Waren spontan da und wurden überrascht. Ein ganz wunderbares Essen (endlich für mich auch eine ordentliche vegetarische Auswahl), ein toller hilfsbereiten Service. Perfekt!

Gutes Indisches Restaurant mit fairen Preisen. Allerdings etwas dunkles Licht. Mehr Helligkeit würde schon gut tun. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Eine Wickelmöglichkeit für kleine Kinder wäre noch toll. Und ein funktionierendes Karte Lesegerät wäre Schick

Ich war zum zweiten Mal auf einer Geschäftsreise hier. Das Essen und der Service waren gut, die Lage sehr schön. Es ist immer wieder schön, hier etwas zu essen oder zu trinken. Vielen Dank, bis zum nächsten Mal!

Essen ist gut, Ambiente ist schön und Service in Ordnung. Ich gehe dort sehr selten essen, da die Preise überzogen sind. Gäbe es eine gute Alternative für indisches Essen in der näheren Umgebung, dann würde ich dort hingehen. Beispiel für die Preisgestaltung: 6,50€ für eine kleine Tasse mangolassi. Das ist über Münchner Niveau. Weder die Zutaten, noch die Menge rechtfertigen diesen Preis (müsste ca 0,3l sein, keinesfalls 0,4 oder mehr). Auch die Senkung der Umsatzsteuer für Gastro ist hier zugunsten einer höheren Marge versickert. Mit angemessener Preisgestaltung wäre es für mich 4-5 Sterne, so höchstens 3.

Billiges, teures Lokal. Unfreundlicher Service.

Bei indischem Essen bin ich immer sehr vorsichtig, da es manchmal hart auf den Magen schlägt. Ich war auch bisher in meiner Heimat von einem besonders guten indischen Restaurant verwöhnt. Aber das Namaste in MoD ist ausgezeichnet. Alles was wir bisher auf der Karte hatten war sehr lecker und gut zubereitet. Der Service ist auch sehr nett. Wir sind froh, dass in der Nähe zu haben.

Das Ambiente im Restaurant überzeugt durch ästhetischen Einrichtung und Gestaltung. Indische Elemente verbinden sich geschmackvoll mit Moderne. Der Service war freundlich. Die Speisen waren zügig serviert und überzeugten durch den sehr guten Geschmack. Die Portionsgröße war in Relation zum Preis absolut angemessen. Einziger Minuspunkt: Das Abräumen aller Teller erfolgte, obwohl nur eine Person gefragt wurde, ob sie fertig sei und obwohl noch Naanbrot vorhanden war. Auch eine Nachfrage nach dem Wunsch weiterer Getränke etc. erfolgte sehr spät. Alles in allem aber trotzdem ein gutes Restaurant, das einen Besuch wert ist.

Ein hervorragender Service, eine tolle Karte und purer indischer Geschmack. Auch ein scharfes Gericht, war endlich einmal scharf. Eigentlich eine Selbstverständlichkeit, jedoch gibt es so etwas nicht oft bei einem indischen Restaurant. Hier wird sehr authentisch gekocht. Danke und gerne wieder!

Ich denke, es ist das beste Restaurant, in dem ich je in ganz Bayern war, es hat einen sehr schnellen und besten Service, das ganze Essen ist so gut, dass ich wirklich das ganze Essen probieren möchte, das sie anbieten. Der Chef Salman ist sehr nett

We went to Namaste on a Friday evening and were lucky enough to get a table without a reservation. We had a yogurt mango shake as an "aperitif," which was incredibly delicious and refreshing. I ate what I posted in the pictures because I forgot the names 😅 But my dears, next time you're in Marktoberdorf, you absolutely must visit Namaste. The food is simply fantastic and transports you to India in your mind because the aromas alone invite you to another world. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and deserve 100 stars from me ❤️

Very good food at typical Indian prices in a pleasant atmosphere. The service is also exceptionally friendly. I have to deduct one star because we weren't informed when we made our last-minute reservation that large groups had already booked. As a result, the noise level was so high that a nice, relaxed dinner was impossible.

I highly recommend it. I'm actually a fan of Bavarian or Italian food. I was skeptical when my relatives wanted to go there, but I was extremely pleasantly surprised. It was delicious, I left full, and I would even go again. Unfortunately, I'm from Ingolstadt, and the trip is a bit too far. For anyone living nearby, go there and try it, it's worth it! Also suitable for vegetarians.

I spontaneously dropped by Namaste alone and was immediately greeted very warmly – even without a reservation, I got a nice seat. The decor is stylish and modern, making you feel at home right away. The service was extremely attentive, quick, and warm. I ordered the Namaste Biryani: excellent flavor, with tender meat and perfectly seasoned rice that wasn't dry at all. The food arrived very quickly despite the restaurant being busy. The price-performance ratio is absolutely perfect here – and even alone, you feel well looked after. Highly recommended 😊

At Namaste Marktoberdorf – Indisches Spezialitäten, we enjoyed the chicken biryani and paneer vindaloo. We'd never eaten so well – both dishes were a true taste sensation and a true explosion of flavors. The owner was also incredibly friendly and took the time for a pleasant chat. We were from the Netherlands, but we immediately felt welcome. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Today, on the recommendation of friends, we went to Namaste for the first time. The food was excellent – and the service was also fast and very friendly. I think it's the best Indian restaurant in our area. We'll be eating there more often in the future. Everything was great!!!

We spontaneously went there for Indian food one Saturday evening. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala, or "Chicken with Tikka Masala Sauce," and received chicken in a light, creamy sauce that was more reminiscent of a garlic cream sauce. When I asked the waiter, they explained that the CTM in this restaurant is prepared without tomatoes, which keeps the sauce light. This is a rather unusual interpretation of the classic Chicken Tikka Masala, which usually contains tomatoes in the sauce. In terms of taste, the dish didn't come close to the CTM I've had in various Indian restaurants around the world over the past 25 years. It was far too greasy and creamy for my taste. The service was friendly and attentive, despite being understaffed, and the rest of the food was okay. A little warning about the spiciness of the dishes on the menu would have been helpful, though: My daughter found her Chicken Biryani too spicy, so she couldn't finish it.

As a native of Indian culture, I have to admit that this restaurant is one of the few truly good Indian restaurants around. Here, you'll experience accommodating service (who even drove us home in the rain) and a diverse selection of authentic dishes. A definite recommendation

We dined here on the way to our Italian vacation. Despite the delicious pasta and pizza we ate in Italy, Namaste's Indian food still remained a memory a week later. On top of the delicious food, the lovely waiter even discounted a beer on our bill because we had to wait longer than five minutes. All in all, a great place. Highly recommended!

I've been to Namaste many times and everything else was good, friendly service. Unfortunately, the evening before last we were at your place and the staff member (service) was a bit younger, very very unfriendly, he threw everything on the table like that, he looked at you in the eyes while we asked and didn't eat, very angry... we ordered rice again and he only needed it after 10-15 minutes, our food was already cold by then. The other guests got the small appetizer, we didn't... Very, very disappointing! We pay for the food but couldn't enjoy it because such an employee works there!

Good Indian restaurant! Mango Lassi and Madras Chicken is super delicious. The service is friendly and quick. In my opinion, the seasoning could be bolder/sportier. The butter chicken was a bit bland.

The service is unacceptable. We wanted dessert and something to drink but cleaning the place was more important. The food is good.

The food was ok I could eat gluten free. After we had eaten the main course, the plates were cleared away. Not the empty glasses. We weren't asked if we wanted something to drink or dessert. After 40 minutes of waiting, I got up and paid with a card at the counter. Then I was asked if everything was OK. I politely made my disappointment clear. By the way, the waitresses were doing something on their cell phones at the next table and taking a break and eating together. One could always have done that and the other one continued the service. The man behind the bar cleaned and took the lights off the table. We felt like we were being thrown out. Reserved a table at 8 p.m. and left at 9:30 p.m. Unfortunately without a nice dessert and drinks at the end.

Outstanding Indian! I am a lover of cuisine. Here you will find excellent quality. I ordered take-away. Time from order to receipt 30 minutes. It worked, I drove there from out of town. The best Indian between Munich and Kempten. From my point of view, no one in the wider area comes close to this standard (except in Munich itself). The restaurant is chic and also very modern. Very clean on site! Here you can go on a nice date without hesitation. Commendable. The meat is perfect, very tender. Excellent, fresh and complexly seasoned. Very good consistency. Indian cooking is done at a high level here. Absolute recommendation! I can only agree with the general public. Definitely try it. 5 stars+++
