Mykonos in Rheda-Wiedenbrück

The waiters were really nice, but the food was very average considering the place is much more expensive than many other Greek restaurants. They served bread with oil to start with, but they didn't offer bread with the salad, which you can get everywhere. Grilled peppers for over €8, and then there were about 10 of them? The Metaxas sauce wasn't that good either. The tomatoes in the appetizer salad were shriveled. There was too little oil in the Greek salad, which, at €16, is something I've never seen anywhere else.

The service is super attentive and friendly; we haven't been served this well in a long time. The food came super quickly and was incredibly delicious! The portions are perfectly filling.

I was there yesterday, June 7th. It's been a long time since I've been to a Greek restaurant where the portions were really tasty and generous. The staff were super friendly, and yes, other people are friendly too, but this one was just great. The restaurant was still 90 percent full at 10 p.m. I was told it's always this full here. I can understand that.

The food is good, but it has also become more expensive, like everything. Since it's always full, the service sometimes falls by the wayside (waiting too long). But that makes up for it with friendliness.

It's a shame, not like it used to be, there was very little bread in advance, the portion was rather small, but expensive. Friendly, service and food was good. It was cold even though we weren't sitting in the winter garden.

Great Greek restaurant in Rheda-Wiedenbrück

When making a reservation at short notice, both owners were very friendly on the phone. Food plentiful and tasty. Great homely atmosphere. Even the appetizers were large. Simply something special. It was a little quieter at the front right in the separate winter garden.

Food is very tasty and better than the usual Greek restaurants. But The price… old Swede. The starters in particular are really overpriced. Amount of food: rather reserved Ie. Very expensive but small portions... If the price were 20-30% lower, it would be a full 5 stars.. but the price.. of this one is really awesome.. you get twice as much (realistically really) product for the same money somewhere else

Great food, unfortunately a bit noisy in the winter garden when there are a lot of guests.

The food was Greek and therefore somewhat special. Mustard with Wiener Schnitzel, not our taste. Liver was good. Platter for 2 was tasty and plentiful. Everything was fresh and tasty and plentiful. The starters were so plentiful that there was hardly room for a main course. Half works too. Very busy restaurant but not annoyingly loud.

It's been a good, feel-good address for decades and has never disappointed me. Price and performance top, everything today days is no longer a given. Keep it up.

Once again a guest at Mykonos, once again the liver was chosen and once again found to be very good. Very friendly staff and will go to Mykonos again.

It's really such a great restaurant, everything fits. The knife fell off the table and I immediately got a new one. Highly, highly recommended.

Had bad stomach cramps after eating, staff is extremely pushy and very difficult to understand due to poor German language. I would rather not eat anything than go there again.

I can't give it five, that wouldn't be fair to others. But I've eaten here again for a while and it was OK. The price was absolutely fair, the taste was also good. In any case, you can bend in the Saloniki grill room next to it.

The food is really tasty and there is a good selection. The service, on the other hand, is very bad. Lots of staff with few guests. Very inattentive and no response even to inquiries! We will take food from the snack bar with us, but won't visit the restaurant again for the time being.

Have been to Mykonos twice in the last three weeks. We were very satisfied. All dishes very tasty. The staff and the boss were really nice. Just fun.

Unfortunately I can't rate the food better, I was glad that the next rest stop was soon nearby. Unfortunately the food wasn't wholesome ...

Packed full and therefore very restless. Nice and unobtrusive staff. Operation worked well. Other restaurants don't open due to a lack of staff, but here the family moves with them.

There were four of us and we were very disappointed. The quality and freshness of the meat dishes was mediocre at best. The food was also lukewarm. The best thing was the espresso...that was about it. :-(

The three of us met in Rheda because we came from different directions! None of us knew the Mykonos restaurant, and booking a table at short notice worked without any problems! A nice restaurant with a good ambience. Service took care of us immediately, was very nice and accommodating. Even though there wasn't that much going on, we still had to wait a while longer for the food. But it didn't matter, because we had a lot to tell each other! Food, really, really tasty (had the large grill plate), portion size as normal for other Greeks! The price was also right, nothing to complain about! We agree and would meet there again! Oh yes, there is one more little thing.... The gyro was really in very small pieces on the plate, I would have liked it to have been cut larger!

We were there with a larger group and had a lovely evening. The food is generally good but the prices and portion sizes don't match up for a long time. The service is okay. When ordering beer, you had the feeling that the size you ordered wasn't being delivered on purpose. You got 0.4 instead of 0.3... “a small beer” is pretty clear. Restaurant is clean and cozy.

Das essen war richtig trocken und zu wenig, manche Keller hat man nicht verstanden bzw. Wussten sie nicht was zu tun ist und dann ist immer ein anderer gekommen

Wir waren zum widerholten Mal dort, was schon für sich spricht. Ein bunter Mix aus der Speisekarte wurde bereits dort bestellt. Alles lecker, alles zu empfehlen. Am meisten hervorheben muss man jedoch den einzigartigen Service. Freundlich und kompetent. Was kann man anderes sagen als: "Wir kommen wieder!"

Sehr nette Service und fantastisches Essen. Hatte einen Bauern Grillteller und ich, als echt guter Esser, hatte schon etwas zu kämpfen und war froh keine Vorspeise genommen zu haben. Fahren wir definitiv wieder hin.

Sehr lecker essen, wirklich nette und freundliche Bedienung

Alles in allem war es okay, nichts besonderes aber okay, jedoch verstehe ich nicht wie es sein kann dass Zaziki in einem griechischen Restaurant wo es ja zu Gyros gehört 2,50€ extra kostet. Bei unserer Beilage wurde das Brot vergessen, wir hatten dann etwas nachbestellt was wir am Ende bezahlen sollten, man es aber klären konnte. Service war in Ordnung, man hat kurzfristig auf einem Feiertag ein Tisch bekommen jedoch wie gesagt war es kein besonderes Abendessen, hat nicht ausgefallen geschmeckt, es gibt griechische Imbissbuden wo das Gyros definitiv besser schmeckt ebenso das Zaziki.

Das Restaurant Mykonos hat ein schönes Ambiente und die Bedienung ist wirklich freundlich. Leider haben sich in den letzten beiden Jahren die Preise stark nach oben entwickelt und die Portionen sind zusätzlich kleiner geworden. Das Preis -/Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht mehr. Schade, mittlerweile überlegen wir zweimal, ob wir ins Mykonos gehen.

Bin damals immer sehr gerne dorthin gegangen aber mittlerweile leider nicht mehr, an allem wird gespart alles muss man jetzt extra zahlen und Preise auch total überzogen …echt schade

Leider war der Service nicht mehr so gut wie früher. Wir saßen teilweise längere Zeit vor leeren Gläsern .

Immer wieder gerne zu Besuch, super Service und gute Qualität. Die Portionen sind aber (aus meiner sicht) etwas zu Groß. 😅

Freundliches Personal essen ist auch sehr lecker! Doch für die kleinen Portion recht teuer. Auch finde ich es schade das es Standard gemäß kein Zaziki beim Gyros dabei gibt, so fällt es einem doch schwer die kleine Portion Gyros herunter zubekommen. Eine Portion Zaziki beim Essen wäre nicht verkehrt. Auch war bei mir kein Crème Brûlée mehr da, nach längerer Wartezeit kam dann die Nachricht aus der Küche wo alle anderen ihr Dessert schon hatten es sei kein Crème Brûlée mehr da. Dieses Crème Brûlée wurde dann auch noch mit auf die Rechnung geschrieben… Aber keine Frage das Essen schmeckt hier sehr gut! Vielleicht komm ich irgendwann nochmal wieder und verschaffe mir einen 2 Eindruck.

Ein Restaurant, das sich nahtlos einreiht in die Riege griechischer Restaurants in Deutschland. Ausreißer bei den Gerichten gab es für uns weder nach oben, noch nach unten. Wir sehen keinen Grund, eine Empfehlung dieses Restaurants zu verweigern.

Essen war sehr lecker! 👍☺️ Wir wurden sehr freundlich und zügig bedient! Und da das Wetter mitspielte konnten wir auch draußen sitzen - was will man mehr?! ☺️ Klar, die Preise wurden, wie leider überall, angezogen - aber so ist es leider, merkt man ja auch jedes Mal beim Einkaufen. Nur schade, dass sich Menschen mit sehr geringem Einkommen, ob Gehalt oder Rente, solche Sachen leider nicht mehr leisten können! 😘 Wir kommen aber, wenn wir mal wieder vor Ort sind, gerne noch einmal wieder!

Eher ein Imbiss als ein Restaurant, aber, genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten und freundliche Bedienung. Essen war okay. Portionsgröße für das Geld gerade ausreichend.

Immer sehr lecker. Große Auswahl an verschiedenen Speisen. Sehr aufmerksames, freundliches und schnelles Personal. Viele Sitzplätze im Restaurant aber auch im Wintergarten. Die Portionen sind durch das neue Geschirr ein wenig kleiner geworden und die Preise haben in den letzten 2 Jahren stark angezogen. Preis-Leistung passt leider dadurch nicht bei jedem Gericht. Kommen aber trotzdem gerne.

Nicht schlecht, aber wir haben schon deutlich bessere griechische Restaurants kennen gelernt. Das Fleisch war lauwarm, schade. Wir haben nicht reklamiert weil uns die Zeit zu warten fehlte. Geschmacklich nicht schlecht aber auch nicht besonders.

Wir haben ein sehr gutes Abendessen in diesem Restaurant eingenommen. Es war ein Samstagabend und wir haben noch einen Tisch bekommen. Sehr herzlich hat man uns empfangen und sich schnell und professionell um uns gekümmert. Wir saßen im Wintergarten der sehr schön atmosphärisch gestaltet ist. Es herrschte Hochbetrieb, doch man merkte es dem aufmerksamen und engagierten Personal nicht an. Schnell waren die Handgriffe und die Getränke auch zügig am Tisch. Zum Einstieg gab es einen Magen anregenden Ouzo aufs Haus. Die Dolmadakia wie auch die Hühnersuppe und die Meze-Vorspeisenplatte waren sehr gut. Geschmacklich wie auch von den Variationen. Als Hauptgericht nahmen wir Christos- und Bauernteller. Ich übertreibe nicht, wenn ich sage, dass das Fleisch wirklich hervorragend war. Jede Fleischsorte war butterzart und saftig. Als einziges Manko ist vielleicht die wirklich nur etwas zu starke Würzung des Steakfleisches zu monieren, was jedoch dem Gesamteindruck in keiner Weise geschadet hat. Die Teller waren schön angerichtet und die Pommes kross und wohlschmeckend. Viel mehr gibt es nicht zu sagen. Alles in allem sehr freundliches Personal und hervorragendes Essen!

Wieder einmal hier eingekehrt. Bin schon lange nicht mehr hier gewesen. Das Personal sehr schnell, wirkt etwas zu schnell. Der Begrüssungs-Schnaps kommt flott. Ich habe mich für überbackenen Schafskäse entschieden und Seezunge. Der Schafskäse war sehr gut angemacht. Scharfe Peperoni und etwas milde Paprika. Tolle Geschmackskombi. Die Seezunge passend gegarrt und mit einer feinen Souce und Rote-Beete-Zaziki serviert. Echt toll. Ich komme wieder.

Sehr gutes Essen. Gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Der Service ist sehr zügig. Wir hatten aber nicht das Gefühl "abgefertigt" werden zu sollen. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Ich habe dieses Restaurant für ein schnelles Mittagessen auf der Durchreise aufgesucht. Die Bedienung kam schnell und war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Getränke wurden sehr schnell an den Tisch gebracht. Die Speisen wurden in einer angemessenen Zeit zubereitet und serviert. Alles war sehr schmackhaft und lecker, die Portionen waren wirklich reichlich. Nicht umsonst wurde das Restaurant zur Mittagszeit durch viele Handwerker aufgesucht. Zwischendurch erschien der Chef am Tisch und fragte nach ob alles in Ordnung sei. Man kann draußen sitzen, auch wenn es durch die vorbeiführende Straße etwas laut ist. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Der Preis stimmte.

Toller Service und sehr gutes Essen Auch vergetarisch. Eine Vorbestellung macht definitiv in den Stoßzeiten Sinn. Reservierungen und Platzwünsche werden gerne telefonisch angenommen. Man hat die Wahl : Im Restaurant , im Imbis, unter freiem Himmel , im Glaspavilion klein , oder groß. Perfekt !!

Es geht Fragen nach den Getränken wo man noch nicht Richtig sitzt zu schnelles abräumen der Teller und Getränkeangebot obwohl noch was drin ist ständige Beobachtung einfach abschreckend lg

Fast Food der Oberklasse, das muss man als Gyros-Liebhaber einfach lieben! Toller Service, angenehmes Ambiente und auch zum mitnehmen geeignet.

I have been in Greece many times and I know what I wanted and really the speciality from this restaurant only founded on Turkey. Greek have a great flavors that wasn't present on food included salads. When finish I was expecting a traditional Greek frappe that different copies and they doesn't have it. Really I feel unfair with these place that for sure won't come back.

Das Essen war superlecker, die Auswahl sehr groß. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und wer den obligatorischen Ouzo nicht mag, der bekommt etwas anderes. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.
