I ordered by uber eats. 2 Pizzas were delivered completely ruined. Restaurant is not answering to my phone.

Just bad. No comparison to Montana/Superbros etc. Dough not fluffy at all. Edge didn't rise well. Toppings very economical.

The pizzeria offers delicious pizza made with high-quality ingredients, making it well worth the price. Payment by card is accepted, adding to the convenience. Highly recommended!

Excellent food made with quality products. Opening hours need to be improved. If it opens at 12.30 the oven should already be turned on to avoid too long waiting times. Sometimes the pizza is too burnt or contains burnt flour on the bottom.

Oh my god how delicious! This pizza is really different. Ultra-thin and huge. All the ingredients are very fine, the spices, the onions - even in the salad. Great oil, very good vinegar. You can see how service works here. Fast and friendly.

We've wanted to try the NAP for a long time. Interesting that a Spanish chain opened its first German branch on Berger Straße in Frankfurt. The service was very quick, nice and attentive. We were even split a 0.2l wine into two glasses. The pizza tasted very good. The price of €12 was also right. (Unfortunately) there is better Neapolitan pizza in the immediate area, which is why we will probably rarely come back. It's a shame in itself, but the competition is fierce. It was the dough, which only throws small bubbles and yes, we also had burnt spots. Nevertheless, try it out and form your own opinion.

The pizza is really delicious, unfortunately the service is not up to par... We were there with 2 small children and asked if they also offer a children's pizza, as the pizzas on site are really very large. When the waiter asked his colleague, this was exceptionally answered in the affirmative, but the pizzas were billed as "normal" pizza. When we asked why that was the case, they simply said succinctly, that's just the way it is... Sorry, but that's not possible!! ! In addition, the extras salami and olives were charged at 2 euros each on the "children's pizza". The 2 stars do not refer to the service person, but to the decision maker... Unfortunately, the waiter was only the mouthpiece... Best If you say right at the beginning that we don't offer a small pizza, that's a shame, but in the end it saves you the negative aftertaste when paying and the deduction in the rating, because as I said, the pizza is really very tasty....

The pizza magherita was simply delicious. Top, top, top!! Service was great and the price of the pizza is also reasonable as it is also a large, delicious pizza. I can only recommend it to everyone.

Beautiful family experience! being Italian and living in the province of Naples I have very high standards when it comes to cuisine and in particular for pizza... we went to NAP, we were in Frankfurt on holiday and the pizza and the quality of the ingredients made me feel less lack of Naples, truly recommended for dough lovers, it's a must!

The Margherita pizza was very tasty, fruity, fresh & crispy. I also ordered a bruscetta. It was also tasty. The employees were friendly and answered my open questions in a friendly manner. The ambience of the pizzeria is small, but you can also sit outside on Berger Straße. The price was also fair for the pizza. So all in all it was a very good pizza and I would recommend it to everyone.

It's my third time eating here and I feel like I'm at home and the waiter Salvatore is a really good, humble, joking and sincere guy who advises me well on everything :) and the pizza chef is really good, the dough is delicious and the ingredients are top notch

I think this is the best pizza of my life. You can also add additional ingredients to the pizza (e.g. truffle oil). The service there is quick and friendly.

I can't give it more than two stars because the pizza was partially burnt. A thin, original Italian pizza is all well and good, but you have to take it out of the oven in good time.

Unfortunately, the pizza was very dried out, the edges were also very hard and inedible. In terms of taste, I would give it a 3/10 out of 10 points. Ordered for the first time and also the last time. LG

Ordered through Lieferando, first it was said that the driver couldn't find the address, then apparently a driver was never sent out by Lieferando because Lieferando couldn't find a driver and therefore didn't deliver any food, which had already been paid for! The restaurant didn't want to let us pick up the pizza ourselves because they were about to close, but we were on the phone 20 minutes beforehand. Thanks for nothing.

Wonderful dough, crispy yet soft in between. We had the Margarita with added mushrooms and the Crudo Parma. Service was incredibly fast and everyone was welcoming. Will be coming back for sure!

Although the place flaunts some kind of pizza certification and the waiters seem to be able to speak Italian, the pizza is only marginally better than the average. Perhaps we had bad luck with our choice, but the calzone was a pizza folded in two and the special of the day had dried veggies and chunks of pretty much raw sausage sprinkled on top. Disappointing.

Tried delivered, by UberEats Disappointing. The principle is good but the maneuver fell short. Could use more of the base tomato sauce, for both calzone and margherita. The flavor of the sauce was nice, but there was not just enough of it. As a result, pizza tastes like it is missing a centerpiece. The dough needs to be cooked 1-2 mins more.

We had an excellent experience at this pizzeria. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We liked everything and we will definitely come back!

The delivery was simply left outside the front door, no bell was rung or I was called, there were several people in the apartment at the time of delivery. Unfortunately, ordering as delivery is not recommended.

The pizza is larger than in normal restaurants here and tastes very, very good, just as i am used to from a small village in the south of Italy. It is also not as pricey as in other restaurants. The staff is very friendly, too. I can fully recommend this place and will definitely go there again!

Not really good in taste, but not bad either, but nothing special either. Incredibly flat and an ugly shape does not speak for the dough. There was no real edge and because the cheese was no longer really warm, it came across as rubbery. You wouldn't offer something like that in Naples. I was really hungry and ate it. I won't go there again. 5/10 and therefore only middle class.

The best pizza I've eaten in a long time and at a price that you can hardly find anywhere else. My children ate everything completely, which is an absolute sign of quality. We waited less than 10 minutes for 3 pizzas and 1 salad. Excellent!

The pizza is freshly prepared and tastes delicious! Thin dough and soft inside, as befits a Neapolitan pizza. There is the option to put together the pizza individually. The service staff are very nice! Recommendation!

Pizza dough correct, but toppings of poor quality and tasteless. Gorgonzola on the quatroformaggi pizza was perceptible in maybe one bite. Additionally, we discovered after time that instead of charging us for a glass of wine, they charged us for the entire bottle.

March 1st at 8pm, we had to ask twice to order. Pizzas came after 45min (when asking again where’s our order) . Pizza came soggy, badly prepared and not well done. Had high expectations, left the place with ‘never again’‘. Maybe they had a bad night but sadly the experience was 1 star.

I think these were the best pizzas we have eaten in Frankfurt so far. 😌 Definitely worth a visit. 👌🏼

Absolutely outstanding pizza!!! As an Italian that has been looking for THE pizza in Frankfurt for almost 2 years I can finally say to have found it at NAP. As good as the pizza was, the restaurant itself is very small and does not allow for the most relaxed dining experience. All the tables are pressed against each other because of the limited space. The pizza was however so good that I almost forgot. The service was also excellent thanks to the very kind waiters. Can't book a table so you need to go there at very strategic hours. Really hope they can move to a bigger and more comfortable place soon!

Die Pizzen waren super lecker und auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Der Service war zwar freundlich, allerdings wurden Dinge vergessen oder man wartete relativ lange, obwohl nur 2 Tische besetzt waren. Das Ambiente hat uns gut gefallen. :)

Die Pizzen haben mich nicht überzeugen können. Geschmacklich waren die nicht auf neapolitanischem gewöhnten Niveau. Belag war nicht komplett durch (Tomaten und Zwiebeln haben wie aus dem Kühlschrank geschmeckt) Teig ist lecker und die Pizza ist ziemlich groß.

We were 6, we've been all happy about the food! Simona the waitress is super nice and welcoming! Pizza is crazy good! I had a crudo parma and a mortazza (half and half with my bf), both incredibly good. The tiramisu is also very good! I recommend this place!
