Nachsorgeklinik Tannheim in Villingen-Schwenningen

Mir ist der Ort sehr ans Herz gewachsen und ich durfte einige sehr liebe und kompetente Menschen in der Klinik kennenlernen. Darum erst zum Schönen: Die Therapieabteilungen waren fantastisch - Unglaublich lieb, sehr erfahren und fachkompetent. Physio - Mega. Einfühlsam, kompetent, auch anstrengende und anspruchsvolle Übungen werden spielerisch und mit Humor vermittelt, es gibt Möglichkeiten zu Therapien, die normalerweise nicht von den Krankenkassen übernommen werden (zB. Galileo) Hier war immer Vorfreude auf die Stunden. Gleiches auch bei den "Sporties": Immer ein liebes Wort im Gym, super Anleitung der Übungen, tolle Gruppenangebote für Patient*innen und Eltern. PSD: Systemische Therapie/Beratung. Der subjektive Erfolg variiert immer mit der Passung zwischen den Personen und Familiensystemen. Hier wurden sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht, es gab hilfreiche, entlastende Gespräche. Es war schön, sich so toll begleitet etwas Zeit zur Reflexion zu nehmen. Therapiestall: Einfach wunderbar! Schule: Sehr erfahrene Lehrkräfte, ganz toller und wertschätzender Umgang mit den Kindern, Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen! gelernt wird in altersgemischten Kleingruppen, in denen die Lehrkräfte als Lernbegleitung helfen, erklären und strukturieren. Auch die Heimatschulen werden eingezogen - Wir, also ALLE an der Beschulung Beteiligten, wurden sehr gut beraten und konnten zuhause alles umsetzen, was von der Klinikschule empfohlen wurde. Vielen Dank dafür nochmal - Ihr seid einfach toll. Kinder - Jugendabteilung: Auch super! und schöne helle Räume mit Bewegungsmöglichkeiten, wie in einem guten Kindergarten oder bei den Kids bis 15 einer Chillecke im Hort. Das Serviceteam ist absolut klasse und macht tolle Arbeit - Herzliche Menschen. Wir hatten wunderschöne Buffets mit vielfältiger Auswahl und tollem Brot. Das Essen war fast immer sehr lecker und abends gab es sogar immer noch etwas Warmes dazu. Gleiches auch beim Reinigungsteam - Auch da kannte man sich irgendwann mit Namen und hat sich gerne unterhalten. Liebe geht auch raus an die Haustechnik, besonders an Stefan, der immer ein nettes Wort hat. Es ist sehr familiär in der Klinik. Genau das, was man braucht, wenn man massive Belastungen erlebte. Aber das macht Kritik so schwer zu äußern, denn man hat persönlichen Bezug, dort arbeite(te)n Menschen, die ich sehr schätze und bewundere. Aber es muss halt auch sein. Deshalb nun zum für mich leider schwer wiegenden Kritikpunkt: In der Klinik arbeite(te)n sehr kompetente und empathische Ärzt*innen, die ein breites Spektrum an komplexen Erkrankungen gut kennen und viel Erfahrung mitbringen. Gleiches gilt für die meisten "Schwestern". Ich habe genossen, dass es einen Ort gibt, an dem man die Sicherheit einer kompetenten und direkten (Notfall)versorgung hat. War hier auch mal nötig und ging dank super Versorgung gut aus. Mit dem Chefarztwechsel 2021 hat sich das leider meiner Erfahrung und Meinung nach geändert, diese Sicherheit ist für mich zumindest weg. Leider habe ich einen von "oben" extrem laxen Umgang mit eigentlich verbindlich geltenden Coronaregeln erlebt, als es Infizierte während einer Reha gab. Begründet mit der Meinung, er kenne keine herzkranken Kinder, die schwer an Covid erkrankt seien. Das mag von coronakritischen Personen geschätzt werden, mein "Stil" ist es jedoch nicht. Gleichzeitig muss ich gestehen, dass ich auch in weiteren Situationen auf menschlicher und teils fachlicher Ebene irritiert war,die gehörten O-Töne und deren zugrundeliegende Haltung passen leider gut zu der einen Rezension zu der abgesagten Reha. Das steht in einem massiven Kontrast zu der Klinik, die ich ein paar Jahre vorher kennengelernt habe. Da hier die medizinische Betreuung sehr im Fokus steht, ziehen wir die Klinik vorerst nicht mehr in Betracht. Gleichzeitig bin ich sehr dankbar für die Zeit mit den Therapeut*innen, die so viel Lebensqualität und Leichtigkeit erarbeitet haben, für die Begegnung mit den anderen Familien, jungen Erwachsenen und die Herzlichkeit und Wärme vieler Menschen in der Klinik.

Ich tue mich schwer mit dieser Bewertung, da meine Erfahrung in Tannheim sehr zweigeteilt war. Während die medizinische und menschliche Betreuung in vielen Bereichen glänzt, waren die Organisation und die Verpflegung für mich leider eine enorme Belastung.Das Positive:Personal & Therapie: Das Team ist überwiegend sehr freundlich. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Physiotherapeut Eddi – ein fachlich kompetenter und extrem angenehmer Mensch. Vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung! Eeeeasyyyyyy 🤙🏻Medizinische Versorgung: Fachlich top. Bei jedem gesundheitlichen Anliegen wurde mir schnell und kompetent geholfen.Kinderbetreuung: Ein riesiges Lob an die „Schneckengruppe“ und das „Storchennest“. Das Team ist hochprofessionell und herzlich; die Kinder sind dort bestens aufgehoben.Freizeit: Die Hydrojet-Liegen sind eine tolle Ergänzung und das Freizeitteam gibt sich große Mühe, mit verschiedenen Aktivitäten Abwechslung in den Klinikalltag zu bringen. Das Negative Essen & Service (Hauptkritikpunkt): Die Verpflegung empfand ich als Katastrophe. Morgens und abends gab es kaum Variation bei Wurst und Käse. Das Mittagessen war oft geschmacklos und qualitativ enttäuschend. Zudem gab es unverständliche Regeln: Während man im Speisesaal nur Wasser (stilles/medium) bekam, durfte man Sprudelwasser nur kostenpflichtig in der Cafeteria kaufen.Besonders negativ fiel eine Servicekraft auf, die durch ihre pampige und unprofessionelle Art die Atmosphäre massiv störte. Gäste wegen Kleinigkeiten (wie zusätzlichen Tellern oder dem Essen für die Kinder) vorzuführen, ist in einer Reha-Einrichtung völlig fehl am Platz.Terminplanung: Der Therapieplan war für uns als vierköpfige Familie viel zu dicht getaktet. Wenn Anwendungen der Eltern mit dem Mittagsschlaf der Kleinkinder kollidieren, führt das zu Stress statt Erholung. Oft mussten wir Termine absagen, um die Kinderbetreuung privat zu regeln.Organisation & Ausstattung: Die Übergabezeiten im Schwesternzimmer verzögerten sich regelmäßig, was zulasten der knappen Freizeit (z. B. in der Holzwerkstatt) ging. Dass es auf den Zimmern keinen Fernseher gibt, erschwert das Abschalten am Abend zusätzlich, wenn man Ruhe sucht.Fazit:Die medizinische Qualität und das Engagement der Therapeuten sind unbestritten. Doch da die Speisesituation, der unpersönliche Service im Saal und der Terminstress für mich den Erholungswert fast komplett zunichtegemacht haben, kann ich leider nur 3 Sterne vergeben. Ich war am Ende froh, wieder zu Hause zu sein – das sollte nach einer vierwöchigen Reha eigentlich nicht das Ziel sein. ( diesen Text musste ich mit Ki verfeinern lassen da wir ja anscheinend mittlerweile in einer Zeit angekommen sind wo die ungeschönte Wahrheit jemandem aufs Füsschen treten könnte...)

DANKE FÜR ALLES! Ich möchte meine Begeisterung für die Rehaklinik Tannheim ausdrücken. Die Pflege und Betreuung, die ich hier erfahren habe, war hervorragend. Das Personal ist äußerst kompetent und zeigt stets großes Engagement und Einfühlungsvermögen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die moderne Ausstattung der Klinik, die allen Patienten eine komfortable und angenehme Umgebung bietet. Die Therapieangebote sind vielfältig und sehr effektiv. Die Therapeuten gehen individuell auf jeden Patienten ein und passen die Behandlungen optimal an die jeweiligen Bedürfnisse an. Auch die Freizeitangebote tragen zur schnellen Genesung bei und sind hervorragend organisiert.

**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** Ich war in der Nachsorgeklinik Tannheim und habe mich insgesamt sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das gesamte Team ist freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell – man merkt, dass hier wirklich mit Herz gearbeitet wird. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die junge Ernährungsberaterin: Sie war unglaublich sympathisch, motivierend und gleichzeitig sehr kompetent. Ihre Beratung war praxisnah und verständlich, ohne Druck – dafür mit viel Empathie und guten, alltagstauglichen Tipps. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass sie wirklich zuhört und individuell auf die Bedürfnisse eingeht. Das hat mir sehr geholfen und mich nachhaltig motiviert. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team der Klinik – ich kann die Nachsorgeklinik Tannheim auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Der junge Kerl an der Rezeption mit den schwarzen Haaren ist wirklich super freundlich, genauso wie seine Schwester!! Vermutlich machen die beiden ein FSJ oder sowas in der Richtung...aber auf jeden Fall sehr nette junge Menschen

Mir wurde mal in der Klinik vom Personal einen frühen Tod gewünscht.

I thought it was fantastic there. The food is delicious, the staff are attentive, and it's nicely accessible.

The Tannheim Aftercare Clinic is a wonderful place for support and healing. The program for bereaved parents is particularly well-designed – here, you feel understood, well cared for, and professionally supported. The therapists are empathetic and competent, and the entire team creates an atmosphere of trust. A valuable source of support during difficult times.

We were fortunate enough to spend our FoR in Tannheim in January 2025. The aftercare clinic is a very special and valuable place. The staff, with a few exceptions (more on that later), are incredibly great. Here, we families are treated with ease, professionalism, and passion to ensure a great time! The food is excellent, the outdoor area is fantastic, and the leisure activities are fantastic. The only negative thing I noticed was the very strict, almost rude, unfriendly tone of the staff in the dining room. I didn't feel at all comfortable there. Still, it doesn't deduct any stars, as the rest of the program was really great. If we have the chance, we'll be back.

Full marks and I'd love more ☺️ The rehab at this clinic was a complete success. You arrive here and feel at home. From admission to the therapy sessions, you notice that you have arrived. I would go back there with my children anytime. We were there for oncology reasons. Dr. Weis knew how to deal with us well with his in-depth specialist knowledge and beyond. Terry was particularly responsible for my back and helped me to mobilize and strengthen myself. Aqua aerobics, training sessions, leisure activities - all perfect. The food was delicious and varied. You noticed that the patient is king here and that's how everyone treats you. You don't even notice that you are in a clinic. My children also always found the childcare, which is divided into different age groups, very pleasant. If the children had appointments during childcare time, the staff took them to them. This meant one less thing for the parents to worry about. Informative contributions and group discussions rounded off the whole experience. The Psychology Department also provided me with excellent advice and support as a single father of three children. There was also a graduation ceremony—all in all, the best four weeks so far. Many thanks again to Mr. Wehrle and everyone involved, as well as the foundation for our wonderful Christmas presents. It was unforgettable❤️, and I highly recommend it to everyone. Thank you❤️

Today I received an anonymous call from Dr. Eberle! Who was cheeky and unsympathetic from the start. Despite a written promise and appointment that our rehab would begin on March 3rd, 2025, he canceled it by phone 3 months in advance. We had waited 2 years for the place. He calls it "You were tolerated to undergo rehab with us 3 times"!Tolerated? 1 x rehab was the orphan rehab because we lost our child, tolerated? 2 x because of severe lung problems. Couldn't you earn enough from us? Tannheim aftercare clinic is definitely no longer recommended. No wonder good employees leave!! Everything was set in motion, even current medical reports have been available for 4 weeks. Data protection?Shortly before arrival a is said!inhumane!! My child won't touch an incompetent, inhumane doctor who calls himself a manager anyway. Inhumane yuck Post from 2023. Were in this clinic for the second time. What can I say, it's just a "home". In 2019 we were in orphan rehab and now today we came back from family rehab. Despite Corona, all applications took place. The Corona could finally be suppressed. The employees were super nice and helped wherever they could. We left yesterday with many, many tears. We were able to meet many great people again who have become very dear to us. Thank you for everything. We'll be back next year

Excellent aftercare clinic Tannheim – A beacon of hope and healing I was very fortunate to get to know the Tannheim aftercare clinic and I can say with conviction that this facility is a true beacon of hope and healing. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The clinic staff is exceptionally dedicated and knowledgeable. Every single member of staff, from the doctors to the nurses to the therapists, always tried to make our stay as pleasant and helpful as possible. They all showed incredible dedication and always listened to our concerns. The clinic’s holistic treatment concept is particularly impressive. The individual care and comprehensive therapy offerings, which take both physical and mental aspects into account, are excellent. The modern equipment and the beautiful, natural surroundings also contribute significantly to the well-being of the patients. The Tannheim aftercare clinic attaches great importance to a family atmosphere and offers numerous programs that involve family members. This strengthens the whole family during this challenging time. I would like to give a special thanks to Ms. Wienands and Dr. Pronounce wisely. Your support and professionalism were invaluable. But also to all the other employees at the clinic, such as the kitchen staff, who really had to have a lot of patience for our Fabian, and the great teachers who showed such great commitment. Also a big thank you to Polly and Frank for the great leisure time and everyone else who helped make our stay so positive. Regarding the assessment of stormi sun, I would like to note that, being born in Poland myself, I did not detect any racism during my stay at the same time as stormi sun, neither in myself nor in other rehabilitation patients. Everyone was treated respectfully and fairly. I am also not aware that German patients only have to wait a year. During my conversations with other families, pretty much everyone told me the same thing, a wait of almost two years. I couldn't find any connection between origin and waiting time. I was impressed that Mr. Roland Wehrle personally took the time by the fireplace to listen to the feedback, whether positive or negative. By the way, Mr. Wehrle, please remember to spruce up the aftercare clinic's LinkedIn profile :). Not everything was 100% positive, there were a few little things, like the lack of a nutritionist. But the existing staff did everything possible to compensate. I am sure that Mr. Wehrle will continue to make every effort to hire more staff in order to relieve the existing staff, but also to offer new therapies or therapies that have already been available in the past. What other little things would be: Maybe fries for the kids 1-2 times more often :) and trays in the dining room would be very helpful in my opinion, but maybe there are reasons why there are no trays, but these are just small things and are complaining on a high level. Since I am not a man of many words, I would like to write a short conclusion: Tannheim team, keep it up, you are great and you are a great help to those affected. You manage to give those affected hope again and to at least briefly switch off from everyday stress. I'm looking forward to visiting Tannheim a second time at some point to maybe finally find out who the mysterious person behind Harry Zapp is. Best regards Markus N.

A truly fantastic aftercare clinic in the heart of the Black Forest. It feels a bit like a family hotel. Colorful and bright rooms, staff always with a smile on their faces. There's nothing you'll miss here. A wide range of leisure activities, playgrounds, animals, a sports field, and large, spacious areas for playing and relaxing. The food was always excellent, too; there was a huge selection, and you could always find something tasty. I'd love to come back.

🚨This aftercare clinic has a clearly racist attitude: While German While patients are treated favorably and kindly, foreign patients, especially Muslims, experience discriminatory and hostile treatment. I strongly advise any foreigner, especially Muslims, not to do this visit clinic. It is striking that German patients receive a rehabilitation place every year, while foreign patients have to wait years for a place. The clinic is characterized by continuous lies, slander and slander. For people who are aware of their rights, staying there is torture. Children are often shouted at and punished without good reason - a practice that is not observed among German patients. The clinic's behavior completely contradicts the values ​​it officially advocates. Staying there is reminiscent of a school trip under strict teachers and offers little opportunity to relax. I would dem Don't even give it one star! !!!!!! I would like to emphasize that I would never write a negative review without a good reason. Hannes Hindersmann is also German and therefore does not have to have the same racist experiences as others. I find the clinic's reaction to my review to be extremely unprofessional. It is well known that Tannheim is a stronghold for AfD voters, and it is almost impossible for foreigners to find housing in the area. As a patient, it was extremely strange for me to know exactly how many people were actually in the clinic. Of the alleged 170 patients, only 10 were Muslims. What is particularly worrying is the fact that the hospital newspaper openly promotes the AfD. These facts should provide serious food for thought and should not be brushed aside lightly. ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

I would like to express my enthusiasm for the Tannheim Rehabilitation Clinic. The care and support I received here was excellent. The staff is extremely competent and always shows great commitment and empathy. Particularly noteworthy is the clinic's modern equipment, which offers all patients a comfortable and pleasant environment. The therapy options are diverse and very effective. The therapists approach each patient individually and adapt the treatments optimally to their respective needs. The leisure activities also contribute to a quick recovery and are excellently organized. A special thank you goes to Mr. Künzel and Ms. Bast, who carry out their job with extraordinary passion in the orphaned rehab. Their empathy and dedication are remarkable and helped me a lot to overcome this difficult period. They create an atmosphere of trust and support that is invaluable to recovery. Regarding the allegations of racism that I have read here, I would like to describe my personal experiences: During my entire stay at the Tannheim rehabilitation clinic, I did not experience any signs of discrimination or racist behavior. The clinic team always showed respect and appreciation for all patients, regardless of their origin or background. It is important to understand that one or another speech from employees in the company has nothing to do with racism. Respectful behavior and decency among young people in a rehabilitation clinic with over 170 patients are of course appropriate so that everyone can spend four weeks harmoniously under one roof. Sometimes it may be necessary to give clear rules and instructions to ensure peaceful and respectful coexistence. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay at the Tannheim Rehabilitation Clinic and can fully recommend it to anyone looking for a first-class rehabilitation clinic.

This aftercare clinic leaves nothing to be desired. A great group concept with very friendly and competent specialist staff. The food was very good and the location by the forest was brilliant! I enjoyed taking advantage of the numerous therapy options. A great training room and lots of opportunities to do sports. I would like to come back and would like to thank all the employees again!

Super Klinik bin froh hier in Reha zu sein

Sehr tolle Rehaklinik. Nettes Personal, super Essen. Einladende Gegend. Es gibt sehr viel zu sehen und auch zu erleben, wenn man das möchte. Die Klinik bietet auch wirklich sehr viel an. Da ist sicher für jeden Etwas dabei! Erholung pur. Leider kommt man erst nach 3 Wochen so richtig an und da ist die Reha auch schon fast zu Ende!

Eine Rehaklinik, bei der ihr Name der Klinik voraus eilt!. Man wird hier hervorragend behandelt Ich war im Juni bei der Reha 27+ Ich habe noch 2 Wochen nach der Abreise Tannheim vermisst. Die Klinik liegt mitten im Schwarzwald, perfekt für große Spaziergänge. Die Gegend bietet für's Wochenende viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge.

Hier darf man ankommen und endlich mal sein. Familien, die ein schweres Schicksal getroffen hat, finden hier aufjedenfall die richtige Unterstützung und Behandlungen. Ich habe mich das erste mal seit der Diagnose richtig verstanden gefühlt. Es war eine ganz tolle und auch heilsame Zeit. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder. Wir danken jedem einzelnen Mitarbeitenden, die diese vier Wochen unvergesslich gemacht haben.

Tolle Klinik, gute Ärzte, Super Team, Hier wird einem wirklich geholfen.

Wir waren jetzt gerade Dezember 2021 in der Nachsorgeklinik Tannheim und sind so begeistert. Die Klinik arbeitet so toll und vernetzt zusammen, dass ist der Hammer. Wir haben uns alle von Tag 1 an sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir sind sehr dankbar, dass wir da sein durften♡ Tolles Team, tolle Reha, tolle Zeit. Kann es nur jedem empfehlen. Hier gibt es keine Probleme, nur Lösungen♡ Wer hier etwas zu meckern findet, der meckert auf ganz hohem Niveau. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Sehr gute Klinik. Hab einen angeborenen Herzfehler und Defi. Hat sich mehr wie ne Jugendherberge angefühlt!!! Bin 25!!! Die Sportangebote usw sind auch auch top!

Ich durfte im Juni meine Reha dort genießen. Es war eine tolle und hilfreiche Zeit. Hier wird man nicht abgefertigt, sondern ernst genommen. Vielen Dank.

Es war so eine wunderschöne Zeit, wir wären am liebsten da geblieben! Es gibt nichts, aber auch rein gar nichts auszusetzen oder zu reklamieren! Alle Mitarbeiter, von der Putzkraft bishin zum Chefarzt sind total nett, aufgeschlossen und gründlich in dem was sie tun!!!! Das gesamte Haus ist absolut durchorganisiert, auf einen ziemlich modernen Stand und bietet alles und jedem extrem viele Aktivitäten und Abwechslung. Das Essen war köstlich!!! Die Zimmer sind klasse, die Aussenanlage ist klasse!!! Alles ist gepflegt. Von mir gibt es absolut 6 Sterne sogar!!!!!!

Beste Klinik. Wir wurden in der verwaisten Reha dort betreut. Die Klinik ist gold wert

Wir waren zur "verwaisten Reha" als Familie dort und haben uns zu keinem Zeitpunkt seit unserem Verlust je besser verstanden und gut aufgehoben gefühlt, als in Tannheim! Sehr empfehlenswert, leider kann man diese Form von Reha nur einmalig in Anspruch nehmen.

Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen, der als junger Erwachsener oder Heranwachsender eine medizinische Rehabilitation benötigt. Der Schwarzwald und die Umgebung sind traumhaft, die Mitarbeiter äußerst engagiert. Ich "freue" mich nächstes Jahr hoffentlich wieder kommen zu können!
