We've been there several times. Food is very good, the staff is very polite and attentive, we would like to come back ☺️👍

Price/performance is ok In my opinion, starters are completely overpriced for their size. There isn't even enough bread to go with dips

Best Greek I know. I've been eating there regularly with my wife for about 17 years. I've never been disappointed and the food is always freshly prepared and always delicious. Just a bench!!! I don't understand some people who write such stupid reviews because one toilet doesn't work or is a little more dirty than the others. My wife and I will continue to eat there because all in all it is a top kitchen. Super nice family business and everyone is always friendly. Keep it up!!!

The first impression in the dark was rather mediocre. The restaurant is very poorly lit and rather inconspicuous. But inside it's quite the opposite, very cozy and beautiful. The food was very solid and good. The waiters very friendly. The restaurant was very busy that evening, which also speaks for the restaurant. All in all to be recommended.

Been there for the first time, salty fries, metaxa sauce which was more like water sauce, didn't eat the gyros, was way too greasy, didn't ask if you wanted tzatziki with the gyros, the salad was stingy, and the dessert bahhhh was that supposed to have been puff pastry???? Disgustingly sweet, nothing like puff pastry, the wrapper looked more like a cocoon... sorry not again

The food is ok...but the pricing is completely excessive. The women's toilet was mentioned in another review... but what's not right is the sewer stench in the toilet area.

A small but great Greek restaurant. The service, food and ambience were great. Only the parking situation (few parking spaces on site) clouds the overall impression. But the restaurant can't do anything about it. We'd love to come back.

Very disappointing. We ordered pork fillet in metaxa sauce twice and we couldn't eat it because the sauce was watery and tasteless. So we had both dishes returned, but the dish was only deducted once in the billing because we had tried it. The boss* or the boss's brother then started a very unpleasant, loud discussion with us. Since this was very embarrassing, I ended up paying for everything. My girlfriend also got glassy eyes; served there half raw, gamvas The salad was served to us without dressing, but was then served later and was also tasteless. The restaurant has also increased the prices extremely CONCLUSION; NEVER AGAIN.

We were able to sit outside in the garden and it was great. Busy but not loud. The staff was very accommodating and friendly without being intrusive. Unfortunately, I've never been able to go to Greece, but that's how I imagine it tasted: Grandpa's stew was delicious.

Outstanding food, great service, nice atmosphere. And 100% authentically Greek. A great menu with the classics that are so beloved here, but also many other dishes that you don't get everywhere here. The quality of the food is impressive, high-quality ingredients, everything super fresh, well prepared and seasoned. And for vegetarians there is a very large, delicious selection, you don't have to choose from 1 or 2 things. Particularly great! PS: Now we also celebrated a birthday with 15 people here. Everything was great except for the little things, a nice day, thanks for that!

We were in Mykonos for the first time today. Important, reserve a table in advance! The food was very GOOD, everyone who likes Greek cuisine will find something here. The staff deserves special mention here. Yes, others are fast and friendly too, here's the special thing, even though the store is full, there is always calm in the team, everyone runs for everyone, I have rarely seen such a great team. People are happy to give tips here. We'd love to come back!

While our daughter was at a Taylor Swift concert, my wife and I were able to have dinner just the two of us. We ended up here looking for a Greek restaurant. The front of the restaurant doesn't show it, but there is a super cozy terrace at the back where everyone actually sits. The service was very friendly. The menu has a wide choice of dishes and drinks. What we ordered was ready quickly and very tasty. I would like to say 'we will definitely be back soon', but unfortunately we live in Belgium. I can definitely recommend this cozy and delicious restaurant to tourists and residents in Gelsenkirchen.

It's always delicious and good food until dessert. Actually everything is great, almost 5 stars for everything. ;-) and only one star less because the service is sometimes overloaded and perhaps understaffed. When the restaurant is full, it sometimes takes a little longer. But not problematic, hence a minus star and not quite perfect. And when it comes to the ambience, I'll deduct it because I've never sat well before. In addition to serving food, despite the small wall, sometimes loud calls are made to the kitchen and the ringing is annoying. Glass roof at the bottom left leading out to the exit, the waiter on the right along the aisle and the guests constantly walking around and a tight feeling as there is another table right next to it 1m away. Stop the passage area. Everything is always a bit tight and therefore not quite perfect. But I'm still happy to come. So carry on :-)

Nice people, delicious food, nice beer garden. Try Saganaki "Meli" with sesame breadcrumbs and thyme honey 🤤 and if the classic ouzo is too strong for you, you might like the sweet Mastiha liqueur after your meal 👍

From the outside the restaurant makes a rather inconspicuous impression and the location is not particularly promising, but from the inside it is appealing. Modern with the winter garden and the beer garden is cozy. The service staff were all very friendly and attentive! The food was delicious and the portions were big enough for me. I found the “Cretan potatoes” particularly delicious! Price-performance ratio is right and we would go there again!

Very nice restaurant. Very tasty handmade dishes. Reasonable portions and prices. Large selection and beautiful winter garden. There were only deductions in the B grade for the sanitary facilities. But otherwise only recommended.

Price/performance ratio is right, cozy atmosphere, all dishes are of good quality and size. Important, always reserve as there is little parking space. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and there is even an appropriate toilet.

Our aunt celebrated her 90th birthday with 20 people, unfortunately we sat in the middle of it, the bell to pick up food was annoying, we would have preferred to sit a little more separately in the winter garden, no room for presents, what a shame

Kurzfassung. Wir mußten trotz Reservierung 20 min warten . Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr gestreßt und laut. Das Gyros war lecker , war aber sehr klein geschnitten . Hätte man mit dem Löffel essen müßen . Die Tsatsiki war lecker , aber eine Mini Portion ......Der Preis war gerade noch im Rahmen . Wir haben eigentlich nach den vielen guten Bewertungen mehr erwartet. Schade.

Very nice waiters, delicious food. Were there before 5 p.m. and were still allowed into the restaurant. Will come again when we are in Gelsenkirchen!!!

Delicious food, friendly staff and cozy atmosphere. My favorite dish is the sea bream with grilled vegetables, which is not on the menu (!), and the classic gyros with fries and tzatziki. Special requests are gladly accommodated. The rosé wine Aroma Lofou is also very good and has become my favorite wine. I like to come back regularly.

After bowling in the basement, we had dinner in the restaurant. Service was great, even though it was fully booked, food and drinks arrived promptly. Food was very tasty. The bowling alley is a bit old, but that doesn't change the fun we had.

We were there on Saturday. The waitresses all had masks on. The distance between the tables is optimal. The food was great. We recommend. Been there on 02/25/24. Unfortunately, the food got cold very quickly, making the meat very dry and tough.

Wir haben online reserviert und wurden auch direkt freundlich empfangen.Der Chef hat uns verschiedene Tische angeboten , bei der ersten Wahl sagten wir sogleich zu . Es gibt zu der reichhaltigen Karte immer ein Tagesgericht, bei dem uns bis ins Detail erklärt wurde , was dieses beinhaltet.Wir fühlten uns abgeholt und pudelwohl 👍 Sämtliche von uns bestellten Gerichte kamen zeitgleich und waren einfach super Lecker und ausreichend. Wir waren hier gerne zu Gast 😊 Unsere Reservierung wurde im Vorfeld bestätigt und habe dann sogar eine Erinnerung bekommen. Eine kurzfristige Änderung der Reservierung wurde prompt umgesetzt und der Abend war wirklich gelungen. - es wurde auf ein Tagesgericht hingewiesen und auch sehr gut vorgestellt - das Essen war sehr gut gewürzt - Personal war nett, schnell und. höflich - Preislich ist es absolut wert gewesen wir werden gerne wieder kommen und uns einen weiteren schönen kulinarischen Abend gönnen.

Auf Empfehlung das Restaurant besucht. Die Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Sehr freundlicher Service, äußerst gutes Essen. Preis Leistung passt.

Hier hat es mir außerordentlich gut gefallen. Das überbackene Gyros war ein Traum. Das Fleisch ist wie Butter im Mund zerfallen. Sehr netter Service. Super tolles Restaurant mit sehr leckeren Speisen

Wir waren schon öfters hier. Das Essen und der Service sind seinen Preis wert. Uns schmeckt dort sehr gut und wir kommen immer gerne wieder.

Eine tolle Atmosphäre und freundliches Personal. Leider muss man wirklich sehr lange auf sein Essen warten und es hat auch nach nichts geschmeckt. Privat werde ich wohl leider nicht mehr hingehen.

Wir wurden für unsere Weihnachtsfeier vom Tennisverein aus von einem anderen Restaurant versetzt und nicht informiert.Wir haben hier für 6 Personen noch spontan einen Tisch bekommen. Dafür erst einmal herzlichen Dank.Das Essen, der Service und alles drum herum waren einfach nur klasse.👍 Weiterempfehlung ist sicher.

Gute Ausstattung.Personal freundlich .Essen gut.Da wir hier im November gegen Abend waren konnte wir uns in der Dunkelheit keinen Eindruck über die Außenansicht machen.Von innen betrachtet gibt es wohl eine Außenterrasse.Innen punktet das Restaurant mit einer Kegelbahn .Lage sehr zentral mit ÖPNV gut erreichbar.Gerne wieder dann aber im Sommer 😀

Das Essen ist frisch und sehr lecker. Mit 7 Personen hatten wir unterschiedliche Gerichte. Fisch von der Tageskarte, Steak, Bifteki, Gyros... alles hervorragend! Das Service Team ist flott, aufmerksam und super nett. Weiter so! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr schönes griechisches Lokal mit leckeren Speisen. Nach hintenherum hat das Lokal auch einen schönen Biergarten. Essen war gut, Service sehr freundlich und nett Essen war gut und auch mal etwas anders als der normale Gr. Standard . Wir hatten Gyros überbacken mit richtiger Metaxa-Soße und Ouzo Teller - sowie Gyros und Salat mit gr. Spezialitäten

Meine Freundin und ich konnten gestern wieder einen wunderbaren Abend genießen. Das gute Wetter hat es möglich gemacht, draußen zu sitzen. Neben dem hervorragenden Essen hatten wir ein tolles persönliches Gespräch mit dem Chef und haben unsere stetige Zufriedenheit mit dem Service und unsere Begeisterung immer wieder eine gemütliche und köstliche Zeit hier verbringen zu können, geäußert. Das sollte jeder wissen und mal selbst ausprobieren. Wir kommen gerne mit unseren Männern oder auch für einen Mädels-Abend. Absolut empfehlenswert!

I ve been with some friends today, a rainy thurthday in Mykonos Horster Str. 246 in GE-Buer....it seemed to be a good sign if you arrive at 7:15 pm in a restaurant and nearly 70 % of the tables are booked. From outside it does nt look very spectacules....but inside it s very nice, so you are able to feel as holydays in Mykonos...friendly familie athmosphäre, nice musik....the service is excellent " thank you Michael, and all the other family members working to make feeling the guest happy....thanks very much we com back....promissed ;-))

Wir waren 13 Personen, die Vorspeisen waren gut aber recht klein. Die Hauptgerichte waren nicht sehr groß, Gyros war sehr gut mit wenig Fett,die Pommes Portion war gut aber leider einwenig Matschig. Ein Freund hatte Lammkotlett was leider einwenig zäh war. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und hat regelmäßig nachgefragt ob wir noch was brauchen. Im gesamt Konzept war es sehr nett

Super gegessen bei Mykonos. Neben den "normalen", sehr leckeren Grilltellern, gibt es traditionelle Gerichte. z. B. Stifado und Kohlrouladen in Zitronensoße. Der hausgemachte Nachtisch Baklava ist ein Traum. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toller Gastgeber, leckeres Essen, nette Atmosphäre! Was wünscht man sich mehr ?! Die Vorspeisen waren sehr lecker. Im Hauptgang war besonders das zarte, sehr gut zubereitete Fleisch ein echtes Highlight.
