wurden wieder 10 Minuten. Meiner Meinung nach wurde die Bestellung einfach vergessen, kann mal passieren, aber dann sollte man ehrlich sein und nicht nochmal 30 Minuten warten lassen und Ausreden bringen. Das Essen an sich war in Ordnung. Eine Entschädigung gab es aber nicht. Wer hier bestellt sollte entweder selber vorbei gehen oder Zeit mitbringen. Schade

Honestly, it's very beautiful and delicious. I haven't tasted an Indian restaurant for a long time. Everything is beautiful in it, great service, and nice prices. It's worth a visit.

Very decent food and price at the lunch menu. 7 mins walkable from the Maillingerstrasse U-Bahn Station. Indoor and outdoor seating are there. Very friendly staff's at the restaurant. Nice decorations on the wall in the restaurant though it is a small sized ambience. Can accommodate 50-60 ppl indoors and outdoors at the same time. The lunch served here is nice though the portion is medium. WC is good. Food is served as per customers requirements. Nice restaurant in the city.

Great place for a night out. Food is delicious and can be prepared at whatever spiciness level you like. Service is absolutely excellent and welcoming. Atmosphere is calm and relaxed and never too loud, great for conversations. Also right around the corner from the Cinema Filmtheater, so it's a perfect spot for lunch or dinner before movies. I love this place, it's a go-to spot for me and my friends.

I was a Natraj customer who was ordering very frequently for some time for two reasons: 1. It was tasty and spicy 2. Delivery was/is fast Unfortunately the taste has changed to the bad. Since them I ordered only a few times. Today again and again I am shocked. I selected the spicier level through Lieferando app but I received some chicken tikka masala without any grade of spiciness. For me it's a mystery how so many Indian restaurants cannot cook spicy dishes if a customer asking for it. I will no longer order at Natraj.

We had food here yesterday. The service was great and quantity was more than sufficient. We ordered non veg thali and chicken tikka and were very happy with the food as well as services.

Great food! Excellent service. Each and every dish that we ordered was so flavorful. Another amazing fact is that the kitchen is open till 23.00, so also possible to enjoy a late dinner. Highly recommend it!

Visited after 9:30pm on a Monday and hungry, and the restaurant was already empty. But instead of closing they served me a wonderful Szabzi. Thank you! Tip: try the Mint Naan!

Das Essen ist super. Wir haben schon öfters dort bestellt. Nur die Lieferung sollte man sich besser sparen und selbst abholen oder vor Ort essen. Delivery funktioniert leider gar nicht. Habe online bestellt und nach über einer Stunde war meine Bestellung immer noch nicht geliefert. Auf telefonische Nachfrage hieß es, es gäbe Internetprobleme… 15 min später kam das Essen, allerdings hatte der Lieferant kein passendes Wechselgeld zur Hand. Over all: Essen top, Lieferung flop

The food is delicious and it's authentic. The owner named Lucky is friendly and takes good care of his customers. It's a cozy little restaurant and seems popular among locals. I had the masala papadum which was interesting and my first with this style and I enjoyed it. I also had the meat thali plate and it was yummy and probably enough for 2 people. Der Gastraum zwar sehr eng, die Mahlzeiten aber über die letzten Jahre immer wieder sehr lecker und gut gewürzt, egal ob Chicken Tikka Massala, Chicken 3 in 1, Butter Chicken, etc. die Gemüsegerichte ev. etwas zu viel Panade, der Mango-Avocado-Salat frisch und eine gute Ergänzung. Chicken 3 in 1 für meinen Gaumen teilweise recht scharf, aber das liegt wohl eher daran, dass ich es nur leicht scharf mag. Schade, dass man - wohl wegen der Nachbarn - im Sommer nicht mehr draußen sitzen konnte, wenn auch nahe Straße mit viel Verkehr. Auch zum Mitnehmen sehr zu empfehlen, dauert halt 20 Minuten, drauf achten, dass die Kellner die Selbst-Abhol-Ermäßigung auch einrechnen, kann man dann wieder als Trinkgeld geben.

Unsere Essen Lieferung kam nie an und unsere Anrufe wurden nicht mehr beantwortet nachdem wir stundenlang vertröstet wurden. Unverschämt! Nie wieder !

The staff were very kind but unfortunately the food was terrible. The decor did not match the website, very tired and there were hairs on my table cloth! I ordered a glass of Prosecco and the glass was just over half full and it was virtually flat. The popadoms were tinged with stale oil. The mango chutney was watered down to the degree that it had the consistency of thin gravy and it just ran down your arm. My husband ordered a chicken dish, but there were lumps of cheese in it?! My cheese dish was bland. I could not describe a single flavor, it was just an orange coloured soup/sauce. The pashwari nann had no flavour of almonds or coconut and I did not see a single raisin or sultana. The staff checked on us, but it was too bad for words. I chose to use the word ‘interesting’ but frankly I just wanted to leave. The staff kindly offered to cook something else, but the writing was on the wall. The final onslaught was a free dessert to sweeten the deal… oh dear. Chef… you need to taste your food before you send it out!

Ich mochte eigentlich nie indisches Essen, aber der Laden wurde uns empfohlen und ich war so unglaublich überrascht wie lecker das Essen war und die freundliche Bedienung hat allem das Krönchen aufgesetzt. Ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

Nach langer Zeit nur zu Hause essen wegen Corona hatten wir uns hier Essen bestellt. War pünktlich fertig, schien alles ok. Leider war das Essen sehr mittelmässig, nichts wirklich was sich gelohnt hätte. Viel Sosse, wenig Fleisch und der Geschmack, ja, soso. Sicher nicht mehr.

We had an excellent dinner on the hidden terrace of Indian restaurant Natraj. Delicious duck and lovely lamb with rich rice and flavoury favorites. An Indian beer end some naan bread. Nice and humble team. Go there.

Hauptgerichte liegen im Natraj zwischen 12 und 20 Euro. An diesem Freitagabend um 21 Uhr ist das Lokal gut besucht, aber ich finde noch problemlos einen Platz. Der Service ist schnell und freundlich. Wie üblich in indischen Restaurants gibt es drei Saucen vorab (ich bin sicher, dafür gibt es einen korrekten Namen, aber ich konnte ihn noch nicht herausfinden), und die lassen viel erwarten. Besonders die "Mixed Pickles" sind sensationell. Die "Mixed Starters" (Onion Bhajia, Chicken Pakoras, Gemüse Pakoras) können dieses Niveau leider nicht halten und waren offenbar schon etwas länger frisch. Beim nächsten Besuch lasse ich die aus. Ganz anders dagegen das "Lamm Mastanih" (Feinstes gegrilltes Lammfilet in milder Masala-Soße) aus dem "Besondere Empfehlungen des Chefkochs"-Segment der Karte, auf meinen Wunsch etwas schärfer. Einfach köstlich, ebenso das "Garlic Naan" aus der acht Sorten umfassenden Brotkarte.

Dieses Restaurant ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Klein aber oho! Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und die Speisen waren wirklich sehr gut. Alles hat super geschmeckt und wurde schnell an den Tisch gebracht. Es war ein sehr schöner Abend. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder vorbei!!
