It's a very chic shop, the employees are very nice. Ordering is done via a tablet and is then brought to the table by a robot with a cat look. The food was also really tasty, with everything from sushi to meat skewers, spring rolls and much more.

Only thing was the person that introduced us was a bit rude. Rest of the staff was really good, and the atmosphere is great!

Fresh, tasty food, fast delivery after ordering via tablet. The only drawback in my opinion is the price of drinks (we had a bottle of water for €7.80)

Unfortunately, the positive reviews are incomprehensible. The food was good, but unfortunately at least one plate from every order never arrived at the table. The only positive thing was the robot. Unfortunately, sometimes he came to our table without food to deliver.

Firstly, overall a good experience. We had taken a reservation but still had to manually find a place to sit, not like this is a deal breaker but honestly just wished to have a table already being available as we had a reservation. The sushi was really good, very superior quality fish considering it being an all you can eat. Moreover, the range of fishes offered were also great (salmon , unagi, tuna and many more things). Also shout out to the fish slices on the sushi, very finely done considering it again being an all you can eat. The desserts were a let down to be honest as not much variety and very mediocre. But again a lot of the dessert dissatisfaction can be hashed out as we were able to power through the sushis. The staff were nice and pleasant and also saw the cute robot walking and making an appearance but couldn’t really interact with the robot itself.

I went to this restaurant for the first time through a friend. And the positive reviews made me very confident. However, I am thoroughly disappointed. We had reserved. The arrival was a thing in itself. I have hardly experienced more disinterest in customers. They didn't even check whether there was a reservation at all. Rather, we were carelessly brought to some free table. The Ordering system was explained. From then on you are on your own. There is a service button. You can save yourself the trigger for this one. Nobody is coming! We had a table right at the entrance. You can't get a more uncomfortable place here. Unfortunately, the food can only be rated as average at best with a lot of concessions. The loveless service continued throughout the evening. And when you consider that you pay 35 euros for all you can est, then I'd rather choose something else. For me it was the first and last visit here. If you don't really have to go, you should choose something else to eat.

I've eaten here several times. Also with family and friends. Everyone was thrilled and came back too. I especially love the warm dishes! These are so good. The grilled salmon or yakitori skewers are my favorites. Everything is freshly prepared. The staff is friendly and accommodating. See you very soon 😋

The food was really very tasty. From my point of view, you could even tell that it was fresh. It was also nicely decorated, it's a shame I didn't take any pictures. The restaurant itself looked very, very nice, especially the windows on the side <3. The staff was rather okay. I wish they were more communicative. The experience with the “operating robot” was interesting for us: :). The toilets were okay too. Unfortunately the prices were high.

It was nice, but we wouldn't eat there again. The ambience is completely okay and the robots that bring the food are really unusual and cute. The staff isn't particularly friendly and didn't point out to us that there were ice cream chests at the front. So we unfortunately missed out on eating ice cream, although several of us would have liked to have some for dessert, but couldn't find it on the menu. The taste of the food is okay, but unfortunately not good. The sushi in particular tastes rather bad, unfortunately. The drinks drive the price up significantly. In addition to the 35 euro buffet, another 5 euro per mango spritzer was added. So unfortunately it just wasn't worth it for us.

Very pleasant atmosphere, the robot that brings the food is quite interesting. The few employees that are still there are super polite and help quickly. Overall, the food is good, but not perfect. I'm glad I chose the all you can eat option and then I found something I liked and ordered it a few times. Anyone who would like to try this out is in good hands here.

All in all we had a nice stay. The sushi wasn't that great, but the rest was even better. The staff is very friendly. A highlight is of course the robot that brings the food to the table.

Good food in the heart of Cologne, not far from the Neumarkt. All you can eat sushi and Asian dishes. Maximum 5 dishes per person per round. 10 rounds in 2.5 hours. Food is brought by a robot, and occasionally by staff. You order via a tablet. Drinks are not included in the price. Easy to reach by public transport.

We were here on Sunday lunchtime and took the all-you-can-eat menu. You are escorted to your seat and the waitress comes with a tray. It explains how to order and how to order. You choose your things, click on order and then a cute little robot comes and brings you the food. The two of us were able to order 10 things per order. About Suhsi, fried meat, salads vegetables and much more. In total we could have carried out 10 orders... but we only managed 4. It is freshly prepared and is super tasty. The staff is very attentive, always clearing away the empty plates every now and then and asking if everything is OK. If we had ordered all the items individually we would have come to an amount of €220... so we only paid €90, which is a mega deal. I can only recommend it.

Food was fresh and got to us very quickly

This is the second time we have been here and we will come back again! Overall, I can't say anything negative. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the delivery order for the all you can eat, as some of the dishes in the first round took a very long time. This is a bit annoying with something like edamame or a soup as a starter and should be taken into account when placing your order.

We were there at lunchtime and had free choice of seating. The restaurant is nicely decorated, it's not as cramped as some other restaurants. You have enough distance from the other tables to sit comfortably and quietly. The food is fantastic, very good quality, beautifully presented. Lots of choice. Everything tastes good. I particularly liked the small mixed side salad with seaweed. The sushi rolls are also often supplemented with a delicious sauce or other garnish. Attention is paid to every detail. The staff is friendly and quick. I think the price is absolutely reasonable, even cheap for lunchtime given the high standard of the food. I'll definitely come back, even if it's almost an hour's drive away. It's worth it!

My favorite of the All You Can Eat restaurants in Cologne. Food is great, sushi is really passable. The ServiceBot is something new. Music could be a little louder. Ambiance is clean and unobtrusive.

The food was great, the portions were reasonable. This made it easy to try things out. 😊 However, the staff seemed annoyed and in a bad mood. Drinks were slapped on the table without a word being exchanged. Left an unpleasant feeling. MiouMiou was the highlight of the evening. He always brought the dishes to the table and put a smile on our faces every time!

Very nicely decorated restaurant with good all-you-can-eat food. The principle that you can order 5 dishes on the iPad and then have a 10 minute break before you can order again is very cleverly thought out. Anything left has to be paid extra. This way you don't order carelessly and throw away leftovers.

Nicely decorated restaurant with a focus on all-you-can-eat. A robot waiter supports the employees. The service is quick. However, we were there in the afternoon. The background noise is not ideal. The music is too loud and there are advertisements playing over the speakers. The food is good, but not outstanding.
