Me and my girlfriend have been going out to eat once a week for 4 years and we've never had anything to complain about. The food is always very tasty and the price is right. Keep it up...E&R

A really disappointing evening!!!! You want to spend a nice evening with friends and you experience a disaster!! At first everything went well...the order was taken quickly and friendly. Drinks served a short time later. Then it started... we actually wanted the “starter” as a side dish to the main course. The tiny plate of “antipasti” was served to us after a few minutes. Ok, things can go wrong...we thought (it should be served with the main course). 1.5 hours!!!! no movement. After SEVERAL questions and an ironic “we are dying of thirst and starvation” a waiter eventually came and asked “You wanted something else to drink?” Drinks came…main course after a while too…but oops, no cutlery. Ok, that can happen too. After 2 hours we started eating, hungry and happy...until a few SECONDS!! later my friend had to SPIT her food into the napkin!! The chicken breast wasn't cooked through!!! I tried it again myself; was not cooked through and inedible. Ok, it can happen to even the best chef...but ANY hunger went away the moment the girlfriend died and the food went back! We (other participants) finished our pizzas and ordered the bill. And taken for granted that the chicken breast is not included in the bill because it was taken back and the bill was paid. Then the check of the invoice... simply calculated without consultation! What a disgrace!!!! It had already been paid for...😡When I asked the "service person" why this was done, the cook was called to the counter throughout the restaurant... Previously: the waiter's suggestion "Would you like to take the food away???". 😄 Then the plate came from the cook as “proof”… all the side dishes were taken away… and the raw parts of the meat were cut away. So the whole process has already been planned. 🙃 And as a customer, I also had to row the service staff back so that they could clarify the situation in a normal tone! Very uncomfortable!!! Really a disgrace!!!! I can't afford that in my job! CANNOT RECOMMEND A VISIT TO THIS STORE!! Simply a disaster!!! Avoid this place...Snack level pizza with overpriced prices. P.S. Proof of the invoice is available and submitting it to a lawyer because of the review is pointless. But such people should simply be stopped!

The food arrived 23 minutes after the agreed delivery time, and we ordered it in advance. The fries were sticky and cold, the burger was just cold. The brownie wasn't delivered at all, but the cheaper muffin was. Actually, there wasn't much good about the order.

Best shop in Detmold, great food, great employees, great prices and great interior design. The store is only recommended! I'll definitely come back there again. 👍

We ate there often because we found it good. In October we went out to eat with the whole family, right at the opening in the evening, and most of the plates were already empty, the rice wasn't refilled and we couldn't eat all of the rice ( (we were 12 people) Unfortunately, the taste has also deteriorated a lot, we would definitely have had something to drink, but unfortunately no one came to the table, which happened at the beginning, we sat down with the first plate and the service was already there clear it, didn't do it Such a nice impression.
